Four new flavonoid glycosides, curcucomosides A–D (14), three known flavonoid glycosides, 57, and four known diarylheptanoids, 811, were isolated from the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Curcuma comosa. The structures of the new compounds were established as rhamnazin 3-O-α-l-arabinopyranoside (1), rhamnocitrin 3-O-α-l-arabinopyranoside (2), rhamnazin 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-l-arabinopyranoside (3), and rhamnocitrin 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-l-arabinopyranoside (4) by spectroscopic analysis and chemical reactions whereas those of the known compounds were identified by spectral comparison with those of the reported values.  相似文献

One new bithiophenes, 5-(but-3-yne-1,2-diol)-5′-hydroxy-methyl-2,2′-bithiophene (2), two new polyacetylenic glucosides, 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyloxy-1-hydroxy-4E,6E-tetradecene-8,10,12-triyne (8), (5E)-trideca-1,5-dien-7,9,11-triyne-3,4-diol-4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (9), six new terpenoid glycosides, rel-(1S,2S,3S,4R,6R)-1,6-epoxy-menthane-2,3-diol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (10), rel-(1S,2S,3S,4R,6R)-3-O-(6-O-caffeoyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-1,6-epoxy menthane-2,3-diol (11), (2E,6E)-2,6,10-trimethyl-2,6,11-dodecatriene-1,10-diol-1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (12), 3β,16β,29-trihydroxy oleanane-12-ene-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (13), 3,28-di-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-3β,16β-dihydroxy oleanane-12-ene-28-oleanlic acid (14), 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl oleanlic-18-ene acid-28-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (15), along with fifteen known compounds (1, 37, and 1624), were isolated from the aerial parts of Eclipta prostrata. Their structures were established by analysis of the spectroscopic data. The isolated compounds 19 were tested for activities against dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV), compound 7 showed significant antihyperglycemic activities by inhibitory effects on DPP-IV in human plasma in vitro, with IC50 value of 0.51 μM. Compounds 1024 were tested in vitro against NF-κB-luc 293 cell line induced by LPS. Compounds 12, 15, 16, 19, 21, and 23 exhibited moderate anti-inflammatory activities.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpenoid, 1α,4β,8β,9β-eudesmane-tetrol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), together with nine known compounds (210), were isolated from Merremia yunnanensis. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and compared to data in the literature. All these compounds (110) were firstly isolated from this plant, and compounds 3, 5, 7, and 10 were reported from the Merremia genus for the first time. The significance of the chemotaxonomy for these compounds is described herein.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of an ethanol extract of a Madagascar collection of the bark of Scutia myrtina led to the isolation of three new anthrone–anthraquinones, scutianthraquinones A, B and C (13), one new bisanthrone–anthraquinone, scutianthraquinone D (4), and the known anthraquinone, aloesaponarin I (5). The structures of all compounds were determined using a combination of 1D and 2D NMR experiments, including COSY, TOCSY, HSQC, HMBC, and ROESY sequences, and mass spectrometry. All the isolated compounds were tested against the A2780 human ovarian cancer cell line for antiproliferative activities, and against the chloroquine-resistant Plasmodium falciparum strains Dd2 and FCM29 for antiplasmodial activities. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 showed weak antiproliferative activities against the A2780 ovarian cancer cell line, while compounds 14 exhibited moderate antiplasmodial activities against P. falciparum Dd2 and compounds 1, 2, and 4 exhibited moderate antiplasmodial activities against P. falciparum FCM29.  相似文献

Eight new cardiac glycosides/aglycones (antiaritoxiosides A–G, 17, and antiarotoxinin B, 8), two new coumarins (anticarins A–B, 4142), and two new flavanones (antiarones L–K, 4344) were isolated from trunk bark of Antiaris toxicaria together with 53 known compounds. The new structures were established by extensive analysis of spectroscopic data. Compound 1 (10-carboxy and 3α-hydroxy) and compounds 36 (10-hydroxy) contain unique substituents that are rarely found in cardiac glycosides. The cytotoxic effects of isolated compounds against ten human cancer cell lines, KB, KB-VIN, A549, MCF-7, U-87-MG, PC-3, 1A9, CAKI-1, HCT-9 and S-KMEL-2, were tested using the sulforhodamine B assay. Five compounds (12, 16, 20, 22, and 31) showed significant cytotoxicity against all ten cancer cell lines, with notable potency at the ng/mL level against some cell lines, which merits further development as clinical trial candidates.  相似文献

Three new polyketides, namely, asperochrins A–C (13), along with 12 known related derivatives (415), were isolated from Aspergillus ochraceus MA-15, a fungus obtained from the rhizospheric soil of marine mangrove plant Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and the absolute configurations of the new compounds were determined by CD experiments and modified Mosher's method. The X-ray crystallographic experiment of compound 4 disclosed its racemic nature as (±)-botryoisocoumarin A for the first time. The brine shrimp lethality and antibacterial activity of compounds 115 were evaluated. Compounds 1, 5, 6, 9, 11, and 15 showed inhibitory activity against aquatic pathogenic bacterial Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio anguillarum, and Vibrio harveyi.  相似文献

Five new metabolites, including the xanthone derivative wentixanthone A (1), the benzophenone wentiphenone A (2), the diastereomeric mixtures of the bianthrones wentibianthrone A (3a, b) and wentibianthrone B (4a, b), as well as (10R,10′S)-wentibianthrone C (5a) and (10R,10′R)-wentibianthrone C (5b) were obtained from the fungus Aspergillus wentii, isolated from soil of the hypersaline lake El Hamra in Wadi El-Natrun, Egypt. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by one and two-dimensional NMR and MS spectroscopic analysis. The relative configuration of bianthrones (35) was elucidated by comparison of experimental and computed 1H NMR chemical shifts. Results of biological assays are reported.  相似文献

Gnetum species have been traditionally consumed as food and used as folk medicine to treat various pathological conditions. Ten compounds including three simple phenolic compounds (13), five stilbenoids (4, 5, 810), and two C-glycosyl flavanones (6 and 7), were isolated from the stems of Gnetum macrostachyum Hook. f. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by the analysis of spectroscopy data and their comparison with the reported values. This is the first report of the isolation of compounds 14 and 69 from G. macrostachyum. Compounds 13, 6, and 7 have not been previously reported from the genus Gnetum. The C-glycosyl flavanones in G. macrostachyum can be used as chemotaxonomic markers.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the root of Rosa laevigata led to the isolation of sixteen phenolic compounds, including seven flavonoids (17), five condensed tannins (812), two stilbenes (13 and 14) and two benzoic acid derivatives (15 and 16). Their structures were identified as (+)-catechin (1), (+)-gallocatechin (2), (2R, 3S, 4S)-cis- leucocyanidin (3), (2R, 3S, 4S)-cis-leucofisetinidin (4), (2S, 3R, 4R)-cis- leucofisetinidin (5), dehydrodicatechin A (6), phloridzin (7), procyanidin B3 (8), fisetinidol-(4α, 8)-catechin (9), guibourtinidol- (4α, 8)-catechin (10), ent- isetinidol -(4α, 6)-catechin (11), fisetinidol-(4β, 8)-catechin (12), (Z)-3-methoxy-5-hydroxy- stilbene (13), (Z)-piceid (14), gallic acid (15) and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid- 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16). Among them, compounds 3–7, 9–14, and 16 were isolated from R. laevigata for the first time, and compounds 3–7, 9, 10, 1214 and 16 were reported for the first time from the genus Rosa. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was summarized.  相似文献

Four new long-chain compounds, leucoperoxyterpene (1), leucoester (2), leucoic acid (3), and leucoenoic acid (4) has been isolated from aerial parts of the medicinal plant Leucosceptrum canum together with fifteen known compounds. Compound 1 was found to be a member of the rare class of peroxy open chain natural products. The structures of all compounds were assigned by means of modern spectroscopic techniques. All compounds were tested for their antibacterial activities against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Micrococcus luteus, Pseudomonas agarici, Streptococcus minor, and Streptococcus ferus, in which, compounds 1, and 1015 exhibited potent to moderate activities.  相似文献

One new β-hydroxychalcone, 4-acetoxy-5,2′,4′,6′,β-pentahydroxy-3-methoxychalcone (1), one new flavanone, 7,3′-dihydroxy-5,4′-dimethoxyflavanone (2) and seven known compounds, 2R, 3R-trans-aromadendrin (3), naringenin-7-O-methylether (4), myricetin (5), quercetin-3-O-rutinoside (6), ursolic acid (7), gallic acid (8) and d-glucose (9) were isolated from the methanolic fruit extract of Cornus mas L. (=Cornus mascula L.), Cornaceae. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR experiments and of known compounds by comparison of physical and spectral data with literature.  相似文献

Eighteen constituents, including nine new compounds, were isolated from the bee pollen of Quercus mongolica. The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of combined spectroscopic analysis. Structurally, the nine new compounds are polyamine derivatives with phenolic moieties which were assigned as one putrescine derivative, mogolicine A (2), seven spermidine derivatives, mongolidines A-G (35, 8, 12, 14, 17) and one spermine derivative, mogoline A (18). Evaluation of the biological activity of isolated compounds revealed that the polyamine derivatives with coumaroyl and caffeoyl moieties showed tyrosinase inhibition with IC50 values of 19.5–85.8 μM; however, the addition of a methoxy group to phenolic derivatives reduced the inhibitory activity.  相似文献

Five new compounds (1–5), including three hexalactone derivatives (1–3) and a pair of new oxaspiro-carbon epimeric glycosides (4 and 5), and six known compounds (6–11) were obtained from the fruits of Illicium lanceolatum. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated using extensive spectroscopic data. The absolute configurations of compounds 13 were determined by an analysis of their CD spectra. It was determined that compounds 4 and 5, which are epimeric at C-5, possess the same 1-oxaspiro[4,5]decane-7α,8α,9β-triol moiety. Plausible biogenetic pathways for 4 and 5 derived from the key precursor shikimic acid were proposed. Compounds 111 were all assayed on monosodium glutamate-induced human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cell damage. The results demonstrated that compounds 4, 5, and 810 possess potential neuroprotective effects. The anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and cytotoxic activities of 111 were also evaluated.  相似文献

Two new compounds oraristatin A (1) and oraristatinoside A (2), one new natural compound (2 S)-methyl-6,7-dihydroxytropate (3), and 11 known phenolic metabolites were isolated from the aerial parts of Orthosiphon aristatus. Their chemical structures were identified by 1D- and 2D NMR and HRESIMS spectroscopic analyses. The absolute configurations of 1 and 3 were determined by TD-DFT ECD spectroscopic analyses. Of the isolates, compound 2 weakly inhibited both Gram-positive and -negative bacteria (MIC = 150–300 μM), while 6 and 7 suppressed the growth of three Gram-positive bacteria and a yeast (MIC = 75–150 μM). This is the first report of the isolation of 6 − 9, 12, and 14 from the genus Orthosiphon and the antimicrobial effects of compounds 3, 7, 9, 12, and 14.  相似文献

During the search for natural antioxidants from basidiomycetes, a new styrylpyrone, baumin (1), was isolated from the cultivated medicinal fungus Phellinus baumii, together with known compounds, davallialactone (2), hispidin (3), hypholomine B (4), interfungin A (5), inoscavin A (6), and phelligridin D (7), which were previously isolated from the medicinal fungi Phellinus ignarius, Phellinus linteus, and Inonotus xeranticus. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods. Two new quinic acid derivatives (1, 2), together containing eighteen (320) known compounds, were isolated from the fruits of Chaenomeles speciosa. Spectroscopic methods and previous data retrieved from the literature were used to determine the chemical structures of the compounds. Among the compounds, quinic acid derivatives (3, 4, 6, 7), phenolic acid compounds (8, 10, 11) and catechin derivatives (18, 19, 20) were isolated for the first time from the family Chaenomeles. Three new compounds, including a prenylated tryptophan derivative, luteoride E (1), a butenolide derivative, versicolactone G (2), and a linear aliphatic alcohol, (3E,7E)-4,8-dimethyl-undecane-3,7-diene-1,11-diol (3), together with nine known compounds (412), were isolated and identified from a coral-associated fungus Aspergillus terreus. Their structures were elucidated by HRESIMS, one- and two-dimensional NMR analysis, and the absolute configuration of 2 was determined by comparison of its electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectrum with the literature. Structurally, compound 1 featured an unusual (E)-oxime group, which occurred rarely in natural products. Compounds 13 were evaluated for the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, and compound 2 showed potent inhibitory potency with IC50 value of 104.8 ± 9.5 μM, which was lower than the positive control acarbose (IC50 = 154.7 ± 8.1 µM). Additionally, all the isolated compounds were evaluated for the anti-inflammatory activity against NO production, and compounds 13, 57, and 10 showed significant inhibitory potency with IC50 values ranging from 5.48 to 29.34 μM.  相似文献

Three new diterpenes koninginols A-C (13) and two new sesquiterpenoids 11-hydroxy-15-drimeneoic acid (4), koninginol D (5), together with twelve known compounds (617) were isolated from the endophytic fungus Trichoderma koningiopsis A729 derived from Morinda officinalis. Their structures were fully assigned with the aid of extensive spectroscopic analysis and reported data from the previous literatures. Koninginols A and B were disclosed as intriguing diterpene alkaloids, whereas the koninginol C was disclosed as one of the two examples of harziandione diterpene. All the isolates were evaluated for their antitumor activity, and compounds 12, 46, 1113, 1617 were evaluated for their antibacterial activity, wherein the new compounds 1 and 2 exhibited significant antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis with MIC values of 10 and 2 μg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

This work describes the isolation and characterization of twenty-nine compounds from the fruits of Rhus typhina L., including eleven flavonoids (1–11), eleven phenols (12–22), two pentacyclic triterpenes (23–24), two organic acids (25–26), one lumichrome (27), one courmarin (28) and one pyrimidine (29) on the basis of their spectroscopic data. Compounds apigenin (1), daidzein (4), orobol (5), 3′, 5, 5′, 7-tetrahydroxyflavanone (6), naringenin (7), butein (8), (-)-catechin (9), quercetin-3-O-α-L-(3″-O-galloyl)-rhamnoside (11), 2-hydroxybenzoic acid (13), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (14), vanillin (15), methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (16), 3,5-dihydroxybenzamide (18), tyrosol (19), caffeic acid (20), 3-(2,4,6-trihydroxyphenyl)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-propan-1-one (21), phlorizin (22), friedelin (23), oleanolic acid (24), 4,4-dimethyl-heptanedioic acid (25), anthranilic acid (26), lumichrome (27), scoparone (28) and uracil (29) have not been recorded before in this plant. This is the first report on the occurrence of compounds 4–7, 9, 11, 13–14, 16, 18–21, 25–29 from the genus Rhus. Moreover, the chemotaxonomic significance of these isolated compounds was also summarized.  相似文献
