Gas chromatography combines high resolution with good sensitivity (ECD) for the simultaneous analysis of trichothecenes. With the aid of computer-supported GC simulation based on thermodynamic retention indices, optimized GC methods for 4 different phase polarities have been developed. The verification with polar and unpolar columns in 2 GCs under optimized separation conditions provides highly reliable results.

Current industrialised farming applies multiple pesticides to fight against competitors of agricultural products. The consequences lead to direct and indirect detrimental effects on the environment. Neonicotinoids are particularly frequently applied to fight against pest insects but pollinating insects are also effected. These insecticides bind to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the insect brain and interfere with neuronal processed underlying learning, memory formation and memory retrieval. Experience dependent behaviors are essential for effective pollination. Experimental studies with honeybees documented that even extremely small doses of neonicotinoids taken up with nectar and pollen massively interfere with learning, memory, navigation, social communication and foraging motivation. Besides these direct actions on non‐target insects neonicotinoids impoverish the environment, reduce the number of wild life and destroy the quality of the agricultural ground. The multiple effects are caused by the high water solubility and the persistence of the insecticides.  相似文献

The aim of the technological treatment of microbial processes is the optimal working of the production plant. The treatment itself is to be seen as a process whose realization requires a certain amount of expenditure. The problem of optimization of this process can with certain restictions be approximately solved in a series of steps. The MODELBASE BIOTECHNOLOGY has been developed for gathering and processing data obtained from biochemical experiments. It covers the analysis of growth kinetics and production kinetics as well and may be used for calibration curve determination too. The implementation of models defined by the user is supported. Both, differential equations and their integrated forms are accepted. In addition to parameter estimation a statistical analysis can be carried on request. Two and three dimensional graphical representation facilitates the interpretation of results. Fields of application are biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, engineering, pharmacy, equipment design, education.  相似文献
