Configuration and localization of the nipple-areola complex in men.   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The causes of bilateral absence of the nipple-areola complex in men are seldom congenital, but attributable rather to destruction as a result of trauma, or after mastectomy in female-to-male transsexuals and in male breast cancer, or after the correction of extreme bilateral gynecomastia. Such a bilateral loss becomes a major reconstructive challenge with respect to the configuration and localization of a new nipple-areola complex. Because there is very little information available in the literature, we carried out a cross-sectional study on the configuration and localization of the nipple-areola complex in men.A total of 100 healthy men aged 20 to 36 years were examined under standardized conditions. The first part of the study dealt with the configuration of the nipple-areola complex (dimensions, round or oval shape). The second part concentrated on the localization of the complex on the thoracic wall with respect to anatomic landmarks and in correlation to various parameters such as weight and height of the body, circumference of the thorax, length of sternum, and position in the intercostal space.Of the 100 subjects examined, 91 had oval and seven had a round nipple-areola complex. An asymmetry between the right and the left side was found in two cases. The mean ratio of the horizontal/vertical diameter of an oval nipple-areola complex was 27:20 mm and the mean diameter for a round nipple-areola complex was 23 mm. The center of the nipple-areola complex was in the fourth intercostal space in 75 percent and in the fifth intercostal space in 23 percent of the subjects. To localize the nipple-areola complex on the thoracic wall de novo, at least two reproducible measurements proved to be necessary, composed of a horizontal line (distance from the midsternal line to the nipple = A) and a vertical line (distance from the sternal notch to the intersection of line A, = B). The closest correlation for the horizontal distance A was given by the circumference of the thorax: A = 2.4 cm + [0.09 x circumference of thorax (cm)], (r = 0.68). The best correlation to calculate the vertical distance B was found using the distance A and the length of the sternum: B = 1.2 cm + [0.28 x length of sternum (cm)] + [0.1 x circumference of thorax (cm)], (R = 0.50).In cases of bilateral absence, we recommend creating an oval nipple-areola complex in men. The appropriate localization can be calculated by means of two simple equations derived from the circumference of the thorax and the length of the sternum.  相似文献

The vertical reduction mammaplasty is an evolving technique. Its proponents report significantly decreased scarring, better breast shape, and more stable results compared with the standard inverted-T method, but the learning curve is long and cosmetic outcomes can be inconsistent. Many surgeons have experimented with the vertical closure before returning to methods more familiar to them. The authors present their modifications to the vertical reduction mammaplasty. Their changes simplify the preoperative markings and the intraoperative technique to shorten the learning curve while maintaining reliable aesthetic results. With the patient standing, only four preoperative marks are made: (1) the inframammary fold; (2) the breast axis; (3) the apex of the new nipple-areola complex; and (4) the medial and lateral limbs of the vertical incision. In the operating room, a medial or a superomedial pedicle is developed. Excess breast skin is resected with the inferior and lateral parenchyma as a C-shaped wedge. The lateral skin-adipose flap is redraped inferomedially and sutured to the chest wall. The inferior aspect of the breast is aggressively debulked and a gathering subcuticular stitch is started 2 cm below the nadir of the nipple-areola complex. Finally, a 38-mm to 42-mm nipple-areola complex marker is used to create a circular defect that is offset 0.5 cm medial to the vertical axis of the breast. In their series, 56 patients were treated and no major complications were noted. The median follow-up period was 17 months. The average reduction was 554.5 g per breast; however, the reduction was greater than 1000 g per breast in eight patients. The authors found that (1) chest wall anchoring improves lateral contour and minimizes axillary fullness; (2) aggressive debulking inferiorly avoids the persistent inferior bulge; and (3) starting the subcuticular gathering suture 2 cm below the nipple-areola complex followed by placement of a nipple-areola complex marker at the conclusion of the case prevents lateral deviation and corrects the nipple-areola complex teardrop deformity. These innovations accelerate the learning curve by simplifying the preoperative markings and lead to more consistent postoperative results and an improved cosmetic outcome. In conclusion, these modifications yield a simple, easily learned vertical reduction mammaplasty with aesthetically reliable results.  相似文献

Repeat reduction mammaplasty   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
Repeat reduction mammaplasty is an uncommonly performed procedure. Currently, no clear operative guidelines of management exist. Sixteen patients (28 breasts) with a mean age of 29 years (range, 13 to 52 years) underwent repeat breast reduction over an 11-year period. Before the first reduction, the mean notch to nipple distance was 29.6 cm (range, 24 to 38 cm) and mean nipple to inframammary crease distance was 15.5 cm (range, 12 to 18 cm). The mean mass of tissue excised was 615 g per breast. A number of different pedicles were used (six inferior, five superior, four superomedial, one unknown). All patients subsequently developed pseudoptosis. The nipple to inframammary crease distance was a mean of 11.4 cm (having initially been set at 7 cm) before the second procedure. At the second operation, two patients (three breasts) had their initial pedicles transected and the nipple-areola complex moved, and both patients developed vascular compromise of the nipple-areola complex (two breasts). Where the same pedicle was used in the second operation (five patients, 10 breasts), one patient developed unilateral nipple-areola complex necrosis. In eight patients, because of the development of pseudoptosis, the nipple was in a satisfactory position, and therefore only an inferior wedge of tissue required excision. This was performed without nipple-areola complex compromise, irrespective of the initial pedicle. The mean mass of tissue excised in the second operation was 325 g per breast (range, 120 to 620 g). Fourteen patients were available for follow-up after a mean of 5.1 years (range, 3 months to 11.7 years) following the repeat reduction mammaplasty. In the repeat breast reduction, where nipple-areola complex transposition is planned, the initial pedicle should be reused to maintain nipple-areola complex perfusion. Where the initial pedicle is not known, a free nipple graft may be the safest option. In patients with pseudoptosis, in whom the nipple does not require transposition, an inferior wedge of tissue can be safely excised, irrespective of the initial pedicle.  相似文献

Refinements in reconstruction of congenital breast deformities   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The use of tissue-expansion prostheses offers significant advantages in the reconstruction of congenital breast deformities, including Poland's syndrome. In the patient who has completed normal breast development, expansion on the abnormal side allows the development of adequate overlying skin and enlargement of the nipple-areola complex. It further allows transposition of the nipple-areola complex to a more normal location. In young patients who have not completed full breast development, tissue expanders have been placed beneath the hypoplastic breast and remain in place for many years. Periodic inflation of saline allows symmetry to be maintained as the opposite breast matures.  相似文献

SUMMARY: Women presenting with anterior thoracic depression, breast hypoplasia, and subsequent asymmetry are often diagnosed with Poland syndrome regardless of pectoralis involvement, or are placed in the generic category of breast asymmetry or skeletal dysplasias. Recently, though, the term "sunken chest" has been used to describe forms of chest wall depression that previously may have fallen under generic skeletal dysplasias. The authors believe that, combined with hypoplasia of the ipsilateral breast, superior location of the nipple-areola complex compared with the contralateral side, and normal pectoralis muscles, this represents a previously undefined and real condition called anterior thoracic hypoplasia. During the past 4 years, the authors have treated eight women who have presented with a diagnosis of Poland syndrome or pectus excavatum, all of whom share the same characteristics-unilateral sunken anterior chest wall, hypoplasia of the breast, superiorly placed nipple-areola complex, normal pectoralis muscle, and normal sternal position. All of the patients underwent correction of breast asymmetry and unilateral anterior thoracic hypoplasia with augmentation mammaplasty, a method that when tailored for each side yields good aesthetic results. The average age of the patients was 31 years and the average chest size was 34. Cup size, as measured by the patient's standard bra, was a B on the nonaffected side in all patients and an A on the affected side in all patients except one. Of the eight patients, seven had the right anterior chest and breast involved, whereas one patient had involvement on the left. For all of the patients, the nipple and areola of the hypoplastic side were smaller and in a more superior position compared with the contralateral side on visual inspection. In the eight patients, a total of 19 augmentations (15 primary augmentations and four revisions) and one mastopexy were performed. Ten inframammary-fold approaches and nine periareolar approaches were used, and all of the implants were placed in a partial submuscular position, except for two implants placed in a subglandular position that were converted to partial submuscular positions in a secondary setting. In all the women, the sternal head of the pectoralis muscle was present and the pectoralis muscle appeared to be equal in size compared to the contralateral side. Nine different types of implants were used. Average implant fill volume measured 412 cc on the hypoplastic side and 257 cc on the contralateral side. In follow-up, all of the patients were satisfied with their operation and rated their aesthetic outcome as very good to excellent. The authors believe that anterior thoracic hypoplasia is a real, previously misdiagnosed and undescribed condition, and that both chest wall and breast deformities can be corrected safely and with excellent results using proper augmentation planning and implant selection.  相似文献

If a patient's nipple-areola complex is available for grafting after mastectomy, it is the best material to use for nipple-areola reconstruction. The authors performed delayed autologous nipple-areola complex transfer to reconstructed breasts in 10 patients (mean age, 47 years; range, 40 to 53 years). The nipple-areola complex was cryopreserved with a programmed freezer after mastectomy. Histological examination of the tissue surrounding the nipple and areola eliminated the possibility of cancer invasion. At the time of transfer, the cryopreserved nipple-areola complex was thawed in 37 degrees C water and grafted on a projection made by a denuded dermal flap on the reconstructed breast. Each patient underwent immediate breast reconstruction using an innervated pedicled transverse rectus abdominis musculocutaneous (TRAM) flap. The patients' postoperative courses were uneventful. The timing of transfer ranged from 3 months to 1 year (mean, 5.8 months) after breast reconstruction. Nipple projection was made by the "four" dermal flap in five cases, a round dermal flap in three cases, a double dermal flap in one case, and a denuded skate flap in one case. The follow-up period ranged from 5 to 36 months (mean, 21.8 months). All grafts were adapted. The final evaluation of nipple-areola complex adaptation was good in four cases, fair in four cases, and poor in two cases. Histological examination of the hematoxylin and eosin stains showed no remarkable destruction of the skin of the nipple and areola, and electron microscopic examination of the areola skin revealed no significant change. However, electron microscopic examination of the nipple skin showed serious damage to skin components, including elongation of the desmosome, widening of the intercellular space at the prickle cell and basal layers, and shrinking of prickle and basal cells. Although further development of the freezing process and cryopreservation technique is needed to prevent depigmentation of the nipple and areola, cryopreserved nipple-areola complex transfer to a reconstructed breast could be an alternative method of nipple-areola reconstruction.  相似文献

Gynecomastia is a benign enlargement of the male breast due to a physiological or pathological factor that interferes with the balance between estrogens and androgens in the serum. Gynecomastia itself requires no treatment unless the persistent enlargement of the male breast is a source of embarrassment and/or distress for the adolescent or adult man. The indications for the surgical treatment of gynecomastia are founded on two main objectives: (1) the restoration of male chest shape and (2) diagnostic evaluation of suspected breast lesions. The diagnostic evaluation begins with an adequate history and a thorough breast examination helped by laboratory tests and instrumental research. Several approaches for surgical treatment have been described in the literature. Some problems arise in patients who have significant enlargement and ptosis of the breast that will require skin reduction and in some patients requiring nipple-areola complex reduction. The authors believe that the complete circumareolar technique with purse-string suture creates the best aesthetic results, with fewer complications, in patients with moderate and severe ptotic glandular breast enlargements that have skin redundancy combined with areolar enlargement. From 1995 through 1999, a total of 10 male patients with moderate to severe gynecomastia were treated surgically using a complete circumareolar approach. All patients achieved a good aesthetic contour of the chest. Only two patients required a revision of the circumareolar scar to correct postoperative enlargement.  相似文献

A comprehensive review of 300 patients undergoing reduction mammaplasty (576 breasts) based on an inferior glandular pedicle is presented. The average age was 31.7 years, weight 146.6 lbs., and the amount of tissue removed 1313.6 gm. No deepithelialization of the skin was performed, and average operating time was 174 minutes. The average distance the nipple-areola complex was moved was 12 cm, with the longest being 22.5 cm. Fifty-seven percent had fibrocystic mastopathy on histologic analysis, and no malignancies were found, even in patients who had undergone a previous mastectomy for breast carcinoma. The most common complication (3.1 percent) was minor suture line necrosis along the infra-mammary crease. All healed without intervention. There was no necrosis or sensory loss to the nipple-areola complex in any patient, and cosmesis was excellent. The analysis also showed that the use of epinephrine, injected subcutaneously just prior to the operation, significantly decreased intraoperative blood loss (p less than 0.0005), regardless of the amount of tissue removed, and eliminated the need for transfusions.  相似文献

Although Montgomery's tubercles are often prominent structures on the areola, little attention has been paid to their reconstruction. Present techniques for nipple-areola reconstruction result in a flat-appearing surface that is usually not characteristic of a normal areola with its projecting Montgomery's tubercles. We describe a technique for creating Montgomery's tubercles that has resulted in a more normal-appearing nipple-areola complex and a higher degree of patient satisfaction.  相似文献

Immediate prosthetic breast reconstruction is a relatively simple, quick procedure with no donor site morbidity. This report discusses immediate one-stage breast reconstruction using prostheses in 18 patients (19 breasts) who also required a contralateral reduction or mastopexy. In all cases, an inverted-T pattern was applied to both breasts. The mean age of the patients was 49 years (range, 32 to 62 years), and the mean size of the gel implant used was 330 ml (range, 120 to 550 ml); the implant was inserted in a total submuscular pocket in seven patients and subcutaneously in 11 patients. In two patients with multiple risk factors, the prosthesis extruded, and one patient required removal for a periprosthetic infection. In 10 patients with early stage disease (T1 or T2) with tumors more than 5 cm from the nipple-areola complex, the original areola (n = 3) or nipple-areola complex (n = 7) was retained as a full-thickness skin graft. The breast shape after submuscular prosthesis insertion is different than that of the contralateral breast after a mastopexy or reduction, and nipple-areola complex symmetry was difficult to obtain; thus, this technique was abandoned in favor of the subcutaneous position (using a modified Wise keyhole pattern with a de-epithelialized portion, which still allows two-layer closure). In the subgroup of patients with large breasts or marked ptosis, a single-stage breast reconstruction procedure can be performed with symmetrical incisions. The subcutaneous position allows for symmetrical shape and nipple-areola complex symmetry to be obtained. When the tumors are small and situated in the periphery of the breast, the nipple-areola complex may be retained as a full-thickness graft.  相似文献

After performing a chart review, the authors identified 120 patients who underwent breast cancer-related reconstruction. All charts were evaluated with regard to breast mound reconstruction type, nipple-areola reconstruction type, the interval between breast mound and nipple-areola reconstruction, the number of procedures needed to achieve nipple-areola reconstruction, patient history of radiation therapy, and complications. A questionnaire was then developed and mailed to all of the patients who underwent both breast mound and nipple/areola reconstruction (n = 105) to evaluate their level of satisfaction. Of the 43 patients who returned the questionnaire, 41 completed all portions correctly. The questionnaire evaluated patient satisfaction with breast mound reconstruction; patient satisfaction with nipple-areola reconstruction; what the patient disliked most about the nipple-areola reconstruction; and whether or not the patient would choose to have breast reconstruction again. Several parameters were then tested statistically against the reported patient satisfaction.A review of all patients who underwent breast reconstruction revealed that their breast mound reconstructions were done using either a TRAM flap (59 percent), a latissimus dorsi flap and an implant (19 percent), an expander followed by an implant (9 percent), an implant only (4 percent), or other means (9 percent). The nipple-areola was reconstructed in these patients with either a star flap (36 percent), nipple sharing (10 percent), a keyhole flap (9 percent), a skate flap (9 percent), an S-flap (8 percent), a full-thickness skin graft (6 percent), or by another means (22 percent). The number of procedures needed to achieve nipple-areola reconstruction was either one (in 66 percent of the patients), two (in 32 percent of the patients), or three or more (2 percent of the patients). Eleven percent of the patients experienced the complication of nipple necrosis.Satisfaction with breast mound reconstruction was reported by 81 percent of patients to be excellent/good, by 14 percent of patients to be fair, and by 5 percent of patients to be poor. Reported satisfaction with nipple-areola reconstruction was excellent/good for 64 percent of patients, fair for 22 percent of patients, and poor for 14 percent of patients. The factors patients disliked most about their nipple-areola reconstruction were, in descending order, lack of projection, color match, shape, size, texture, and position. Statistical analysis of the data revealed inferior patient satisfaction when there was a longer interval between breast mound and nipple areola reconstruction (p = 0.003). No significant difference was observed in nipple/areola reconstruction satisfaction ratings when compared with breast mound reconstruction type (p = 0.46), nipple-areola reconstruction type (p = 0.98), and history of radiation therapy (p = 0.23). There was also no significant difference when breast mound reconstruction was compared with technique (p = 0.51) and history of radiation therapy (p = 0.079). Overall, there was a greater satisfaction with breast mound reconstruction than with nipple-areola reconstruction (p = 0.0001).  相似文献

Single-stage, autologous breast restoration   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

The skin-sparing mastectomy, when performed with immediate reconstruction, is a major advance in breast reconstruction. Traditionally, reconstruction of the nipple-areola complex is performed as a subsequent procedure. In this study, 17 patients (mean age, 43 years; range, 35 to 53 years) underwent one-stage breast and nipple-areola reconstruction over a 21-month period. In all cases of breast reconstruction, a buried transverse rectus abdominis musculocutaneous (TRAM) flap was used, and all patients had a simultaneous nipple-areola complex reconstruction performed. Nine patients had a Wise keyhole pattern used and contralateral reduction performed. Four patients retained all their breast skin, and a TRAM skin island was used in another four. It has recently been shown that patients with early-stage breast cancer and peripherally sited tumors have a very low risk of nipple-areola involvement. In 10 patients with early disease and peripheral tumors, the areola was retained (as a thin full-thickness graft), but more recently, in three patients with early-stage disease, the entire nipple-areola complex was used as a thin full-thickness graft. The thin full-thickness skin graft is removed from the breast in an apple-coring fashion, so that most of the ducts are retained as part of the mastectomy specimen. (There was histological confirmation of absence of tumor in the nipples of these patients.)One-stage autologous reconstruction should be considered for all patients undergoing immediate breast reconstruction. In patients with early-stage disease and peripheral tumors, the nipple-areola complex may be retained through the use of a thin full-thickness graft that is applied to a deepithelialized CV flap on the TRAM flap. This allows the best method of nipple-areola complex reconstruction: by retaining the original breast envelope, the color match and texture in the reconstruction are ideal. Patient satisfaction in this study was high. Necrosis of the mastectomy flaps impaired the cosmetic results in some patients. A large multicenter study is required to confirm the effectiveness of this procedure.  相似文献

Competition regulation in taekwondo has experienced several changes during the last few years, for example, kicks to the head score more points than kicks to the chest. In addition, some external factors such as the height of target and execution distance seem to affect the kick performance. The aim of this study was to analyse selected biomechanical parameters (impact force, reaction time, and execution time) according to the height and execution distance in two different male groups (experts (n = 12) and novices (n = 21)). Athletes kicked twice from every execution distance (short, normal and long) and towards two different heights of target (chest and head) in a random order. Novices kicked to the head with a longer reaction time than to the chest (p < 0.05) but experts were able to kick with similar performance for both heights. From short and normal distances experts kicked with similar performance; whereas from the normal distance novices had longer reaction and execution time than from the short distance (p < 0.05). In conclusion, in counterattacking situations, experts should perform the roundhouse kick to the head instead of to the chest, because it produces better scores with similar performance; whereas novice athletes should avoid kicking to the head because they are not able to kick with similar performance. Moreover, it is recommended that during counterattacks higher-level taekwondo athletes should intend to kick from normal distances.  相似文献

Patients with macromastia often comment on a lack of sensation in their nipple-areola complex. A study was designed to investigate the cause of this decreased sensation. Two hypotheses were proposed. First, the decreased sensation could result from neuropraxia of the sensory nerve fibers secondary to traction caused by the heavy breast parenchyma. The second hypothesis proposed that tissue expansion of the nipple and areola by the voluminous breast parenchyma caused a decrease in nerve fibers per surface area and hence decreased sensory perception. Sixty-one patients were assessed in the study. All patients underwent surgery in which histological biopsy of either the areola alone (31 reduction mammaplasty patients) or the nipple and areola (30 mastectomy patients) was possible. Before surgery, each nipple-areola complex was tested with Weinstein Enhanced Sensory Test monofilaments as a quantitative test of tactile sensation. Breast cup size, ptosis, and weight of tissue excised were recorded to allow general assessment of the breast size. The nipple and areola biopsy specimens were assessed using immunohistochemistry (S-100 polyclonal antibody, Dako Z311) to measure nerve fiber count per unit area. Statistical analysis was undertaken to find any association among sensitivity, breast cup size, ptosis, weight of tissue resected, and nerve fiber density in the nipple and areola biopsy specimens. Sensitivity at the areola decreased with increasing breast cup size (r = 0.47, p < 0.001) and ptosis (r = 0.42, p = 0.002 for increasing distance between inframammary crease and nipple; r = 0.49, p < 0.001 for increasing manubrium to nipple distance). There was a weak correlation between nerve fiber density at the areola and breast cup size (r = -0.22, p = 0.1). Sensitivity at the nipple was higher than at the areola. Nerve fiber density count at the nipple was higher than at the areola, but there was no statistically significant correlation between nipple sensitivity and breast cup size, ptosis, or weight of tissue resected. The results suggest that the areola and nipple are different in their neuroanatomy. The areola is a thin, pliable structure that is predisposed to stretch as the breast enlarges and therefore experience a decrease in nerve fiber density. The nipple is a compact structure that is less likely to stretch with breast enlargement. In the nipple, neither sensory perception nor nerve fiber density varied with size or breast ptosis. The perceived lack of sensation in the nipple-areola complex is multifactorial. This study shows that neither traction injury to the sensory nerves nor decreased nerve density alone can explain the subjective numbness reported by patients with macromastia. Psychological factors, such as dissatisfaction with body form or interpretation of lack of sensation in the areola as also affecting the nipple, may influence the patient's assessment of the nipple-areola sensitivity.  相似文献

Retrospective study of the skin-sparing mastectomy in breast reconstruction   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
The final appearance of the reconstructed breast is greatly dependent on the relative amounts of skin and breast tissue excised at the time of the mastectomy and on the exact location of the skin incision. A complete mastectomy may be performed using modified skin incisions to avoid the sacrifice of unnecessary breast skin. The type of skin-sparing incision used varies based on the exact location of the tumor and the size of the breast, but it always includes the nipple-areola complex and the biopsy site. The presence of local recurrence, distant disease, or death was determined in 50 consecutive patients who had skin-sparing mastectomies and immediate breast reconstruction between 1985 and 1991 to ascertain the safety of the procedure. The period of follow-up ranged from 23 to 121 months, with a mean of 57 months and a median of 51.5 months. There was no local recurrence, active distant disease was present in five patients, two patients died of distant disease, and there were two unrelated deaths.  相似文献

The authors describe a new modification of the breast reduction procedure. By means of an inframammary incision, the breast is mobilized from the chest wall, and a "doughnut" annulus of breast tissue is removed from the undersurface of the gland. No skin is excised. The nipple-areola complex is left attached to a central core of breast tissue that receives its blood supply from the subdermal plexus of vessels. When the resulting defect is closed within the breast by strategically placed sutures, the base of the gland is narrowed, the breast is projected forward, and the circumareolar and vertical scars of other techniques are eliminated. The authors report their results in a series of 37 patients.  相似文献

There has been a major need to better understand the biological characteristics of triple-negative breast cancers. Compared with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive cancers, several magnetic resonance (MR) imaging findings have been reported as characteristic findings. However, information regarding their location has not been described. Our study was to compare the location of triple-negative breast cancers with that of ER-positive breast cancers using magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. The locations of 1102 primary breast cancers (256 triple-negative and 846 ER-positive) in 1090 women (mean, 52.1 years) were reviewed using three-dimensional (3D) coordinates. The x-axis measurement was recorded as the transverse distance from the posterior nipple line; y-axis measurement as the anteroposterior distance from the chest wall; z-axis measurement as the superoinferior distance from the posterior nipple line. The association between breast cancer subtype and tumor location was evaluated using multiple linear regression analysis. Triple-negative breast cancers were significantly closer to the chest wall than ER-positive breast cancers in absolute (1.8 cm vs. 2.3 cm, P < .0001) and normalized (0.21 vs. 0.25, P < .0001) y-axis distances. The x- and z-axes distances were not significantly different between triple-negative and ER-positive breast cancers. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that age, mammographic density, axillary nodal status, and triple-negative subtype were significantly associated with absolute and normalized distances from the chest wall (all P < .05). Our results show that triple-negative breast cancers have a tendency toward a posterior or prepectoral location compared with ER-positive breast cancers.  相似文献
