Résumé Le ?psylle commun du poirier?Psylla pyri (L.) est le ravageur-clé de cette culture en France et dans de nombreux pays d'Europe. Parmi les antagonistes, nous avons étudié l'influence du complexe parasitaire sur la dynamique des populations du ravageur. Ce travail a recours au contr?le visuel des rameaux pour suivre le niveau des populations du phytophage. Une méthode d'isolement de larves de l'h?te au laboratoire est utilisée afin d'évaluer le taux de parasitisme ou prévalence. La parasitofaune est constituée de micro-hyménoptères parasito?des et hyperparasito?des de larves L4 et L5 de psylle.Trechnites psyllae (Ruschka) et dans une moindre mesurePrionomitus mitratus (Dalman) sont les parasito?des qui assurent la régulation dès la 1re génération du ravageur. L'hyperparasitisme, essentiellement d? àSyrphophagus mamitus (Walker), appara?t plus tard sur l'h?te-relaisPsylla pyrisuga Foerster présent en vergers entre la 1re et la 2e génération deP. pyri. Les autres hyperparasito?des,Pachyneuron muscarum (L.),Pachyneuron aphidis Bouche,Dendrocerus psyllarum Dessart,Dilyta subclavata Foerster etDilyta talitzkii Belizin sont encore plus tardifs. Les taux d'hyperparasitisme nuls enregistrés au cours de la 1re génération deP. pyri laissent escompter d'excellents résultats de la mise en pratique éventuelle d'une méthode de lachers précoces de parasito?des, pour réduire le plut t?t possible les populations du ravageur.   相似文献

Artificial worlds models of evolutionary systems are computer models that map the essential logical structure of ecological systems, defined as self-sustaining biological organizations. The artificial world comprises an artificial environment, with mass components, energy input, and physical states. It also comprises artificial organisms, including a genome, a phenome, and a (developmental) map that connects the genome to the phenome. Mass components are cycled and space is limited. The evolution process results, as in nature, from genetic variation combined with natural selection imposed by the finiteness of the environment. The selection criteria (fitness values) are not imposed, but rather emerge from the interactions of the organisms with each other and with the environment. The dynamics at the population level also emerges from these basic interactions. In this paper we describe the comparative properties of the EVOLVE family of artificial worlds models.  相似文献

The desmosomal cadherins comprise the desmocollins and desmogleins and are involved in epithelial cell-cell adhesion. There are three desmocollins (DSC 1-3) and three desmogleins (DSG 1-3) that are expressed in a tissue- and development-specific manner. Desmosomal proteins have been implicated in a number of disorders characterized by loss of cell-cell adhesion and trauma-induced skin fragility. Therefore, the desmocollins are potential candidates for genodermatoses involving epithelial tissues. In order to screen the entire DSC1 and DSC3 genes, we have characterized their intron-exon organization. The DSC1 gene comprises 17 exons spanning approximately 33 kb on 18q12.1, and the DSC3 gene comprises 17 exons spanning approximately 49 kb on 18q12.1. We have also developed a comprehensive PCR-based mutation detection strategy for desmocollins 1, 2, and 3 using primers placed on flanking introns followed by direct sequencing of the PCR products.  相似文献

For the first time a complete ostracode and trilobite fauna is described from the Dobrovitá Formation (Ordovician) of Perunica. In contrast to the trilobite fauna the ostracode fauna evidences close relations to both Armorica and Baltica. The trilobite fauna comprises 11 species out of 11 genera, the ostracode fauna comprises 15 (5 new) species out of 15 (1 new) genera.  相似文献

The posterior lateral line system (PLL) of teleost fish comprises a number of mechanosensory organs arranged in defined patterns on the body surface. Embryonic patterns are largely conserved among teleosts, yet adult patterns are highly diverse. Although changes in pattern modify the perceptual abilities of the system, their developmental origin remains unknown. Here we compare the processes that underlie the formation of the juvenile PLL pattern in Thunnus thynnus, the bluefin tuna, to the processes that were elucidated in Danio rerio, the zebrafish. In both cases, the embryonic PLL comprises five neuromasts regularly spaced along the horizontal myoseptum, but the juvenile PLL comprises four roughly parallel anteroposterior lines in zebrafish, whereas it is a simple dorsally arched line in tuna fish. We examined whether this difference involves evolutionary novelties, and show that the same mechanisms mediate the transition from embryonic to juvenile patterns in both species. We conclude that the marked difference in juveniles depends on a single change (dorsal vs. ventral migration of neuromasts) in the first days of larval life.  相似文献

A hypothesis (CI=57.3%) on the evolutionary relationships of families comprising the class Monogenoidea is proposed based on 141 character states in 47 homologous series and employing phylogenetic systematics. Based on the analysis, three subclasses, the Polyonchoinea, Polystomatoinea and Oligonchoinea, are recognised. The analysis supports independent origins of the Montchadskyellidae within the Polyonchoinea and of the Neodactylodiscidae and Amphibdellatidae within the order Dactylogyridea (Polyonchoinea); the suborder Montchadskyellinea is raised to ordinal status and new suborders Neodactylodiscinea and Amphibdellatinea are proposed to reflect these origins. The Gyrodactylidea (Polyonchoinea) is supported by three synapomorphies and comprises the Gyrodactylidae, Anoplodiscidae, Tetraonchoididae and Bothitrematidae. The analysis supports recognition of the Polystomatoinea comprising Polystomatidae and Sphyranuridae. Evolutionary relationships within the Oligonchoinea indicate independent origins of three ordinal taxa, the Chimaericolidea (monotypic), Diclybothriidea (including Diclybothriidae and Hexabothriidae) and Mazocraeidea (with five suborders). The suborder Mazocraeinea comprises the Plectanocotylidae, Mazocraeidae and Mazoplectidae, and is characterised by two synapomorphies. The suborder Gastrocotylinea, characterised by presence of accessory sclerites in the haptoral sucker, is divided into two infraorders, the monotypic Anthocotylina infraorder novum and Gastrocotylina. Two superfamilies of the Gastrocotylina are recognised, the Protomicrocotyloidea and Gastrocotyloidea; the Pseudodiclidophoridae is considered incertae sedis within the Gastrocotylina. The suborder Discocotylinea comprises the Discocotylidae, Octomacridae and Diplozoidae and is supported by four synapomorphies. The monotypic Hexostomatinea suborder novum is proposed to reflect an independent origin of the Hexostomatidae within the Mazocraeidea. The terminal suborder Microcotylinea comprises four superfamilies, the Microcotyloidea, Allopyragraphoroidea, Diclidophoroidea and Pyragraphoroidea. The analysis supports incorporation of the Pterinotrematidae in the Pyragraphoroidea and rejection of the monotypic order Pterinotrematidea. The following taxa are also rejected for reasons of paraphyly and/or polyphyly: Articulonchoinea, Bothriocotylea, Eucotylea, Monoaxonematidea, Tetraonchidea, Gotocotyloidea, Anchorophoridae and Macrovalvitrematidae. The Sundanonchidae, Iagotrematidae and Microbothriidae were not included in the analysis because of lack of pertinent information regarding character states.  相似文献

Xylokorys chledophilia, a new arthropod with three-dimensionally preserved soft tissues, is described from the Herefordshire (Silurian) Lagerstätte of England. The head and trunk are covered by a relatively featureless ovoid carapace, which comprises a domed central part and a flange-like border. The head bears five pairs of appendages. The first is uniramous, with dorsal and ventral projections distally. Appendages two to four are biramous and each endopod terminates in two projections. Appendage five is possibly biramous. The hypostome is very long and subrectangular in outline. There are approximately 35 pairs of biramous trunk appendages. Each exopod comprises a long slender shaft bearing numerous fine filaments; each endopod comprises a ribbon-like shaft bearing paddle-like endites. Morphological comparisons and cladistic analyses of X. chledophilia indicate affinity with Vachonisia rogeri from the Lower Devonian Hunsrück Slate, within the marrellomorphs, but assignment to Marrellomorpha is provisional pending revision of other members of this clade. Xylokorys is the first ‘marrellomorph’ to be reported from the Silurian. It is interpreted as a benthic particle filter feeder, which may also have consumed prey items.  相似文献

The specialized type III secretion (T3S) apparatus of pathogenic and symbiotic Gram-negative bacteria comprises a complex transmembrane organelle and an ATPase homologous to the F1-ATPase beta subunit. The T3S ATPase HrcN of Pseudomonas syringae associates with the inner membrane, and its ATP hydrolytic activity is stimulated by dodecamerization. The structure of dodecameric HrcN (HrcN12) determined to 1.6 nm by cryo-electron microscopy is presented. HrcN12 comprises two hexameric rings that are probably stacked face-to-face by the association of their C-terminal domains. It is 11.5 +/- 1.0 nm in diameter, 12.0 +/- 2.0 nm high and has a 2.0-3.8 nm wide inner channel. This structure is compared to a homology model based on the structure of the F1-beta-ATPase. A model for its incorporation within the T3S apparatus is presented.  相似文献

Chromosome numbers and C-banding patterns of sixteen weevil species are presented. The obtained results confirm the existence of two groups of species with either a small or large amount of heterochromatin in the karyotype. The first group comprises twelve species (Apionidae: Oxystoma cerdo, Eutrichapion melancholicum, Ceratapion penetrans, Ceratapion austriacum, Squamapion flavimanum, Rhopalapion longirostre; Nanophyidae: Nanophyes marmoratus; Curculionidae: Centricnemus (=Peritelus) leucogrammus, Sitona humeralis, Sitona lineatus, Sitona macularis, Sitona suturalis). In weevils with a small amount of heterochromatin, tiny grains on the nucleus during interphase are visible, afterwards appearing as dark dots during mitotic and meiotic prophase. The second group comprises four species from the curculionid subfamily Cryptorhynchinae (Acalles camelus, Acalles commutatus, Acalles echinatus, Ruteria hypocrita) which possess much larger heteropycnotic chromosome parts visible during all nuclear divisions. The species examined have pericentromeric C-bands on autosomes and on the X chromosome.  相似文献

The marine tetrapods from the late Ladinian Spanish Muschelkalk deposits located between the towns of Mont‐ral and Alcover (province Tarragona) are reviewed. The fauna comprises an undetermined thalattosaur, a small cyamodontoid placodont probably referrable to Psephoderma, a possible pachypleurosaur with (if any) affinities to the Serpianosaurus‐Neusticosaurus clade, lariosaur specimens currently referred to Lariosaurus balsami, an incomplete specimen of Lariosaurus calcagnii, an endemic nothosaur (Nothosaurus cymatosauroides), and a possible pistosaur. Collectively, the faunal mix comprises endemic taxa as well as elements with affinities to the fauna of the Alpine and/or Germanic Triassic. The fauna suggests faunal interchange through the Burgundy Gate linking the southern branch of the developing Neotethys to the Germanic Basin.  相似文献

Congenital heart disease(CHD) is the most frequent birth defect(0.8%–1% of all live births). Due to the advance in prenatal and postnatal early diagnosis and treatment, more than90% of these patients survive into adulthood today. However, several mid- and long-term morbidities are dominating the follow-up of these patients. Due to the rarity and heterogeneity of the phenotypes of CHD, multicenter registry-based studies are required. The CHD-Biobank was established in 2009 with the aim to collect DNA from patients and their parents(trios) or from affected families, as well as cardiovascular tissues from patients undergoing corrective heart surgery for cardiovascular malformations. Clinical/phenotype data are matched to the International Paediatric and Congenital Cardiac Code(IPCCC) and the International Statistical Classi?cation of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10 th Revision(ICD-10). The DNA collection currently comprises samples from approximately 4200 participants with a wide range of CHD phenotypes.The collection covers about 430 trios and 120 families with more than one affected member. The cardiac tissue collection comprises 1143 tissue samples from 556 patients after open heart surgery.  相似文献

Evaluation of neuroendocrine tumors extent comprises a somatostatin receptor scintigraphy with OctréoScan®. This examination begins with the radiopharmaceutical preparation and its quality control (dose, visual appearance, radiochemical purity, pH). The radiopharmaceutical is administered intravenously at a slow rate with respect of the contra-indications and recommendations. The patient's good respect of low residue diet and digestive preparations is essential for a good imaging quality. In addition, the technologist's psychological role (particularly for people suffering from claustrophobia) and adequate procedures must be taken into account. Several days are necessary to perform the examination that comprises whole body and planar (thoracic and abdominal) views, combined SPECT-CT imaging. This hybrid modality using fused images allows a good anatomical localisation of focal areas of increased uptake even in case of faint uptake. Some false-positive can be avoided (colonic stasis, gall bladder). SPECT-CT contribution to the diagnosis is certain.  相似文献

A cancer-associated antigen, sialyl-Le(a) oligosaccharide, was isolated from human milk using a monoclonal antibody recognizing carbohydrate moieties of mucin-type glycoproteins. The structure was identified as: (Formula: see text) based on 500-MHz 1H-NMR spectroscopy. This oligosaccharide comprises 0.07% of sialyloligosaccharides in human milk. The NMR spectra of two fellow oligosaccharides, Le(a) oligosaccharide (or lacto-N-fucopentaose II) and LS-tetrasaccharide a, are also given.  相似文献

The presecretory protein preprocecropinA (which comprises 64 amino acid residues) as well as a synthetic hybrid between preprocecropinA and dihydrofolate reductase (which comprises 252 amino acid residues) are processed by and transported into mammalian microsomes. Transport of both precursor proteins can take place cotranslationally, i.e. with the aid of ribosome and signal recognition particle, or posttranslationally, i.e. independently of these ribonucleoparticles (RNPs). We investigated the role of the precursor structure with respect to competence for RNP-independent transport by constructing deletion mutants and hybrid proteins. The results demonstrate that the signal peptide is essential for RNP-independent transport. Furthermore, the signal peptide is sufficient for translocation of preprocecropinA derivatives up to 85 amino acid residues in size. However, the conformation of the precursor protein is decisive in the case of larger hybrid proteins.  相似文献
