Fuzzy supervisory control of glutamic acid production   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In glutamic acid fermentation, the molasses feeding policy and time of penicillin addition significantly affected glutamic acid production, and a fuzzy supervisory control system was developed for their quasi-optimal regulation.From the trend of the experimental data, production rules and membership functions of fuzzy inference were devised to determine the quasi-optimum molasses feeding policy and penicillin addition time. A computer with multitasking operating system was used for the construction of the control system with fuzzy inferencing, which decided the control policy every minute, and the feed rate was controlled automatically. The pattern of residual sugar concentration was almost the same as that of maximum glutamic acid production under manual operation. Using the computer control system, stable production was maintained at the highest level of 71 to 75 g/L. (c) 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Abstract

To overcome the problem that soft-sensing model cannot be updated with the bioprocess changes, this article proposed a soft-sensing modeling method which combined fuzzy c-means clustering (FCM) algorithm with least squares support vector machine theory (LS-SVM). FCM is used for separating a whole training data set into several clusters with different centers, each subset is trained by LS-SVM and sub-models are developed to fit different hierarchical property of the process. The new sample data that bring new operation information is introduced in the model, and the fuzzy membership function of the sample to each clustering is first calculated by the FCM algorithm. Then, a corresponding LS-SVM sub-model of the clustering with the largest fuzzy membership function is used for performing dynamic learning so that the model can update online. The proposed method is applied to predict the key biological parameters in the marine alkaline protease MP process. The simulation result indicates that the soft-sensing modeling method increases the model’s adaptive abilities in various operation conditions and can improve its generalization ability.  相似文献

Abstract

A computer program has been developed for the automated interpretation of mass spectra of TMS derivatives of nucleosides found in human urine. The m/z values in the unknown spectrum are compared to m/z values of 3 different ion series commonly observed in the mass spectra of nucleoside TMS derivatives.1 If a correlation exists, the unknown spectra are marked with color according to the scheme: 1) blue—molecular ion series, 2) red—base ion series and 3) yellow—sugar ion series. The program suggests a structural assignment for each of the marked ions and calculates a series related ion current. The calculated ion current is used to assign the of sugar contained in the unknown nucleoside.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨急诊危重孕产妇5分钟紧急剖宫产的临床效果,并分析新生儿不良结局的危险因素。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月~2022年6月在河北省儿童医院妇产科收治的急诊危重孕产妇139例的临床资料。根据急诊剖宫产流程分为对照组(n=68,常规紧急剖宫产流程下进行手术)及观察组(n=71,5分钟紧急剖宫产)。观察两组孕产妇的手术情况、手术反应时间、孕产妇并发症、新生儿不良结局发生率。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析新生儿不良结局的危险因素。结果:两组住院时间、术中出血量、术中输血情况组间对比,未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组进手术室至手术开始时间、决定手术至胎儿娩出的时间间隔(DDI)、决定手术至进手术室时间、手术开始至胎儿娩出时间均更短,新生儿不良结局发生率、并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。根据新生儿不良结局将孕产妇分为不良组(n=38)、良好组(n=101)。单因素分析结果显示:新生儿不良结局与受教育程度、新生儿体重、孕周、剖宫产类型、DDI、妊娠合并症、采用辅助生殖技术有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,受教育程度为小学及其以下、新生儿体重偏低、剖宫产类型为I类剖宫产、孕周偏短、DDI偏长均是新生儿不良结局的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:急诊危重孕产妇5分钟紧急剖宫产可缩短各项手术反应时间,降低孕产妇并发症和新生儿不良结局发生率。此外,新生儿不良结局的发生与受教育程度、新生儿体重、剖宫产类型、孕周、DDI等因素有关。  相似文献

Summary An object-oriented fuzzy expert system to support on-line control of an automated fermentation plant is described. The major elements of the system consist of a fuzzy inference engine, a database, a knowledge base, and an expression evaluater. The expression evaluater calculates specific rates for growth, and substrate and product formation at different physiological states during the cultivation from the measured data. The specific rates are then compared with the standard target rates stored in the database. If differences outside the set tolerances were observed, the inference engine analyses the reasons for the faults on the basis of the knowledge represented in the form of a knowledge network and fuzzy membership functions of the process variables. PurposeBeryllium is known to have adverse health effects and is classified as carcinogenic to humans. However, data on systemic beryllium exposure in humans are rare and especially human toxicokinetics are largely uncharted. As such, the first reported multi-annual course of blood and urine concentrations after a high exposure scenario provides important new insights.MethodsFor a medical follow-up biomonitoring samples were collected for 56 months from a male subject after an accidental and multi-faceted high exposure. Sampling started on day 2 post-exposure for urine and day 147 for blood. The samples were analyzed by inductively coupled mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and plotted longitudinally as a function of time. Terminal half-lives were calculated assuming a first-order elimination process.Main findingsBoth matrices showed highly increased initial concentrations (about 100-fold), despite the 147-day delay in blood sampling, and a marked decline over time. In urine, a two-phase excretion process was suspected based on the longitudinal data. Calculations gave terminal half-lives of 117.5 days and 666.5 days for phases 1 and 2, respectively. Blood kinetics called for a terminal half-life of 103.5 days. Elimination kinetics in blood and urine were comparable, simultaneously gathered samples showed an excellent correlation (R² = 0.985).Principal conclusionsThe long-term follow-up after a high initial exposure to beryllium provides the first detailed insights into the elimination course of systemically available beryllium in humans. Conform kinetics of beryllium in urine and blood and the strong correlation between both parameters indicate high data validity and support the good representation of the current systemically available beryllium by urine and blood concentration in humans. The relatively long terminal half-lives in both matrices suggest a possible accumulation in humans in case of repeated exposures.  相似文献

摘要 目的:观察碳酸镧咀嚼片联合依降钙素对血液透析高磷血症患者冠状动脉钙化及血磷水平的影响。方法:选取2019年8月~2021年3月我院接收的血液透析高磷血症患者120例,采用双色球法,将患者分为对照组(60例,依降钙素治疗)和观察组(60例,在对照组基础上结合碳酸镧咀嚼片治疗),对比两组疗效、血磷、血钙、钙磷乘积、全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)、成纤维生长因子23(FGF-23)、冠状动脉钙化积分(CACS),观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率(91.67%)优于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率组间对比无差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗结束后血磷、iPTH、血钙、FGF-23、钙磷乘积、CACS低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析高磷血症患者采用碳酸镧咀嚼片联合依降钙素治疗,可延缓冠状动脉钙化,有效降低血磷水平,安全有效。  相似文献

目的:探讨去铁酮联合去铁胺治疗重型地中海贫血患儿的疗效及对血糖代谢和铁代谢的影响。方法:选取2015年3月~2017年12月期间海南省妇女儿童医学中心儿科收治的127例重型地中海贫血患儿,根据数表法将患儿随机分为对照组(n=63)和研究组(n=64),其中对照组在基础治疗的基础上给予去铁胺治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合去铁酮治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后的血糖代谢和铁代谢情况,记录两组患儿治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患儿治疗后临床总有效率为73.44%(47/64),高于对照组患儿的55.56%(35/63)(P0.05)。两组患儿治疗后血糖代谢正常率均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P0.05)。两组患儿治疗后血清铁蛋白(SF)降低,尿铁排泄量(UIE)升高(P0.05);研究组治疗后SF低于对照组,UIE高于对照组(P0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:去铁酮联合去铁胺治疗重型地中海贫血患儿,安全有效,可改善机体铁代谢,提高血糖代谢正常比例,具有一定的临床应用价值。  相似文献

目的:探讨坦洛新联合托特罗定对老年膀胱过度活动综合症患者P2X3受体表达的影响。方法:收集我院收治的膀胱过度活动综合症患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例,对照组患者给予盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊,实验组患者在对照组的基础上给予酒石酸托特罗定。观察并比较所有患者的最大尿流速率、膀胱残余尿量、排尿次数、单次最大尿量水平以及患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者治疗后单次最大尿量、最大尿流速率均升高(P0.05),膀胱残余尿量、排尿次数以及P2X3水平均降低(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗后单次最大尿量、最大尿流速率较高(P0.05),膀胱残余尿量、排尿次数以及P2X3水平较低(P0.05);实验组患者临床总有效率与对照组相比较高(P0.05)。结论:坦洛新联合托特罗定能够显著提高老年膀胱活动度综合征患者临床疗效,可能与其降低患者血清P2X3受体水平有关。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断不同病程老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)下肢血管病变(LEADDP)的临床价值及与血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)的关系。方法:选取我院于2019年5月~2020年4月期间收治的80例老年T2DM合并LEADDP患者为观察组,根据不同病程分为3组,<10年组30例,10~20年组33例,>20年组17例,另选取同时期我院收治的50名老年单纯T2DM患者为对照组,所有受检者均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,并检测血清ET、NO水平。对比观察组与对照组足背动脉狭窄发生率,对比不同病程患者LEADDP检出率,对比不同病程患者及对照组的动脉血管内径、动脉血流量及血清ET、NO水平,Pearson相关性分析动脉血管内径、动脉血流量与血清ET和NO水平的相关性。结果:观察组足背动脉狭窄发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);不同病程患者LEADDP检出率随着病程延长而增加(P<0.05);不同病程患者动脉血管内径、动脉血流量、NO水平随着病程的的延长而降低,ET水平随着病程的延长而升高(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,动脉血管内径、动脉血流量与血清ET水平呈负相关,与NO水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:老年T2DM合并LEADDP患者存在明显的下肢动脉管径狭窄和血流量缓慢,病变程度随着病程延长而增加,与血清ET、NO水平有密切关系,彩色多普勒超声诊断可有效评价其病变程度。  相似文献

In order to improve the monitoring system, watching influence of toxic metals on human health in industrial plants, indicator properties of different biosubstances were compared. Four types of samples (whole blood, plasma, urine, and hair) from 263 workers of the “Khimprom” chemical plant (Novocheboksarsk, Russia) were subjected to multielement analysis by ICP-AES/ICP-MS. 19–25 chemical elements, including main toxic metals (Cd, Hg, Pb, etc.) were determined. The results were calculated with regard to workers’ individual data on occupational exposure to chemical elements. Hair was found to be the most sensitive to toxic and conditionally toxic trace metals: Pb, Mn, Cr, Be, Ni, while occupational contact with macro elements (Na, P), trace metalloids (Si, B) and some other metals (Zn) was not reflected in hair. Whole blood relatively weakly indicated a moderate occupational level of metals except Pb and Mn, but effectively reflected deficiencies of essential elements: I, Cr, and shifts in K/Na ratio, which are likely to be secondary effects of harmful occupational factors. Blood plasma reflected only contact with Be, P; urine – only with Ni. In both whole blood and plasma the changes for the absolute majority of elements were similar. Thus, hair analysis is useful for monitoring the occupational exposure to toxic and conditionally toxic chemical elements, while a general estimation of occupational harmful influence on mineral metabolism requires simultaneous investigation of two biosubstances: hair and whole blood, or hair and blood plasma, with whole blood being more preferable. Analysis of urine is appropriate for monitoring particular chemical elements, e.g. nickel.  相似文献

目的:探讨格列美脲联合艾塞那肽治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法:选择2016年1月到2019年1月我院收治的82例肥胖2型糖尿病患者作为本次研究的对象,并将其随机的分为研究组和对照组,每组41例。研究组患者给予格列美脲联合艾塞那肽进行治疗,对照组患者给予格列美脲治疗,观察和比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹和餐后2 h血清C肽、身体质量指数(body mass index, BMI)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol, TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride, TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C)和糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin, HbAlC)水平的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均较治疗前明显降低,餐后2 h血清C肽水平均较治疗前明显升高,且研究组以上指标的改善程度较对照组更明显(P0.05)。两组患者治疗前后空腹血清C肽水平比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C和HbAlC水平均较治疗前显著降低,HDL-C水平明显升高,而研究组BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C和HbAlC水平显著低于对照组(P0.05),HDL-C水平明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:格列美脲片联合艾塞那肽治疗肥胖2型糖尿病可有效的控制患者血糖,降低BMI,改善血脂水平。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠中期孕妇血糖水平变化与新生儿体质及大脑发育的关系。方法:2018年2月到2021年1月选择在本院建档分娩的妊娠中期妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational diabetes,GDM)孕妇105例作为研究对象,根据孕妇血糖控制情况进行分组,孕妇血糖控制较好纳入良好组,其他纳入对照组。调查分娩的新生儿体质、大脑发育情况并进行相关性分析。结果:在105例孕妇中,血糖控制良好85例,控制不良20例。良好组的孕周、年龄、孕前体重指数、孕次、产次等与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。良好组新生儿分娩第3个月的体重与身长都高于对照组(P<0.05)。良好组新生儿分娩第3个月的MDI与PDI评分都高于对照组(P<0.05)。在105例孕妇中,Spearsman相关分析显示血糖控制水平与新生儿的体重、身长、智力发育指数(Intelligence Development Index,MDI)评分、精神运动发育指数(Intelligence Development Index,PDI)评分等都存在相关性(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示血糖控制水平都为影响新生儿体重、身长、MDI评分、PDI评分的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠中期妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制水平与新生儿体质、大脑发育存在相关性,血糖控制不佳可导致新生儿体质发育缓慢与智力水平下降。  相似文献

目的:探讨糖尿病合并尿路感染患者尿液降钙素原(PCT)水平及其临床意义。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年12月中山大学附属第五医院内分泌与代谢病科收治的糖尿病患者78例,以其中合并真性细菌尿者39例作为观察组,未合并尿路感染39例作为对照组,比较两组患者的临床资料以及相关实验室检查结果,同时留取尿液标本,观察组分别留取使用抗生素治疗前、后的尿液标本。采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测尿液PCT浓度。分别比较观察组与对照组以及观察组治疗前后的尿液PCT水平,分析尿液PCT水平对于诊断糖尿病合并尿路感染的临床价值。结果:观察组尿液PCT水平为0.030 (0.025,0.039) ng/m L,明显高于对照组0.017 (0.011,0.021) ng/m L(P0.05);观察组有症状尿路感染与无症状细菌尿(ABU)的尿液PCT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),但其均显著高于对照组(P0.05);观察组使用抗生素治疗后的尿液PCT水平为0.031 (0.025,0.040) ng/mL,与治疗前相比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。尿液PCT对糖尿病合并尿路感染诊断的敏感度为82.05%,特异度为79.49%,阳性预测值为80.00%,阴性预测值81.58%,ROC曲线下面积为0.81 (95%CI为0.71-0.89, P0.0001)。结论:尿液PCT水平对糖尿病合并尿路感染有一定的诊断参考价值,但对于抗生素疗效的评估价值还需进一步深入研究。  相似文献

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声用于评估妊娠高血压缺氧程度的临床价值。方法:将我院自2017年6月至2019年6月收治的妊娠高血压患者106例作为研究组及同期产检正常孕妇103例作为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声检查仪监测两组孕妇的子宫动脉血流动力学情况,并分析新生儿的缺氧程度。结果:研究组孕妇脐血流搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)、脐血流阻力指数(resistance index,RI)和脐动脉血流收缩期/舒张期(S/D)水平均明显高于对照组(P0.05),舒张早期切迹发生率为47.17%,亦明显高于对照组8.74%(P0.05)。研究组孕妇平均孕周、新生儿体重和体重指数均明显少于对照组(P0.05),其早产率为19.81%、剖宫产率为64.15%、胎儿窘迫发生率为15.09%,均明显高于对照组(5.83%、19.42%、4.85%,P0.05)。研究组中切迹组孕周、新生儿体重均明显小于非切迹组(P0.05)。研究组羊水异常发生率为16.00%,早产率为40.00%,新生儿窒息率为14.00%,胎儿窘迫发生率为26.00%,均明显高于对照组(5.36%、1.79%、1.79%、5.38%,P0.05)。结论:采用彩色多普勒超声仪检测孕妇子宫动脉血流频谱可作为了解子宫-胎盘-胎儿循环的检查方式,评估妊娠并发症的发生风险,监测胎儿宫内生长发育。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探究糖尿病肾病患者采用肾衰宁颗粒联合甘精胰岛素治疗对氧化应激、血糖水平以及肾功能产生的影响。方法:将我院95例糖尿病肾病患者视为研究对象,分为对照组(47例,甘精胰岛素治疗)、观察组(48例,肾衰宁颗粒联合甘精胰岛素治疗),对照组仅采用甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组采用肾衰宁颗粒联合甘精胰岛素治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后肌酐清除率(CCr)、肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿蛋白(24 hUP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2 hPG)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH -Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平与不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比无差异(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后CCr水平提高,24 hUP、SCr、BUN水平均降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后24 hUP、SCr、BUN水平更低,CCr水平更高(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后MDA水平均降低,SOD、GSH -Px水平均提高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后MDA水平更低,SOD、GSH -Px水平更高(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病患者采用肾衰宁颗粒联合甘精胰岛素治疗疗效明确,可减轻机体氧化应激状态,改善肾功能与血糖,且用药安全性较好。  相似文献

BackgroundThe incidence of Metabolic Syndrome (MetS) has been growing rapidly and is rising to pandemic proportions. Although obesity is a primary risk factor for the enhancement of these conditions, not all obese individuals develop metabolic syndrome, indicating that the risk for developing MetS is impacted by other genetic and/or environmental factors such as heavy metals. Therefore, the present study focused on the association between exposures to heavy metal and MetS.MethodsUrine samples were collected from 150 participants (75 patients with MetS and 75 healthy participants), which were used from Hoveyzeh Cohort center. To make a quantitative comparison between the two groups, Man-Whitney nonparametric test was used. The logistic regression was performed adjusted for age, demographic, lifestyle factor, physical activity, occupational history and urine creatinine.ResultsThe results of logistic regression showed that OR and 95 % CI for Cd, Pb, Sr, As and Fe concentration were still significant after adjusting for urine creatinine. Moreover, there was a relationship between Cd and Pb levels and waist circumstance (WC). After adjusting for urine creatinine, age, sex, occupation, smoking status, education and place of residence, only Pb concentration was showed a significant association with systolic blood pressure (SBP). The subjects with high urine level of Cd had the high odds (OR: 6.273; 95 % Cl: 1.783–22.070) of MetS and low high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C). The relationship between As concentration and high fasting blood sugars confirmed the previous evidence suggesting that high As level can cause diabetes.ConclusionThese results indicated that outbreak of MetS and its component are associated with heavy metal concentrations in urine.  相似文献

目的:研究急性等容血液稀释(ANH)自体输血在完全性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入剖宫产术中的应用价值。方法:选择2012年1月~2015年12月在我院进行诊治的完全性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者80例,随机分为三组,对照组(n=26)进行常规处理,ANH组(n=27)进行急性等容血液稀释,AHH(急性高容血液稀释)组(n=27)进行急性高容血液稀释。比较三组产妇的体重、年龄、手术时间、术中出血量、输注异体血例数,ANH组和AHH组血液稀释前后和三组产妇术后的动脉血气分析值、术后2 h血常规,三组新生儿娩出后1min、5min Apgar评分及脐动脉血血气分析值。结果:血液稀释后,两组的血红蛋白、红细胞比容和碱剩余均较血液稀释前明显降低(P0.05),两组血气分析无明显差异(P0.05);ANH组输注异体血的比例明显低于AHH组和对照组(P0.05),剖宫产术后2h,ANH组的血红蛋白、红细胞比容和血小板均明显高于AHH组和对照组(P0.05);三组新生儿的血红蛋白、红细胞比容、碱剩余、血乳酸和Apgar评分均无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:ANH自体输血能减少异体血的输注和产妇剖宫术中红细胞的丢失,节约临床用血,对产妇和新生儿的影响较小。  相似文献

摘要 目的:分析血清抗凋亡多肽(HN)、补体C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白因子3(CTRP3)与冠心病(CHD)患者血脂及病情严重程度的关系。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月期间西安医学院第二附属医院收治的CHD患者360例(CHD组),另选取同期健康体检者100例作为对照组(NC组),比较两组血清HN、CTRP3、血脂水平及基线资料;根据CHD患者病变支数分为单支病变组(n=131)、双支病变组(n=119)、多支病变组(n=110),根据冠状动脉造影结果测定Gensini积分,采用Pearson相关分析HN、CTRP3与血脂及Gensini积分的相关性。结果:CHD组患者吸烟史比例、收缩压、空腹血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均高于NC组(P<0.05),血清HN、CTRP3和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)均低于NC组(P<0.05);CHD双支病变组和多支病变组患者吸烟史、空腹血糖、TC水平以及Gensini积分均高于单支病变组,CTRP3和HDL-C水平均低于单支病变组,多支病变组收缩压高于单支病变组,多支病变组吸烟史、空腹血糖和Gensini积分均高于双支病变组,且多支病变组CTRP3低于双支病变组(均P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示:CHD患者血清HN水平与HDL-C水平呈正相关性,CHD患者血清CTRP3水平与Gensini积分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:CHD患者血清中HN、CTRP3水平均显著降低,HN与HDL-C水平呈正相关,CTRP3降低程度与CHD患者病情严重程度有关,临床可考虑将其作为评估CHD患者病情严重程度的辅助血清学指标。  相似文献
