土壤硝化作用的抑制剂调控及其机理   总被引:18,自引:0,他引:18  
既要保证氮肥在优质高效农业生产中的促进作用,又要保证农业和环境的可持续发展,如何提高氮肥利用率、减轻氮肥污染成了解决问题的关键.从氮素在土壤中的生物化学转化过程入手,通过抑制剂的施用来调控氮素的转化,减缓硝化过程的进行,是解决该问题的一种有效措施.本文从硝化抑制剂的定义、筛选硝化抑制剂的条件、国内外较受关注的硝化抑制剂品种以及硝化抑制机理等几个方面对目前的研究进展进行综述,并提出目前研究中存在的问题及今后的研究方向.  相似文献

Twelve denitrifying bacteria representing six genera were tested for an ability to nitrify pyruvic oxime heterotrophically. Six of these bacteria exhibited appreciable nitrification activity, yielding as much as 5.8 mM nitrite and little or no nitrate when grown in a mineral salts medium containing 7 mM pyruvic oxime and 0.05% yeast extract. Of the six active bacteria, four (Pseudomonas denitrificans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and two strains of Pseudomonas fluorescens) could grow on yeast extract but not pyruvic oxime, one (Pseudomonas aureofaciens) could grow slowly on pyruvic oxime, and one (Alcaligenes faecalis) could apparently grow on pyruvic oxime in the presence of yeast extract but not in its absence. Eight of the twelve bacteria in the resting state could oxidize hydroxylamine to nitrite, and P. aureofaciens was remarkably active in this regard. In general, those denitrifiers active in the nitrification of pyruvic oxime or hydroxylamine or both are abundant in soils. A possible advantage of having nitrification and denitrification capabilities in the same organism is discussed.  相似文献

Nitrifying bacteria were detected in 64% of samples collected from five chloraminated water supplies in South Australia and in 20.7% of samples that contained more than 5.0 mg of monochloramine per liter. Laboratory experiments confirmed that nitrifying bacteria are relatively resistant to the disinfectant. Increased numbers of the bacteria were associated with accelerated decays of monochloramine within distribution systems. The combination of increased concentrations of oxidized nitrogen with decreased total chlorine residuals can be used as a rapid indicator of bacterial nitrification.  相似文献

采用15N库稀释-原位培养法研究了硝化抑制剂DCD、DMPP对华北盐碱性褐土氮总矿化速率和硝化速率的影响.试验在山西省运城市种植玉米的盐碱性土壤上进行,设单施尿素、尿素+DCD、尿素+DMPP 3个处理.结果表明:施肥后2周,DCD、DMPP分别使氮总矿化速率和氮总硝化速率减少了25.5%、7.3%和60.3%、59.1%,DCD对氮总矿化速率的影响显著高于DMPP,两者对氮总硝化速率的影响无显著差异;而在施肥后7周,不同硝化抑制剂对氮总硝化速率的影响存在差异.施肥后2周,3个处理的土壤氮总矿化速率和硝化速率分别是施肥前的7.2~10.0倍和5.5~21.5倍;NH4+和NO3-消耗速率分别是施肥前的9.1~12.2倍和5.1~8.4倍,这是由氮肥对土壤的激发效应所致.硝化抑制剂使氮肥更多地以NH4+形式保持在土壤中,减少了NO3-的积累.土壤氮总矿化速率和总硝化速率受硝化抑制剂的抑制是N2O减排的主要原因.  相似文献

The reaction rates (r(NH(4) (+) ) and r(NO(2) (-) )) in the two-step nitrification reaction were measured in a fluidized-sand-bed biofilm reactor under a range of steady-state conditions with respect to bulk NH(4) (+), NO(2) (-), and O(2) concentrations. It was shown from theory and experiment that under low NH(4) (+) concentration conditions, if the O(2)/NH(4) (+) concentration ratio in the bulk liquid is less than the stoichiometric coefficient (3.4 mg/mg), then oxygen will be rate limiting. In all experiments r(NO(2) (-) ) decreased more than r(NH(4) (+) ) under low oxygen conditions. This resulted in high NO(2) (-) effluent concentrations under low residence time conditions. The influence of the oxygen penetration effects on the relative values of r(NH(4) (+) ) and r(NO(2) (-) ) was experimentally shown to be caused either by the Nitrobacter location in the inner biofilm regions or by a K(m) effect for oxygen. Theoretical support of these findings was provided by a differential diffusion-reaction model which was used to simulate the experimental results.  相似文献

An ureolytic ammonium-oxidizing chemolithotroph belonging to the genus Nitrosospira was shown to nitrify at pH 4.5 in a pH-stat with urea as a substrate. With ammonium as the sole substrate nitrification did not occur at pH values below 5.5. Nitrosomonas europaea ATCC 19718 and Nitrosospira briensis ATCC 25971 did not possess urease activity. The results indicate that in acid soils nitrification by ureolytic ammonium-oxidizing chemolithotrophs may not be restricted to microsites of neutral pH.  相似文献

Nitrification, previously shown to occur in the stream under study, ensued only when the stream received heated (28 degree C or above) discharges and was negligible when water temperatures were 17 degree C or lower. The most probable number os ammonium oxidizer in stream bed sediments exceeded intrite oxidizers by ratios of 43:1 to 1,113:1, and the average rate of ammonium oxidation in this stream, 0.50 mg of NH4-N/liter per h exceeded the rate of nitrite oxidation, 0.29 mg of NO2-N/liter per h, resulting in an accumulation of nitrite. Nitrification rates were influenced by the dissolved oxygen concentration, increasing during daylight hours and exhibiting maximum rates during the summer months.  相似文献

Summary Nitrification was studied, using samples of asbestos concrete plates and water, both taken from a cooling tower, in which ammonia-containing water had been circulated for several years. Almost the entire nitrifying activity and the majority of autotrophic nitrifying bacteria were found to be located in the coating, covering the asbestos concrete plates. When sprinkled over these plates, the H+-concentration of such ammonia-containing water increased from neutrality to about pH 5.3 and this pH was maintained as long as nitrification was feasible. Death of microorganisms and lack of either ammonia or oxygen caused a rapid decrease of H+-concentration, which was obviously due to concrete destruction. The temporary acidification observed in the medium resulted from both acid-producing microbial nitrification and acid consuming concrete dissolution, with both reactions counteracting each other. The amount of nitric acid required to maintain a low pH in presence of concrete was determined by automatic titration. The obtained result indicated that considerable amounts of nitric acid might have been formed in the cooling system, which could well account for the observed damage.  相似文献

硝化作用是氨被微生物氧化为硝酸盐的过程,分别由氨氧化微生物(AOB和AOA)和亚硝酸盐氧化细菌(NOB)主导完成.一个世纪以来,我们把这个分步硝化过程当成唯一的硝化途径来学习和研究.虽然根据动力学理论推测,环境中应该存在单步硝化作用,即由一种微生物单独完成整个硝化过程,将NH3氧化为NO3-,但一直没有研究能直接证明该种微生物的存在.直到2015年底,3个科研团队分别在不同环境中发现了3种不同的经过纯培养的细菌(Candidatus Nitrospira nitrosaCandidatus Nitrospira nitrificansCandidatus Nitrospira inopinata)和一种未经过纯培养的细菌(类Nitrospira),它们都具备单独将氨氧化为硝酸盐的能力,这些微生物被定义为全程氨氧化微生物(Comammox).单步硝化作用和全程氨氧化微生物的发现终结了传承百年的理论,并引发了众多关于全球氮素循环的重要科学问题,如这些微生物在环境中的生态位点及其在硝化作用中的相对贡献等.本文就单步硝化作用及全程氨氧化微生物的发现作了简要概述.  相似文献

Modern agriculture has promoted the development of high-nitrification systems that are susceptible to major losses of nitrogen through leaching of nitrate and gaseous emissions of nitrogen oxide (NO and N2O), contributing to global warming and depletion of the ozone layer. Leakage of nitrogen from agricultural systems forces increased use of nitrogen fertilizers and causes water pollution and elevated costs of food production. Possible strategies for prevention of these processes involve various agricultural management approaches and use of synthetic inhibitors. Growing plants capable of producing nitrification suppressors could become a potentially superior method of controlling nitrification in the soil. There is a need to investigate the phenomenon of biological nitrification inhibition in arable crop species.  相似文献

Abstract: Nitrification rates were measured using intact sediment cores from South San Francisco Bay and two different nitrification inhibitors: acetylene and methyl fluoride. Sediment oxygen consumption and ammonium and nitrate fluxes were also measured in these cores. Four experiments were conducted in the spring, and one in the fall of 1993. There was no significant difference in nitrification rates measured using the two inhibitors, which suggests that methyl fluoride can be used as an effective inhibitor of nitrification. Nitrification was positively correlated with sediment oxygen consumption and numbers of macrofauna. This suggests that bioturbation by macrofauna is an important control of nitrification rates. Irrigation by the tube-dwelling polychaete, Asychis elongata , which dominates the benthic biomass at this location, appears particularly important. Ammonium fluxes out of the sediment were greatest about one week after the spring bloom, while nitrification peaked about one month later.  相似文献
