Three new neo-clerodane diterpenoids, teulepicin, 19-acetylteulepicin and teulepicephin, have been isolated, together with the previously known flavone cirsiliol from the aerial parts of Teucrium lepicephalum. The structures of the diterpenoids were established by chemical and spectroscopic means and by correlation with known substances. In addition, 19-acetylteulepicin and the already known neo-clerodane diterpenoid 19-acetylgnaphalin have been isolated from the species T. buxifolium.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Teucrium scorodonia the previously known diterpenoid teupolin I and the flavone luteolin have been isolated. In addition, three new neo-clerodane derivatives have also been obtained from the same source. From the root of Salvia argentea three new abietane diterpenoids, 1R-hydroxymiltirone, arucadiol and 1-keto-aethiopinone, have been isolated, together with the previously known diterpenes isopimara-8(9),15-diene, salvipisone, ferruginol and aethiopinone. From the aerial parts of Sideritis foetens, the previously known ent-13(16),14-labdadiene-6α,8α,18-triol (andalusol) has been isolated. In addition, two new natural andalusol monoacetates and the novel ent-6α-acetoxy-13(16),14-labdadiene-3β,8α-diol have also been obtained from the same source. From the aerial part of Galeopsis angustifolia collected in Spain, a labdane and three rearranged labdane diterpenoids have been isolated. The structures of these new substances have been established by chemical and spectroscopic means and by correlation with known compounds. A sample of the same species collected in Italy and other species of Galeopsis showed some remarkable chemical differences. The taxonomic significance of these results is discussed briefly.  相似文献

From some Marrubium species endemic in the Iberian Peninsula, four new diterpenoids, 6-acetyl-marrubenol, 19-acetyl-marrubenol, premarrubenol and 6-acetyl-premarrubenol, have been isolated. From the aerial parts of teucrium pyrenaicum two new neo-clerodane diterpenoids, teupyrins A and B, have been isolated. The structures of teupyrin A [3β,12S-diacetoxy-4α,18; 15,16-diepoxy-6-keto-neo-cleroda-13(16),14-diene-20R,19-hemiacetal] and teupyrin B [6α-acetoxy-4α,18; 15,16-diepoxy-3β,12ξ,19-trihydroxy-neo-cleroda-13(16),14-diene] were established mainly by spectroscopic means and, in the case of teupyrin A, by X-ray diffraction analysis. The acetone extract of the aerial parts of T. subspinosum yielded four previously known neo-clerodane diterpenoids: teucvin, teuflin, teucrin H2 and 6α-hydroxyteuscordin.  相似文献

An acid fraction of the dichloromethane extract of Grindelia squarrosa and a neutral fraction of the ethyl acetate extract of Grindelia camporum yielded a number of previously known grindelane diterpenoids and flavonoids. Along with the known isolates, two new grindelane diterpenoids, 13-isogrindelic acid and 17-grindeloxy grindelic acid, from G. squarrosa were isolated and identified spectroscopically.  相似文献

Investigation of the ‘tea’ prepared from the leaves of ‘zoapatle’ (Montanoa tomentosa), resulted in the isolation of the known biologically active oxepane diterpenoids zoapatanol and montanol, the known sesquiterpene lactones zoapatanolide A, C and D as well as two new biologically active oxepane diterpenoids and a new sesquiterpene lactone. Three new diterpene acids have been isolated from the leaves of Juniperus communis and their structures, elucidated by spectroscopic methods, were identified as 7-oxo-13-epi- pimara-8,15-dien-18-oic acid, 7α-hydroxysandaracopimaric acid and (14 S)-14,15-dihydroxylabda- 8(17),13(16)-dien-19-oic acid. Four new rearranged abietane diterpenoid hydroquinones, ajudecumins A–D (14), together with two known rearranged abietane diterpenoids, three neo-clerodane diterpenoids, four megastigmane derivatives, two flavonoids as well as a bisabolene sesquiterpenoid were isolated from the aerial parts of Ajuga decumbens. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis and the stereochemistry of 1 was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Among the diterpenoids, compounds 1 and 3 exhibited moderate inhibitory activity on the proliferation of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells.  相似文献

The structures of deacetylajugarin-II (4α,18-epoxy-6α,19-dihydroxy-neo-clerodan-13-en-15,16-olide), teumassilin (4α,18:15,16-diepoxy-6α,12S,19-trihydroxy-neo-cleroda-13(16),14-diene) and 6,19-diacetylteumassilin (6α,19-diacetoxy-4α,18:15,16-diepoxy-12S-hydroxy-neo-cleroda-13(16),14-diene) were established by chemical and spectroscopic means. In addition, the previously known flavones salvigenin and cirsimaritin have also been obtained from the same source.  相似文献

A new neo-clerodane diterpenoid, teuchamaedrin C, has been isolated from the aerial parts of Teucrium chamaedrys. Its structure, (12S,18S)-15,16-epoxy-neo-clerodane-13(16)14-dien-19,20-olide-18,6β-hemiacetal, was established by spectroscopic and chemical means. In addition, the previously known diterpenoids 6α-hydroxyteuscordin and dihydroteugin were isolated from the same source.  相似文献
