A new triterpenoid, 22,29xi-epoxy-30-norhopane-13beta-ol (1) was isolated together with six known compounds viz., fern-9(11)-en-6alpha-ol. fern-9(11)-ene, fern-9(11)-en-25-oic acid, fern-9(11)-en-28-ol, filicenol-B, adiantone and oxidation product of fern-9(11)-en-6alpha-ol obtained as 6-oxofern-9(11)-ene from the whole plant of Adiantum lunulatum, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analysis and antibacterial evaluation of these compounds were conducted.  相似文献

Two new diterpenes, 3α-angeloyloxy-18-hydroxy-13-furyl-ent-labda-8(17)-ene and 3α-hydroxy-18-angeloyloxy- 13-furyl-ent-labda-8(17)-ene and an only recently reported third diterpene, 3α, 18-dihydroxy-13-furyl-ent-labda-8(17)-ene, were isolated from the leaves of Gutierrezia grandis. Their structures were determined by mass spectral, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR data was well as chemical evidence.  相似文献

Twelve polycyclic triterpenic hydrocarbons (alpha- and gamma-polypodatetraenes, dammara-20(21),24-diene, 17-isodammara-12,24-diene, eupha-7,24-diene, hop-17(21)-ene, neohop-13(18)-ene, 17-isodammara-20(21),24-diene, neohop-12-ene, fern-8-ene, diploptene and hop-21-ene) were detected in the hydrocarbon fraction from the bacterium Zymomonas mobilis. Some of them have never been reported from bacteria. These triterpenes were present in Z. mobilis in significant amounts, comparable to those of diploptene, which is usually the major triterpenic hydrocarbon in hopanoid-producing bacteria. The occurrence of such compounds confirms the lack of specificity of bacterial squalene cyclases and the possibility of alternative cyclization routes induced by the existence in the cyclization process of intermediate carbocations of sufficient lifetime.  相似文献

Six compounds, eudesm-11(13)-en-4β,9β-diol, 15R,16-dihydroxy-3-oxoisopimar-9(11)-ene, 15S,16-dihydroxy-3-oxoisopimar-9(11)-ene, 1α-hydroxy-7-oxo-iso-anhydrooplopanone, 10α-hydroxy-11,13-dihydro-5-epi-psilostachyin, and 4β-hydroxypseudoguaian-12,6-olide 4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, together with 12 known sesquiterpenes, were isolated from the leaves of Ambrosia arborescens. Structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy including 1D-TOCSY, DQF-COSY, 2D-ROESY, HSQC, and HMBC experiments, as well as by ESI mass spectrometry. The absolute configuration of the 15,16-diol moiety in 15R,16-dihydroxy-3-oxoisopimar-9(11)-ene and 15S,16-dihydroxy-3-oxoisopimar-9(11)-ene was determined using Snatzke’s method. All compounds were evaluated for antiproliferative activity.  相似文献

The EtOH extract from the leaves of Oxandra sessiliflora R. E. Fries (Annonaceae) was partitioned using hexane and CH2Cl2. After several chromatographic steps, caryophyllene oxide and spathulenol were isolated from hexane phase while, from CH2Cl2 phase, we isolated (E)-phytol, spathulenol, 4β,10α-dihydroxyaromadendrane, 1β,6α-dihydroxyeudesm-4(15)-ene, and 4α,7β,10α-trihydroxyguai-5-ene, the latter being a new sesquiterpene derivative. Additionally, a mixture of steroids (campesterol, sitosterol, and stigmasterol) was obtained from the CH2Cl2 phase. The isolated compounds were characterized by mass spectrometry and analysis of their 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic data, including bidimensional analysis.  相似文献

17a-Methoxycarbonyl- and 17a-carboxamido-d-homoestra-1,3,5(10),17-tetraene derivatives were synthesized by palladium-catalyzed carbonylation reactions of the corresponding 17a-iodo-d-homoestra-1,3,5(10),17-tetraene derivatives using methanol and various amines as O- and N-nucleophiles, respectively. Both the natural (13β) and the epi (13α) series of compounds were isolated. The 17a-iodo-17-ene functionalities in the two 13-epimer series differ in reactivity. While the aminocarbonylations were practically complete in the 13β series in reasonable reaction time under mild conditions and high isolated yields were achieved, the corresponding 13α-17a-iodo-17-ene substrate has shown decreased reactivity resulting in moderate to low yields. However, under high carbon monoxide pressure (40 bar) excellent yields can be obtained even in the 13α series. The aminocarbonylation was completely chemoselective in both series, i.e., the corresponding 17a-carboxamido-17-ene derivatives were formed exclusively.  相似文献

Previous phytochemical studies on the leaf resin of dioecious plant species Dodonaea polyandra have identified the presence of furanoclerodane diterpenoids. As part of ongoing research on this species the chemical profile of an individual plant displaying male flowers was investigated. Repeated chromatographic separation of a resinous extract from the leaves of the plant yielded three labdane diterpenoids, 13,17-epoxy-13-methyl-15-oxo-labda-7-ene (1), 17-hydroxy-13-methyl-labda-7,13Z-diene-15-oic acid (2) and 13-methyl-17-oxo-labda-7,13Z-diene-15-oic acid (3) and a fourth known labdane diterpenoid (4) reported as being isolated from a natural source for the first time. Structural elucidation was carried out using conventional 1D and 2D NMR and mass spectrometry together with other complementary techniques (UV and IR). The leaf extract from this individual of D. polyandra with male flowers present displays a marked difference in the chemical composition of diterpenoids compared to previously studied extracts from the leaves of this species.  相似文献

The leaves and stem of Desfontainia spinosa were found to contain eleven urs-12-ene triterpene compounds. The major compound present was ursolic acid. Four other known compounds were isolated, i.e. ursolic acid acetate, pomolic acid, 23-hydroxytormentic acid and nigaichigoside Fl, its ester glucoside. The other six compounds are novel and have been identified as 24-hydroxytormentic acid, 7α-hydroxytormentic acid, 7α,23-dihydroxytormentic acid and their corresponding ester glucosides. It is unlikely that these compounds contribute to the reputed narcotic properties of this plant.  相似文献

The essential oil of Schinus terebinthifolius fruits was reinvestigated using GC and GC–MS techniques. Apart from several known compounds three sesquiterpene hydrocarbons with a carbon skeleton exhibiting the rare spiro(cyclopropane) moiety could be isolated by a combination of column chromatography and GLC. Structure assignments were carried out by NMR spectroscopy. These natural products are 9-spiro(cyclopropa)-4,4,8-trimethyl-2-methylenbicyclo[4.3.0]non-1(6)-ene (terebanene), 9-spiro(cyclopropa)-2,4,4,8-tetramethylbicyclo[4.3.0]nona-1,5-diene (teredenene), and (6R1,8R1)-9-spiro(cyclopropa)-2,4,4,8-tetramethylbicyclo[4.3.0]non-1-ene (terebinthene).  相似文献

We have isolated two dithiapolyacetylenes from the roots of Chaenactis douglasii and from the plant roots as well as root cultures of Eriophyllum lanatum, namely 1-(2-methylethyn)-4-(hex-1,3-diyn-4-ene)-2,3-dithiacyclohexa-4,6-diene, and 1-(4-methylbut-1,3-diyn)-4-(but-1-yn-3-ene)-2,3-dithiacyclohexa-4,6-diene. We propose the trivial names thiarubrine A and thiarubrine B for these compounds.  相似文献

Several new 14-hydroxybeyerene acetates have been isolated from the aerial parts of Sideritis pusilla subsp. flavovirens. In addition, an ent-kaur-15-ene (siderol) and a new ent-7α, 18-dihydroxybeyer-15-ene (flavovirol) have been obtained from the same source. An essence of fresh Venezuelan mango fruit obtained by well-established procedures possessed the characteristic aroma of the fruit. It was analysed by GC/MS using both EI and Cl. The fruit produced a relatively small quantity of aroma volatiles (ca 60 μg/kg fresh fruit), less than that obtained from many similar tropical fruits. Terpene hydrocarbons comprised ca 68% of the sample, eight monoterpenes contributing ca 54% and four sesquiterpenes contributing ca 14%. Important constituents included α-pinene, car-3-ene, limonene, γ-terpinene, α-humulene, β-selinene, acetophenone, benzaldehyde and a dimethylstyrene. Car-3-ene (26%) was the major constituent, and on odour evaluation of separated components at an odour port during GC, the peak due to this compound was described as having an aroma of mango leaves. This compound has not previously been detected among mango volatiles. The only other component providing mango aroma was a dimethylstyrene, and this too is a new mango volatile.  相似文献
