为了探讨大豆寡糖(SBOS)作为抗生素替代物对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响及其作用机制,饲养试验选用21日龄断奶的环江香猪12头,随机分为2组,每组6头,分别饲喂添加0.5%SBOS日粮和抗生素对照日粮,试验期为14 d。记录每天的采食量,分别于试验开始和结束时称取空腹体重并采集血液,肝素抗凝离心分离血浆,测定生化参数和游离氨基酸水平。消化试验选用10头环江香猪,随机分为2组,处理同饲养试验。预试期4 d,正试期3 d,收集粪样,指示剂法测定干物质、粗蛋白和粗脂肪的消化率。结果表明,与抗生素对照组相比,SBOS组仔猪平均日采食量、日增重和料重比均无显著变化;血浆尿素氮和血氨含量显著下降,总蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05);血浆甘氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸和蛋氨酸的含量均显著升高(P<0.05);粗蛋白和粗脂肪消化率有提高趋势。提示SBOS可替代抗生素用于断奶仔猪日粮。  相似文献

为了研究日粮中添加精氨酸生素(AAA)对环江香猪肉质及抗氧化功能的影响,试验选用体重28~33kg的环江香猪16头,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复2头猪。试验组在基础日粮中添加0.08%AAA,对照组为基础日粮。饲喂第30 d,将猪放血处死,收集血液,肝素抗凝,离心分离血浆;分割胴体,测定胴体性状;收集肝脏和背最长肌,-20℃保存,用于实验室分析。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中添加AAA可显著提高屠宰率(P<0.05),显著降低脂肪率和均膘厚(P<0.05),对瘦肉率和眼肌面积有提高趋势(P>0.05);可显著提高血浆中Zn的含量(P<0.05),对高密度脂蛋白含量和脂肪酶活性有提高趋势(P>0.05),对总胆固醇含量有降低趋势(P>0.05);可显著降低血浆丙二醛含量(P<0.05),对过氧化氢酶活力有提高趋势(P>0.05)。上述结果提示,日粮中添加AAA可显著提高环江香猪的屠宰率和血浆Zn含量,显著降低脂肪率和均膘厚,增强抗氧化能力,从而改善环江香猪的肉质。  相似文献

为了探讨壳寡糖(COS)用作环江香猪饲料添加剂的可行性,试验选用21日龄断奶的环江香猪12头,随机分为2组,每组6头,分别饲喂添加0.5%COS的基础日粮和添加抗生素的基础日粮,试验期为14 d。试验结束时采集仔猪血液,肝素抗凝,离心分离血浆,测定生化参数;处死后取回肠和盲肠内容物,用荧光定量PCR测定其中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌和总细菌的数量。结果表明,与对照组相比,壳寡糖组仔猪碱性磷酸酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),血氨和尿素氮含量有降低趋势(P>0.05);壳寡糖组回肠乳酸杆菌数量显著增加、链球菌数量显著降低(P<0.05),盲肠双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量显著增加、大肠杆菌和链球菌数量显著降低(P<0.05)。上述结果提示,壳寡糖可在一定程度上改善环江香猪蛋白质代谢和肠道菌群平衡,从而增强其肠道健康。  相似文献

【目的】研究两种饲粮对环江香猪结肠内容物菌群结构及其代谢物的影响。【方法】选用33.5±8.1 kg的环江香猪10头,随机分为两组,每组5头猪,单栏饲养,分别饲喂高营养水平饲粮(粗蛋白质含量为13.11%,消化能为14.73 MJ/kg)和低营养水平饲粮(粗蛋白质含量为9.77%,消化能为12.24 MJ/kg)。饲喂75 d后屠宰,每组选3头猪采集结肠内容物提取细菌总DNA,PCR扩增获得16S r RNA基因V4标签片段,用于Mi Seq高通量测序,基于QIIME平台比较结肠内容物菌群结构多样性;每组取5头猪的结肠内容物,利用气相色谱和液相色谱分析其中短链脂肪酸、氨氮、生物胺、吲哚和粪臭素的含量。【结果】硬壁菌门、拟杆菌门、螺旋体门和软壁菌门细菌为环江香猪结肠内容物中的优势菌门;饲粮组成不影响环江香猪结肠内容物菌群结构的多样性,高营养水平饲粮组结肠内容物中广古细菌含量显著低于、瘤胃球菌属和假丁酸弧菌属细菌含量显著高于低营养水平饲粮组;高营养水平饲粮组环江香猪结肠内容物中乙酸和丙酸含量显著低于、氨氮和尸胺含量显著高于低营养水平饲粮组。【结论】硬壁菌门、拟杆菌门、螺旋体门和软壁菌门细菌为环江香猪结肠内容物中的优势菌门,短期饲喂高营养水平饲粮可改变环江香猪结肠中的部分微生物含量及其代谢特性。  相似文献

研究N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)对断奶仔猪肠道微生物区系的影响。试验选用体重为3.17±0.21 kg的21日龄断奶环江香猪12头,随机分为2组,每组6头,分别饲喂添加0.1%NCG日粮和基础日粮,试验期为14d。试验结束时,采集回肠和盲肠内容物,利用T-RFLP、PCR/DGGE和荧光定量PCR技术,测定其肠道微生物区系的变化。结果表明,与对照组相比,NCG组回肠内容物中微生物的多样性增加,回肠和盲肠内容物中双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量显著增加、大肠埃希菌的数量显著降低(P0.05),盲肠内容物中链球菌的数量也显著降低(P0.05)。可见,日粮中添加0.1%NCG有助于提高断奶环江香猪肠道内容物中有益菌的数量、抑制有害菌的繁殖,从而改善肠道微生物区系。  相似文献

为了研究日粮中不同精氨酸(Arg)水平对哺乳仔猪生长性能的影响,试验选用70头7日龄健康哺乳仔猪(长×大),按照所饲日粮精氨酸添加水平的不同(分别为0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%),随机分为5组,每组14头,单栏饲养,试验期为14 天,并分别于7、14和21日龄空腹称重,记录每周采食量;并在采食后1 h颈静脉采血,检测血浆中氨基酸、血浆尿素氮、胰岛素和生长激素浓度.结果表明:7~21日龄段,试验组血浆精氨酸浓度随日粮精氨酸添加水平增大而升高,与对照组相比,0.6%和0.8%精氨酸添加组血浆尿素氮水平分别降低(P<0.05)30%~40%,生长激素和胰岛素的浓度提高(P<0.05)24%~27%,平均日增重分别提高了(P<0.05)42.2%和41.4%;各组采食量在整个试验期内无显著差异.本试验结果表明7~21日龄,仔猪日粮中精氨酸适宜添加水平为0.6%.  相似文献

为了探讨发酵中药渣在妊娠母猪饲粮中添加的可行性,试验选用2~4胎次、预产期相近的二元妊娠母猪60头,随机分为对照组、中药渣组和发酵中药渣组,比较研究饲粮添加黄芪、当归、益母草和金银花等中药渣发酵前后对围产期母猪和哺乳仔猪血浆生化参数和抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,中药渣组母猪产后14和21 d血浆ALT活性显著升高(P0.05),7日龄仔猪血浆ALP活性显著降低(P0.05);发酵中药渣组母猪产后7 d血浆ALT和CAT活性、产后14 d血浆ALP和GSH-Px活性以及产后21 d血浆ALT和CAT活性均显著升高(P0.05),产后14和21 d血浆MDA含量显著降低(P0.05),14日龄仔猪血浆MDA含量显著降低(P0.05)、T-AOC活性显著升高(P0.05),21日龄仔猪血浆CAT活性显著升高(P0.05)。证实了饲粮添加发酵中药渣可改变围产期母猪及哺乳仔猪的机体代谢、增强机体抗氧化能力。  相似文献

目的测定早期断奶仔猪血常规和血清生化参数、氨基酸浓度以及脏器指数常值,以供相关研究参考。方法分别采用全血细胞计数分析仪、全自动血液生化分析仪和全自动氨基酸分析仪等。结果断奶后第0、71、4、28天仔猪的血常规和血清生化参数、氨基酸浓度以及脏器指数均取得平均值和标准差。随着日龄的增加,WBC总数和分类计数不断增加,然后趋于稳定;MCV和PDW先降低后升高,第7天时最低;MCH和MCHC不断升高,第14天时最高。TP、LAC和Mg2+的浓度有升高趋势;P、BUN、TCHO和GLU的浓度以及LPS、CK和GPT的活性先降低后升高;AMM的活性和Zn2+、Na+、Cl-的浓度先升高后降低,第7天时最高,然后趋于稳定;TG的浓度在第14天时开始显著下降,然后趋于稳定;ALP的活性先升高后降低,第14天时最高。Asp的浓度不断增加,Cys的浓度不断降低,Ser、Ala、Leu、Phe、Gly、Val、Met、Lys、His、Pro、BCAA、AAA和总氨基酸的浓度先升高后降低,第7天时的浓度最高。肾脏指数不断下降,至第28天时趋于稳定;胃、颌下淋巴结和肝脏指数第7天时最大,脾脏指数第14天时最大。结论随着日龄的增加,早期断奶仔猪多数血常规和血清生化参数、氨基酸浓度及脏器指数表现不同的变化规律。  相似文献

为了研究中草药超微粉对断奶仔猪氨基酸消化吸收的影响,将60头21日龄断奶仔猪随机分为3组,分别为添加中草药超微粉日粮组、粘杆菌素日粮组及基础日粮组.于添加后第7、14和28 d每组随机取5头试猪,前腔静脉采血,测定血清游离氨基酸含量;采血试猪经麻醉后处死,取回肠末端食糜测定其中的氨基酸含量.结果表明,中草药超微粉组的血清总氨基酸含量在第14和28 d显著高于基础日粮组,回肠末端食糜氨基酸含量在第28 d显著低于基础日粮组和粘杆菌素日粮组,故认为中草药超微粉能显著促进蛋白质在胃肠道的消化,且能显著增加氨基酸在肠道的吸收.  相似文献

为了探讨中药渣发酵物在母猪饲粮中的添加效果,试验选用2~6胎次长白×大白二元妊娠母猪32头,随机分为对照组和试验组,单栏饲养。于妊娠90 d至产后28 d,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加0.5%中药渣发酵物。于分娩当天记录产活仔数、死胎数和木乃伊数,称取仔猪出生窝重;于产后21 d称取仔猪断奶窝重,计算断奶窝增重。分别于母猪妊娠110 d及产后21 d测量母猪的背膘厚,计算背膘损失;于分娩当天和产后21 d耳缘静脉采集母猪血液,肝素抗凝,离心分离血浆,用于血浆生化参数和抗氧化性能指标测定。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组仔猪的断奶窝增重有升高趋势(P=0.068),断奶后1~7 d发情率呈升高趋势(P0.05),分娩当天血浆ALT活性和MDA含量显著降低(P0.05)、UN浓度显著升高(P0.05),产后21 d血浆AST活性显著降低(P0.05)、UN浓度显著升高(P0.05)、SOD活力有升高趋势(P=0.063)。上述结果表明,中药渣发酵物可在一定程度上提高母猪的繁殖性能、增强抗氧化能力,增加仔猪断奶窝增重。  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of konjac flour (KF) inclusion in gestation diets of sows on nutrients digestibility, lactation feed intake, reproductive performance of sows and preweaning performance of piglets. Two isoenergetic and isonitrogenous gestation diets were formulated: a control diet and a 2.1% KF-supplemented diet (KF diet). Both diets had the same NDF and insoluble fiber (ISF) levels, but the KF diet had higher soluble fiber (SF) level. The day after breeding, 96 multiparous sows were assigned to the two dietary treatments. Restrict-fed during gestation, in contrast, all sows were offered the same lactation diet ad libitum. Response criteria included sow BW, backfat depth, lactation feed intake, weaning-to-estrus interval, litter size and piglet’s weight at parturition and day 21 of lactation. On day 60 of gestation, 20 sows were used to measure nutrient digestibility. Results showed that the digestibility of dry matter, gross energy, crude fiber and ADF were not affected by the dietary treatments. The inclusion of KF in gestation diets increased NDF digestibility (P<0.05) and tended to increase the digestibility of CP (P=0.05) compared with the control diet group. In addition, dietary treatment during gestation did not affect litter size, BW and backfat gain during gestation, lactation weight, backfat loss or weaning-to-estrus interval of sows. However, sows fed the KF diet consumed more (P<0.05) lactation diet per day than sows in the control group. Accordingly, sows fed the KF diet showed greater average piglet weights on day 21 of lactation (P=0.09), and the litter weight of sows fed the KF diet on day 21 of lactation increased by 3.95 kg compared with sows fed the control diet (not significant). In conclusion, the inclusion of KF in gestation diets increased lactation feed intake of sows and tended to improve litter performance.  相似文献

Providing pigs a diet that matches their nutrient requirements involves optimizing the diet based on the nutrient digestibility values of the considered feed ingredients. Feeding the same quantity of a diet to pigs with similar BW but with different requirements, however, can result in a different average daily gain (ADG) and backfat thickness (BF) between pigs. Digestibility may contribute to this variation in efficiency. We investigated variation in feed efficiency traits in grower-finisher pigs associated with variation in faecal digestibility values, independent of feed intake at the time of measuring faecal digestibility. Considered traits were ADG, average daily feed intake (ADFI), feed conversion ratio (FCR), BF and residual feed intake (RFI). Feed intake, BW, and BF data of one hundred and sixty three-way crossbreed grower-finisher pigs (eighty female and eighty male) were collected during two phases, from day 0 of the experiment (mean BW 23 kg) till day 56 (mean BW 70 kg) and from day 56 to slaughter (mean BW 121 kg). Pigs were either fed a diet based on corn/soybean meal or a more fibrous diet based on wheat/barley/by-products, with titanium dioxide as indigestible marker. Faecal samples of one hundred and five pigs were collected on the day before slaughter and used to determine apparent faecal digestibility of DM, ash, organic matter (OM), CP, crude fat (CFat), crude fibre (CF), and to calculate the digestibility of nonstarch polysaccharides (NSPs) and energy (E). The effects of diet, sex and covariate feed intake at sampling (FIs) on faecal digestibility values were estimated and were significant for all except for CFat. Faecal digestibility values of each individual pig determined at the day before slaughter, corrected for diet, sex and FIs, were used to estimate their association with ADG, ADFI, FCR, BF, and RFI. In the first phase, a one percent unit increase in faecal digestibility of DM, ash, OM, E, CP, CFat, CF, NSP, and Ash individually was related to 0.01–0.03 unit reduction in FCR and 6–23 g/day reduction in RFI. A unit increase in CP digestibility was related to 0.1 mm increase in BF and 10 g/day increase in ADG. In the second phase, a one percent unit increase in faecal digestibility of DM, CP and Ash was related to a decrease of 16–20 g/day in RFI. In conclusion, the relationship between variation in feed efficiency traits and faecal digestibility values is different across the developmental stages of a pig.  相似文献

The evolution of hyper-prolific pig breeds has led to a higher within-litter variation in birth weight and in BW gain during the nursery phase. Based on an algorithm developed in previous research, two populations from a pool of 368 clinically healthy piglets at 6 weeks of age were selected: a low (LP) and a high (HP) performing population and their development was monitored until the end of the nursery phase (10 weeks of age). To understand the cause of the variation in growth between these populations we characterized the LP and HP piglets in terms of body morphology, behaviour, voluntary feed intake, BW gain, and apparent total tract and ileal nutrient digestibility. Piglets were housed individually and were fed a highly digestible diet. At selection, 6 weeks of age, the BW of LP and HP piglets were 6.8±0.1 and 12.2±0.1 kg, respectively. Compared with the LP piglets the HP piglets grew faster (203 g/day), ate more (275 g/day) from 6 to 10 weeks of age and were heavier at 10 weeks (30.0 v. 18.8 kg, all P<0.01). Yet, the differences in average daily gain and average daily feed intake disappeared when compared per kg BW0.75. Assuming similar maintenance requirements per kg BW0.75 the efficiency of feed utilization above maintenance was 0.1 g/g lower for the LP piglets (P=0.09).The gain : feed ratio was similar for both groups. LP piglets tended to take more time to touch a novel object (P=0.10), and spent more time eating (P<0.05). At 10 weeks, LP piglets had a higher body length and head circumference relative to BW (P<0.01). Relative to BW, LP had a 21% higher small intestine weight; 36% longer length, and relative to average FI, the small intestinal weight was 4 g/kg higher (both P=<0.01). Apparent total tract and ileal dry matter, N and gross energy digestibility were similar between groups (P>0.10). We concluded that the low performance of the LP piglets was due to their inability to engage compensatory gain or compensatory feed intake as efficiency of nutrient utilization and feed intake per kg BW0.75 was unaffected. LP piglets tend to be more fearful towards novel objects. The morphological comparisons, increased body length and head circumference relative to BW imply that LP piglets have an increased priority for skeletal growth.  相似文献

There were no differences in digestibility of organic matter and energy, and the performance was similar between piglets fed liquid diets. Piglets fed diet A spent more time on eating/drinking compared with piglets fed liquid diets. The frequency of diarrhoea decreased (p < 0.05) from from diet A (11 out of 16) to diet B (6 out of 16) and further to diet C (1 out 16). The type of diet did not affect the diversity of coliform bacteria or lactobacilli, but the composition of the Lactobacillus flora was changed. The lower diarrhoea frequency when feeding diet C may be due to a prophylactic effect induced by the inclusion of wet wheat-distillers grain in the diet.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with f -galactosidase preparation and stachyose on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and intestinal bacterial populations of piglets. In Experiment I 72 crossbred piglets were allotted to three treatments, i.e. 1) control (basal) diet, 2) f -Gal1 and 3) f -Gal5, the basal diet supplemented with 0.01% and 0.05% f -galactosidase preparation ( f -Gal), respectively. Average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio were not influenced by f -Gal supplementation. In Experiment II 72 crossbred weanling piglets were randomly assigned to four treatments with a complete factorial design, i.e. 1) basal diet, 2) basal diet with 0.01% f -Gal supplementation, 3) basal diet with 1% stachyose supplementation and 4) basal diet with 1% stachyose and 0.01% f -Gal supplementation. Average daily gain and feed conversion ratio were influenced by f -Gal and stachyose supplementation. The ileal digestibility of stachyose, raffinose, gross energy and crude protein was improved significantly by f -Gal supplementation. The microbial populations in the intestine were modified by both f -Gal and stachyose supplementation. The data suggested that stachyose supplementation had an adverse effect on the growth performance of piglets and f -Gal supplementation could ameliorate it, especially in younger pigs.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of combined supplementation of α-galactosidase and xylanase on nutrient digestibility and growth performance in growing pigs. Experiment 1 had a 2 × 2 Latin square design, where eight barrows (45.0 ± 0.52 kg body weight [BW]) were fitted with a simple T-cannula in the distal ileum and received a basal diet without or with supplementation of α-galactosidase (12 U/kg diet) and xylanase (15 AXC/kg diet) within two periods of 10 d. The apparent ileal digestibility (AID) and apparent total tract digestibility of nutrients, pH, viscosity of digesta and digestive enzyme activities were assessed. In Experiment 2, a total of 432 growing pigs (initial BW 44.7 ± 0.66 kg) were allocated to four treatments. Diets were based on corn and soybean meal and had a normal or reduced nutrient level (reduced by 0.42 kJ digestible energy [DE] per kg and 0.8% crude protein). Both diets were offered without or with supplementation of α-galactosidase and xylanase. The growth performance was assessed within a 43-d feeding period, where at the end, biochemical serum indices were estimated. In Experiment 1, the enzyme-supplemented diet had a greater contents of DE and DE/gross energy ratio (p < 0.05), and a higher AID of Arg, raffinose, stachyose and arabinoxylan (p < 0.05). In Experiment 2, the low nutrient level caused lower daily gain (p < 0.05), which was partially compensated by enzyme addition. Enzyme addition also increased the serum concentration of Lys (p < 0.05). Moreover, it appears that the tested enzyme supplementation could increase dietary DE, serum total amino acid concentrations and decrease serum urea nitrogen.  相似文献

Genetic selection strategies towards increased prolificacy have resulted in more and more increased littler size and incidences of impaired fetal development. Low birth weight (LBW) piglets, with long-term alterations in structure, physiology and metabolism, have lower survival rates and poor growth performance. The aim of the study was to compare the plasma, liver and skeletal muscle contents of neutral amino acids (NAA) and the intestinal expression of NAA transporters between LBW and high birth weight (HBW) suckling Huanjiang mini-piglets. Forty piglets with either LBW or HBW (20 piglets per group) were sampled on day 0, 7, 14 and 21 of age to give 5 observations per day per group. The contents of NAA in plasma, liver and skeletal muscle were measured, and jejunal expression of transporters for NAA, including Slc6a19 (B0AT1) and Slc1a5 (ASCT2), were determined by real-time RT-PCR and Western Blot, respectively. Results showed that the suckling piglets with LBW had higher contents of Thr, Ser, Gly, Ala, Val, Met, Ile, Leu, Tyr, Phe and Pro in liver, and Gly in skeletal muscle, whereas lower contents of Met, Ser and Ala in plasma when compared with the HBW littermates. Consistent with the content differences in plasma NAA, the jejunal expression profiles of both Slc6a19 (B0AT1) and Slc1a5 (ASCT2) in the LBW piglets were lower in compared with the HBW littermates during the early suckling period. These findings suggested that intestinal dysfunction in the LBW piglets may be one of the reasons in altered physiology and metabolism states of other organs, which result in lower survival and growth rate.  相似文献
