A new microcotylid, Tinrovia mamaevi n. sp. (Monogenea: Polyopisthocotylea), is described from the gills of Notacanthus bonaparte Risso (Notacanthiformes: Notacanthidae), sampled in the Western Mediterranean and North East Atlantic. This species is allocated to the subfamily Syncoelicotylinae Mamaev & Zubchenko, 1978 due to the possession of a symmetrical haptor with two separate frills. The clamps in T. mamaevi n. sp. are of the “microcotylid” type, arranged in two distinct lateral haptoral frills; the genital atrium and the copulatory organ are armed and the vaginal pore is unarmed. The new species differs from the type- and only species of the genus, T. papiliocauda Mamaev, 1987, in having a shorter and narrower haptor with a smaller number of clamps. Clamps are also smaller in the new species, testes are more numerous, the genital atrium is smaller, divided into two lateral lobes (instead of five) with a smaller number of spines and the eggs have a short and a long filament (instead of two short filaments). The host species and locality of T. mamaevi n. sp. also differ as T. papiliocauda which was recorded in Notacanthus sexspinis Richardson from the South Pacific.  相似文献

This study reports the first Korean records of the genera Clusia Haliday and Clusiodes Coquillett (Diptera: Clusiidae), with four newly recorded species, Clusia intermedialis (Mamaev), Clusia nigromaculata (Mamaev), Clusia unita Mamaev, and Clusiodes flaveolus Mamaev. Morphological diagnosis is provided with a key to Korean Clusiidae. The mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase I (COI) gene sequences of Clusia and Clusiodes are analyzed for DNA barcoding. Molecular analyses of both genera result in well-defined species clusters with significant barcode gaps, and also identify problematic data in the public database.  相似文献

A new trematode of the family Cryptogonimidae is described from Suwanee bass (Micropterus notius Bailey and Hubbs) from Florida. Turgecaecum longifauces gen. et sp. n. is characterized by having a long esophagus, precrural acetabula, short expanded ceca and vitellaria in the shoulder region. It is placed in the subfamily Caecincolinae and is compared with Caecincola Marshall and Gilbert 1905, the only other genus in the subfamily. Emendments to the subfamily are made.  相似文献

Athyrisinine brachiopods from the Upper Silurian of Russia and the Lower–Middle Devonian of China and north Vietnam include over 70 species belonging to Athyrisina and Parathyrisina ; generic and subfamilial diagnoses are emended. Five genera are considered synonyms of Athyrisina and three of Parathyrisina . A neotype is selected and illustrated for Athyrisina squamosa , the type species of Athyrisina . Four nomina nova , Athyrisina xui , Parathyrisina wani , P. minima , and P. cheni , are suggested as new substitute names for Athyrisina tumida Wang, in Xu et al. 1978 (primary homonymy), Athyrisinoides ganxiensis Wan, in Xu et al. 1978, Parathyrisina minor Zhang, in Zhang and Fu 1983, and Athyrisinoides tudilingensis Chen, 1979 (secondary homonyms) respectively. A new genus, Bruntosina , is described from the Emsian to Eifelian of the Qinling region. A new subfamily, Homeathyridinae, is erected within the Athyrididae with Homeathyris , Pseudohomeospira , and Squamathyris included, revised and their diagnoses emended. Homeathyris incisus sp. nov. is described from the Ludfordian of Novaya Zemlya. Ikella is revised and excluded from the athyrisinins. The origin and dispersal of the homeathyridins and the athyrisinins are discussed.  相似文献

The species Phanurus oligoovus gen. et sp. nov. is described from the intestine of Liza carinatus (Cuvier et Valencienne) from the South China Sea. From the general internal anatomy, it belongs to the Waretrematidae and is distinguished from the other known species of the Waretrematidae by the tail appendage. The present study re-examines the detailed morphology of the type-species, Diclidophora merlangi (Kuhn, in Nordmann, 1832) Krøyer, 1838, and other Diclidophora species parasitic on gadid fishes: D. denticulata (Olsson, 1876) Price, 1943, D. esmarkii (Th. Scott, 1901) Sproston, 1946, D. luscae (van Beneden & Hesse, 1863) Price, 1943, D. minor (Olsson, 1868) Sproston, 1946, D. palmata (Leuckart, 1830) Diesing, 1850, D. phycidis (Parona & Perugia, 1889) Sproston, 1946, D. pollachii (van Beneden & Hesse, 1863) Price, 1943 and the recently described D. micromesisti Suriano & Martorelli, 1984. An amended generic diagnosis of Diclidophora Krøyer, 1838 (synonym Diclidophora Diesing, 1850) is provided, which includes the presence of a prostatic vesicle in the terminal male genitalia and the distal fusion of the median and peripheral sclerites, a1 and c1 in the clamp anterior jaw. Macrouridophora n. g. is herein proposed for species previously considered in Diclidophora, which are parasitic on macrourid and morid fishes. The clamp morphology in Macrouridophora n. g. has distinct lamellate extension attachments to peripheral sclerites c1 and the distal portion of d1, with no distal fusion between a1 and c1 in the anterior jaw. Macrouridophora macruri (Brinkmann, 1942) n. comb. is chosen as the type-species. Nine other species are herein transferred to Macrouridophora n. g.: M. coelorhynchi (Robinson, 1961) n. comb., M. lotella (Machida, 1972) n. comb., M. nezumiae (Munroe, Campbell & Zwerner, 1981) n. comb. and M. tubiformis (Rohde & Williams, 1987) n. comb. are redescribed, based on the re-examination of type or voucher specimens. Macrouridophora attenuata (Mamaev & Zubtschenko, 1979) n. comb., M. caudata (Mamaev & Zubtschenko, 1984) n. comb., M. papilio (Mamaev & Avdeev, 1981) n. comb., M. paracoelorhynchi (Mamaev & Paruchin, 1979) n. comb. and M. physiculi (Mamaev & Avdeev, 1981) n. comb. have adequately described haptoral clamps in the literature. The clamp morphology in Macrouridophora sp. from Lepidorhynchus denticulatus in Australia is also considered. Diclidophora whitsonii Suriano & Martorelli, 1984 is herein transferred to the genus Macruricotyle Mamaev & Ljadov, 1975, as M. whitsonii (Suriano & Martorelli, 1984) n. comb. D. embiotocae Hanson, 1979 is herein considered a species incertae sedis. D. caudospina Khan & Karyakarte, 1983 and D. paddiforma Deo & Karyakarte, 1979 are herein considered species inquirendae. D. aglandulosa Deo, 1977, D. glandulosa Das, 1972, D. minuta Das, 1972 and D. spindale Deo, 1977 are formally dismissed as nomina nuda. The systematic position of Diclidophora Krøyer, 1838 and Macrouridophora n. g. in the subfamily Diclidophorinae Cerfontaine, 1895 (sensu Mamaev, 1976) is discussed.  相似文献

首次描述了贵州西南部中三叠统koninckinids(康尼克贝类)3属6种,根据腕螺的支持构造类型将背内腕螺初带横伸,由腕锁,腕棒支持,与主基连接的类群归Koninckinidae;将腕螺初带横伸,缺失腕锁,螺带主层直接与铰板连接,螺带主层与副层分离,形成双重腕螺的贝体,且与Koninc-kinidae的腕螺支持类型明显不同的,建立新亚科Amphiclininae subfamily nov..腕螺初带向主突起基斜伸,与主突起基部延长部分连接,支持腕螺的类群,暂归扭月贝目根据贝体特征,认为背内具粗大圆锥状腕螺的Koninckina 其腕螺除诱导捕食功能外,可能还有制导贝体着底方向的作用.并对koninckinids产出层位和时代进行了对比和讨论.  相似文献

The new subfamily of Cossidae; Catoptinae Yakovlev, subfam. n., well distinguished from other representatives of the family, is described. The new subfamily includes two genera: Catopta Staudinger, 1899 (type genus) and Chiangmaiana Kemal et Koçak, 2006. A catalogue of the subfamily is presented. One new synonym Catopta hyrcanus (Christoph, 1888) = Catopta brandti Bryk, 1947, syn. n., is established. The new subfamily has the following distinguishing features: short valvae; reduced processes of transtilla; vesica with numerous cornuti; pearshaped bursa copulatrix; and very short ductus bursae.  相似文献

Abyssotrema pritchardae gen. et sp. n. is described from the benthic teleost, Alepocephalus agassizi Goode and Bean 1883 (Alepocephalidae), taken from Hudson Canyon in the western North Atlantic. The new genus is placed in the subfamily Monascinae Dollfus 1947 and relationships among Abyssotrema, Elopsium Fischthal and Thomas 1972, and Monascus Looss 1907 are discussed.  相似文献

A new genus and species of the family Cleridae, Shartegopsis miranda gen. et sp. nov., is described from Shar-Teg (southwestern Mongolia, Upper Jurassic). Judging by the characters that can be examined, it can probably belong to the subfamily Tillinae, and it is the earliest known member of the family. Mathesius liaoningensis Kolíbac et Huang, 2011 is considered closely related to species of the paleoendemic family Parandrexidae.  相似文献

Boromophus saudicus sp. n. (subfamily Pimeliinae Latreille, 1802, tribe Boromorphini Skopin, 1978) is described from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Rawdhat Khorim, Riyadh Province). This finding represents the first record of the genus Boromorphus Wollaston, 1854 from the Arabian Peninsula. The species was collected from Acacia trees and from pitfall traps.  相似文献

Paktylenchus tuberosus gen.n., sp.n. is described and illustrated from soil around Solanum tuberosum from Kaghan Valley, Pakistan. Paktylenchus gen.n, can be distinguished from the most closely related genus, Agelenchus Andrassy, 1954, by the distinct longitudinal striae, three incisures in the lateral field, and absence of males. Paktylenchus tuberosus shows affinities to Coslenchus Siddiqi, 1978 but differs in having an oblique vagina-to-body axis and a prominent sunken vulva with vulval flaps. Four genera of the subfamily Tylenchinae are also discussed herein.  相似文献

苞藜属(Baolia Kung et G. L. Chu)根据1978年在甘肃和四川交界的迭部县发现的苞藜(Baolia bracteata Kung et G. L. The revision of punctate rhynchonellids of the superfamily Rhynchoporoidea revealed that the superfamily is composite. Based on the detail study of shell interior, the punctate rhynchonellids of the genus Rhynchopora King, 1865, subfamily Rhynchoporinae Muir-Wood, 1955 are placed into the family Trigonirhynchiidae Schmidt, 1965, superfamily Rhynchotrematoidea Schuchert, 1913. The genera Greira Erlanger, 1993, Tchanakhtchirostrum Sartenaer et Plodowski, 2003, Sharovaella Pakhnevich, 2012, Zaigunrostrum Sartenaer et Plodowski, 2003 are also referred to this family within the subfamily Greirinae Erlanger, 1993. The only genus of the subfamily Tretorhynchinae Savage, 2002, Tretorhynchia Brunton, 1971, is moved to the family Leiorhynchidae Stainbrook, 1945, superfamily Camarotoechioidea Schuchert, 1929. Araratella Abrahamian, Plodowski, et Sartenaer, 1975 within the subfamily Araratellinae Erlanger, 1986 is referred to the family Septalariidae Havlicek, 1960 of the same superfamily. The position of Rariella Zhang, 1981, Yingtangella Bai et Ying, 1977, Momarhynchus Baranov et Sartenaer, 1996 in the order Rhynchonellida remains controversial. The punctation and exopunctation is found to arise parallel in different rhynchonellid evolutionary branches after the Frasnian-Famennian mass extinction.  相似文献

Three species of Heteromazocraes Mamaev, 1981 including two new taxa are described from the gills of three species of engraulid fishes Thryssa mystax (Bloch & Schneider), T. setirostris (Broussonet) and T. malabarica (Bloch) collected from the coastal waters off Visakhapatnam, Bay of Bengal. Heteromazocraes thryssaensis n. sp. differs from the closely related H. dodecacantha Mamaev, 1981 in the shape of the body and ovary, the number of testes and the number and shape of the genital hooks. Heteromazocraes engrauliae n. sp. differs from all the other species of the genus in the relative sizes of the haptoral clamps, in that the four closed clamps on the left side are larger than the two open clamps on the right side, in contrast to the situation in other species where the two open clamps on the anterior right side are markedly larger than the remaining clamps. Heteromazocraes kazikodiensis (Gupta & Khullar, 1967) Mamaev, 1981 regarded as a species inquirenda is redescribed with additional details and is reinstated as a valid species. A review of Heteromazocraes including a key for identification of the species is provided.  相似文献

The taxonomy of Zygoneura Meigen, 1830 (Diptera: Sciaridae) is studied. A total of three species of Zygoneura is found in Korea: Zygoneura (Zygoneura) sciarina Meigen, 1830, Zygoneura (Pharetratula) bidens (Mamaev, 1968), and Zygoneura (Pharetratula) flavicornis (Mamaev, 1968). Z. bidens is recorded from Korea for the first time. All three species are redescribed and illustrated, and a key to the Korean species is given. Furthermore, an updated world checklist of all species of Zygoneura is presented.  相似文献

Nuclear-encoded small subunit ribosomal RNA gene (18SrDNA) sequences were determined for Coelastrella multistriata (Trenkwalder) Kalina et Punčochářová, two species of Scotiellopsis ( S. oocystiformis (Lund) Kalina et Punčochářová and S. terrestris (Reisigl) Kalina et Punčochářová) and two species of Muriella ( M. aurantiaca Vischer and M. terrestris Boye- Petersen). Coelastrella and Scotiellopsis are members of the subfamily Scotiellocystoideae, and Muriella is a member of the subfamily Chlorelloideae in the family Chlorellaceae. Phylogenetic trees were constructed based on these sequence data and on previously known 18SrDNA sequences of 25 taxa. Coelastrella and Scotiellopsis were closely related to each other and formed a cluster with Scenedesmus vacuolatus (Shihira et Krauss) Kessler et al. This cluster shared a monophyletic ancestry with other Scenedesmus species. Muriella aurantiaca formed a sister relationship with the monophyletic lineage of Scenedesmus. However, another species, M. terrestris, was placed in the Trebouxiophyceae and was strongly related to Chlorella. The genus Mychonastes belonging to the Scotiellocystoideae was also not monophyletic. This study suggests that the subfamily Scotiellocystoideae should be removed from the Chlorellaceae.  相似文献
