Three new phenethyl alcohol glycosides together with six known compounds have been isolated from the leaves of Stachys sieboldii. On the basis of chemical and spectral analyses, the structures of three new compounds named stachysosides A, B and C have been established as 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1----3)-4-O-E-caffeoyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside, 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1----3)-4-O-E-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside and 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1----3)-4-O-E- feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

Three flavonoids and three saponins have been isolated from Oxytropis species. Their structures were determined as isorhamnetin-3-O-beta-D-glucoside, rhamnetin-3-O-beta-D-galactoside, apigenin, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1----2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]+ ++soyasapogenol B, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl] azukisapogenol and a new saponin 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-25-O-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl-(20S,24S)-3 beta,16 beta, 20,24,25-pentahydroxy-9,19-cycloanostane.  相似文献

From the bark of Uncaria guianensis, two new quinovic acid glycosides, quinovic acid 3 beta-O-beta-D-quinovopyranoside and quinovic acid 3 beta-O-beta-D-fucopyranosyl-(27----1)-beta-D-glucopyranosylester, have been isolated, in addition to known quinovic acid 3 beta-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3)-beta-D-fucopyranosyl]-(27----1)- beta-D-glucopyranosylester and quinovic acid 3 beta-O-beta-D-fucopyranoside. Oligosaccharides were cleaved by base-borohydride from an I, H and Lea active ovarian cyst glycoprotein and purified by Bio-Gel P-6 and paper chromatography. The structures of five oligosaccharides, determined by compositional analyses, quantitative periodate oxidation, chronic acid oxidation, methylation analyses and enzymatic degradations, were as follows: oligosaccharide I, beta DGal1----3DGalNAc-ol; II, beta DGal1----4 beta DGlcNAc1----6(beta DGal1----3)DGalNAc-ol; III, alpha LFuc1----2 beta DGal1----4 beta DGlcNAc1----6(beta DGal1----3)DGalNAc-ol; IV, beta DGal1----3(alpha LFuc1----4)beta DGlcNAc1----3beta DGal1----4 beta DGlcNAc1----6(beta DGal1----3)DGal1NAcol; and V, beta DGal1----3(alpha LFuc1----4)beta DGlcNAc1----3 beta DGal1----4 beta DGlcNAc1----6[beta DGal1----3(alpha LFuc1----4)beta DGlcNAc1----3 beta DGal1----3 beta DGal1----3]DGalNAc-ol. Of the oligosaccharides 60% had a molecular size of a decasaccharide or smaller, the tetra- and pentasaccharides II and III predominating. Oligosaccharides I through IV have been previously isolated from several glycoproteins by other laboratories; the decasaccharide, V, is a new structure.  相似文献

Six new steroidal saponins have been isolated from the fresh bulbs of Camassia cusickii. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and some chemical transformations to be (25R)-5 alpha-spirostan-3 beta,6 alpha-diol (chlorogenin) 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, chlorogenin 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, chlorogenin 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, chlorogenin 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----2)-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3)]-beta- D-glucopyranoside, (25R)-6 alpha-hydroxy-5 alpha-spirostan-3-one 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl- (1----3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside and (25R)-3,3-dimethoxy-5 alpha-spirostan-6 alpha-ol 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside. The saponins isolated were shown to contribute to the bitter taste of the bulbs.  相似文献

Six saponins have been isolated and identified from the leaves of Steganotaenia araliacea. They were identified as 3-O-[beta-D-galactopyranosyl(1----2)-(beta-D-galactopyranosyl (1----3))-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-21-O-tigloyl and -21-O-angeloyl-R1-barrigenol, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----2)-(beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1----3))-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-21-O-tigloyl and -21-O-angeloyl-R1-barrigenol, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----2)-(beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----3))-(alp ha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1----4))-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] steganogenin and 3-O-[(beta-D-galactopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-2 8-O- beta-D-glucopyranosyl olean-12-ene-28-oic acid. Steganogenin is a new 17,22-seco-oleanolic acid derivative. The structures of the saponins were established by analysis of their 1H and 13C NMR spectra with the help of 2D-experiments and by Californium Plasma Desorption Mass Spectrometry.  相似文献

A new kaempferol triglycoside and three known kaempferol glycosides, among them two apiosides, have been isolated from the aerial parts of Monnina sylvatica. The structures were established on the basis of acid and enzymatic hydrolysis and spectral data (UV, 1H and 13CNMR, NOE difference measurements, D/CI and FAB-MS) of the isolates and of some derivatives. The triglycoside kaempferol 3-O-beta-D-glucosyl-(1----2)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnosyl(1----6)]-beta-D- galactoside is a new natural product. The configuration of the apiosyl moiety in kaempferol 3-O-beta-D-apiosyl(1----2)-beta-D-galactoside and kaempferol 3-O-beta-D-apiosyl(1----2)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnosyl(1----6)]- beta-D-galactoside was established through NOE difference measurements on the peracetate.  相似文献

The structures of two octasaccharides, one nonasaccharide, and one undecasaccharide, isolated from human milk, have been investigated by 1H- and 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The structures of these oligosaccharides are: beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp- (1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3)-beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp+ ++- (1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3)-beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-D-Glc; beta-D-GALp-(1----3)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----4)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1---- 3)-beta-D - Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3)-beta -D-Galp- (1----4)-D-Glc; beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1---- 6)-(alpha - L-Fucp-(1----2)-beta-D-Gal-(1----3)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----4)]- beta-D-GlcpNAc- (1----3))-beta-D-Galp-(1----4)-D-Glc; and alpha-L-Fucp-(1----2)-beta-D-Galp-(1----3)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3) -beta-D- Galp-(1----4)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1----3)]-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----6)-[alp ha-L- Fucp-(1----2)-beta-D-Galp-(1----3)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1----3)]-beta-D -Galp- (1----4)-D-Glc. The two octasaccharides have been previously isolated from human milk as a mixture, and in a pure form from new-born feces, but the n.m.r. data were not provided. These two octasaccharides display the di-Lewis X and the composite Lewis A-Lewis X antigenic determinant, previously described as neo-antigens of adenocarcinoma cell lines.  相似文献

The bulbs of Lilium dauricum yielded 11 compounds, including six new steroidal glycosides. The structures have been determined by spectral analysis and hydrolysis to be (25R,26R)-26-methoxyspirost-5-en-3 beta-ol 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-O-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-( 1----3)]- beta-D-glucopyranoside, (25R,26R)-26-methoxyspirost-5-en-3 beta-ol 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----4)]- beta-D-glucopyranoside, (25R)-spirost-5-en-3 beta-ol (diosgenin) 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-O-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl- (1----3)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside, (25R)-3 beta,17 alpha-dihydroxy-5 alpha-spirostan-6-one 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, (25R)-3 beta, 17 alpha-dihydroxy-5 alpha-spirostan-6-one 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-O-[alpha-L- arabinopyranosyl-(1----3)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside and (20R,22R)-3 beta,20,22-trihydroxy-5 alpha-cholestan-6-one (tenuifoliol) 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside. The absolute configurations of C-20 and C-22 of tenuifoliol were further confirmed by detailed analysis of the NOE difference spectrum of the corresponding isopropylidene derivative. Four new oleanane triterpenoid saponins named triplosides D-G were isolated from the roots of Triplostegia grandiflora. The saponins investigated were: oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----4)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranos ide, oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----6)-[beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----4)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranos ide, oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----4)- alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----3)-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranoside and oleanolic acid 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1---3)-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranoside, respectively. The putative O-specific polymers of lipopolysaccharides from two reference strains of Pseudomonas cepacia have been isolated and characterized. Both polymers have disaccharide repeating-units. alpha-D-Man-(1----2)-alpha-D-Man-(1----3)-D-Gal, a structural fragment of the main chain of Salmonella serogroups C2 and C3 O-specific polysaccharides, and the isomer with the central residue beta have been synthesised, as have some oligosaccharides related to the structure of the O-specific polysaccharide of S. kentucky (serogroup C3), namely, alpha-D-Glc-(1----4)-D-Gal, alpha-D-Man-(1----3)-[alpha-D-Glc-(1----4)]-D-Gal, and alpha-D-Man-(1----2)-alpha-D-Man-(1----3)-[alpha-D-Glc-(1----4)]-D-Gal, and the isomers with the D-Glc unit beta. The structures of the third major type of oligosialyloligosaccharides obtained by alkali-borohydride treatment of polysialoglycoproteins of the unfertilized eggs of rainbow trout have been determined to be: alpha-L-fucosyl-(1----3)-beta-N-acetyl-D-galactosaminyl-(1----3)-beta-D- galactosyl-(1----4)-beta-D-galactosyl-(1----3)-[[(----8)-alpha-N- glycolylneuraminyl-(2----)]n-(----6)]-N-acetyl-D-galactosaminitol with n = 1 to 4. The proportion of the fucose-containing units in 3 major carbohydrate units present in fish egg polysialoglycoproteins was found to be highly species-specific and only 6% in the eggs of rainbow trout.  相似文献
