Aqueous leachates of roots of the perennial weed Pluchea lanceolata (DC.) C. B. Clarke, its root-incorporated soil and rhizosphere soil, interfered with the seedling growth of certain plant species. The soils from the rhizosphere zone of this plant had significantly higher total phenolics and HPLC analysis revealed that phenolic fractions represented by retention times of 1.6, 1.9, 2.5 (simple phenol, chlorogenic acid and phloroglucinol respectively), 3.7 and 4.3 min were contributed by roots of the weed to the soil. The phenolic fraction represented by the retention time 3.3 (formononetin 7-O-glucoside) was detected in the weed's rhizosphere soils and not in the rootincorporated soils. UV spectral studies established the presence of phloroglucinol, simple phenol, chlorogenic acid, formononetin 7-O-glucoside, and methylated coumarins in the root leachate, which affect the seedling growth of mustard ( Brassica juncea ). Present research established the allelopathic potential of P. lanceolata roots, and the possible involvement of allelopathy in its interference success.  相似文献

The effect of the leachate of the noxious weed Pluchea lanceolata was explored using mustard and tomato seedling growth bioassays of four soil types (sandy loam, clay loam, silty loam, and sand). The objectives of the present study were: 1) to determine how soil chemistry changes after addition of leachate and leaves of the weed; 2) to determine what level of input to the soil does not cause significant differences from those of weed-associated soils under field conditions; and 3) to determine whether soil texture affects bioassay results. Leaf leachates of the weed were added to four soil types in different dilutions, and soils were analyzed for pH, electrical conductivity, organic matter, Cl, PO4, exchangeable Cu+ +, Zn+ +, Na+, K+, Mg+ +, and Ca+ +, and total phenolics. These results indicated that the leachates of the weed altered chemical characteristics of each soil type. Concentration of phenolics in treatment of each soil type was dilution-dependent. Leachates were more inhibitory on sandy loam and clay loam than on silty loam and sand. Present study indicated that in allelopathic bioassays, amended soils that are nonsignificantly different from weed-associated soils should be taken. Further, present investigations confirmed the significance of good control soil with nonsignificantly altered chemical characteristics from those of natural soils, as well as soil texture to establish allelopathy of ecological relevance.  相似文献

采用氯仿熏蒸法、稀释平板法和磷脂脂肪酸(phospholipid fatty acid,PLFA)方法,分析了常绿阔叶林转变成杉木人工林后土壤微生物种群数量和群落结构的变化特征.结果表明:常绿阔叶林转变为杉木人工林后,林地土壤的微生物生物量碳、可培养细菌和放线菌数降低.杉木人工林地总PLFAs、细菌PLFAs、真菌PLFAs比常绿阔叶林分别降低了49.4%、52.4%和46.6%,革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌PLFAs远低于常绿阔叶林.杉木人工林根际土壤微生物生物量碳、可培养细菌和放线菌数显著高于杉木人工林林地土壤,根际土壤中总PLFAs、细菌PLFAs、革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌PLFAs的含量也高于林地土壤,但真菌PLFAs和细菌PLFAs之比却低于林地土壤.对土壤微生物群落结构进行主成分分析发现,第1主成分和第2主成分共解释了土壤微生物群落结构变异的78.2%.表明常绿阔叶林与杉木人工林土壤的微生物群落结构间存在差异.  相似文献

通过对杂木林、一代、二代及三代杉木人工林的土壤微生物、土壤酶活性及生化作用强度研究表明:随着杉木林取代杂木林及杉木连续栽植代数的增加,土壤微生物总数下降、各主要生理类群数量均呈下降趋势,土壤酶活性减弱,土壤生化作用强度降低。土壤微生物学活性降低是杉木连栽后土壤肥力衰退重要原因之一。  相似文献

2008年初,在波及我国南方大部分地区的雨雪冰冻灾害中,冻雨在杉木枝叶上形成冰柱,造成大量的杉木个体折冠。通过开展杉木林凋落物和树干残体的养分及土壤理化性质的研究,可以了解冰雪灾害后杉木林的土壤肥力动态。冰雪灾害造成的林冠折损引起了林地的光照增强,导致了土壤温度上升及土壤水分增加,从而促进了凋落物的分解,凋落物经过1a的分解后,N、P和K含量分别下降了7%、12%和21%。凋落物储量减少了22%,N、P和K的储量分别下降了27%、31%和38%。2009年树干残体的N和P含量分别上升5%和6%,而K含量降低15%。树干残体由于分解缓慢,其储量下降3%,N储量增加了2%,P储量不变,而K储量下降了18%。冰雪灾害后森林凋落物积累于地表,分解后形成较厚的有机质层,土壤结构因此变得疏松。2009年的土壤容重和毛管孔隙度减小,总空隙度和毛管持水量增加,非毛管孔隙显著增加。林冠残体在分解过程中促进了土壤有机质和养分的积累。2009年的土壤pH降低,有机质、全N、全P和全K含量分别增加了16%、11%、14%和8%,碱解N和速效P含量分别增加了113%和17%,而速效K含量下降了36%。  相似文献

通过模拟试验和野外调查对凋落物的树种多样性与杉木人工林土壤生态功能之间关系进行了研究。林分取样调查的结果表明 ,有两个树种凋落物覆盖的几个杉阔混交林土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性均明显高于只有杉木凋落物覆盖的杉木纯林土壤 ,酸性磷酸酶活性也呈现相同的变化趋势 ,这 3种土壤酶活性均以具有凋落物种类最多的次生常绿阔叶林土壤最高。除了土壤酶活性升高之外 ,杉阔混交林的土壤有机质和全氮含量也明显高于仅有一种杉木凋落物覆盖的杉木纯林土壤。采用杉木叶凋落物与不同阔叶树种凋落物处理土壤的模拟试验结果表明 ,在凋落物投放量和 (1 5NH4 ) 2 SO4 施用量相同的控制条件下 ,随着投放的凋落物树种组成的增加 ,土壤中 1 5N的残留量也随之增加 ,而其损失量却随之减少 ;土壤中杉木幼树对于 1 5N的吸收量以及杉木幼树的单株鲜重也随着处理凋落物组成树种的增加而增加 ,具有不同树种数量的凋落物处理之间差异显著 (p<0 .0 5 )。可见随着凋落物树种多样性的增加 ,不仅土壤有机质和全氮含量这两个基本的质量指标得到明显改善 ,而且土壤酶活性、土壤养分保蓄功能以及保证幼树良好生长等的生态功能明显改善  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation on the aerial parts of Chromolaena congesta led to the isolation of nine flavonoids, known in the literature as genkwanin (1) kumatakenin (2) acacetin (3), kaempferol 3-methyl ether (4), apigenin (5), apigenin 5,7-dimethyl ether (6), apigenin 5-methyl ether (7), luteolin (8) and kaempferol (9). The chemical structures were established on the basis of spectral evidence. All the compounds were isolated from this species for the first time. The results from the present study provide further information about the flavonoids as taxonomic marker of the genus Chromolaena, and the chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds were also summarized.  相似文献

The flower-head feeding fly Acinia picturata (Diptera: Tephritidae) was deliberately introduced from Mexico into Hawaii in 1959 for biological control of the exotic weed Pluchea odorata (Snow) (Asteraceae). Neither field efficacy nor possible non-target effects of the fly have been evaluated in the 40 years since the introduction. We assessed the impact of the fly on both its target host and on seven non-target plant species. The impact on the target weed was limited, with only 5-13% of the developing seeds in P. odorata flowerheads being destroyed by larval feeding. We did not detect any host range expansion of A. picturata onto flowerheads of two exotic or 5 endemic non-target plant species in the family Asteraceae.  相似文献

模拟酸雨胁迫对马尾松和杉木幼苗土壤呼吸的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
利用LI-8100测定模拟酸雨不同处理下(pH2.5、4.0和5.6)盆栽马尾松(Pinus Massoniana)和杉木幼苗(Cunninghamia lanceolata)的土壤呼吸速率及土壤温度、含水量,研究酸雨对其土壤呼吸的影响.结果表明:模拟酸雨喷淋下马尾松和杉木土壤pH值呈现下降的趋势且下降幅度同酸雨酸度呈现正相关性;马尾松和杉木各个处理下土壤呼吸速率季节变化显著,且同地下10cm土壤温度季节变化趋势一致,pH2.5处理下的土壤呼吸速率平均值分别为1.79μmol · m-2 · s-1和1.12μmol · m-2 · s-1,比对照组(pH5.6)土壤呼吸速率平均值1.57μmol · m-2 · s-1和1.54μmol · m-2 · s-1分别高14%和低39%;马尾松和杉木各个处理下土壤呼吸速率同10cm土壤温度之间均呈现显著的指数关系(P<0.001),与5cm土壤含水量之间相关性不明确;在P=0.05水平上进行多元回归分析,可以得到土壤呼吸速率同土壤温度和含水量的综合拟合方程,和单因素(温度、含水量)拟合相比能够更好地解释土壤呼吸的变化情况;马尾松和杉木在pH2.5和4.0处理下的土壤呼吸温度系数Q10值分别为1.36、2.01和1.51、2 25,同对照组1.14和1.58相比,均有明显差异,且两者Q10值的变化呈先增大后减小的趋势.这证明酸雨是影响马尾松和杉木土壤CO2通量的一个重要因素.  相似文献

采伐剩余物不同处理方式会改变输入土壤的有机质数量和质量,直接或间接影响土壤的养分组成与含量。氮作为重要的土壤养分之一,其有机氮组分对采伐剩余物不同处理方式的响应仍不明确。本研究在福建省三明市格氏栲自然保护区内,对50多年生的杉木成熟林皆伐后的采伐剩余物分别进行清除、保留、火烧处理,并种植杉木5年时,采用H2SO4水解法对不同土层(0~10、10~20 cm)土壤有机氮组分及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明: 保留处理显著提高了土壤有机氮及活性组分的含量。0~10 cm土层中,保留处理土壤有机氮含量(3.36 g·kg-1)分别是清除处理、火烧处理的1.5和1.3倍,活性氮Ⅰ、Ⅱ含量也以保留处理最高;10~20 cm土层中,保留处理土壤有机氮和活性氮Ⅱ含量(2.20、0.73 g·kg-1)也显著高于清除和火烧处理,而且保留处理的活性氮指数Ⅱ(33.9%)显著高于火烧处理(26.1%)。两个土层均以保留处理的总碳、可溶性有机碳、可溶性有机氮含量,以及微生物生物量碳、氮最高。与清除处理相比,保留处理显著提高0~10 cm土层细菌(革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌)含量;10~20 cm土层中,保留处理的真菌含量最高,放线菌含量最低。相关分析表明,土壤有机氮及活性组分与土壤总碳、可溶性有机碳、可溶性有机氮、微生物生物量及土壤细菌(革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌)、真菌呈显著正相关,与放线菌呈显著负相关。保留处理有利于提高土壤有机氮及活性氮组分含量,改善土壤生化性质,对土壤微生物群落组成具有积极的影响,是维持土壤肥力和提高森林生产力的有效经营管理措施。  相似文献

The taxonomic status of Centaurea section Acrocentron in Iran is briefly reviewed. A critical study of 251 herbarium specimens, and an additional 37 accessions collected specifically for this research, led to the discovery of a new variety, Centaurea irritans var. longispinosa Montazerolghaem , and the revival of another, C. persica var. subinermis, a taxon previously treated as a synonym for about 25 years. 2007-2010年,在福建省南平市延平区太平试验林场比较分析了杉木、马尾松纯林及其混交林根际土壤的磷素特征.结果表明:在杉木、马尾松纯林中,根际土壤的有效磷含量均大于非根际土壤.与非根际土壤相比,杉木、马尾松纯林及其混交林的根际土壤pH值均出现下降趋势;根际土O-P的数量低于非根际土,而Al-P和Fe-P则高于非根际土;3种林型中,根际土壤对磷的吸附量小于非根际土壤;而根际土壤磷解吸量和解吸率均高于非根际土壤.杉木、马尾松纯林中,马尾松根际土壤的有效磷、Fe-P、Al-P、解吸量和解吸率均高于杉木,而O-P、磷吸附量则低于杉木.杉木与马尾松混交后,二者根际土壤磷的活化作用进一步加强,且杉木的增幅更大.杉木与马尾松混交有利于杉木根系磷素营养的改善.  相似文献

Erigeron parryi was described in 1890 from a single collection from southwest Montana. No additional collections were made during the following 90 years. Recent floristic treatments have synonomized E. parryi under E. ochroleucus. I used principal components and discriminant analyses of morphological characters to examine the relationship of E. parryi to its presumed closest relatives, E. ochroleucus, E. radicatus, and E. scribneri, in light of several populations discovered in the past 20 years. Erigeron parryi should be considered a distinct species. It can be readily distinguished from closely related species based on indument and caudex morphology. It is allopatric with E. ochroleucus and E. scribneri and ecologically separated from E. radicatus. Erigeron scribneri is intermediate between E. ochroleucus and E. radicatus and is probably best treated as a variety of one or the other of these species.  相似文献

Transectional studies of Lasthenia californica in the Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve (Stanford University) have documented the existence of two races (A and C) based upon flavonoid chemistry, achene morphology, allozymes, and flowering time differences. The two races coexist on a serpentine outcrop and have maintained a sharply defined pattern of distribution for a period of at least 15 yr. The present study has revealed significant differences in the physical and chemical features of the soils harboring the two races. Soils at the lower ends of the transects, where race A plants grow, have higher pH, cation exchange capacity, relative water content, total ionic strength, percentage clay, and sodium and magnesium concentrations than do soils harboring race C plants at the upper ends of the transects. Soils supporting race C plants have higher calcium, potassium, and nickel concentrations and higher calcium:magnesium ratios. Plant tissue concentrations of ions were also significantly different in the two races. Race A plants accumulated sodium to concentrations three times those observed with race C plants. Plants from an additional 22 sites gave very similar results. Greenhouse studies indicated that the two races from Jasper Ridge show differential responses to ridge-top and ridge-bottom soils. Race A achenes germinated, grew to maturity, and set seed about equally in the two soils. Race C achenes germinated in both types of soils but showed significantly poorer growth and absolutely no flowering when found in the soils of race A plants. Differential responses to edaphic conditions on the ridge may contribute to the pattern of distribution observed over the years. It is suggested that race A plants are more tolerant of edaphic stress than race C plants and that physiological specialization may contribute to the present distribution of the two races throughout the species' range. It is not yet possible to state which is the more significant factor in driving this specialization, the chemistry of the soil or its physical characteristics, or whether there is interaction between the two. This is the first study to present evidence for soil/plant variation within a serpentine site. The linking of sodium levels to racial differentiation within the serpentine habitat is also a new discovery.  相似文献

The effects of emodin and physcion, two anthraquinones involved in Polygonum sachalinense allelopathy, were studied in soils amended with 5, 10 and 15 mg 100 g-1 soil of each compound, and with their mixtures. Recovery of each compound and its effects on availability of soil Mn++, Na+, K+, Mg++, Ca++ and PO43- were monitored. Total phenolic content of each soil was determined to study the role of degraded phenolics. Soil amended with 5 mg of emodin and physcion gave maximum recovery of the two anthraquinones. Soil amended with different amounts of two anthraquinones and their mixture had significant lower values for pH compared to control. In general, both anthraquinones affect availability of soil inorganic ions. Compared to unamended control soil, a significant decrease in Mn++ availability, and an increase in Na+ and K+ availability when emodin and physcion were added to the soil was observed. A correlation among soil inorganic ions, relative recovery of two compounds, and total phenolic content of amended soils was observed. Results indicate that emodin and physcion influence the availability of soil inorganic ions. The significance of the effect of allelopathic compounds on soil inorganic ions is discussed.  相似文献

以天然更新常绿阔叶林、老龄杉木[ Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook.]林(代表一代杉木林)、二代杉木萌芽天然更新林和二代杉木人工林作为杉木林生态系统转换模式的系列样地,研究了不同季节(3月、6月、9月和12月)4个样地0~20和20 ~ 40 cm土层土壤中酚类物质(包括总酚、复合态酚和水溶性酚)含量的变化规律.结果表明:各样地土壤总酚含量最高(278.40 ~3 012.98 μg·g-1),复合态酚含量次之(20.67~ 430.54 μg·g-1),水溶性酚含量最低(0.36~6.01 μg·g-1).各样地问不同土层中总酚、复合态酚和水溶性酚含量均值的高低变化不一致,但总体上顺着森林生态系统转换的方向(天然常绿阔叶林→一代杉木人工林→二代杉木人工林),0~20和20~ 40 cm土层中总酚和复合态酚含量以及O~20 cm土层中水溶性酚含量均值均呈现逐渐增加的趋势,而20~40 cm土层中水溶性酚含量均值则无明显变化规律.各样地0~20 cm土层中各种酚类物质含量总体上高于20~40 cm土层,表明随土层加深,总酚、复合态酚和水溶性酚含量呈现逐渐降低的趋势.各种酚类物质含量具有明显的季节变化规律,总酚和复合态酚含量总体上呈现出3月和9月较高、6月和12月较低的变化趋势,水溶性酚含量总体上呈现出随着季节变化(3月至12月)逐渐降低的趋势,不同季节间土壤中各类酚类物质含量的差异均达到了极显著水平.研究结果显示:随杉木人工林栽植代数的增加,土壤中会积累一定量酚类物质,但其中水溶性酚含量远低于使植物中毒的水平(50 μg·g-1),造成杉木中毒的可能性较小.  相似文献
