The syntheses of 1,2:3,4-di-O-isopropylidene-6-S-dimethylarsino-6-thio-α-D-galactopyranose (2), methyl 6-S-dimethylarsino-6-thio-D-galactopyranoside (3), and 1,2:3,4-di-O-isopropylidene-6-Se-dimethylarsino-6-seleno-α-D-galactopyranose (8) are reported. The attempted preparation of 6-Se-dimethylarsino-6-seleno-D-galactopyranose (9) is also discussed. The n.m.r. spectra of these compounds are unexceptional, except for the slight downfield shift of the arsenic methyl resonances for the selenium compound as compared to the sulfur compound, confirming previous observations. The mass spectra of these compounds showed molecular ions for 2, 3, and 8. The u.v. spectra of the X-As (X = S, Se) chromophore are discussed in terms of a simplified MO model. 1,2:3,4-Di-O-isopropylidene-6-S-dimethylarsino-6-thio-α-D-galactopyranose (2) showed carcinostatic activity in the P388 system (mouse lymphocytic leukemia).  相似文献

D-Glucose diethyl dithioacetal (1), its penta-O-acetyl derivative (2), penta-O-acetyl-aldehydo-D-glucose (3), L-xylo-hexulose phenylosotriazole (4), 1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-D-mannitol (5), 1,2:4,5-di-O-isopropylidene-β-D-fructopyranose (6), 1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D-glucofuranose (7) and its triacetate (8), 1,6-anhydro-β-D-galactopyranose (9) and its triacetate (10), D-glucopyranose (11), methyl β-D-glucopyranoside tetraacetate (12), 1-thio-β-D-glucopyranose pentaacetate (13), β-D-fructofuranose pentaacetate (14), and raffinose hendecaacetate (15) have been examined by chemical-ionization mass-spectrometry with both isobutane and ammonia as ionizing intermediates. Extreme simplicity characterizes these spectra, and, in most instances, molecular-weight data are available from intact, protonor NH4+capture ions; the limited fragmentation that occurs corresponds in large measure to simple dehydration or substituent-cleavage processes, and is strongly dependent upon the groups present, so that considerable information about the substituent groups in the sugar molecule may be inferred.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of Saussurea licentiana led to the isolation of ten compounds, and their structures were identified to be dia-aurantiamide acetate (1), (+)-pinoresinol 4-O-β-D-glucoside (2), encelin (3), apigenin (4), luteolin (5), jaceosidin (6), luteolin -7-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (7), α-amyrin (8), β-amyrin (9), taraxasterol (10) on the basis of mass and NMR spectra. This is the first report on the occurrence of compounds 1, and 2 in the genus Saussurea while 1 is reported for the first time from Asteraceae. This work also represents the first phytochemical work on the whole plants of S. licentiana.  相似文献

Nine compounds were isolated from Gynura segetum for the first time. Their structures were identified to be stigmasterol (1), isoarborinol (2), arborinol (3), zhebeiresinol (4), lumichrome (5), (2S, 3S, 4R, 8E)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxypalmitoylamino]-8-octadecene-1, 3, 4-triol (6), syringic acid (7), vanillic acid (8), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid (9) on the basis of mass and NMR spectra. Compound 5 has not been recorded before in plants, but it is widely distributed in different fungi and may provide a worthy systematic basis for the genus.  相似文献

The phytochemical study was done on the methanol extract from of the leaves of Symphonia globulifera. This plant has been used in traditional medicine to treat of different ailments such as malaria, diseases of the skin, diabetes, cough, intestinal worms, pre-hepatic jaundice and fever. Chromatographic fractionation and purification of this extract led to the isolation and characterization of twelve compounds (1–12) including pristriol (1), robustaflavone (2), polycarpol (3), 7''-O-methylrobustaflavone (4), amentoflavone (5), stigmasterol glucoside (6), epicatechin (7), apigenin (8), luteolin (9), 1,5-dihydroxyxanthone (10), β-sitosterol 3-β-D-glucopyranoside (11) and a mixture of stigmasterol and β-sitosterol (12). The structures of compounds 1–12 were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR, mass spectrometric and the spectroscopic data as well as comparison with the literature. All these compounds were isolated for the first time from Symphonia genus. The NMR spectra and structure elucidation of compound 1 were reported for the first in the literature. The antibacterial and antioxidant activities of three of these compounds were evaluated. The chemophenetic significance of these compounds is also discussed.  相似文献

Brosimum parinarioides, a plant species native to the Amazonian region, is used in folk medicine for the treatment of several diseases. However, knowledge regarding its phytochemical content is scarce. In order to investigate the phytochemical composition of B. parinarioides, an integrative approach based on simplex-centroid design, direct infusion electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (DI-ESI-MS), and chemometric analysis was adopted. According to simplex-centroid design, dichloromethane (DCM), ethyl acetate (AcOEt), and ethanol-based (EtOH) extracts were prepared and analyzed using DI-ESI-MS, and their chemical profile was submitted to principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA). The AcOEt extract from the bark was obtained on a large scale and subjected to chromatographic separation. The multivariate analysis indicated the formation of three groups and highlighted isoliquiritigenin (1), licoagrochalcone A (2), caffeic acid glucoside (3), epicatechin-glycoside (4), caffeic acid (5), and one unknown compound, as being responsible for the segregation of these groups. Thus, the new compound was isolated and characterized using 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-MS) as parinarioidin C (10). In addition, parinarioidin A (6), parinarioidin B (7), 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid (8), and kanzonol C (9) were tentatively identified based on manual interpretation of MS/MS spectra. Overall, the integrative approach proposed in the study provided a simple and effective model to dereplicate known compounds and guide the isolation of a new compound from a native amazon species, thus improving the knowledge regarding the phytochemical content of B. parinarioides.  相似文献

A simple synthetic procedure leading to the V2(S2)2(RCS2)4 species (R=Et2N (1), cyclo-C4H8N (2), n-Bu2N (3), EtO (4), i-PrO (5)) has been developed. X-ray structures of 3 and 5 have been reported, featuring the centrosymmetric molecules with VV distances 2.850(3) Å for 3 and 2.838(2) Å for 5.The FAB mass spectra were recorded. In all cases molecular peaks are observed. Fragmentation patterns are discussed.  相似文献

A new dimeric acylphloroglucinol derivative, hyperlaricifolin (1), and two new monomeric acylphloroglucinols, laricifolin A (2) and laricifolin B (3), were isolated from an extract of the aerial parts of Hypericum laricifolium Juss., along with the four known dimeric acylphloroglucinols uliginosin B, isouliginosin B, hyperbrasilol B, and isohyperbrasilol B. Developing alternatives to antibiotics is an urgent need in livestock production. Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) are regarded as powerful antibiotic substitutes (ASs) because AMPs have broad-spectrum antimicrobial activities and growth-promoting ability. Here, we aimed to comprehensively assess the effects of AMPs on the growth performance, diarrhea rate, intestinal morphology and immunity of healthy or challenged piglets, compared with an antibiotics group or negative control group. We performed a set of meta-analyses of feeding trials from database inception to 27 May 2019. Among the 1379 identified studies, 20 were included in our meta-analyses (56 arms and 4067 piglets). The meta-analyses revealed that (1) compared with the negative control group, AMPs significantly improved the healthy piglets’ average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), gain : feed ratio (G/F), levels of immune globulin (Ig) IgM and IgG, and intestinal villus height : crypt depth ratio (V/C) (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, AMPs significantly increased the challenged piglets’ ADG, ADFI, G/F and V/C of the jejunum and ileum, and notably deceased the diarrhea rate (P < 0.05); (2) compared with antibiotics group, the effects of AMPs were slightly weaker than those of antibiotics in the healthy piglets, but AMPs have similar effects to those of antibiotics in challenged piglets. In a higher purity, the optimal dose of AMPs may be approximately 0.01%. Our findings indicate that AMPs can improve piglet growth performance, enhance immunity, benefit intestinal morphology and decrease the diarrheal rate. AMPs could be great ASs especially under infection conditions.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of Acanthus ilicifolius var. xiamenensis led to the isolation of eleven compounds, and their structures were identified to be 2-benzoxazolinone (1), 2-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one (2), (2R)-2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-2H-1,4-benzox azin-3(4H)-one (3), (2R)-2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-4-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one (4), (2R)-2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-7-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one (5), lyoniside (6), 3′-methoxy-luteolin-7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (7), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (8), stigmasterol octadecanoate (9), β-sitosterol octadecanoate (10), stigmasterol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (11) on the basis of mass and NMR spectra. This is the first report on the occurrence of compound 6 and 7 in Acanthaceae. This work also represents the first phytochemical work on the roots of A. ilicifolius var. xiamenensis.  相似文献

The study presented herein constitutes an extensive investigation of constituents in Hydrastis canadensis L. (Ranunculaceae) leaves. It describes the isolation and identification of two previously unknown compounds, 3,4-dimethoxy-2-(methoxycarbonyl)benzoic acid (1) and 3,5,3′-trihydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxy-6,8-C-dimethyl-flavone (2), along with the known compounds (±)-chilenine (3), (2R)-5,4′-dihydroxy-6-C-methyl-7-methoxy-flavanone (4), 5,4′-dihydroxy-6,8-di-C-methyl-7-methoxy-flavanone (5), noroxyhydrastinine (6), oxyhydrastinine (7) and 4′,5′-dimethoxy-4-methyl-3′-oxo-(1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-4H-1,3-dioxolo-[4′,5′:4,5]-benzo[1,2-e]-1,2-oxazocin)-2-spiro-1′-phtalan (8). Compounds 38 have been reported from other sources, but this is the first report of their presence in H. canadensis extracts. A mass spectrometry based assay was employed to demonstrate bacterial efflux pump inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus for 2, with an IC50 value of 180 ± 6 μM. This activity in addition to that of other bioactive compounds such as flavonoids and alkaloids, may explain the purported efficacy of H. canadensis for treatment of bacterial infections. Finally, this report includes high mass accuracy fragmentation spectra for all compounds investigated herein which were uploaded into the Global Natural Products Social molecular networking library and can be used to facilitate their future identification in H. canadensis or other botanicals.  相似文献

The structures of the isolated compounds were determined on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy as well as mass spectrometry. Phytochemical investigation of the whole plant of Scutellaria barbata resulted in the isolation of three new neo-clerodane diterpenoids, named scutebarbatolides A-C (1–3), along with six known analogues as 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide (4), scutehenanine H (5), 14β-hydroxyscutolide K (6), scutebata O (7), scutebartines H (8) and I (9). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR and mass spectra in comparison with the data reported in the literature. Cytotoxicity of the isolates was evaluated toward five human cancer cell lines, including LNCaP, HepG2, KB, MCF7, and SK-Mel2 cells. Of the isolates, compounds 1 and 6 were shown to have moderate cytotoxicity toward all the cancer cell lines, with IC50 values ranging from 30.8 to 51.1 μM. Our results contribute to more insightful clarification of the use of S. barbata in the prevention and treatment of cancer.  相似文献

Two new daphnane-type diterpene esters, daphneresiniferins A (1) and B (2), along with seven known diterpenes, yuanhuacine (3), yuanhuadine (4), yuanhuahine (5), genkwadaphnin (6), genkwanine A (7), genkwanine F (8), and genkwanine H (9), were isolated from the methanol extract of the flower buds of Daphne genkwa. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods, especially 2D NMR spectra such as HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY. Three perylenequinones, the methylated 12-epi-stemphytriol (1), dihydroalterperylenol (2), and alterperylenol (3), were isolated from cultures of Curvularia lunata (LBQM-04) on malt extract broth. All these compounds were obtained from this particular fungus for the first time. Structures of compounds were determined based on MS and NMR spectra, as well as by comparison with the literature reports. The isolation of these phytotoxic reduced perylenequinones from the Curvularia genus suggested that they may occur in any anamorphic fungi belonging to the Pleosporaceae family.  相似文献

Biocatalysis of capsaicin (1) was performed by Penicillium janthinellum AS 3.510. Nine metabolites including four new compounds were afforded, and their structures were elucidated as (8S)-trans-8-hydroxy-8-hydroxymethyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide (2), 6-hydroxy-8-methyl-N-vanillyl-7-nonenamide (3), trans-8-methoxy-8-methyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide (4), 6-methoxy-8-methyl-N-vanillyl-7-nonenamide (5), dihydrocapsaicin (6), ω-1-hydroxydihydrocapsaicin (7), ω-1-hydroxycapsaicin (8), ω-hydroxycapsaicin (9), N-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-5-[3-(propan-2-yl)oxiran-2-yl]pentanamide (10) by 1D and 2D NMR and HRESIMS spectra.
