目的:探讨甲状腺癌患者血清促甲状腺激素和甲状腺激素表达水平及临床意义。方法:应用电化学发光方法检测甲状腺癌组、甲状腺良性病变组和正常对照组血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)和甲状腺激素(TT3、FT3、TT4、FT4)水平。结果:①血清TSH在三组中比较有统计学意义(P〈0.001),甲状腺癌组血清TSH水平(3.56±0.93ulU/ml)明显高于甲状腺良性病变组(2.82±0.70ulU/ml)和正常对照组(2.04±0.56ulU/ml);TSH与肿瘤病理分期和肿瘤大小呈正相关(P<0.05)。②血清FT3、FT4水平在三组中有统计学意义(均P〈0.001),甲状腺癌组FT3、FT4水平处于较低水平,二者均明显低于甲状腺良性病变组和正常对照组(P<0.001);FT3与肿瘤病理分期和淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。③TT3和TT4水平在三组之间比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高水平TSH可增加甲癌复发的危险性。低甲状腺激素水平在甲状腺癌形成中可能起到一定的作用,因此可以将其作为预测甲癌复发的重要指标之一。  相似文献

目的:探讨血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)对于患有自身免疫性甲状腺功能紊乱的孕妇的临床诊断价值。方法:筛选2009年9月至2013年1月我院收治的205例孕妇,其中甲状腺功能紊乱孕妇55例(紊乱组),非甲状腺功能紊乱孕妇150例(非紊乱组);非紊乱组中,年龄30岁的高龄孕妇50例(高龄组),年龄≤30岁的孕妇100例(正常组)。采用化学发光法,测定所有孕妇血清中游离甲状腺三碘原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)和TPOAb水平。结果:紊乱组患者血清中TSH、TPOAb及TPOAb阳性率水平显著高于非紊乱组,且存在统计学意义(均P0.05),而两组患者血清中FT3和FT4水平无统计学意义(均P0.05);高龄组和正常组血清中TSH、FT3、FT4及TPOAb水平均无统计学意义(均P0.05);与TSH正常组相比,TSH异常组中约有超过半数TPOAb表现为阳性,有统计学意义(P0.05);孕妇体内的TSH水平正常与否,均有出现TPOAb阳性的可能,在TSH水平较高(4.67 m IU/L)中,TPOAb阳性概率更高。结论:TSH、FT3、FT4水平正常而TPOAb呈阳性的孕妇依然存在自身免疫性甲状腺功能紊乱的可能性,监测TPOAb的水平对于妊娠期孕妇功能紊乱的诊断与治疗具有重要意义。  相似文献

目的:探究桥本氏病(HT)合并甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)患者血清甲状腺相关激素水平的变化及意义。方法:对我院148例HT患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据其是否合并PTC分为HT合并PTC组(n=68)和单纯HT组(n=80)。比较两组患者性别、年龄及血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状腺功能指标[游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)]、抗甲状腺抗体[甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧物酶抗体(TPOAb)]水平等临床资料差异,分析血清TSH水平变化及意义。结果:HT合并PTC组患者男性比例、年龄、病程及血清TSH水平均大于单纯HT组,血清TGAb、TPOAb水平则均小于单纯HT组(P0.05);血清FT3、FT4水平比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。HT合并PTC患者组血清TSH4.2 m IU/L患者占比高于血清TSH正常组(P0.05)。血清TSH4.2 m IU/L患者中HT合并PTC患者的占比大于血清TSH水平正常的患者(P0.05)。HT合并PTC患者中,血清TSH水平4.2 m IU/L患者中央区淋巴结转移发生率高于血清TSH水平正常患者(P0.05);血清TSH4.2 m IU/L与血清TSH正常患者多灶癌发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:HT患者血清TSH水平升高可能促进其甲状腺组织癌变,HT合并PTC患者血清TSH水平升高可能促进其中央区淋巴结转移。  相似文献

为探究不同剂量口服碘对甲状腺功能亢进患者的治疗效果与影响,本研究选取荆州市第一人民医院在2011年9月至2015年2月收治的120例甲亢患者,随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),给予观察组患者小剂量口服碘进行治疗,人均剂量为2.85 MBq/g;给予对照组患者大剂量口服碘进行治疗,人均剂量为4.47 MBq/g,观察比较两组患者血清内促甲状腺激素(TSH)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)水平的变化,以此评价甲状腺功能减退的发生率及治疗效果。研究结果显示,观察组患者的总有效率为96.67%,对照组为76.67%;观察组患者甲状腺功能降低的发生率为1.67%,对照组为16.67%,观察组的疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p0.05)。经治疗后,两组患者血清内的FT3、FT4、T3及T4水平均显著降低,TSH水平明显高,差异具有统计学意义(p0.05),但治疗后观察组和对照组两组患者血清内的T3、T4、FT3、FT4和TSH水平均无显著差异(p0.05)。研究表明,小剂量口服碘能够有效治疗甲状腺功能亢进,且小剂量碘能够降低甲亢的发生率,疗效显著,值得临床广泛应用。  相似文献

目的:探讨~(131)I对男性甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清性激素及甲状腺球蛋白水平的影响。方法:收集我院收治的男性甲状腺功能亢进症患者74例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各37例,对照组患者给予他巴唑口服,20-30 mg/次,每日口服1次。实验组患者在对照组基础上给予~(131)I治疗。治疗结束后,检测并比较两组患者血清游离三碘甲状腺素(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、甲状腺球蛋白(TG)水平的变化以及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者血清FT3、FT4、T、E2、TG水平均显著下降,TSH水平明显升高(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者血清FT3、FT4、T、E2、TG水平较低,TSH水平以及临床治疗有效率较高(P0.05)。结论:~(131)I能够显著降低男性甲状腺功能亢进症血清FT3、FT4、T、E2、TG水平,升高TSH水平,临床效果较好。  相似文献

目的:比较黑龙江省HIV/AIDS患者与健康对照者(healthy controls,HCs)外周血CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞数量、免疫抑制功能的变化,探讨CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞在HIV/AIDS感染过程中的作用。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测21例HIV/AIDS患者及20例健康对照组的外周血CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞数量的百分比及绝对数量;采用共同培养方法检测HIV/AIDS患者外周血CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞免疫抑制功能的变化;实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-FQ-PCR)检测HIV/AIDS患者外周血CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞中FoxP3mRNA的表达。结果:黑龙江省HIV/AIDS患者外周血CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞比率明显高于HCs(P<0.01),而CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞的绝对计数显著下降,且与CD4+T细胞绝对计数成反比;混合淋巴细胞共同培养结果显示,HIV/AIDS患者外周血CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞的抑制功能无明显变化;HIV/AIDS患者外周血CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞的FoxP3 mRNA相对表达量无显著变化。结论:黑龙江省HIV/AIDS患者CD4+CD25+FoxP3+调节性T细胞的数量变化与病情相关。  相似文献

目的:探讨超声弹性成像联合血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总甲状腺素(TT4)在甲状腺结节良恶性诊断的临床价值。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的甲状腺结节患者80例,根据病理检查结果分为良性结节组(48例),恶性结节组(32例),所有患者术前进行血清TSH、TT3、TT4及超声弹性成像检查,比较各组血清TSH、TT3、TT4水平及超声弹性成像评分,分析甲状腺结节患者血清TSH、TT3、TT4水平与超声弹性成像评分的相关性,超声弹性成像联合血清TSH、TT3、TT4在甲状腺恶性结节诊断的临床价值。结果:恶性结节组血清TSH、TT3、TT4水平显著高于良性结节组,超声弹性成像评分高分比例显著高于良性结节组(P<0.05),经Pearson相关分析显示,甲状腺结节患者血清TSH、TT3、TT4水平与超声弹性成像评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。以病理诊断为金标准,超声弹性成像联合血清TSH、TT3、TT4诊断甲状腺恶性结节的灵敏度为96.88%,特异度为93.75%,准确度为95.00%,灵敏度、特异度和准确度优于单独血清TSH、TT3、TT4检测和单独超声弹性成像检测。结论:超声弹性成像联合血清TSH、TT3、TT4对甲状腺结节良恶性的鉴别诊断具有较好的临床价值。  相似文献

目的:分析甲状腺功能5项检测在妊娠期妇女中的应用价值,为制定妊娠期妇女的甲状腺功能指标的参考值范围提供依据。方法:选取2013年8月~2014年12月我院收治的826例健康妊娠妇女(实验组)与794例非妊娠育龄妇女(对照组)为研究对象。采用电化学发光法检测甲状腺功能5项指标,即三碘甲腺原氨酸(TT3)、甲状腺素(TT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4),比较两组甲状腺功能异常率,并比较5项指标在妊娠早、中、晚期妇女与对照组中的差异。结果:(1)实验组甲状腺功能异常的发生率(39.10%)显著高于对照组(17.63%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);(2)实验组FT4、TT4水平随着妊娠期的进展逐渐降低,TSH水平逐渐升高,且均低于对照组水平,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而各妊娠期FT3、TT3水平比较差异无统计学意义,但均略低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:甲状腺功能5项指标检测应作为妊娠期妇女的孕期必查项目之一,且制定早、中、晚期妊娠期妇女的甲状腺功能5项指标参考值范围十分必要。  相似文献

探讨左旋甲状腺素治疗对甲状腺功能减退症孕妇血脂水平以及甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TG-Ab)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)、促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)的影响。选取甲减和亚甲减孕妇各71例为研究对象,均给予左旋甲状腺素替代治疗,另选取产前检查同期且正常分娩的孕妇165例作为对照组,对这三组孕妇的甲状腺功能、血脂水平以及甲状腺自身抗体状况进行比较。结果显示,甲减孕妇治疗前血清中促甲状腺素(TSH)明显高于正常对照组,总甲状腺素(TT4)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平明显低于正常对照组(t=8.456~45.367,p0.05),甲减组TSH明显高于亚甲减组,TT4、FT4水平明显低于亚甲减组(t=2.712~5.835,p0.05),治疗后甲减组与亚甲减组TSH明显降低,TT4、FT4明显升高(t=3.326~8.568,p0.05),甲减组与亚甲减组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.098~0.368,p0.05);甲减孕妇治疗前TPO-Ab、TG-Ab、TR-Ab均明显高于正常对照组(t=6.254~18.125,p0.05),甲减组TPO-Ab、TG-Ab、TR-Ab明显高于亚甲减组(t=2.321~4.365,p0.05),治疗后甲减组与亚甲减组TPO-Ab、TG-Ab、TR-Ab均明显降低(t=5.742~9.321,p0.05),两组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.125~0.432,p0.05);甲减孕妇治疗前,甲减组与亚甲减组TC、TG、LDL-C均明显高于正常对照组,HDL-C明显低于正常对照组(t=4.084~20.192,p0.05),甲减组TC、TG、LDL-C明显高于亚甲减组,HDL-C明显低于亚甲减组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.453~7.658,p0.05),治疗后,三组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.103~0.527,p0.05)。甲状腺功能减退孕妇存在TSH、TPO-Ab、TG-Ab、TR-Ab高表达,TT4、FT4低表达。早期应用左甲状腺素替代治疗有助于改善甲状腺功能,降低甲状腺自身抗体水平,改善血脂水平。  相似文献

目的:观察和比较碘131与他巴唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2012年1月至2016年1月于我院确诊并治疗的甲状腺功能亢进患者282例,根据随机数字表法分为碘131治疗组和药物治疗组,碘131治疗组采用131I进行治疗,药物治疗组采用他巴唑口服治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后血清TSH(thyroid stimulating hormone,促甲状腺激素)、FT(free triiodothyronine,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸)、FT4(free thyroxine concentration assay,血清游离甲状腺素)水平及TRAb(TRAB thyrotropin receptor antibodies,促甲状腺激素受体抗体)阳性率的变化及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况(心功能、肝功能、肾功能、甲状腺功能下降、白细胞减少),并对患者进行6个月的随访,记录和比较患者甲亢复发情况。结果:治疗后,碘131治疗组的总有效率为92.9%,显著高于药物治疗组(64.5%,P0.05);两组患者血清TSH水平较治疗前显著升高,而血清FT3、FT4水平及TRAb阳性率均较治疗前显著降低(P0.05),且碘131治疗组血清TSH水平明显高于碘131治疗组,而血清FT3、FT4水平及TRAb阳性率明显低于碘131治疗组(P0.05);碘131治疗组复发率及总不良反应发生率均明显低于药物治疗组(P0.05)。结论:碘131对甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效优于他巴唑口服治疗,可明显增加血清TSH水平,降低血清FT3、FT4水平及TRAb阳性率,且患者复发率及不良反应发生率均较低。  相似文献

ObjectiveTo investigate whether human immunode ficiency virus (HIV) infection or its treatment is a risk fac tor for thyroid dysfunction and whether thyroid function changes over time in 2 distinct subpopulations with HIV or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) in Israel: Ethiopian immigrants and Israeli patients.MethodsSerum thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and free thyroxine levels were determined in HIV carriers undergoing follow-up at the Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center HIV clinic in Jerusalem, Israel, and these thyroid measurements were correlated with clinical and laboratory variables pertaining to their disease, including disease duration, drug therapy, viral load, CD4 count, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and creatine kinase. Serum samples stored at − 20°C from the time of referral were tested as well.ResultsWe recruited 121 consecutive patients with HIV or AIDS for this study: 60 Ethiopians and 61 Israeli patients. Of the 121 patients, 4 (3%) had abnormal thyroid function—subclinical hypothyroidism in 2, overt hypothy roidism in 1, and overt hyperthyroidism in 1. Previously stored serum samples were available for 60 of the 121 patients and revealed 2 additional patients with subclini cal hypothyroidism, whose TSH has normalized in the subsequent test. Throughout the follow-up period of 3.2 ± 1.9 years, the mean TSH level remained unchanged in the Israeli cohort but significantly declined in the Ethiopian cohort.ConclusionThyroid function abnormalities were uncommon in these Israeli patients with HIV or AIDS. This finding does not support the need for routine thyroid func tion tests in this patient population. The decline in TSH level in the Ethiopian population over time probably repre sents a shift from an iodine-deficient to an iodine-sufficient country. (Endocr Pract. 2012;18:882-886)  相似文献

Thyroid function was evaluated in 72 adult survivors (41 females and 31 males) at 16 to 56 years of age, 1.5 years mean time (range 0.2 - 9.8) after hemapoeitic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) with no known prior history of thyroid dysfunction. Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and free thyroxin levels (FT4) were determined before and after stimulation with thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH). Conditioning regimens for HSCT did not include TBI. Overt hypothyroidism (basal TSH > 8 microIU/ml, FT4 < 0.8 ng/dl) was observed in 6% of male patients and 5% of female patients; subclinical hypothyroidism (basal TSH 4 - 8 microIU/ml, low normal FT4 0.8 - 1.9 ng/dl) was observed in 13% of males and 5% of females. A significant number of euthyroid patients (40% males and 54% females) with normal basal TSH and FT4 levels overresponded to TRH stimulation; the finding being statistically significant (p < 0.005). A heavy TSH response after TRH stimulation indicates compensated subclinical dysfunction of the thyroid gland. Chemotherapy-only conditioning regimens may have an adverse effect on thyroid gland function not always detected by determination of basal TSH and FT4 levels. This finding warrants long-term evaluation of thyroid function in HSCT patients.  相似文献

Context

Levothyroxine monotherapy is the treatment of choice for hypothyroid patients because peripheral T4 to T3 conversion is believed to account for the overall tissue requirement for thyroid hormones. However, there are indirect evidences that this may not be the case in all patients.

Objective

To evaluate in a large series of athyreotic patients whether levothyroxine monotherapy can normalize serum thyroid hormones and thyroid-pituitary feedback.

Design

Retrospective study.

Setting

Academic hospital.

Patients

1,811 athyreotic patients with normal TSH levels under levothyroxine monotherapy and 3,875 euthyroid controls.

Measurements

TSH, FT4 and FT3 concentrations by immunoassays.

Results

FT4 levels were significantly higher and FT3 levels were significantly lower (p<0.001 in both cases) in levothyroxine-treated athyreotic patients than in matched euthyroid controls. Among the levothyroxine-treated patients 15.2% had lower serum FT3 and 7.2% had higher serum FT4 compared to euthyroid controls. A wide range of FT3/FT4 ratios indicated a major heterogeneity in the peripheral T3 production capacity in different individuals. The correlation between thyroid hormones and serum TSH levels indicated an abnormal feedback mechanism in levothyroxine-treated patients.

Conclusions

Athyreotic patients have a highly heterogeneous T3 production capacity from orally administered levothyroxine. More than 20% of these patients, despite normal TSH levels, do not maintain FT3 or FT4 values in the reference range, reflecting the inadequacy of peripheral deiodination to compensate for the absent T3 secretion. The long-term effects of chronic tissue exposure to abnormal T3/T4 ratio are unknown but a sensitive marker of target organ response to thyroid hormones (serum TSH) suggests that this condition causes an abnormal pituitary response. A more physiological treatment than levothyroxine monotherapy may be required in some hypothyroid patients.  相似文献

ObjectiveCurrent studies on the effect of high growth hormone (GH)/insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-1 on thyroid function are inconsistent. The aim was to explore the effect and potential mechanism of high GH/IGF-1 on thyroid function by analyzing the changes of thyroid function in patients with growth hormone–secreting pituitary adenoma (GHPA).MethodsThis was a retrospective cross-sectional study. Demographic and clinical data of 351 patients with GHPA who were first admitted to Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, from 2015 to 2022 were collected to analyze the relationship between high GH/IGF-1 levels and thyroid function.ResultsGH was negatively correlated with total thyroxine (TT4), free thyroxine (FT4), and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH). IGF-1 was positively correlated with total triiodothyronine (TT3), free triiodothyronine (FT3), and FT4 and negatively correlated with TSH. Insulin-like growth factor–binding protein (IGFBP)-3 was positively correlated with TT3, FT3, and FT3:FT4 ratio. The FT3, TT3, TSH, and FT3:FT4 ratio of patients with GHPA and diabetes mellitus (DM) were significantly lower than those with GHPA but without DM. With the increase of tumor volume, thyroid function gradually decreased. GH and IGF-1 were correlated negatively with age in patients with GHPA.ConclusionThe study emphasized the complex interaction between the GH and the thyroid axes in patients with GHPA and highlighted the potential effect of glycemic status and tumor volume on thyroid function.  相似文献

Hospitalized geriatric patients (N = 354) from an iodine-deficient area were screened with sensitive thyrotropin (TSH), free and total thyroxine (FT4, T4) and total triiodothyronine (T3) to determine the occurrence rate of clinical and subclinical thyroid dysfunction. The diagnostic value of the tests was compared to each other and to that of the thyrotropin-releasing-hormone test (TRH-test) in order to find the optimal first line screening test in geriatric patients. Clinical hyperthyroidism was found in 13, subclinical hyperthyroidism in 10, overt hypothyroidism in 6 and subclinical hypothyroidism in 8 cases. 20.6% of the patients were euthyroid but had subnormal TSH response to TRH, as a sign of possible thyroid autonomy. The low occurrence rate of clinical thyroid disorders (4.8%) does not justify the screening of geriatric patients in general, but the high probability of thyroid autonomy makes reasonable the investigation of every geriatric patient before iodine administration. Suppressed basal TSH and high FT4 were found to be both sensitive and specific in diagnosing clinical hyperthyroidism, but the predictive value was insufficient; elevated T4 and T3 are specific, but not sensitive. Basal TSH is sensitive, specific and has a good predictive value in diagnosing euthyroidism, whereas normal T4, FT4 or T3 are not specific enough for euthyroidism. Basal TSH is better as a first line test of thyroid function than FT4. A normal basal TSH confirms euthyroidism by itself. Other tests (TRH test, T4, FT4, T3) are necessary to elucidate the clinical importance of a subnormal or suppressed basal TSH.  相似文献

We have examined a hypothyroid patient with stimulating type anti-thyrotropin (TSH) receptor antibodies and without blocking type anti-TSH receptor antibodies. Although she had high serum TSH (240 microU/ml) and low free triiodothyronine (FT3, 0.49 pg/ml) concentrations, which agree with physical findings of hypothyroidism, she had an unusually high free thyroxine (FT4) concentration (3.56 ng/dl). Incubation of her serum with 125I-T4, followed by precipitation with 12.5% polyethylene glycol (PEG) disclosed a higher binding of 125I-T4 (34.4%) than in normal controls, being 5-7%. In addition, binding of 125I-T4 to her serum gamma-globulin was completely displaced by the addition of unlabelled T4. From these results it was concluded that her serum contained anti-T4 autoantibodies. Treatment with synthetic T4 was begun and her thyroid function was monitored by sensitive TSH radioimmunoassay (RIA) and RIA of FT4 after PEG treatment. Since both sensitive TSH RIA and FT4 RIA results after PEG treatment give results concordant with the physical findings, it was concluded that both of the RIA results are useful for the evaluation of thyroid function in patients with thyroid hormone autoantibodies.  相似文献

Several parameters of thyroid function were studied in 112 non-ketoacidotic youngsters with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM). Levels of thyroxine (T4), reverse triiodothyronine (rT3), thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG) and T3 were lower than in controls, whereas FT4, and FT3 were normal. T4 levels in IDDM patients were positively related to T3, rT3 and TBG, and inversely related to haemoglobin A1 (HbA1). However, only 4 patients showed biochemical hypothyroidism (T4 less than 5 micrograms/100 ml), whereas their FT4, FT3 and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels were normal. Concurrent variations of T3 and rT3 levels were found in IDDM patients; thus, their T3/rT3 ratios were stable or higher than in controls, indicating that peripheral deiodination of T4 is preferentially oriented to production of rT3 only during ketoacidosis. 摘要 目的:探讨弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿(GD)患者血清高半胱氨酸蛋白61(CYR61)、Fractalkine水平的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2018年3月~2021年10月河北省邯郸市中心医院收治的57例GD患者作为研究组。另取同期健康体检者50例。采集所有受试者的静脉血,检测血清CYR61、Fractalkine水平,甲状腺功能及甲状腺自身抗体相关指标。采用Pearson检验分析GD患者血清CYR61、Fractalkine水平与甲状腺功能及甲状腺自身抗体相关指标的相关性。结果:研究组血清CYR61、Fractalkine水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲腺原氨酸(FT4)均高于对照组,而促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)及促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析发现,GD患者血清CYR61、Fractalkine水平与FT3、FT4、TGAb、TPOAb、TRAb水平均呈正相关,而与血清TSH水平呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论:GD患者血清CYR61、Fractalkine水平异常高表达,且与患者甲状腺功能及甲状腺自身抗体有关。  相似文献
