在对黄皮种子氨基酸的组成及蛋白质的含量进行分析的基础上,应用模糊识别法和氨基酸比值系数法,对其营养价值进行了全面评价,并与8种植物种子蛋白质进行对照比较。结果表明:黄皮种子(干品)蛋白质含量为8.625%,含有17种氨基酸,种类齐全,其含量为762.2 mg.g-1蛋白质,必需氨基酸(EAA)占总氨基酸量的35.5%,第一限制性氨基酸为含硫氨基酸(M et+Cys),贴近度为0.8536,营养价值与高粱米、西瓜子等接近。  相似文献

本文测定了斯氏线虫属(Steinernema)中三个已知种和一个待定种的蛋白质氨基酸,并对数据进行聚类分析。结果表明,这四种线虫的谷氨酸含量最高、亮氨酸次之;必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的50%左右;在蛋白质氨基酸组成上各有特点。  相似文献

豆科植物蛋白中含硫氨基酸尤其是蛋氨酸含量低,影响其蛋白质的营养价值。为开发出更高甲硫氨酸含量蛋白质基因资源,采用酸水解法,对我国亚热带常见的119种森林植物种子的蛋氨酸含量进行了测定。结果表明:93%以上植物种子的蛋氨酸含量较低,只有八仙花、榕叶冬青、山苍子、锌树、龙葵、栾树、商陆和盐肤木的蛋氨酸含量在10.00mg/g以上,其中盐肤木的蛋氨酸含量为119种植物中最高,达36.89mg/g,可以作为进一步开发的新型高蛋氨酸蛋白基因资源。  相似文献

对α-淀粉酶、麦芽四糖淀粉酶和葡萄糖淀粉酶进行的氨基酸序列比较表明,它们之间的氨基酸等同性相当低。本文在对这三种淀粉酶的氨基酸残基进行疏水性分析的基础上,采用国际上近期发展的疏水簇分析方法对这三种淀粉酶的氨基酸序列进行了二维描述,其结果清楚地显示了它们之间的同源性差异。这也被测定的三维结构所证实。这一研究结果表明,与蛋白质三维结构密切相关的蛋白质的二级结构及其相互配置主要取决于蛋白质序列中不同类型氨基酸残基的排列。  相似文献

对甘肃生长的栓翅卫矛(Euonymus phellomanus Loes.),小卫矛(Euonymus nanoides Loes.et Rehd.)和粉背南蛇藤(Celastrus hypoleucus Warb.)等3种卫矛科植物种子提油后的粕粉进行了氨基酸测定,结果表明这3种植物种子中氨基酸种类齐全,尤其对人体新陈代谢有重要作用的精氨酸含量较高,说明该类植物种子不但营养丰富,而且有一定的药用价值。  相似文献

蚯蚓中含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,是动物蛋白质营养成分来源之一。吉林省生物研究所对四种常见蚯蚓的营养成分做了测定,结果如下: 四种蚯蚓蛋白质含量占干物质的百分比是:红色爱胜蚓67.71%;赤子爱胜蚓64.61%;背暗异唇蚓57.96%;日本赤子爱胜蚓61.37%。四种蚯蚓中含有丰富的氨基酸,高达18种,氨基酸总量占干物质的百分比分别为:红色爱胜蚓58.08%;赤子爱胜蚓60.94%;背暗异唇蚓64.93%;日本赤子爱胜蚓64.33%。蚯蚓中含有人和动物体内不能合成的必需氨基酸。以动物10种必需氨基酸计,在四种蚯蚓中,必需氨基酸占氨基酸干物质总量的百分比(100克干样品含氨基酸克数)依次为:27.36%;28.48%;22.9%;  相似文献

本文提出了一种新的快速非比对的蛋白质序列相似性与进化分析方法。在刻画蛋白质序列特征时,首先将氨基酸的10种理化性质通过主成分分析浓缩为6个主成分,并且将每条蛋白质序列里的氨基酸数目作为权重对主成分得分值进行加权平均,然后再融合氨基酸的位置信息构成一个26维的蛋白质序列特征向量,最后利用欧式距离度量蛋白质序列间的相似性及进化关系。通过对3个蛋白质序列数据集的测试表明,本文提出的方法能将每条蛋白质序列准确聚类,并且简便快捷,说明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

蛋白质是生命的物质基础,在生物体中行驶着极为重要的功能,各种细胞活动和生命过程的发生都需要蛋白质的参与。例如,DNA复制转录,RNA翻译,以及信号传导等过程中发挥关键作用的聚合酶、翻译复合物、信号传导受体等都是蛋白质。正常细胞体内的所有蛋白质都由20种天然存在的氨基酸组成,它们通过立体构象变化及翻译后修饰等来控制其功能的发挥。而在实际应用中,学者们为了实现不同的研究目的,发展了很多在蛋白质中引入20种自然氨基酸之外的非自然氨基酸(unnatural amino acid,UAA)的方法,如化学修饰合成、体外翻译、遗传密码扩展等,从而将蛋白质的性质根据研究和应用的需要进行拓展。本文综述了各类化学与生物中引入非自然氨基酸的方法,并介绍了非自然氨基酸在化学生物学研究中的最新应用。  相似文献

本文报道了樟科11个属49种种子油和‘种果肉油的脂肪酸成分。其中樟族和木姜子族的各属种(滇新樟除外)种子油脂肪酸成分以 C_(10)、C_(12)和 C_(14)饱和或烯酸为主。而厚壳桂属、润楠和楠属种子油脂肪酸成分主要为棕榈酸、油酸和亚油酸。山苍子、天目木姜子、大果山胡椒、山橙、红脉钓樟、鸭公树和锈叶新木姜子种子油中的 C_(10)、C_(12)和 C_(14)烯酸经分离鉴定均是顺式Δ~4烯酸。  相似文献

对苦皮藤籽粕氨基酸种类和含量进行了测试,运用模糊识别法和化学分析法对苦皮藤籽粕与文献提供的同科2种植物及常用饲料植物玉米进行蛋白质品质比较。结果表明:苦皮藤籽粕比同科2种植物的氨基酸总量高,蛋白质品质也比同科2种植物的要高;其蛋白质品质与玉米基本相当。作为植物源杀虫剂的副产品,苦皮藤籽粕具有开发利用价值。  相似文献

每种蛇毒含有多种蛋白质组分,每种蛋白质分子有其自已的一级结构和相应的氨基酸残基的组成。因此蛇毒的氢谱是其所有组成的谱图的加和,对不同产地和种属的20多种冷冻干燥的蛇毒进行了测定,结果每种蛇毒均显示其特征的核磁共振氢谱,提示各种蛇毒的氨基酸残基组成是不同的。  相似文献

The crude protein content and amino acid profile of seven feedstuffs (linseed meal, maize gluten meal, rapeseed meal, rapeseed meal protected, soybean meal, fullfat soybean extruded and sunflower meal) were determined before and after ruminal incubation for 16h in three bulls with large rumen cannulas. The intestinal disappearance of amino acids was measured using mobile bag technique. Ruminal incubation affected amino acid profile of all experimental feedstuffs. Crude protein degradation varied from 29.3% for maize gluten meal to 86.4% for rapeseed meal. A tendency towards increased disappearance was observed for glutamic acid, histidine, lysine and proline and decreased disappearance for branched-chain amino acids. The intestinal crude protein digestibility was higher than >80%, except rapeseed meal (66.4%) and sunflower meal (77.8%). The least digestible individual amino acids were methionine and isoleucine in rapeseed meal, histidine and methionine in rapeseed meal protected and arginine in sunflower meal. In general, the lowest amino acid digestibilities were found in feedstuffs with the highest fibre content. The feedstuffs show that they have different potential for supplying of limiting amino acids. Of particular value are the feedstuffs with low crude protein degradability in the rumen and high intestinal digestibility of amino acids.  相似文献

对白颈环毛蚓与壮伟环毛蚓的体壁及内脏器官PTC—氨基酸的含量进行了初步分析,结果表明:两种蚯蚓具有15种氨基酸,8种必需氨基酸含量均较高。而壮伟环毛蚓的必需氨基酸总量均超过白颈环毛蚓,也大大超过国产或进口鱼粉氨基酸总含量;加上壮伟环毛蚓个体大,分布广,又耐污染,抗病能力强,所以这是一种值得开发的动物蛋白的新资源。  相似文献

A preparation of synaptosomal cytoplasm was isolated from forebrain of young rats and incubated with various amino acids in vitro. Incorporation of amino acids into protein was observed. This incorporation did not occur by ribosomal protein synthesis. The amino acid incorporating system was not stimulated by ATP and was inhibited by calcium. The system incorporated amino acids enzymatically. An electrophoretic analysis of the synaptosomal preparation, following incubation in the presence of radioactive amino acids, showed only three labelled protein species (molecular weights 37,000, 26,000 and 20,000). This incorporation of amino acids was found to have a high degree of specificity for three protein species. Migration of the three protein species was found to be nearly identical to that of rabbit muscle troponin. The proteins incorporating amino acids were also found to have other characteristics of the troponin subunits. A possible role of troponin modification is discussed.  相似文献

Protein quality mainly depends on the essential amino acid (EAA) profile, but also on its bioavailability, because EAA digestibility is generally lower than the analyzed amounts. This information is needed in the aquaculture industry for aquafeed formulation. For this purpose, the apparent digestibility coefficients of dry matter, protein, and essential amino acids of eight feedstuffs of terrestrial origin were determined for the juvenile whiteleg shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei (15-19 g), using 1% chromic oxide as an inert marker. A reference diet was formulated and produced in the laboratory. Eight experimental diets were prepared each with 30% of one of the experimental ingredients added to the reference diet: casein, porcine byproduct meal poultry byproduct meal, corn meal, wheat gluten meal, soybean paste, sorghum meal, and wheat meal. The experiment consisted of a single-factor, completely randomized design with three replicates per treatment. Samples of ingredients, diets and feces were analyzed for nitrogen and amino acids. For amino acid assay, we used reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography. To avoid partial loss of methionine and cystine, samples of ingredients, diets, and feces were oxidized with performic acid to methionine sulfone and cysteic acid prior to acid hydrolysis. The apparent dry matter and protein digestive utilization coefficients varied from 68% to 109% and from 70% to 103%, respectively. Apparent digestibility of protein for casein, soy paste, wheat meal and wheat gluten were very high (over 90%), corn gluten and poultry byproducts meal showed high protein digestibility (over 80%), but porcine byproducts meal and sorghum meal had low digestibility (76% and 70%, respectively). There was a reasonable, but not total, correspondence between apparent protein digestibility and average essential amino acid digestibility coefficients, except for arginine in corn gluten, phenylalanine and leucine in sorghum meal, phenylalanine in soy paste and lysine in wheat meal and poultry by-product meal. The most digestible feed ingredients for whiteleg shrimp were: wheat gluten, wheat meal and soy paste; poultry byproduct meal and corn gluten were less digestible and the lowest digestibility occurred in porcine byproduct meal and sorghum meal. Feedstuffs exhibited great variability in dry matter, protein and amino acid digestive utilization coefficients, which should be considered when formulating shrimp feeds.  相似文献

The inhibition of protein synthesis by ethionine reported previously was found to be apparent, and ethionine inhibited only amino acid uptake like other usual amino acids. Even under such strong inhibition of the uptake, the syntheses of protein and DNA remained almost undiminished. The uptake of amino acid mixture by sea urchin embryos in the early cleavage stage was found to be carried out by active transport, since it was temperature-sensitive and was inhibited by 2,4-dinitrophenol. The uptake of an amino acid mixture or of single amino acids, e.g., valine, leucine and phenylalanine, was inhibited nonspecifically by an excess amount of other single amino acids added exogenously. Reflecting the inhibition of amino acid uptake, in vivo incorporation of amino acids into the protein fraction was apparently inhibited by excess amounts of other amino acids. As far as tested, the inhibition seems to be nonspecific and competitive for all amino acid species. The uptakes of leucine and phenylalanine were inhibited mutually by competition, with almost the same Km and Ki.  相似文献

Leaf extracts of 540 plants representing 24 species of the genus Prosopis from North and South America were analyzed by 2-D PC and high voltage electrophoresis for their protein and non-protein amino acids. In addition to the presence of the usual protein amino acids, most of the species examined contained high concentrations of the non-protein amino acids, pipecolic acid, 4-hydroxypipecolic acid and proline.  相似文献

In this study, alanine was shown to be the N-terminal amino acid of a basic protein of low molecular weight that was isolated from either human or guinea pig brain. Antibodies prepared against the guinea pig protein were labeled with either fluorescein or ferritin. Studies with the labeled antibodies showed that an immunohistochemically similar protein is found in the myelin sheaths of central and peripheral nervous tissues of chicken and frog and a variety of mammalian species. Loss of integrity of the myelin during processing was shown to enhance markedly the antigen-antibody reaction.  相似文献
