Eight components, seven of which contained phosphorus, were found in the phospholipid fraction of Rhodomicrobium vannielii. The major components were lipoamino acid (o-ornithine ester of phosphatidyl glycerol, 46.5%) and phosphatidyl choline (26.5%). The other six components were phosphatidyl glycerol (9.7%), bisphosphatidic acid (6.7%), phosphatidyl ethanolamine (4.5%), phosphatidic acid (1.8%), lysophosphatidyl glycerol-o-ornithine ester (3.2%), and N,N-ornithine amide of unidentified fatty acid (0.95%). Total phospholipid accounted for 4.2% of cell dry weight. The major fatty acid was vaccenic acid, C18:1, which accounted for approximately 90% of the total fatty acids of the complex lipid fraction. The other four fatty acids were C16:0 (6.25%), C18:0 (3.8%), C14:0 (0.7%), and C16:1 (0.35%). The sulfolipid content was 0.01% of the cell dry weight or 0.14 μmoles per g of dried cells, assuming that its fatty acid component is vaccenic acid. No steroids were detected.  相似文献

In this study we investigated by using 16S rRNA-based methods the distribution and biomass of archaea in samples from (i) sediments above outcropping methane hydrate at Hydrate Ridge (Cascadia margin off Oregon) and (ii) massive microbial mats enclosing carbonate reefs (Crimea area, Black Sea). The archaeal diversity was low in both locations; there were only four (Hydrate Ridge) and five (Black Sea) different phylogenetic clusters of sequences, most of which belonged to the methanotrophic archaea (ANME). ANME group 2 (ANME-2) sequences were the most abundant and diverse sequences at Hydrate Ridge, whereas ANME-1 sequences dominated the Black Sea mats. Other seep-specific sequences belonged to the newly defined group ANME-3 (related to Methanococcoides spp.) and to the Crenarchaeota of marine benthic group B. Quantitative analysis of the samples by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) showed that ANME-1 and ANME-2 co-occurred at the cold seep sites investigated. At Hydrate Ridge the surface sediments were dominated by aggregates consisting of ANME-2 and members of the Desulfosarcina-Desulfococcus branch (DSS) (ANME-2/DSS aggregates), which accounted for >90% of the total cell biomass. The numbers of ANME-1 cells increased strongly with depth; these cells accounted 1% of all single cells at the surface and more than 30% of all single cells (5% of the total cells) in 7- to 10-cm sediment horizons that were directly above layers of gas hydrate. In the Black Sea microbial mats ANME-1 accounted for about 50% of all cells. ANME-2/DSS aggregates occurred in microenvironments within the mat but accounted for only 1% of the total cells. FISH probes for the ANME-2a and ANME-2c subclusters were designed based on a comparative 16S rRNA analysis. In Hydrate Ridge sediments ANME-2a/DSS and ANME-2c/DSS aggregates differed significantly in morphology and abundance. The relative abundance values for these subgroups were remarkably different at Beggiatoa sites (80% ANME-2a, 20% ANME-2c) and Calyptogena sites (20% ANME-2a, 80% ANME-2c), indicating that there was preferential selection of the groups in the two habitats. These variations in the distribution, diversity, and morphology of methanotrophic consortia are discussed with respect to the presence of microbial ecotypes, niche formation, and biogeography.  相似文献

对安徽省琅琊山自然保护区大型真菌区系多样性进行了分析.结果表明该地区共有大型真菌107种,分属于25科56属,其中优势科为多孔菌科Polyporaceae(20种,占18.69%)、口蘑科Tricholomataceae(14种,占13.08%)、丝膜菌科Cortinariaceae(11种,占10.28%)、红菇科Russulaceae(10种,占9.35%),以上4科仅占琅琊山大型真菌总科数的16%,而种数占全部种数的51.4%;优势属有鹅膏属Amanita(8种,占7.48%)、栓菌属Trametes(7种,占6.54%)、乳菇属Lactarius(5种,占4.67%)、小皮伞属Marasmius(5种,占4.67%)、红菇属Russula(5种,占4.67%),共包括30种,占全部种数的28.04%.从属的区系地理成分上可分为:世界性分布成分(66.07%)、泛热带分布成分(19.64%)、北温带分布成分(10.71%)、东亚分布成分(1.79%).琅琊山大型真菌主要是以世界广布成分为主,其次是泛热带成分和北温带成分,这种分布状况可能与该地区的气候、地理和植被等自然条件的特征有着密切的关系.从种的组成上可划分为世界性分布种(70.09%)、温带分布种(14.95%)、热带-亚热带分布种(14.02%)及中国-日本共有种(0.93%)等4个分布类型,表现出一定的热带向温带过渡的区系特征.  相似文献

The metabolomic profiling of Vitis vinifera cell suspension cultures with and without silver nitrate was performed by 1H NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spectrometry and principal components analysis (PCA), to assess the efficacy of this method for the characterization and monitoring of plant cell lines. The PCA of the 1H NMR spectra of the aqueous fractions allowed a clear discrimination of V. vinifera cell suspension culture samples with and without silver nitrate treatment by the first three principal components (PC1, PC2, and PC3), which cumulatively accounted for 95.9% of the variation in all variables. In particular, the score plots by the combining PC1 versus PC2 and PC2 versus PC3 facilitated an excellent separation of samples. In addition, the major peaks in 1H NMR spectra contributing to the discrimination were assigned to lactate, alanine, acetic acid, choline, fructose, α-glucose, and sucrose. This method based on metabolomic analysis allows the efficient monitoring and the differentiation of normal cell suspension system from elicited systems without any prepurification steps.  相似文献

The hyphae wall of Fusarium sulphureum Schlect. (Isolate 1) was isolated and purified. Electron microscopy studies showed that the isolated cell wall consisted of two distinct layers, an outer electron dense layer and a broader electron transparent inner layer. Chemical analysis revealed that the cell wall contained 66% carbohydrate, 7.3% protein, 5.5% lipid and 1.8% ash.The major cell wall component N-acetylglucosamine (39%) was shown by X-ray diffraction analysis to be present as chitin. Glucose constituted 14% of the cell wall, while mannose, galactose, and glucuronic acid, accounted for 15% of the cell wall. Glucorunic acid appears to be predominantly linked to galactose in the intact wall.  相似文献

The dried herbage of early and late cut lucerne, red clover, Italian and perennial ryegrasses and timothy was offered in the long form or three processed forms at three levels of feeding (20, 30 and 40 g DM/kg LW) to store lambs in two experiments. Faecal output of organic matter and cell walls was determined.The potential digestibility of the cell walls of these feeds was determined in vitro. The depression in the cell wall digestion from this potential, observed in vivo, was related to water soluble carbohydrate content (WSC) and buffering capacity (BC) of the forages, their fineness of grinding (MF) and the level of feeding (LF).Uniform processing altered the chemical composition of all forages and produced a wide range of MF in the different forages.The digestion of the cell content fraction of the diets was not influenced by herbage species, fineness of grinding or level of feeding.The digestion of organic matter and cell wall was depressed by increasing LF and decreasing MF (P < 0.001) and the interaction between herbage species and processing was significant (P < 0.001).WSC and LF were positively correlated (r = +0.706 and +0.611), and BC and MF were negatively correlated (r = ?0.498 and ?0.498), with the depression observed in cell wall digestion.These four parameters, together with their significant interaction terms (WSC × BC), (WSC × LF) and (BC × MF), accounted for 95.1% of the variance observed in the depression of cell wall digestion and provided a basis for a hypothetical model of factors affecting cell wall digestion.  相似文献

A survey to determine the geographical distribution and relative abundance of potential vectors of scrub typhus was conducted from October to November 2006 at 13 localities throughout the Republic of Korea. Apodemus agrarius accounted for 97.6% (80/82) of all rodents, while only 2 Myodes regulus (2/82) were collected. A total of 10,860 chiggers were collected from A. agrarius belonging to 4 genera and 8 species, while only Walchia fragilis (40) was collected from Myodes regulus. Leptotrombidium pallidum (8,137; 74.9%), a vector of scrub typhus, was the predominant species collected from A. agrarius followed by Leptotrombidium scutellare (2,057, 18.9%), Leptotrombidium palpale (279; 2.7%), Leptotrombidium orientale (232; 2.1%), and Leptotrombidium zetum (79; 0.7%), Neotrombicula tamiyai (58; 0.5%), Euschoengastica koreaensis (16; 0.1%), and Cheladonta ikaoensis (2; < 0.1%). L. pallidum was the predominant chigger collected at collection sites in Gangwon (100%), Gyeonggi (87.2%), Chungnam (100%), Chungbuk (100%), Jeonbuk (73.9%), Jeonnam (77.0%), and Gyeongbuk (66.1%) provinces, whereas L. scutellare was the predominant chigger collected in Gyeongnam province (77.9%) and Jeju Island (62.3%). Data suggest a correlation between chigger population abundance and human cases of scrub typhus in Korea.  相似文献

Parietochloris incisa is a unicellular freshwater green alga capable of accumulating high amounts of the valuable long-chain polyunsaturated arachidonic acid (AA) in triacylglycerols (TAG) of cytoplasmic oil bodies. To find the cultivation conditions providing maximum AA yield, the effects of illumination and N-availability on the dry weight (DW), chlorophyll, carotenoid, and AA content were studied. Under nitrogen starvation, TAG accounted for over 30% of dry weight (DW) and the AA content became as high as about 55% of total fatty acids. For biomass accumulation, light intensity of ca 400 μE m?2 s?1 was found to be optimal for growing P. incisa on a complete medium. Lower light intensities (or a higher cell density of inoculum) resulted in a higher AA yield when the alga was cultivated on nitrogen-free media. In the absence of nitrogen, algal cells were unable to cope with high illumination and suffered from photooxidative damage, whereas the nutrientsufficient culture survived under such illumination conditions, probably due to accumulation of carotenoids. Nitrogen-deprived P. incisa cells displayed elevated sensitivity to light.  相似文献

A total of 498 fungal isolates belonging to 33 genera and 90 species were identified in the course of a 2-yr survey of the southern part of the territoreal waters of the Yugoslav Adriatic Sea. The best represented genus was Penicillium (32.12% of the total number of isolates), the P. chrysogenumnotatum series being the most abundant, followed by P. verrucosum var. cyclopium, and P. brevicompactum The genus Aspergillus represented 22.28% of the total. A. versicolor being the most ubiquitous. The Dematiaceae as a group, with 148 isolates included in 14 genera and 26 species, accounted for 29.71% of the total; the dominant genera were Cladosporium, Alternaria, and Ulcladium, with 14 25, 5.42 and 4.21%, respectively of the total number of isolates. Hyphomycetes with hyaloconidia, with 46 isolates included in 9 genera and 20 species, constituted about 8.83%, the best represented genus in this group being Fusarium, with 10 identified species. The Sphaeropsidales accounted for 5.42% of the total number of isolates, the genus Phoma being the most abundant.The number of isolates obtained from surface waters accounted for 85% of the total. The decreasing number of isolates in the water column was particularly evident in the case of the most ubiquitous species, a fact which may be explained by the influence of the contact of water masses with the atmosphere and the lower salinity of the surface waters. The distance from the shore as well as the human factor is reflected in the number of isolates and species. The ecological factors influenced not only the fungal population densities, but also their quality.  相似文献

In past studies of enteric bacteria such as Escherichia coli, various measures of cellular RNA content have been shown to be strongly correlated with growth rate. We examined this correlation for four marine bacterial isolates. Isolates were grown in chemostats at four or five dilution rates, yielding growth rates that spanned the range typically determined for marine bacterial communities in nature (μ = 0.01 to 0.25 h-1). All measures of RNA content (RNA cell-1, RNA:biovolume ratio, RNA:DNA ratio, RNA:DNA:biovolume ratio) were significantly different among isolates. Normalizing RNA content to cell volume substantially reduced, but did not eliminate, these differences. On average, the correlation between μ and the RNA:DNA ratio accounted for 94% of variance when isolates were considered individually. For data pooled across isolates (analogous to an average measurement for a community), the ratio of RNA:DNA μm-3 (cell volume) accounted for nearly half of variance in μ (r2 = 0.47). The maximum RNA:DNA ratio for each isolate was extrapolated from regressions. The regression of (RNA:DNA)/(RNA:DNA)max on μ was highly significant (r2 = 0.76 for data pooled across four isolates) and virtually identical for three of the four isolates, perhaps reflecting an underlying common relationship between RNA content and growth rate. The dissimilar isolate was the only one derived from sediment. Cellular RNA content is likely to be a useful predictor of growth rate for slowly growing marine bacteria but in practice may be most successful when applied at the level of individual species.  相似文献

Haematococcus pluvialis is a freshwater species of green algae and is well known for its accumulation of the strong antioxidant astaxanthin, which is used in aquaculture, various pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. High levels of astaxanthin are present in cysts, which rapidly accumulate when the environmental conditions become unfavorable for normal cell growth. It is not understood, however, how accumulation of high levels of astaxanthin, which is soluble in oil, becomes possible during encystment. Here, we performed ultrastructural 3D reconstruction based on over 350 serial sections per cell to visualize the dynamics of astaxanthin accumulation and subcellular changes during the encystment of H. pluvialis. This study showcases the marked changes in subcellular elements, such as chloroplast degeneration, in the transition from green coccoid cells to red cyst cells during encystment. In green coccoid cells, chloroplasts accounted for 41.7% of the total cell volume, whereas the relative volume of astaxanthin was very low (0.2%). In contrast, oil droplets containing astaxanthin predominated in cyst cells (52.2%), in which the total chloroplast volume was markedly decreased (9.7%). Volumetric observations also demonstrated that the relative volumes of the cell wall, starch grains, pyrenoids, mitochondria, the Golgi apparatus, and the nucleus in a cyst cell are smaller than those in green coccid cells. Our data indicated that chloroplasts are degraded, resulting in a net-like morphology, but do not completely disappear, even at the red cyst stage.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine if a mixed microbial community from the bovine rumen would respond to excess carbohydrate by accumulating reserve carbohydrate, energy spilling (dissipating excess ATP energy as heat), or both. Mixed microbes from the rumen were washed with N-free buffer and dosed with glucose. Total heat production was measured by calorimetry. Energy spilling was calculated as heat production not accounted by (i) endogenous metabolism (heat production before dosing glucose) and (ii) synthesis of reserve carbohydrate (heat from synthesis itself and reactions yielding ATP for it). For cells dosed with 5 mM glucose, synthesis of reserve carbohydrate and endogenous metabolism accounted for nearly all heat production (93.7%); no spilling was detected (P = 0.226). For cells dosed with 20 mM glucose, energy spilling was not detected immediately after dosing, but it became significant (P < 0.05) by approximately 30 min after dosing with glucose. Energy spilling accounted for as much as 38.7% of heat production in one incubation. Nearly all energy (97.9%) and carbon (99.9%) in glucose were recovered in reserve carbohydrate, fermentation acids, CO2, CH4, and heat. This full recovery indicates that products were measured completely and that spilling was not a methodological artifact. These results should aid future research aiming to mechanistically account for variation in energetic efficiency of mixed microbial communities.  相似文献

The particulate hydrogenase of Vibrio succinogenes is solubilized during treatment of cell envelopes at pH 11.0. Alkali-solubilized enzyme requires sulfhydryl compounds for activity. At neutral pH, soluble enzyme is reincorporated into alkalitreated cell envelopes and no longer requires an additional activator. In the present study, cell envelopes prepared by lysing cells with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid plus lysozyme (EDTA-lysozyme) were used to determine the chemical composition of cell envelopes and derived pH 11.0 soluble and insoluble fractions and to investigate some properties of the binding and activation of alkali-solubilized hydrogenase. Lysis with EDTA-lysozyme resulted in the formation of spheroplast ghosts. The derived cell envelopes contained 61% protein, 3% ash, 23% lipid, and 1% phosphorus. The alkali-treated cell envelopes contained 50% protein, 2% ash, 24% lipid, and 1% phosphorus. The ash from cell envelopes and alkali-treated cell envelopes was rich in iron and phosphorus and also contained calcium, copper, magnesium, sodium, and zinc. Virtually all of the weight of the ashed samples was accounted for by the oxides of these metals. Since the reconstitution of particulate hydrogenase was achieved with pH 11.0 supernatant solution and precipitate, intact mucopeptide is not essential for hydrogenase binding. Release of hydrogenase during EDTA-lysozyme lysis was found to depend upon an apparent structural change which occurs in the membranes during extended storage at −20 C.  相似文献

Milled rice (Oryza sativa L.) is composed of approximately 90% starch. The properties of starch have considerable effects on cooked rice palatability and consumer acceptability. Starch pasting viscosity parameters serve as important indices in the estimation of eating, cooking, and processing qualities of rice. In the present study, four cytoplasmic male-sterile (CMS) lines and eight restorer (R) lines have been used in an incomplete diallel cross to analyze seed effects, cytoplasmic effects, maternal gene effects, and their genotype × environment (GE) effects on the following starch pasting viscosity parameters: breakdown (BD), consistency (CS), and setback (SB). The results demonstrated that the total main genetic variances (VG) accounted for over 64% of the total genetic variance (VG + VGE) for the three traits, indicating that these traits were mainly controlled by the main genetic effects in addition to the GE interaction effects. The estimated total narrow-sense heritability were 67.8%, 79.5%, and 79.5% for BD, CS, and SB, respectively. The general heritability (h2G) accounted for over 75% of the total heritability (h2G + h2GE), indicating that early selection would be effective for those traits and the selection efficiencies were relatively stable in different environments.  相似文献

The American mink (Neovison vison) and pine marten (Martes martes) are the most common mustelid species in mountain forests of the Southern Urals. The bulk of the diet (85.3%) in the American mink consists of small mammals (35.8%), insects (22.7%), gastropods (14.1%), and fish (12.7%). In the pine marten, the main components comprising 79.6% of the diet are vegetable foods (29.8%), small mammals (27.0%), and insects (22.8%). The low diversity of their food spectra is accounted for by landscape and ecological features of the study region. The abundance of rodents is low, their distribution has a mosaic pattern, and other kinds of food are more abundant near rivers and streams, which explains the preference of both mustelid species for riparian biotopes. The breadth of trophic niches in the pine marten and American mink are 1.67 and 1.62, respectively, and the coefficient of their overlap is 0.75.  相似文献

The defensive secretion of the tenebrionid beetle, Eleodes beameri, is quite unlike the benzoquinone and 1-alkene secretion of other species of Eleodes and Tenebrionidae. Twenty-three compounds were isolated from the secretion by gas-liquid chromatography (GLC) and 13 of these were identified by infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance, ultraviolet, and mass spectroscopy. Identified compounds were: 1-nonene (3·2%), 1-undecene (<0·5%), n-hexanal (15·6%), n-heptanal (0·9%), n-octanal (4·5%), trans-2-hexenal (2·0%), trans-2-heptenal (1·5%), trans-2-nonenal (28·6%), trans-2-decenal (3·4%), n-3-nonanone (0·5%), n-1-nonen-3-one (16·8%), methyl-1,4-benzoquinone (22·0%), and 1-hexanol (<0·5%). 1-Nonen-3-one is unique to E. beameri. A number of minor components remain unidentified. The morphology and ultrastructure of the glands were similar to other species of Eleodes. The gland reservoirs are a pair of strongly bilobed sacs with narrow exit ducts opening between abdominal sternites 7 and 8. There are two types of secretory cell units: Type 1 consisting of cells closely attached to the reservoir intima, with large, central vesicles drained by highly convoluted tubules. Type 2 units are composed of a pair of cells functioning together, the cuticular organelle from the microvilli-filled vesicle of the distal cell (2a) passing through the vesicle of the proximal one (2b) and then draining more or less directly into the reservoir via a cuticular tubule.  相似文献

Pulse-labeling experiments of white lupin (Lupinus albus L.) cell cultures with [U-14C]l-phenylalanine for 72 h resulted in the incorporation of the radioactivity into the isoflavone aglucones, glucosides, and prenylated derivatives. Both the aglucones genistein and 2′-hydroxygenistein and their 7-O-glucosides accounted for 85% of the total isoflavonoids identified in the cultured cells and contained 35% of the radioactivity, whereas the prenylated derivatives comprised 15 and 65%, respectively. Almost 20% of the labeled isoflavones of the cellular pool was recovered from the culture medium, 90% of which were monoprenylated and diprenylated derivatives containing 80% of the radioactivity. These results clearly demonstrate the release into the culture medium of a substantial amount of the endogenously synthesized isoflavonoids, especially the prenylated derivatives.  相似文献

Properties of the mRNA coding for the large subunit of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase from Chlamydomonas reinhardi were determined. Large subunit synthesis, directed by RNA from partially purified whole cell extracts, was detected by specific immunoprecipitation of polypeptide products synthesized in a heterologous translation system derived from Escherichia coli. Large subunit synthesis showed sharp RNA concentration dependence in an E. coli translation system, and at optimal RNA concentrations, immunoprecipitable large subunit synthesis accounted for 2% of the total incorporation. Large subunit messenger activity sedimented at 12 to 14S on nondenaturing sucrose gradients and did not bind to oligo(dT)-cellulose suggesting the mRNA is not polyadenylated. The immunoprecipitable products translated in vitro are not complete polypeptide chains, but are smaller peptides identifiable as large subunit fragments by tryptic fingerprint analysis. No immunoprecipitable product was obtained when similar RNA fractions were tested in a wheat germ translation system.  相似文献

降雨穿过林冠层时,由于林冠的拦截作用,改变了降雨分布格局。林冠截留是一个复杂的水文过程,受降水特征及林分特性的影响较大。本文以北亚热带苏南丘陵地区人工毛竹林(Phyllostachys edulis)为研究对象,利用2007年度各场次降雨观测数据,分析了降雨量和降雨强度与林冠截留降雨的关系,研究了林冠截留过程的特点。结果表明:(1) 研究期间共观测到102次降水事件,降水总量为1110.8mm,单次最大降雨量为110.0㎜,最小为0.55㎜,事件平均降水量为10.89mm,且绝大部分降雨为低雨强、中雨量级的降雨事件。(2) 研究期间林冠截留总量为171.72mm,占同期降雨总量的15.46%。单次林冠截留量变幅为0.21—4.55mm,截留率变幅为1.3%—100%,且随林外降雨量的递增,林冠截留率呈现递减的变化趋势,二者的关系用幂函数(I0=117.34P-0.9106)拟合效果较好。(3)在林外次降雨量小于5㎜的条件下,事件降雨量占年降雨总量的5.0%,相应的降雨事件频率为9.8%,此时林冠截留量随降雨量的增大而增加,其变幅为0.55—1.9㎜,截留量与降雨量的关系用对数函数(I=0.4931Ln(P) 0.9493)进行拟合效果较好;在单场降雨量大于5㎜时,林冠截留量随各场次降雨量的增加,其变动幅度和频率均大大增强,变化范围在0.21—4.55㎜之间,二者相关性较差。(4)降雨在7—10mm雨量级范围内时,林外降雨量和林冠截留量分别为245.14mm和47.9㎜,占其全年总量的比例均为最大,分别为22.07%和27.9%;各雨量级林冠平均截留量与平均降雨量的关系表现为对数函数关系(R2=0.7287),而截留率与平均降雨量的关系表现为极显著的幂函数关系(R2=0.9817),且林冠对降雨的截留作用在雨量级较小时,表现十分显著。(5)全年单场降雨强度小于0.06mm/min时,降雨事件频数为73.53%,降雨量占其总量的57.93%,林冠截留量占其总量的89.34%,降雨事件平均截留率(23.84%)远高于雨强大于0.06mm/min时的降雨事件平均截留率(3.92%)。本研究结果为长江中下游丘陵山区水土保持林和水源涵养林体系建设提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Due to the increasing mosquito activity and the risks associated with them, mosquito control has become a global issue. In particular, biological control using the natural enemies of mosquitoes has attracted great attention. Hydrochara affinis, an aquatic beetle, has recently been identified as a biological control agent for mosquitoes. It is necessary to explore the environmental characteristics of its natural habitats for successful mosquito control. Therefore, we surveyed the environmental characteristics of its natural habitats (dwelling sites, DS), former habitats (former dwelling sites, FDS), and non-habitats located near its natural habitats or with a similar landscape (non-dwelling sites, NDS). Perennial emergent macrophytes accounted for 85.5% of the total plant cover in the DS, while they accounted for 44.2% and 43.0% in FDS and NDS, respectively. The environmental characteristics, such as electrical conductivity and cation concentration of the water, in the 3 categories (DS, FDS, and NDS) were significantly different. The ranges of these values in the DS were wide. Based on these results, we concluded that perennial emergent macrophyte communities can be a determinant for H. affinis habitat selection. It is, therefore, important to maintain a proper environment in which macrophyte communities, that can serve as habitats for H. affinis, can proliferate.  相似文献
