In this paper, a simple and highly sensitive spectrofluorimetric method was developed and validated for the determination of entacapone (ETC). The proposed method is based on forming a highly fluorescent product through the reduction of ETC with Zn/HCl. The produced fluorophore exhibits strong fluorescence at λem 345 nm after excitation at λex 240 nm. The use of fluorescence enhancers such as Tween‐80 and carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) greatly enhanced the fluorescence of the produced fluorophore by 150% and 200%, respectively. Calibration curves showed good linear regression (r2 > 0.9998) within test ranges of 0.05–2.0 and 0.02–1.80 μg mL?1 with lower detection limits of 1.27 × 10?2 and 4.8 × 10?3 μg mL?1 and lower quantification limits of 4.21 × 10?2 and 1.61 × 10?2 μg mL?1 upon using Tween‐80 and or CMC, respectively. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of ETC in its pharmaceutical formulations (either alone or in presence of other co‐formulated drugs). The results were in good agreement with those obtained using the official method. The methods were further extended to determine the drug in human plasma samples, and to study the pharmacokinetics of ETC. The paper is the first report on the spectrofluorimetric determination of entacapone.  相似文献

A new simple stability‐indicating spectrofluorimetric method has been developed and validated for the determination of the tyrosine kinase inhibitor, linifanib (LNF). The proposed method makes use of the native fluorescence characteristics of LNF in a micellar system. Compared with aqueous solutions, the fluorescence intensity of LNF was greatly enhanced upon the addition of Tween‐80. The relative fluorescence intensity of LNF was measured in a diluting solvent composed of 2% Tween‐80: phosphate buffer pH 8.0 (20: 80, v/v) using excitation and emission wavelengths of 290 and 450 nm, respectively. The proposed method was fully validated as per the ICH guidelines. The recorded fluorescence intensity of LNF was rectilinear over a concentration range of 0.3–2 μg/ml with a high correlation coefficient (r = 0.9990) and low limits of detection (0.091 μg/ml) and quantitation (0.275 μg/ml). The applicability of the method was extended to study the inherent stability of LNF under different stress degradation conditions including, alkaline, acidic, oxidative, photolytic and thermal degradation. Moreover, the method was utilized to study the kinetics of the alkaline and oxidative degradation of LNF. The pseudo‐first order rate constants and half‐lives were calculated.  相似文献

A new highly sensitive high‐performance liquid chromatographic method with fluorescence detection (HPLC–FLD) in zero‐order emission mode was developed for the first time for the simultaneous determination of piroxicam (PRX) and norfloxacin (NRF) in biological fluids. The fluorescence detector wavelengths were set at 278 nm for excitation and zero‐order mode for emission. The zero‐order emission mode produced greater sensitivity for the measurement of both drugs than a fixed emission wavelength (446 nm). The new developed method was validated according to International Conference of Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. Linearity was found to be over concentration ranges 0.001–20 μg/ml and 0.00003–0.035 μg/ml for PRX and NRF, respectively. The limits of detection were 4.87 × 10?4 and 1.32 × 10?5 μg/ml for PRX and NRF, and the limits of quantitation were 1.47 × 10?3 and 4.01 × 10?5 μg/ml, respectively. The current fluorescence method was found to be more sensitive than most commonly used analytical methods and was successfully applied for simultaneous determination of PRX and NRF in biological fluids (serum and urine) with recoveries ranging from 91.67% to 100.36% for PRX and from 96.00% to 101.43% for NRF.  相似文献

A direct fluorometric high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed and validated for the analysis of ibuprofen enantiomers in mouse plasma (100 μl) and tissues (brain, liver, kidneys) using liquid–liquid extraction and 4‐tertbutylphenoxyacetic acid as an internal standard. Separation of enantiomers was accomplished in a Chiracel OJ‐H chiral column based on cellulose tris(4‐methylbenzoate) coated on 5 μm silica‐gel, 250 x 4.6 mm at 22 °C with a mobile phase composed of n‐hexane, 2‐propanol, and trifluoroacetic acid that were delivered in gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 ml min−1. A fluorometric detector was set at: λexcit. = 220 nm and λemis. = 290 nm. Method validation included the evaluation of the selectivity, linearity, lower limit of quantification (LLOQ), within‐run and between‐run precision and accuracy. The LLOQ for the two enantiomers was 0.125 μg ml−1 in plasma, 0.09 μg g−1 in brain, and 0.25 μg g−1 in for liver and kidney homogenates. The calibration curves showed good linearity in the ranges of each enantiomers: from 0.125 to 35 μg ml−1 for plasma, 0.09–1.44 μg g−1 for brain, and 0.25–20 μg g−1 for liver and kidney homogenates. The method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of ibuprofen enantiomers in mice treated i.v. with 10 mg kg−1 of racemate.  相似文献

A new rapid and simple stability‐indicating spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for the determination of two irreversible tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), neratinib (NER) and pelitinib (PEL). The method is based upon measurement of the native fluorescence intensity of both drugs at λex 270 nm in aqueous borate buffer solutions (pH 10.5). The fluorescence intensity recorded at 545 nm (NER) and 465 nm (PEL) were rectilinear over the concentration range of 0.1–10 μg/mL for both drugs with a high correlation coefficient (r > 0.999). The proposed method provided low limits of detection and of quantitation of 0.07, 0.11 μg/mL (NER) and 0.02, 0.05 μg/mL (PEL), respectively. The method was successfully applied for the determination of NER and PEL in bulk powder. The proposed methods were fully validated as per the International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines. The application of the method was extended to stability studies of both NER and PEL under different forced‐degradation conditions (acidic‐induced, base‐induced, oxidative, wet heat, and photolytic degradation). Moreover, the kinetics of the base‐induced and oxidative degradation of both drugs was investigated and the pseudo‐first‐order rate constants and half‐lives were estimated at different temperatures. Also, an Arrhenius plot was applied to predict the stability behaviour of the two drugs at room temperature. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Functional triterpenic acids such as ursolic acid (UA), oleanolic acid (OA) and betulinic acid (BA) are representative ingredients in rosemary that may have health benefits. UA, OA and BA in rosemary extracts were derivatized with 4‐(4,5‐diphenyl‐1H‐imidazole‐2‐yl)benzoyl chloride (DIB‐Cl) and detected using HPLC‐fluorescence (FL). Dried rosemary (50 mg) was ground, added to 3 ml of ethanol, sonicated for 40 min, then the sample solution was added to a mixture of 1% trimethylamine and 1 mM DIB‐Cl in acetonitrile. The mixture was settled for 5 min at room temperature, then the DIB‐triterpenic acid derivatives were separated using a Wakopak Handy ODS column (250 × 4.6 mm, 6 μm) eluted with 25 mM acetate buffer (pH 4.5)/methanol/acetonitrile (= 8:10:82 v/v/v%). The fluorescence intensity of the eluent was monitored at 365 (λex) and 490 nm (λem) and the maximum retention time of the derivatives was 30 min. Calibration curves constructed using rosemary extract spiked with standards showed good linearity (r ≥ 0.997) in the range 2.5–100 ng/ml. The detection limits at 3σ for internal BA, UA and OA peaks in rosemary extract were 0.2, 0.4 and 0.5 ng/ml, respectively. This method was used to quantify BA, UA and OA in commercially available dried rosemary products.  相似文献

Kalanchoe daigremontiana (Crassulaceae) is a medicinal plant native to Madagascar. The aim of this study was to investigate the flavonoid content of an aqueous leaf extract from Kdaigremontiana (Kd), and assess its antiherpetic potential. The major flavonoid, kaempferol 3‐Oβ‐d ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1 → 2)‐α‐l ‐rhamnopyranoside ( 1 ), was isolated from the AcOEt fraction (Kd‐AC). The BuOH‐soluble fraction afforded quercetin 3‐Oβ‐d ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1 → 2)‐α‐l ‐rhamnopyranoside ( 2 ) and the new kaempferol 3‐Oβ‐d ‐xylopyranosyl‐(1 → 2)‐α‐l ‐rhamnopyranoside‐7‐Oβ‐d ‐glucopyranoside ( 3 ), named daigremontrioside. The crude extract, Kd‐AC fraction, flavonoids 1 and 2 were evaluated using acyclovir‐sensitive strains of HSV‐1 and HSV‐2. Kd‐AC was highly active against HSV‐1 (EC50 = 0.97 μg/ml, SI > 206.1) and HSV‐2 (EC50 = 0.72 μg/ml, SI > 277.7). Flavonoids 1 and 2 showed anti‐HSV‐1 (EC50 = 7.4 μg/ml; SI > 27 and EC50 = 5.8 μg/ml; SI > 8.6, respectively) and anti‐HSV‐2 (EC50 = 9.0 μg/ml; SI > 22.2 and EC50 = 36.2 μg/ml; SI > 5.5, respectively) activities, suggesting the contribution of additional substances to the antiviral activity.  相似文献

It is known that some plant essential oils have pesticide activities. Among the 29 oils evaluated in this study, 14 showed nematicidal activities of 8 to 100% at the concentration of 1,000 μg/ml, compared with a control of 0.01 g/ml Tween 80®. At a lower concentration of 500 μg/ml, only Dysphania ambrosioides oil caused >90% mortality of second‐stage juveniles (J2) of Meloidogyne incognita. The LC50 and LC95 values for D. ambrosioides oil were 307 μg/ml and 580 μg/ml, respectively. M. incognita eggs placed in D. ambrosioides oil solutions had a significant reduction in J2 hatching compared with controls. Therefore, the oil had a toxic effect on both eggs and J2 of M. incognita. This was in contrast to nematicides on the market that act efficiently only on J2. When J2 were placed in D. ambrosioides oil at its LC50 concentration and inoculated onto tomato plants, the reduction in numbers of galls and eggs was 99.5% and 100%, respectively. Dysphania ambrosioides oil applied to the potting substrate of plants at a concentration of 1,100 μg/ml significantly reduced the number of galls and eggs of M. incognita, whereas a concentration of 800 μg/ml only reduced the number of eggs compared with the controls (Tween 80® and water). The main components of the D. ambrosioides oil detected by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry were (Z)‐ascaridole (87.28%), E‐ascaridole (8.45%) and p‐cymene (3.35%), representing 99.08% of the total oil composition. Given its nematicidal activity, D. ambrosioides oil represents an exciting raw material in the search for new bioactive molecules for the pesticide industry.  相似文献

Dimethoate is an organophosphorus toxicant used in agri- and horticulture as a systemic broad-spectrum insecticide. It also exhibits toxic activity towards mammalian organism provoked by catalytic desulfuration in the liver producing its oxon-derivative omethoate thus inhibiting acetylcholinesterase, initiating cholinergic crisis and ultimately leading to death by respiratory paralysis and cardiovascular collapse. Pharmaco- and toxicokinetic studies in animal models help to broaden basic understanding of medical intervention by antidotes and supportive care. Therefore, we developed and validated a LC–ESI-MS/MS method suitable for the simultaneous, selective, precise (RSDintra-day 1–8%; RSDinter-day 5–14%), accurate (intra-day: 95–107%; inter-day: 90–115%), and robust quantification of both pesticides from porcine urine and plasma after deproteinization by precipitation and extensive dilution (1:11,250 for plasma and 1:40,000 for urine). Accordingly, lower limits of quantification (0.24–0.49 μg/ml plasma and 0.78–1.56 μg/ml urine) and lower limits of detection (0.12–0.24 μg/ml plasma and 0.39–0.78 μg/ml urine) were equivalent to quite low absolute on-column amounts (1.1–2.1 pg for plasma and 2.0–3.9 pg for urine). The calibration range (0.24–250 μg/ml plasma and 0.78–200 μg/ml urine) was subdivided into two linear ranges (r2  0.998) each covering nearly two orders of magnitude. The lack of any interfering peak in 6 individual blank specimens from plasma and urine demonstrated the high selectivity of the method. Furthermore, extensive sample dilution causing lowest concentration of potentially interfering matrix ingredients prompted us to develop and validate an additional flow-injection method (FI-ESI-MS/MS). Validation characteristics were as good as for the chromatographic method but sample throughput was enhanced by a factor of 6. Effects on ionization provoked by plasma and urine matrix from 6 individuals as well as in the presence of therapeutics (antidotes) administered in an animal study were investigated systematically underling in the reliability of the presented methods. Both methods were applied to porcine samples derived from an in vivo animal study.  相似文献

A novel method for the determination of proteins was developed, based on the enhancement of fluorescence with 4‐chloro‐(2′‐hydroxylophenylazo)rhodanine–Ti(IV) [ClHARP–Ti(IV)] complex as a fluorescence probe. The excitation and emission wavelengths of the system were 335 nm and 376 nm, respectively. The presence of bis(2‐ethylhexyl)sulphosuccinate sodium salt (AOT) microemulsion greatly increased the sensitivity of the system. Under optimal conditions, four kinds of proteins, including bovine serum albumin (BSA), human serum albumin (HSA), egg albumin (Ova), and γ‐globin (γ‐G) were studied. The detection limits were 0.182 µg/mL for BSA, 0.0788 µg/mL for HSA, 0.216 µg/mL for Ova and 0.484 µg/mL for γ‐G. The linear ranges of the calibration were 0–12.0, 0–10.0, 0–18.0 and 0–18.0 µg/mL, respectively. The method possessed high sensitivity, good selectivity and was applied to the analysis of protein in milk powder and cornmeal with satisfactory results. The enantiomeric purity of escitalopram oxalate ESC and its “in‐process impurities,” namely, ESC‐N‐oxide, ESC‐citadiol, and R(?)‐enantiomer were studied in drug substance and products using high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)‐UV (Method I), synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy (SFS) (Method IIA), and first derivative SFS (Method IIB). Method I describes as an isocratic HPLC‐UV for the direct resolution and determination of enantiomeric purity of ESC and its “in‐process impurities.” The proposed method involved the use of αl‐acid glycoprotein (AGP) chiral stationary phase. The regression plots revealed good linear relationships of concentration range of 0.25 to 100 and 0.25 to 10 μg mL?1 for ESC and its impurities. The limits of detection and quantifications for ESC were 0.075 and 0.235 μg mL?1, respectively. Method II involves the significant enhancement of the fluorescence intensities of ESC and its impurities through inclusion complexes formation with hydroxyl propyl‐β‐cyclodextrin as a chiral selector in Micliavain buffer. Method IIA describes SFS technique for assay of ESC at 225 nm in presence of its impurities: R(?)‐enantiomer, citadiol, and N‐oxide at ?λ of 100 nm. This method was extended to (Method IIB) to apply first derivative SFS for the simultaneous determination of ESC at 236 nm and its impurities: the R(?)‐enantiomer, citadiol, and N‐oxide at 308, 275, and 280 nm, respectively. Linearity ranges were found to be 0.01 to 1.0 μg mL?1 for ESC and its impurities with lower detection and quantification limits of 0.033/0.011 and 0.038/0.013 μg mL?1 for SFS and first derivative synchronous fluorescence spectra (FDSFS), respectively. The methods were used to investigate the enantiomeric purity of escitalopram.  相似文献

Accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) and solid‐phase extraction (SPE) conditions were optimized by a high‐performance liquid chromatography‐fluorescence detector (HPLC‐FLD) method for the detection of piperazine in chicken tissues and pork. Piperazine residues were determined by precolumn derivatization with trimethylamine and dansyl chloride. Samples were extracted with 2% formic acid in acetonitrile using an ASE apparatus and purified using a Strata‐X‐C SPE column. The monosubstituted product of the reaction of piperazine with dansyl chloride was 1‐dansyl piperazine (1‐DNS‐piperazine). Chromatographic separations were performed on an Athena C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, id: 5 μm) with gradient elution using ultrapure water and acetonitrile (5:95, V/V) as the mobile phase. The calibration curves showed good linearity over a concentration range of LOQ‐200.0 μg/kg with a coefficient of determination (R2) ≥ .9992. The recoveries and relative standard deviations (RSD values) ranged from 78.49% to 97.56% and 1.19% to 5.32%, respectively, across the limit of quantification (LOQ) and 0.5, 1, and 2.0 times the maximum residue limit (MRL; μg/kg). The limits of detection (LODs) and LOQs were 0.96 to 1.85 μg/kg and 3.20 to 5.50 μg/kg, respectively. The method was successfully applied for the validation of animal products in the laboratory.  相似文献

Green fluorescent silver (Ag)‐doped graphite carbon nitride (Ag‐g‐C3N4) nanosheets have been fabricated by an ultrasonic exfoliating method. The fluorescence of the Ag‐g‐C3N4 nanosheets is quenched by curcumin. The fluorescence intensity decreases with the increase in the concentration of curcumin, indicating that the Ag‐g‐C3N4 nanosheets can function as a non‐toxic and facile fluorescence probe to detect curcumin. The fluorescence intensity of Ag‐g‐C3N4 nanosheets shows a linear relationship to curcumin in the concentration range 0.01–2.00 μM with a low detection limit of 38 nM. The fluorescence quenching process between curcumin and Ag‐g‐C3N4 nanosheets mainly is based on static quenching. The fluorescent probe has been successfully applied to analyse curcumin in human urine and serum samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A highly sensitive, simple and rapid spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of lacidipine (LCP) in tablets. The proposed method is based on the investigation of the fluorescence spectral behavior of LCP in both sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) and the tween‐80 micellar system. In aqueous solutions of acetate buffer (pH 4.5), the fluorescence intensities of LCP were greatly enhanced (ca. 2.4 and 4.3 folds) in the presence of either SDS or tween‐80, respectively. The fluorescence intensity was measured at 444 nm after excitation at 277 nm using either SDS or tween‐80 as a surfactant. The fluorescence–concentration plots were rectilinear over the ranges of 50.0–500.0 ng/ml and 5.0–200.0 ng/ml with lower detection limits of 5.11 and 2.06 ng/ml and lower quantification limits of 17 and 6.87 ng/ml using SDS and tween‐80, respectively. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of LCP in commercial tablets and the results were in good agreement with those obtained with the comparison method. Furthermore, content uniformity testing of pharmaceutical tablets was also conducted. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of 2,6‐dimethoxy‐1,4‐benzoquinone (DMBQ) on induced resistance to Magnaporthe oryzae in rice. DMBQ concentrations greater than 50 μg/ml inhibited spore germination and appressorium formation in M. oryzae. When rice leaves pretreated with 10 μg/ml DMBQ, which did not show antifungal activity against spore germination and appressorium formation of M. oryzae, were inoculated with M. oryzae spores 5 days after DMBQ pretreatment, blast lesion formation was inhibited compared with control leaves pretreated with distilled water. In addition, infection‐inhibiting activity against M. oryzae was significantly enhanced in rice leaf sheaths pretreated with 10 μg/ml DMBQ. H2O2 generation was observed in rice leaves pretreated with DMBQ, and PAL, POX, CHS and PR10a were significantly expressed in these leaves. These results suggested that DMBQ can protect rice from blast disease caused by M. oryzae.  相似文献

A highly accurate, simple and sensitive spectrofluorimetric analytical method for dapagliflozin (DGF) quantitation was developed. The proposed method was successively applied to DGF analysis in both its pure and pharmaceutical dosage forms. This method was developed to investigate DGF stability in its degradation products, as laid out in International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) rules. Kinetics of alkaline degradation of DGF was also calculated. The half‐life time (t1/2) of the reaction was 75.32 min. An alkaline degradation pathway was described. The present study involved measurement of the second‐derivative synchronous fluorescence intensity of DGF at Δλ = 30 nm. Peak amplitude was measured at 322 nm. Linear range of the calibration curve was 0.1–1.0 μg ml?1. Lower detection and quantitation limits were 0.023 and 0.071 μg ml?1, respectively, and indicated good sensitivity of the proposed method. Mean per cent recovery was 99.78 ± 1.78%. The proposed analytical approach was successfully applied to DGF in the quality control laboratory and would be suitable as a stability‐indicating assay.  相似文献

A quick, green, and sensitive method for chiral separation and determination of fluazifop‐butyl enantiomers in tobacco and soil was established by ultra‐performance convergence chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (UPC2‐MS/MS). The baseline separation was obtained on an ACQUITY UPC2 Trefoil CEL2 column in 4 minutes with CO2 and methanol as mobile phase. Column temperature, auto back pressure regulator pressure (ABPR), and modifier solvent were optimized to obtain the best separation efficiency. Under the optimal conditions, the recoveries of both enantiomers were 82.8% to 99.5% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 5.5% at three different concentration levels in two matrices. Good coefficients of determination (R2 ≥ 0.9976) were achieved over the concentration range of 10 to 500 ng/mL. The limits of detection (LODs) for all enantiomers in the two matrices varied from 1.6 to 2.1 μg/kg, and the limits of quantification (LOQs) did not exceed 7.0 μg/kg. The proposed method was then successfully applied to analyze authentic samples, confirming that it was a green, convenient, and reliable strategy for the analysis of fluazifop‐butyl enantiomers in tobacco and soil.  相似文献

This study presents a novel, sensitive and selective molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction (MISPE)–spectrofluorimetric method for the removal and determination of atenolol from human urine. Molecularly imprinted and non‐imprinted polymers were synthesized thermally using a radical chain polymerization technique and used as solid‐phase extraction sorbents. Acrylic acid ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, dibenzoyl peroxide and dichloroethane were used as a functional monomer, cross‐linker, initiator and porogen, respectively. The calibration curve was in the range of 0.10–2.0 μg/ml for the developed method. Limit of detection and limit of quantification values were 0.032 and 0.099 μg/ml, respectively. Owing to the selectivity of the MISPE technique and the sensitivity of spectrofluorimetry, trace levels of atenolol have been successfully determined from both organic and aqueous media. Relatively high imprinting factor (4.18) and recovery results (74.5–75.3%) were obtained. In addition, intra‐ and interday precision values were 0.38–1.03% and 0.47–2.05%, respectively, proving the precision of the proposed method. Thus, a selective, sensitive and simple MISPE–spectrofluorimetric method has been developed and applied to the direct determination of atenolol from human urine.  相似文献

A rapid, simple, and sensitive second‐derivative synchronous fluorimetric method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous analysis of a binary mixture of desloratadine (DSL) and montelukast sodium (MKT) in their co‐formulated tablets. The method is based on measurement of the synchronous fluorescence intensities of the two drugs in McIlvaine's buffer, pH 2.3, in the presence of carboxy methyl cellulose sodium (CMC) as a fluorescence enhancer at a constant wavelength difference (Δλ) of 160 nm. The presence of CMC enhanced the synchronous fluorescence intensity of DSL by 216% and that of MKT by 28%. A linear dependence of the concentration on the amplitude of the second derivative synchronous fluorescence spectra was achieved over the ranges of 0.10–2.00 and 0.20–2.00 µg/mL with limits of detection of 0.02 and 0.03, and limits of quantification of 0.05 and 0.10 µg/mL for DSL and MKT, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of the studied compounds in laboratory‐prepared mixtures and tablets. The results were in good agreement with those obtained with the comparison method. The high sensitivity attained by the proposed method allowed the determination of MKT in spiked human plasma with average % recovery of 100.11 ± 2.44 (n = 3). In this study, a high fluorescence sensitivity and selectivity, molecularly imprinted nanofluorescent polymer sensor (MIP@SiO2@QDs) was prepared using a reverse microemulsion method. 2,4,6‐Trichlorophenol (2,4,6‐TCP) was detected using fluorescence quenching. Tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), quantum dots (QDs) and 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) were used as cross‐linker, signal sources and functional monomer respectively. The sensor (MIP@SiO2@QDs) and the non‐imprinted polymer sensor (NIP@SiO2@QDs) were characterized using infra‐red (IR) analysis, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The selectivity of MIP@SiO2@QDs was examined by comparing 2,4,6‐TCP with other similar functional substances including 2,4‐dichlorophenol (2,4‐DCP), 2,6‐dichlorophenol (2,6‐DCP) and 4‐chlorophenol (4‐CP). Results showed that MIP@SiO2@QDs had better selectivity for 2,4,6‐TCP than the other compounds. Fluorescence quenching efficiency displayed a good linear response at the 2,4,6‐TCP concentration range 5–1000 μmol/L. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.9 μmol/L (3σ, n = 9). This method was equally applicable for testing actual samples with a recovery rate of 98.0–105.8%. The sensor had advantages of simple pretreatment, good sensitivity and selectivity, and wide linear range and could be applied for the rapid detection of 2,4,6‐TCP in actual samples.  相似文献
