本文应用印楝种仁提取物(F3)与敌敌畏混配为例,以斜纹夜蛾(Spodopteralitura)为目标害虫,介绍一种适用于获取最优化配方的算法,在二次通用回归旋转组合设计的基础上,经参数辨识,获取二次回归方程,经失拟性、回归显著性检验,本方程基本能够反映杀虫剂用量与斜纹夜蛾幼虫死亡机率值之间的关系.在害虫防治实践中,要求在防治费用最小的基础上,目标害虫有最大的死亡率.因此,以防治目标害虫的费用作为优化算法的目标函数,以害虫死亡机率值最大作为约束条件,有如下的一组优化算式为目标函数约束条件式中a1,a2分别为参试杀虫剂1,2最低用量,b1,b2则为相应的最高用量.C1,C2分别为杀虫剂1,2的单价,N1,N2为杀虫剂l,2的用量.Y为目标害虫死亡机率值回归方程.本文所依据的试验设计中,以对数函数关系变换编码值与使用浓度之间的关系,所以应用拉格朗日求极值原理求取最优化配方.由计算所得的混配比例与其他方法所获结果一致.  相似文献

考虑单种群非自治的Logistic方程的开采问题.在R^ 中都存在均值的意义下,作为周期和概周期函数的推广,首先给出稳定有界函数的概念.然后定义一个新的最终最优收获策略用于处理我们的问题.选择单位时间的最大持久收益的极限均值作为管理目标。同时得到了最佳的种群水平.作为应用,我们以概周期系数的Logistic方程为例,表明我们的结果不仅推广了经典的Clark关于自治的Logistic方程的收获问题,而且推广了范猛和王克的关于周期的Logistic方程的收获问题的结果.  相似文献

在DNA序列相似性的研究中,通常采用的动态规划算法对空位罚分函数缺乏理论依据而带有主观性,从而取得不同的结果,本文提出了一种基于DTW(Dynamic Time Warping,动态时间弯曲)距离的DNA序列相似性度量方法可以解决这一问题.通过DNA序列的图形表示把DNA序列转化为时间序列,然后计算DTW距离来度量序列相似度以表征DNA序列属性,得到能够比较DNA序列相似性度量方法,并用这个方法比较分析了七种东亚钳蝎神经毒素(Buthusmartensi Karsch neurotoxin)基因序列的相似性,验证了该度量方法的有效性和准确性.  相似文献

建立信号转导通路的数学模型是系统生物学的一个重要目标.但是信号转导通路本身的复杂结构及其所表现出的强非线性特征,使得对该类模型的参数辨识十分困难.参数辨识所需要的测量数据的选择对于辨识结果有重要影响.本文研究了一类信号转导通路模型参数辨识中最小应测量状态的计算问题.给出了用于确定该最小应测量状态的目标函数,通过对目标函数进行简单的运算,确定了用来估计未知参数的最小应测量状态的数量,同时给出了一种计算系统状态对应于未知参数的敏感性系统曲线的新方法.以TNFα诱导的NF-κB信号转导通路为例进行了仿真研究,并给出了仿真结果.  相似文献

通过建立数学模型描述制作糖尿病大鼠模型的成本.针对成模率不确定导致的成本无法计算,本文通过分析成本支出项简化目标函数,使用血糖增加量代替以成模率表述的约束条件.简化后的成本模型可以直接计算,并能以此为基础在制作糖尿病大鼠模型时选择大鼠的体重和确定药物的注射剂量。  相似文献

利用模拟退火(Simulated Annealing) 算法,由脑磁图( MEG) 数据反演脑内作为磁源的单电流偶极子参数,可以得到理想的结果。在上述工作的基础上,对脑内多电流偶极子参数的反演,则呈现如下状况:即以少于实际源数目的偶极子为源假设反演,目标函数得不到极小优化。反之,目标函数可以得到极小优化, 但出现多余的伪偶极子, 且这些伪偶极子在多次不同条件的反演结果中,处于不稳定状态。若将多次反演结果中处于不稳定状态的偶极子作为伪偶极子的判据而将其排除,则可以得到一种判断磁源偶极子数目的方法  相似文献

目的:应用应变率成像技术(SRI)动态观察和评价吗啡预处理对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤时左室长轴功能的影响。方法:建立新西兰大白兔心肌缺血再灌注模型,随机分为假手术组(SH组)、吗啡预处理组(MF组)和生理盐水预处理组(NS组)。于手术前1天及手术术后28天内不同时间点测量超声心动图常规数据及左室各壁收缩期峰值速度与应变率参数。结果:术后1天,MF组与NS组左室整体与局部心肌收缩功能较术前和SH组明显减低(P0.05),并随缺血再灌注时间的延长呈减低趋势(P0.05),且NS组减低更明显(P0.05)。结论:SRI技术能够客观、准确地评价缺血再灌注损伤心肌的局部收缩功能的变化,而吗啡预处理对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤存在明显的弱化作用。  相似文献

In this paper I address the question of whether the probabilities that appear in models of stochastic gene expression are objective or subjective. I argue that while our best models of the phenomena in question are stochastic models, this fact should not lead us to automatically assume that the processes are inherently stochastic. After distinguishing between models and reality, I give a brief introduction to the philosophical problem of the interpretation of probability statements. I argue that the objective vs. subjective distinction is a false dichotomy and is an unhelpful distinction in this case. Instead, the probabilities in our models of gene expression exhibit standard features of both objectivity and subjectivity.  相似文献

Academic programs use objective and standardized assessment criteria. Music education programs have avoided such objective assessments via the assertion of subjectivity and aesthetics in music learning. In this article, the author introduces the revised Bloom's taxonomy as a tool to translate music education outcomes into objective educational criteria. The author analyzes cognitive processes and knowledge domains that address more complex forms of musicianship using achievement standards from the nine national standards in music education as examples. The author also introduces four new knowledge domains to describe procedural and metacognitive knowledge that are integral to music learning. In addition, the new taxonomy elevates creativity as the most complex of the cognitive processes, which has positive implications for the field of music education.  相似文献

Person‐time incidence rates are frequently used in medical research. However, standard estimation theory for this measure of event occurrence is based on the assumption of independent and identically distributed (iid) exponential event times, which implies that the hazard function remains constant over time. Under this assumption and assuming independent censoring, observed person‐time incidence rate is the maximum‐likelihood estimator of the constant hazard, and asymptotic variance of the log rate can be estimated consistently by the inverse of the number of events. However, in many practical applications, the assumption of constant hazard is not very plausible. In the present paper, an average rate parameter is defined as the ratio of expected event count to the expected total time at risk. This rate parameter is equal to the hazard function under constant hazard. For inference about the average rate parameter, an asymptotically robust variance estimator of the log rate is proposed. Given some very general conditions, the robust variance estimator is consistent under arbitrary iid event times, and is also consistent or asymptotically conservative when event times are independent but nonidentically distributed. In contrast, the standard maximum‐likelihood estimator may become anticonservative under nonconstant hazard, producing confidence intervals with less‐than‐nominal asymptotic coverage. These results are derived analytically and illustrated with simulations. The two estimators are also compared in five datasets from oncology studies.  相似文献

Examination of sperm morphology is one factor of evaluation of sperm function, but it can also be considered as a biomarker of testicular function. All publications showed a high variability in observed results, in relation with different methods of staining slides and classifying sperm morphology, and a large subjectivity in the visual assessment. Automated sperm morphology analysis (ASMA) have the potential to provide more objective, accurate, and precise morphometric measurements of spermatozoa. Standardisation of the methods of slides preparation is first essential. Analysis of the sperm head morphometry appears the more accessible for the ASMA and could give selective parameters in the evaluation of fertility, in complement with motion sperm analysis. In the other hand automated analysis of all sperm abnormalities appears illusory with actual instruments, because the midpiece or the flagellum is a little structure weakly stained, and thus difficult to be identified by the computer. Until more rigorous and consistent definitions of sperm features can be developped, in relation with testicular function, the pronostic value of existing sperm abnormalities classifications is limited.  相似文献

Invasions biologists have frequently debated whether the definition of invasive should include ecological and economic impacts. More recent criticisms posit that objective definitions are impossible in any absolute sense, while subjectivity is desirable for its flexibility and motivational qualities. We argue that such criticisms underestimate the extent of subjectivity already present in invasion biology. Ecological questions may be methodological if they relate directly to other ecological theories and models, or motivational if they focus on issues important to society as a whole. Motivational questions are important for engaging scientists, improving public understanding of science, and often have applied benefits. In contrast, methodological questions are constrained by established scientific theories, and are therefore more efficient for the development of scientific knowledge. Contrary to recent critiques, we suggest that greater objectivity is both achievable and desirable for the discipline of invasion biology and ecology generally.  相似文献
