生物多样性和均匀度显著性的随机化检验及计算软件   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
多样性指数和均匀度以其简单易用而被广泛应用于群落生物学和生物多样性等研究中,然而由于缺乏合适的统计检验方法等原因,其分析的可信性往往较低,因而限制了其应用。鉴于生物多样性研究中广泛应用主观和直接的比较不,有必要建立和使用较为严格的多样性统计检验。本研究建立和应用了如下随机化检验方法:单群落多样性指数和均匀度的显著性检验,单群落多样性指数和均匀度的置认区间,群落间多群样和均匀度的差异显著性检验。随机化方法已被成功地应用于群落生态学研究,其原理是:随机排序某一向量中的元素,或随机交换两向量中的对应元素。计算该随机化数据的多样性和均匀度,重复该过程多次,统计和计算显著性检验的p值,由向量中的对应元素。计算该随机化数据的多样性和均匀度,重复该过程多次,统计和显著性检验的p值。由此可确定多样性和差异的统计显著性。同时,研制了相应的Internet计算软件BiodiverisytTest。该软件由7个Java类和1个HTML文件组成,可运行于多种操作系统和网络浏览器上,可读取多种类型的ODBC数据库文件如Access,Excel,FoxPro,Dbase等。该软件中包括Shannon-Wiener多样性指数,Simpson多样性指数,McIntosh多样性指数,Berger-Parker多样性指数,Hrlbert多样性指数以及Brillouin多样性指数。基于Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Berger-Parker多样性指数,用BiodiversityTest软件对水稻田节肢动物群落多样性(15个地点,17个功能群,125个节肢动物种)进行了比较和分析。结果显示,两组结果可较好地反映水稻节肢动物群落多样性的差异显著性,这些检验方法可有效地反映多样性指数和均匀度的变化。与水稻田节肢动物群落间多样性的直接比较法相比,该随机化检验方法获得更客观的结果。本算法与软件有助于改进生物多样性研究中使用的某些不甚严格的分析方法,为随机化检验方法在生物多样性研究中的进一步应用提供了一种可用的工具。  相似文献

β多样性可用于分析不同生镜间的梯度变化。应用Cody指数对长白山北坡不同海拔群落的β多样性的测度表明,Cody指数可以较好地反映群落间的关系,β多样性较大的几个峰值恰好是不同植被类型间的分界。不同取样面积下对群落β多样性的测度瑶明,群落间的β多样性随取样面积的扩大而下降,但并不是简单的线性下降,64m^2是取样面积的一个临界尺度,大于或小于这一取样面积,其结合会有较大差异。群落间的β多样性随群落间海拔差的增加而增大。海拔差为800m和1200m是两个明显的尺度界限,海拔差大于或小于这两个界限,群落间会有质的不同。  相似文献

采用样方调查和室内检测相结合法对内蒙古浑善达克沙地迎风坡、坡顶、背风坡和丘间地不同土层(0~10、10~20和20~40 cm)的土壤物理性质(包括含水量、田间持水量、容重、总孔隙度和毛管孔隙度)及草本群落的生产力(包括盖度和地上部生物量)和物种多样性(包括Margalef丰富度指数、Simpson多样性指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数)进行比较分析;在此基础上,采用Pearson相关性分析法对不同微地形的土壤物理性质与草本群落各指标间以及草本群落生产力与物种多样性各指标间的相关性进行分析.结果表明:4种微地形的土壤物理性质总体上差异显著,但不同土层的土壤物理性质总体上无明显差异;从丘间地、背风坡、坡顶到迎风坡,土壤的含水量、田间持水量、总孔隙度和毛管孔隙度依次递减,而土壤容重则依次递增,说明迎风坡的土壤结构较差且水分散失较多,而丘间地的土壤结构和水分状况均相对较好.不同微地形间草本群落生产力和物种多样性总体上也存在明显差异,从背风坡、丘间地、坡顶到迎风坡,草本群落的生产力和物种多样性依次递减,仅Margalef丰富度指数表现为在丘间地最高、在迎风坡最低,说明迎风坡的草本群落物种多样性较低,群落稳定性差,而背风坡和丘间地的草本群落物种多样性和生产力水平均较高,群落稳定性较好.相关性分析结果表明:该区域的草本群落生产力和物种多样性与土壤容重呈负相关,与土壤的其他物理性状呈正相关,但仅部分指标间有显著或极显著相关性;草本群落生产力与物种多样性各指标间呈正相关,但多数指标间的相关性并不显著.研究结果显示:微地形能够显著影响浑善达克沙地的土壤物理性质和草本群落的分布特征,气候和人为干扰使该沙地的土壤物理性质受到严重破坏,导致草本群落生产力降低并处于不稳定状态.  相似文献

【背景】多样性比较是评价转基因作物对生物群落影响的标准参数之一。以往用于描述多样性的指数很多,但这些指数各有优缺点,生物学解释不全面。运用现代生物多样性表示方法,能够描述更复杂情况下的多样性关系。本文主要介绍了Rényi多样性指数曲线在生物安全研究中的应用。【方法】Rényi多样性指数曲线与以往常用的一维多样性指数不同,当其等级参数为某些特定值时代表了几个著名的多样性指数,该方法可较为确切地评价复杂的生物群落的多样性。本文在介绍其计算公式后,通过比较河北省2种转Bt基因棉田(孟山都33B和中棉30,均未施农药)以及常规管理(施用农药)和综合治理(IPM,施用农药和释放赤眼蜂相结合)条件下非转基因棉田的蜘蛛群落,证明了该方法的适用性。【结果】Rényi多样性指数曲线分析表明了所有可能的互作类型:1个明确的多样性排序以及2类棉田蜘蛛群落间不同的潜在关系。Rényi指数分析表明,在供试棉田中,中棉30棉田的蜘蛛多样性指数最高,其他3种棉田蜘蛛的多样性高低则难以一概而论。蜘蛛稀有种的多样性以孟山都33B棉田最高,IPM和常规棉田次之;蜘蛛常见种的多样性以IPM棉田最高,常规棉田和孟山都33B棉田次之。【结论与意义】Rényi多样性指数可用于生物群落多样性的综合评价,并可用于评价不同管理措施对生物多样性的影响。该方法弥补了仅用单一数量参数评价多样性的传统方法的缺陷,将不同参数整合成一个具有内在关联的概念框架。  相似文献

用比较样地法调查了内蒙古高原 4类地带性针茅 (Stipa)草原群落的 β多样性特征 .结果表明 ,Whit tacker指数 βws与尺度有关 ,随取样面积的增加 ,βws逐渐降低 .取样面积相同时 ,4类群落的 βws比较接近 .各群落的Cody指数最初也随样方面积的扩大而增大 ,当样方面积扩大到一定尺度时 ,贝加尔针茅群落和大针茅群落为 >0 .5m2 ,克氏针茅群落和小针茅群落为 >2m2 ,Cody指数趋于稳定 .同一尺度下 ,贝加尔针茅群落的Cody指数最高 ,小针茅群落的Cody指数最低 .多数情况下 ,群落内样本间的间隔距离 ,对Cody指数有较大的影响 ;从贝加尔针茅群落到小针茅群落 ,植物生活型和生态类群功能群组成中 ,多年生丛生禾草与根茎禾草、多年生杂类草和中旱生植物的多样性显著降低 ,旱生植物多样性先增加 ,尔后到小针茅群落显著降低 .群落的植物种类组成表现出明显生态替代现象 ,不同群落间的Cody指数逐渐降低 ;贝加尔针茅群落与大针茅群落的Morisita Horn指数最高 ,达 0 .72 .克氏针茅群落与小针茅群落的相似系数最低 ,为 0 .42 .  相似文献

三峡库区森林资源丰富 ,根据对库区典型样地的调查 ,认为目前三峡库区共有 41个森林群落类型 ,其丰富度、多样性、均匀度指数在群落梯度上呈规律性波动 .其中针叶林中 ,物种丰富度指数在群落梯度上的总体趋势表现为灌木层 >草木层 >乔木层 ;在常绿阔叶林中 ,该趋势为灌木层 >乔木层 >草本层 ;在落叶阔叶林中 ,典型的栎类林 ,其丰富度指数的趋势为灌木层 >草本层和乔木层 ,而在草本层与乔木层间是波动的 ;多样性指数的趋势为乔木层 <灌木层和草本层 ,而在灌木层与草本层间是波动的 ;在其他群落类型中 ,各指数也是波动的 ;另外 ,各指数在海拔梯度上未表现出明显的规律性 ;一方面与库区自然环境差异较大 ,群落的发育状况不同有关 ,另外 ,长期以来库区内强烈的人为干扰活动也是不可忽视的一个因素 .  相似文献

以鼎湖山为代表,研究南亚热带常绿阔叶林土壤动物群落的多样性。首先比较了几种多样性测度的效果,由于Gower系数和作者1990年提出的DG指数都是基于各物种在群落中都有同等独立性,宜在不同群落间进行种类比较的假设,因而对于复杂的土壤动物群落多样性测度可以获得比较贴切的结果,但DG指数可以为多个群落同时比较,计算也简单,其次比较了中亚热带的资料,表明南亚热带土壤动物具有的多样性和更多的热带成分,两地区  相似文献

基于43个代表性样地调查资料,用系统聚类方法中的离差平方和法将元江干热河谷的主要植被分为7个群落类型, 并采用Gleason物种丰富度指数、Simpson多样性指数和 Shannon Weiner多样性指数以及Pielou均匀度指数比较了各群落的物种多样性特征。结果表明:不同群落之间的物种多样性存在着明显的差异,这些差异与群落的分布地点、小生境有密切关系。  相似文献

生境类型对群落多样性的影响是生态学关心的重要问题。本研究对江苏阜宁县域内农田、林地、湿地和城镇等4种生境鸟类进行为期一年的调查,从物种多样性、谱系多样性、功能多样性3个层次探究不同生境对鸟类群落的影响。共记录鸟类115种,隶属15目40科。物种多样性在林地生境最高,然后依次为农田、湿地和城镇生境。谱系多样性和功能多样性与物种多样性变化模式不同,农田生境的谱系和功能多样性较其他3种生境高。比较分析生境间3种多样性指标的季节变化,发现多样性指标在季节间无显著性差异,阜宁县域内鸟类群落多样性受生境影响较大。标准化效应值分析表明,各生境群落谱系和功能多样性均呈现出聚集趋势,生境过滤主导鸟类群落的构建。本研究揭示了阜宁县域范围内鸟类资源现状,环境异质性维持较高的鸟类多样性,生境类型的多样化为保持高的鸟类群落多样性提供有力支持。  相似文献

Diversity indices have been widely used in ecological research, but they remain problematic in that different indices may rank communities inconsistently. This problem can be solved by using diversity ordering methods, the output of which is a diversity profile in graphical form for each community being compared. In this paper, we demonstrate that existing diversity ordering methods can be classified into four groups and that within-group methods are essentially equivalent, while among-group methods are not. We find that the intrinsic diversity-related methods—i.e., the group containing the right tail-sum method, the logarithmic dominance plot, the majorization method, and the k-dominance plot—provide the most stringent test of diversity ordering, and we recommend the right tail-sum method as the method of preference for practical purposes.  相似文献

A common goal in statistical ecology is to compare several communities and or time points with respect to taxonomic diversity (usually species diversity). For this purpose, the current literature recommends the application of traditional ANOVA techniques to “replicates” of diversity indices. This approach is not even asymptotically correct because diversity index estimates have unequal variances, even when sample sizes are equal and even when the hypothesis of equality of diversity indices is true. It is shown that transformations of the data can not be used to remedy this situation. We construct an asymptotically correct method and illustrate its implementation using dinosaur extinction data.  相似文献

Many ecological studies have used diversity indices to assess the impact of environmental disturbance. In particular, ground beetles have been advocated as a good group for assessing disturbance. Most studies on various organisms have used only one or two indices. For our study of the impact of tillage disturbance on carabid beetles in farm fields in southern Ontario, Canada, we used seven different diversity indices (richness, Shannon–Wiener, Berger–Parker, Q-statistic, Margalef, and evenness). Few studies have used deviation from diversity abundance models as a measure of disturbance; however, we use three that are applicable to our data (geometric, log-normal and log-series). The indices and models were used to test the null hypothesis that there is no change in diversity with increasing tillage disturbance, and that there is no difference in diversity with different crops or years. We were not able to reject the null hypothesis that there is any diversity difference among farms. We also found that there was no single diversity index or model that was better than any other at detecting disturbance. These results are supplemented by a meta-analysis of 45 published data sets for the same taxon but in different habitats. The meta-analysis supports the conclusions from our field research that diversity indices and models are not useful for detecting the possible effect of disturbance on assemblages of carabid beetles.  相似文献

Abstract. The measurement of diversity, one of the most important concepts in present-day ecology, can be improved by methods of diversity ordering which have recently been developed. This ordering is achieved by a D(α) diversity index family. Indices of this family show varying sensitivities to the rare and abundant species as the scale parameter, α, changes. The aim of this paper is to review and assess 12 methods of diversity ordering and discuss their relationships in detail. Two of the methods are new to the ecological literature. The diversity ordering methods are compared as to their effectiveness in graphically displaying the differences of community structure and demonstrating the (non-)comparability of communities. Small, medium and large data sets were used to evaluate the methods. A small artificial data set (five to seven species) and a large semi-artificial data set (31 — 141 species) are used in this paper. The results suggest that Rényi's diversity index family and Logarithmic dominance ordering are the most useful methods for diversity ordering of communities of all sizes. Changes in land use have manifold effects on stream ecosystems. Consequently, the degradation of watersheds can cause extreme responses if the resilience of the stream is exceeded, triggering changes in fish communities and a reorganization of the ecosystem. Fish community surveys are frequently used to evaluate the impact of anthropogenic pressures on freshwater streams. Dynamic indices such as individual growth are also interesting because they integrate the effects of environmental conditions through time, providing an assessment in the long term. In this study we have investigated the ecological implications of watershed land use cover on fish diversity and growth of the generalist species Umbra limi (central mudminnow) in six streams in Southern Ontario (Canada). In detail, the growth of U. limi has been explored using a Dynamic Energy Budget (DEB) model, which pursues a mechanistic explanation of the bioenergetics of an individual under different environmental conditions. Given the mechanistic approach, the outcomes of the DEB model can provide a solid foundation for extrapolating the conclusions of this study to a broader spatial scale. The results of this study reveal that the proportion of modified land use of the watershed (agricultural and urban land) can reach a tipping point beyond which the functioning of the stream abruptly changes. Consequently, land use cover may be used as a precautionary indicator for watershed management. The results also demonstrate that U. limi could be used as a sentinel species to identify potential impacts on fish diversity and size-at-age as a cost-effective indicator for stream monitoring programs.  相似文献

The evolutionary dissimilarity between communities (phylogenetic beta diversity PBD) has been increasingly explored by ecologists and biogeographers to assess the relative roles of ecological and evolutionary processes in structuring natural communities. Among PBD measures, the PhyloSor and UniFrac indices have been widely used to assess the level of turnover of lineages over geographical and environmental gradients. However, these indices can be considered as 'broad-sense' measures of phylogenetic turnover as they incorporate different aspects of differences in evolutionary history between communities that may be attributable to phylogenetic diversity gradients. In the present study, we extend an additive partitioning framework proposed for compositional beta diversity to PBD. Specifically, we decomposed the PhyloSor and UniFrac indices into two separate components accounting for 'true' phylogenetic turnover and phylogenetic diversity gradients, respectively. We illustrated the relevance of this framework using simple theoretical and archetypal examples, as well as an empirical study based on coral reef fish communities. Overall, our results suggest that using PhyloSor and UniFrac may greatly over-estimate the level of spatial turnover of lineages if the two compared communities show contrasting levels of phylogenetic diversity. We therefore recommend that future studies use the 'true' phylogenetic turnover component of these indices when the studied communities encompass a large phylogenetic diversity gradient.  相似文献

通过选取群落中木本植物种子的扩散方式、传粉方式、植株高度和盖度等13个功能性状,计算出群落的6个功能多样性指数:功能性状距离、功能性状平均距离、功能体积、功能均匀度、功能分散指数和Rao二次熵指数,结合群落物种丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和物种均匀度指数对山西五鹿山森林群落木本植物功能多样性进行研究。结果表明:(1)功能性状距离、功能性状平均距离、功能体积与物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener指数显著正相关;功能均匀度与Shannon-Wiener指数、物种均匀度指数显著正相关;功能分散指数、Rao二次熵指数与物种均匀度指数、Shannon-Wiener指数显著正相关;(2)功能多样性的差异很大程度上是由于物种差异所引起的;(3)6个功能多样性指数可分为三类:功能性状距离、功能性状平均距离、功能体积为功能丰富度指数;功能均匀度为功能均匀度指数;功能分散指数和Rao二次熵指数为功能离散度指数。该分类结果符合指数的计算方法和生态学意义,以及相互独立的标准。  相似文献

We have compared edible plant richness, diversity and differential patterns of use in two Mapuche communities of Argentina. The populations of Rams and Cayulef are located in a herbaceous steppe, far from the temperate forests of northwestern Patagonia where their ancestors lived in the past. Ecological concepts and methods, such as diversity indices, niche breadth and optimal foraging theory have been used in this comparative study. Our results indicate that the diversity of wild plants used in Rams and Cayulef is associated with the variety of gathering environments they visit. When comparing diversity indices among the three environments within each community, in Cayulef we found the highest diversity indices for steppe species and the lowest for forest plants. In contrast, in Rams the niche breadth is similar in all environments, indicating an ample exploration and use of edible wild plants. Cost and benefit trade-offs seem to be considered in both communities when edible plants are collected. Nevertheless, we found that the people from Rams not only utilize a greater richness of wild plants than the Cayulef people, but also use more nutritious resources, spend more time traveling to the gathering sites and a longer handling time in preparing these edible plants. This study has quantitatively shown that the restricted access to Pehuen forest (Araucaria araucana) is the main factor which seems to limit wild plant diversity used in these Mapuche communities.  相似文献

Human activities are affecting biodiversity to a greater extent than ever. Consequently, tools that can efficiently monitor changes in communities are becoming increasingly important. In the case of birds and other vocalizing animals, it has been suggested that passive acoustic methods can be used for this purpose. Multiple acoustic indices have been developed recently, to be used as proxies for species diversity. Preliminary results have been promising. Yet, before the indices can be applied widely, it is necessary to understand better how well they reflect the communities to be monitored, and how they perform under diverse environmental conditions. Here, we tested seven of the available indices, on sound recordings made in two biodiverse regions in Yunnan Province, south China. We assessed each index’s performance by measuring its correlation to bird species richness and diversity, estimated using point-count surveys. Each survey was conducted by an expert observer, at the same time each recording was made, and for the same duration. We also tested whether the performance of the indices was affected by levels of environmental dissimilarity between the sites sampled. We found that although no index showed a very strong correlation with species richness or diversity, three indices (the acoustic entropy, acoustic diversity and acoustic evenness indices) performed consistently better that the other four, showing moderate correlations. The levels of environmental dissimilarity among the sites did not seem to affect the performance of any of the indices tested, suggesting consistency − an important property for the indices to have. We conclude that although the acoustic indices have the potential to be used for passive acoustic monitoring, perhaps they need to be refined further before they can be applied widely. Meanwhile, they should be tested in more environments to reveal fully their potential and limitations.  相似文献
