笔者在整理浙江沿海荔枝螺属Thais Roeding,1798标本时,经形态分类方法和分子生物学方法鉴定发现1新种,即大渔荔枝螺Thais(Stramonita)dayunensis sp.nov.,隶属于腹足纲、前鳃亚纲、新腹足目、骨螺科、红螺亚科、荔枝螺属、Stramonita亚属.文中对新种的形态特征和栖息环境进行了记述,并与近似种进行了比较讨论.  相似文献

通过系统研究中国科学院海洋生物标本馆收藏的笔螺科标本,发现并记录了软体动物新腹足目笔螺科笔螺属Mitra的笔螺亚属Mitra、暗云笔螺亚属Nebularia和条纹笔螺亚属Strigatella共32种笔螺,其中7种为中国新纪录种,即可变笔螺Mitra(Mitra)variabilis、瓜参笔螺Mitra(Ne-bularia ) cucumerina、忧笔螺 Mitra ( Nebularia ) luctuosa 、红斑笔螺 Mitra ( Nebularia ) rubritincta、相似笔螺 Mitra(Strigatella) assimilis 、峰笔螺 Mitra ( Strigatella ) fastigium 、香蒲笔螺 Mitra ( Strigatella ) typha .  相似文献

在整理陕西师范大学生命科学学院许升全先生赠送的陆生贝类标本时,经鉴定发现1新种,即太白山光螺Xesta taibaishanensis sp.nov..隶属腹足纲、肺螺亚纲、柄眼目、拟阿勇蛞蝓科、光螺属.对新种形态特征、栖息环境进行了记述,并与近似种进行了比较和讨论.  相似文献

类鸠螺科Columbariidae属软体动物门、腹足纲、前鳃亚纲、新腹足目。是软体动物门中一个较小的类群。分布于热带和亚热带,主要栖息于深海区域,较少见。我所在历年的海洋调查和全国海洋综合调查时,仅在南海和东海南部采到3个标本。1999年4月中国科学院南沙综合科学考察队,分别在南沙群岛海区6号站水深500m和14A站水深480m处共采到7个标本,其中有3个是生活标本。除台湾的赖景阳(1994)曾报道过本科的一个种外,目前在我国对本科尚未做过系统研究。作者通过对我们采集的标本进行整理研究,共鉴定出类鸠螺科2属6个种,其中有3个新种和1个新纪录。  相似文献

中国沿海蛾螺科5属10种28S rRNA基因的系统学分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目前已报道在我国分布的蛾螺科种类有13个属,约31个种,系统学和分类地位仍存在较大的争议.本研究利用核糖体大亚基28S rRNA的部分序列对我国辽宁、山东、福建沿海蛾螺科5属10个种的系统发生进行了分析.通过PCR获得了大约1400 bp的片段,测序之后,通过遗传分析软件对序列进行了比对分析,以骨螺科的脉红螺作为外群,利用Neighbor-Joining (NJ)法和Minimum Evolution (ME)法建立了系统树.结果显示,所研究的蛾螺科5属10个种可以被分为5个亚群:第一大分支为香螺亚群,包括Neptunea属的香螺、新英格兰蛾螺、Neptunea eulimata Dall、和一个未知种以及Siphonalia属的略胀管蛾螺;第二个分支为侧平肩螺亚群;第三个分支为荻曷莺突坪6曷菅侨海坏谒母龇种止芏曷菅群;第五个分支为方斑东风螺亚群.由系统学分析可知,香螺是较为进化的种;未知种为香螺属内的种;略胀管蛾螺与Neptunea属的种类亲缘关系较近,序列相似系数为0.9%-1.4%,已经达到了属内水平,建议将略胀管蛾螺归为Neptunea属.  相似文献

笔者于2001年5—9月在湖南莽山自然保护区进行陆生贝类多样性调查,获得陆生贝类标本一批,经鉴定发现1新种,即莽山倍唇螺Diplommatina mangshanensis sp.nov,其隶属于腹足纲、前鳃亚纲、中腹足目、环口螺科、倍唇螺属。对新种形态特征、栖息环境进行了详细记述,并与近似种进行比较。  相似文献

金宝螺(Ampullaria gigas)又名福寿螺,大瓶螺,苹果螺,属软体动物门腹足纲(前鳃亚纲)腹足目瓶螺科瓶螺属,原产于南美洲亚马逊河流域,是一种大型的淡水食用螺类,其肉质鲜嫩、营养丰富,深受人们的喜爱。发展金宝螺养殖,对改善人们的食品结构以及解决鱼虾和河蟹等名特优水产类的动物性蛋白饵料,具有重要价值。然而纵观国内外文献资料1-6,迄今为止均未对金宝螺的营养成分和氨基酸组成分析作全面系统的报道。为此1998-1999年,作者对金宝螺的营养成分和氨基酸组成进行测定,为金宝螺的营养学及人工高产养殖研究提供科学依据,现将结果报道如下。    相似文献

报道了湘江中游江段螺类的调查结果,计有螺类31种(其中5种为湖南省新记录),分别隶属于腹足纲6科11属,其中主要是田螺科的种类.对它们的种类组成、区系、种群大小、分布与栖息环境的关系进行了分析,并讨论了城镇污水未经处理直接排放及修河拦坝对螺类生存环境的影响.  相似文献

The investigation of a further Flourensia species afforded in addition to already known compounds 12 new sesquiterpene acids isolated as their methyl esters, a new eudesmane diol, four lupane derivatives and two flavanones, two cinnamic acid derivatives, also isolated as methyl esters and a ketone. The structures are elucidated mainly by spectroscopic methods and by some chemical transformations. Several of the compounds isolated are more or less similar to those isolated from other Flourensia species; the considerable amounts of eudesmanes, however, are unusual. The overall picture of the genus is still relatively uniform. Close relationships to Helianthella are obvious, while to Helianthus, placed in the same subtribe, no clear relations are visible.  相似文献

The Barsine puniceaMoore, 1878 species-group is revised. Two new species, Barsine bachma Volynkin & ?erný, sp. nov. (Central Vietnam and Hainan, China) and Barsine sirikitae Volynkin & ?erný, sp. nov. (North Thailand), and two new subspecies, Barsine punicea kachina Volynkin & ?erný, ssp. nov. (North Myanmar) and Barsine bachma bolovena Volynkin & ?erný, ssp. nov. (South Laos) are described. Barsine punicea melanandra ?erný, 2009 is upgraded to the species level: Barsine melanandra ?erný, 2009, stat. nov.Miltochrista rothschildiDraudt, 1914 is synonymized with Barsine punicea and downgraded to the subspecies status: Barsine punicea rothschildi (Draudt, 1914), syn. & stat. nov. 2004 至 2005 年期间,从我国海南地区 95 种植物中分离鉴定了 43 种内生拟盘多毛孢,包括 5 个新组合,16 个内生拟盘多毛孢新记录种。5 个原归在盘多毛孢属 Pestalotia 的种重组到拟盘多毛孢属Pestalotiopsis 中,它们是二色拟盘多毛孢 P. bicolor,金鸡纳树拟盘多毛孢 P. cinchonae,密花拟盘多毛孢P. lambertiae,草原拟盘多毛孢 P. pampeana 和露兜树拟盘多毛孢 P. pandani。对 5 个新组合进行了重新描述和图解,其它 16 个内生拟盘多毛孢新记录种列出名录。  相似文献

A new pleurostomatid genus Apoamphileptus is described, which is diagnosed as: Belonging to the Amphileptidae with spica on right side; on each side of the cell, a single perioral kinety, which encircles the cytostome and does not extend to the posterior end of the cell; somatic kineties of both sides near ventral margin shortened and forming a postoral suture; two to several extra fragments with densely arranged dikinetids located in anterior portion of left side. As the type species, the morphology and infraciliature of Apoamphileptus robertsi nov. spec., isolated from a shrimp-farming pond near Qingdao (Tsingtao), China, have been investigated using living observations and the protargol silver impregnation method. The diagnosis for this new species is: Apoamphileptus 90-180 x 30-60 microm in vivo, body elongate pyriform-shaped and slightly flattened; with one cross-striated band along the cytostome; 2-6 (generally 4) large macronuclear nodules, one micronucleus; 33-43 right somatic kineties; left side 6-8 kineties; two extra anterior fragments on left side; about 13 contractile vacuoles dispersed throughout whole body; extrusomes absent or not recognizable; marine habitat. Some morphologically related morphotypes are discussed and tabulated. Regarding the pattern of infraciliature and other morphological features, the well-described fresh-water species, Amphileptus claparedii Stein, 1867 is believed to be a member of this new genus, hence a new combination is suggested: Apoamphileptus claparedii (Stein, 1867) nov. comb.  相似文献

Leptoamphisiella vermisGruber, 1888 n. g., n. comb. (basionym Epiclintes vermisGruber, 1888) is an extraordinarily large and worm-like marine stichotrichous ciliate. Based on a population isolated recently from coastal waters of Qingdao, China, the living morphology and infraciliature are redescribed and its taxonomic position is defined. Accordingly, a new diagnosis for this species is suggested: large, marine Leptoamphisiella with a conspicuous layer of pellicular alveoli; 400-1000 microm x 40-70 microm in vivo; body band-like, highly flexible; about 40 membranelles; always three frontal and two buccal cirri; 52-80 transverse cirri (TC) extending to the posterior end of the buccal field; 57-79 left midventral and 44-62 right midventral cirri; 62-102 cirri in left and 63-91 cirri in right marginal rows (MR); 9-13 dorsal kineties that extend the full body length; about 100 macronuclear nodules and 5-13 micronuclei. The diagnosis for the new genus is as follows: vermiform Pseudoamphisiellidae with strongly contractile body, differentiated frontal, buccal, and highly developed TC; two remarkably separated midventral rows; one MR on each side of the body; frontoterminal and caudal cirri absent. Leptoamphisiella vermis n. comb. is fixed as the type species of the new genus.  相似文献
