双歧杆菌(Bifidobacteriumspp.)及乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillusspp.)被认为是动物机体内重要的有益微生物菌群之一。本文对鸡感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫后盲肠中上述两种微生物的变化情况进行了研究。结果表明:鸡在感染球虫后第4、7、10d时盲肠中双歧杆菌的数量显著减少(H<0.05);在球虫感染后的第4、7、14d时,盲肠中的乳酸杆菌呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05)。  相似文献

用盐酸林可霉素导致小鼠肠道菌群失调,然后用QK- COIC 型全科广谱治疗仪进行照射,并分别于4d和7d 采取照射组与自然恢复组小鼠粪便,对肠杆菌(EMB) 、肠球菌(Ec) 、乳杆菌(Lbs) 、双歧杆菌(BS) 和类杆菌(Bdb)进行菌群分析。结果照射组4d 菌群便有所恢复,7d 时已基本恢复正常,与自然恢复组比有显著差异(p < 0.05) 。  相似文献

光合细菌(PSB)对鲤鱼肠道菌群及肠消化功能的影响   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
观察光合细菌对鲤鱼肠道中五种菌群(气单胞菌、大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、拟杆菌)及肠道中淀粉酶及蛋白酶活性的影响结果。实验结果表明:试验组肠道中光合细菌最高检出数为478±075(logn/克肠道内容物)且不为饲喂浓度的增加而增加。肠中大肠杆菌、拟杆菌的数量明显低于对照组(p>005),乳酸杆菌显著高于对照组(p<005),气单胞菌,双歧杆菌有增多趋势,但与对照组比较差异不显著(p<005),同时,光合细菌还可使肠道中的淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性分别比对照组提高268和294倍,差异显著,这可能是光合细菌添加剂一个重要的促生长作用因素。  相似文献

本文应用双歧杆菌活菌制剂──丽珠肠乐治疗30例老年腹泻患者。腹泻老年组治疗后与治疗前相比,治疗后外周血CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8比值均回升,CD4升高显著(P<0.01),CD3相对升高(P<0.05),CD4/CD8比值回升到正常水平(P<0.01);血清SOD活性亦升高到正常水平(P<0.01),血清LPO含量明显减低(P<0.05);粪便中双歧杆菌、拟杆菌、乳杆菌数量显著升高(P<0.01),B/E比值也随之升高(P<0.01),而葡萄球菌和肠球菌数量明显减少(P<0.01和0.05).结果提示,丽珠肠乐对老年腹泻患者具有明显调整T淋巴细胞亚群免疫功能,提高血清SOD活性,降低血清LPO含量,扶植肠道厌氧菌群生长,改善肠道菌群紊乱的作用。  相似文献

本文对北京地区184例7-69岁健康人的粪便菌群中的肠杆菌、肠球菌、拟杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌、双歧杆菌、乳杆菌等6种细菌进行了培养、计数和鉴定。结果表明:肠杆菌607±180、肠球菌613±145、拟杆菌457±177、产气荚膜梭菌406±152、双歧杆菌832±096、乳杆菌782±086(LogN/克便);男性和女性相比,除产气荚膜梭菌男性明显高于女性(P<005)外,其余5种菌均无显著性差异;7-18岁年龄组肠杆菌极显著地低于平均值(P<001),61—69岁年龄组双歧杆菌明显低于平均值(P<005);双歧杆菌与肠杆菌之比B/E值,7-18岁年龄组是61-69岁年龄组的575倍  相似文献

在应用双歧杆菌活菌制剂治疗慢乙肝期间,重点观察了T细胞亚群(CD3,CD4,CD8)、NK细胞(CD(16))、白细胞介素Ⅱ(IL-2)分泌细胞、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等细胞免疫指标治疗前后的动态变化,同时观察了病人血内毒素水平的动态变化和乙肝病毒标志物(HBVM)的改变。结果表明:(1)与对照组比较,双歧杆菌活菌制剂可使慢乙肝病人CD3+,CD4+数目明显增多,而对CD8+细胞数目无明显影响;(2)双歧杆菌活菌制剂可使CAH组的CD16+细胞显著增多(p<0.05);使CAH组和CPH组的IL-2分泌细胞均有非常显著和显著增加(分别p<0.01和p<0.05);(3)CAH组病人血中内毒素和TNF水平在双歧杆菌活菌制剂治疗后,匀出现非常显著降低(p<0.01);CPH组TNF水平较对照组无显著变化,但内毒素水平较对照组显著降低(p<0.05);(4)满疗程后(60天)CAH组有6例,CPH组有5例HBeAg阴转(分别为26.06%和25.0%),而对照组仅2例阴转(13.33%),两治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。  相似文献

用模拟高原低氧的方法研究急性低氧条件下促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(corticotropin-releasingfactor,CRF)分泌的变化及第二信使参与CRF分泌的作用。低氧(海拔7km)1h后,正中隆起(medianeminence,ME)处CRF含量明显下降(P<0.05),下丘脑(hypothalamus,Hy)CRF(不含ME)含量无明显变化,而Hy内cAMP含量明显增加(P<0.01)。脑室注射Forsklin、TPA后低氧暴露(海拔5km)1h,MECRF含量下降(P<0.05;P<0.05),HyCRF无明显变化。脑室注射Forsklin后HycAMP含量升高(P<0.05)。脑室注射H7和PKA抑制剂,MECRF升高(P<0.05;P<0.01),HyCRF和HycAMP均无显著变化。上述结果表明急性低氧应激中CRF分泌显著增加,第二信使通路PKA和PKC通路均参与CRF分泌  相似文献

报道安徽虫瘟霉(Zoophthora anhuiensis)菌株F97028对桃蚜(Myzus persicae)的强毒杀蚜活性。以7个孢子剂量(0.4 ̄10.4个孢子/mm^2)接种2 ̄3龄若蚜(52 ̄86头/剂量),连续观察7d,所获数据经时间-剂量-死亡率模型模拟分析,接种后第3 ̄7d的LD50分别为34.8、87、1.5、0.7和0.4个孢子/mm^2;在所有剂量范围内LT50为2.9 ̄6  相似文献

本文对20例健康人和10例溃疡病人(经奥咪拉唑20mg/日治疗两周以上)进行研究,受试者均在口服双歧杆菌(2亿/d)前及一周后各测试一次乳果糖呼氢试验。结果:服菌前健康组有4例双峰型曲线,溃疡病组均为不典型双峰曲线,服菌后两组中双峰曲线均变为单峰曲线。健康组呼气氢浓度时间曲线上T=135分至210分各位点浓度服菌后显著增高(P<0.05-0.02)溃疡病组T=75,90,105及195,210分各位点浓度服菌一周后显著降低(P<0.05)。健康组服菌一周后FH2和△MH2较服菌前显著增高。结果提示:口服双歧杆菌活菌能定植于结肠内,对小肠细菌过度生长有清除作用。  相似文献

In young broiler chicks which were inoculated with 10(8) cells of Treponema hyodysenteriae within 24 hr after hatching, numerous treponemes were observed by scanning electron microscopy on the surface of the cecal mucosa 7 and 14 days after the inoculation. However, in the groups inoculated with 10(7) cells, treponemes were not observed on the cecal mucosa 14 days after the inoculation, and the isolation rate from the cecal contents was lower than that from cecal contents of chicks inoculated with 10(8) cells. While the cecal mucosa of noninfected chicks had a smooth surface, that of the chicks infected with treponemes was generally roughened and the epithelium was eroded. Numerous treponemes were also observed within the eroded epithelium.  相似文献

The potential for Fusarium mycotoxins to modulate immunity was studied in chickens raised to 10 weeks of age using an enteric coccidial infection model. Experimental diets included: control, diets containing grains naturally contaminated with Fusarium mycotoxins, and diets containing contaminated grains + 0.2% polymeric glucomannan mycotoxin adsorbent (GMA). Contaminated diets contained up to 3.8 microg/g deoxynivalenol (DON), 0.3 microg/g 15-acetyl DON and 0.2 microg/g zearalenone. An optimized mixture (inducing lesions without mortality) of Eimeria acervulina, E. maxima and E. tenella was used to challenge birds at 8 weeks of age. Immune parameters were studied prior to challenge, at the end of the challenge period (7 days post-inoculation, PI), and at the end of the recovery period (14 days PI). Total serum immunoglobulin (Ig) A and IgG concentrations in challenged birds fed the contaminated diet were higher than controls at the end of the challenge period. Serum concentration of IgA, but not IgG, was significantly decreased at the end of the recovery period in birds fed the contaminated diet. The percentage of CD4+ and CD8+ cell populations in blood mononuclear cells decreased significantly at the end of the challenge period in birds fed the control or the contaminated diet compared to their percentages prior to challenge. The pre-challenge percentage of CD8+ population was restored at the end of the recovery period only in birds fed the control diet. Interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) gene expression in caecal tonsils was up-regulated in challenged birds fed the contaminated diet at the end of the challenge period. No significant effect of diet was observed on oocyst counts despite the changes in the studied immune parameters. It was concluded that Fusarium mycotoxins modulate the avian immune system. This modulation involves alteration of gene expression but apparently does not enhance susceptibility or resistance to a primary coccidial challenge.  相似文献

目的利用抗生素干扰小鼠肠道菌群建立轻重程度的菌群失衡小鼠模型。方法选用不同浓度的头孢曲松钠,行小鼠灌胃,取盲肠内容物连续观察培养优势菌群变化。结果优势菌群失衡组小鼠与对照比较,盲肠体积增大,盲肠指数升高。头孢曲松钠8g/(kg·d)剂量连续灌胃8d,造成重度失衡模型,小鼠肠道只能检出肠杆菌属、链球菌属,且数量被抑制在103CFU/g以下。头孢曲松钠5g/(kg·d)剂量连续灌胃8d,造成轻度失衡模型,小鼠肠道双歧杆菌属、链球菌属和韦荣球菌属数量降至105左右,类杆菌属降至104左右。消化球菌属降至103左右,而其他菌属如乳酸杆菌属、肠球菌属和肠肝菌属等数量显著降低。结论亚致死剂量头孢曲松钠灌胃可以建立肠道菌群重度失衡模型。  相似文献

The diversity of bacterial floras in the ilea and ceca of chickens that were fed a vegetarian corn-soy broiler diet devoid of feed additives was examined by analysis of 1,230 partial 16S rRNA gene sequences. Nearly 70% of sequences from the ileum were related to those of Lactobacillus, with the majority of the rest being related to Clostridiaceae (11%), Streptococcus (6.5%), and Enterococcus (6.5%). In contrast, Clostridiaceae-related sequences (65%) were the most abundant group detected in the cecum, with the other most abundant sequences being related to Fusobacterium (14%), Lactobacillus (8%), and Bacteroides (5%). Statistical analysis comparing the compositions of the different 16S rRNA libraries revealed that population succession occurred during some sampling periods. The significant differences among cecal libraries at 3 and 7 days of age, at 14 to 28 days of age, and at 49 days of age indicated that successions occurred from a transient community to one of increasing complexity as the birds aged. Similarly, the ileum had a stable bacterial community structure for birds at 7 to 21 days of age and between 21 to 28 days of age, but there was a very unique community structure at 3 and 49 days of age. It was also revealed that the composition of the ileal and cecal libraries did not significantly differ when the birds were 3 days old, and in fact during the first 14 days of age, the cecal microflora was a subset of the ileal microflora. After this time, the ileum and cecum had significantly different library compositions, suggesting that each region developed its own unique bacterial community as the bird matured.  相似文献

Major injury is widely thought to predispose the injured host to opportunistic infections. This idea is supported by animal studies showing that major injury causes reduced resistance to polymicrobial sepsis induced by cecal ligation and puncture. Although cecal ligation and puncture represents a clinically relevant sepsis model, we wanted to test whether injury might also lead to greater susceptibility to peritoneal infection caused by a single common pathogen, Escherichia coli. Contrary to our expectation, we show herein that the LD(50) for sham-injured mice was 10(3) CFU of E. coli, whereas the LD(50) for burn-injured mice was 50 x 10(3) CFU at 7 days postinjury. This injury-associated enhanced resistance was apparent as early as 1 day after injury, and maximal resistance was observed at days 7 and 14. We found that burn-injured mice had higher numbers of circulating neutrophils and monocytes than did sham mice before infection and that injured mice were able to recruit greater numbers of neutrophils to the site of infection. Moreover, the peritoneal neutrophils in burn-injured mice were more highly activated than neutrophils from sham mice as determined by Mac-1 expression, superoxide generation, and bactericidal activity. Our findings suggest that the enhanced innate immune response that develops following injury, although it is commonly accepted as the mediator of the detrimental systemic inflammatory response syndrome, may also, in some cases, benefit the injured host by boosting innate immune antimicrobial defenses.  相似文献

The anti‐infectious activity of synbiotics against methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection was evaluated using a novel lethal mouse model. Groups of 12 mice treated with multiple antibiotics were infected orally with a clinical isolate of MRSA at an inoculum of 108 CFU on day 7 after starting the antibiotics. A dose of 400 mg/kg 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU) was injected intraperitoneally on day 7 after the infection. A dose of 108 CFU Bifidobacterium breve strain Yakult and 10 mg of galactooligosaccharides (GOS) were given orally to mice daily with the antibiotic treatment until day 28. The intestinal population levels of MRSA in the mice on multiple antibiotics were maintained stably at 108 CFU/g of intestinal contents after oral MRSA infection and the subsequent 5‐FU treatment killed all the mice in the group within 14 days. B. breve administration saved most of the mice, but the synbiotic treatment saved all of the mice from lethal MRSA infection. The synbiotic treatment was effective for the treatment of intestinal infection caused by four MRSA strains with different toxin productions. There was a large difference among the six Bifidobacteria strains that were naturally resistant to the antibacterial drugs used. B. breve in combination with GOS is demonstrated to have valuable preventive and curative effects against even fatal MRSA infections.  相似文献

After co-cultivation of Mobiluncus curtisii, an obligate non-sporeforming anaerobe, with free living amebae from the Acanthamoeba spp. under aerobic conditions, internalization, multiplication and persistence of bacterial cells were established for at least 4-6 weeks. Under the same conditions and media without viable amebae, the cells of M. curtisii did not replicate and died in 4-7 days. The infection of amebae occurred with 10 to 100 bacteria per ml of co-cultivation media. In 7-14 days the amount of bacterial cells increased to 1x10(5)-1x10(6) CFU/mL. Electron microscopic examinations revealed bacteria within vacuoles in the amebae and intracellular replication. These results suggest a previously undescribed mechanism for spread, replication and persistence of obligately anaerobe bacteria in the environment and new possible sources, reservoirs and transfer mechanisms of infections caused by obligate anaerobe bacteria.  相似文献

Probiotics, in particular Lactobacillus (lactic acid bacteria, LAB) strains, are widely used in clinical practice. Despite that these probiotics have GRAS (generally regarded as safe) and qualified presumption of safety (QPS) statuses, the safety of particular strains still needs to be thoroughly studied. The aim of the study was to evaluate the safety of Lact. casei IMV B-7280 strain by investigating toxicity and the effects on gut microbiota in experimental animal model. Male BALB/c mice (7–8 weeks, weight 20–24 g) were treated with amounts of Lact. casei IMV B-7280 strain: 5 × 106, 5 × 108, or 5 × 109 CFU/animal once per day during 7 days, or in the amount of 1 × 1010 CFU/animal once per day during 3 days (most of the proposed probiotic doses for humans—from 108 to 109 CFU) and monitored during 14 days. Blood tests and serum biochemistry were conducted; the cecal content from mice of the experimental and control groups were freshly collected and analyzed. At the end of the experiments (15th day), the presence of LAB in the heart, liver, kidney, and mesenteric lymph nodes and peripheral blood was determined; histology of the brain, liver, heart, fragments of the small and large intestine, and mesenteric lymph nodes was conducted. Survival rate of BALB/c mice treated with Lact. casei IMV B-7280 strain in different concentrations in toxicity experiments during 14 days was 100%. We observed no signs of toxicity as changes in gait, lethargy, sleep, somatomotor activity as well as changes in fur, eyes, skin and mucous membranes, tremors, behavior pattern, convulsions, salivation, diarrhea, and local injuries in mice from all experimental groups. After administration of probiotic strain, the number of opportunistic bacteria in cecal contents, such as Staphylococcus spp., Candida spp., Pseudomonas spp., and total aerobic and optionally anaerobic bacteria decreased compared to controls; the population of beneficial bacteria such as lactobacilli increased in cecal contents of these mice. LAB were not detected in the peripheral blood, heart, liver, kidneys, and mesenteric lymph nodes after administration of this strain to intact mice. Lact. casei IMV B-7280 strain is safe at dose up to 1010 CFU/animal during 3- and 7-day oral administration to mice and has a positive effect on the gut microbiota composition; it could be potentially considered as safe probiotic for humans.

Adhesion and colonization of high (2 x 10(8) CFU) and low doses (2 x 10(2) CFU) of Salmonella enteritidis (phage type 4) was determined in the ceca collected 6 h-4 weeks after inoculation (pi), of 1-d-old White Plymouth Rock orally-inoculated chickens. S. enteritidis was associated with the epithelial surface of the villi in the low-dose group 18 h-7 d pi, the penetration in the cecal lamina propria was observed on day 1 and 10 pi. In the high-dose group, adhesion and colonization was observed in all birds killed 6 h-14 d pi; penetration of the bacteria into the cecal lamina propria was seen 1-21 d pi. Large numbers of macrophage-like cells containing S. enteritidis were observed in the cecal lamina propria on days 3-21 pi. Colonization and migration by S. enteritidis in the intestinal tract of chickens was shown to be dose dependent.  相似文献

Interactions between environmental factors and predisposing genes could be involved in the development of coeliac disease (CD). This study has assessed whether milk-feeding type and HLA-genotype influence the intestinal microbiota composition of infants with a family history of CD. The study included 164 healthy newborns, with at least one first-degree relative with CD, classified according to their HLA-DQ genotype by PCR-SSP DQB1 and DQA1 typing. Faecal microbiota was analysed by quantitative PCR at 7 days, and at 1 and 4 months of age. Significant interactions between milk-feeding type and HLA-DQ genotype on bacterial numbers were not detected by applying a linear mixed-model analysis for repeated measures. In the whole population, breast-feeding promoted colonization of C. leptum group, B. longum and B. breve, while formula-feeding promoted that of Bacteroides fragilis group, C. coccoides-E. rectale group, E. coli and B. lactis. Moreover, increased numbers of B. fragilis group and Staphylococcus spp., and reduced numbers of Bifidobacterium spp. and B. longum were detected in infants with increased genetic risk of developing CD. Analyses within subgroups of either breast-fed or formula-fed infants indicated that in both cases increased risk of CD was associated with lower numbers of B. longum and/or Bifidobacterium spp. In addition, in breast-fed infants the increased genetic risk of developing CD was associated with increased C. leptum group numbers, while in formula-fed infants it was associated with increased Staphylococcus and B. fragilis group numbers. Overall, milk-feeding type in conjunction with HLA-DQ genotype play a role in establishing infants' gut microbiota; moreover, breast-feeding reduced the genotype-related differences in microbiota composition, which could partly explain the protective role attributed to breast milk in this disorder.  相似文献
