The CTL response to the HLA-A*0201-restricted, HIV-1 p17 Gag(77-85) epitope (SLYNTVATL; SL9) has been extensively studied in patients. Although this reactivity is exceptionally prominent in chronically infected patients and inversely correlated to viral load, SL9-specific CTLs (SL9-CTLs) are rarely detected in acute infection. To explore the cellular basis for this unusual manifestation, SL9-CTLs primed ex vivo from naive circulating CD8(+) T cells of healthy, seronegative donors were generated and characterized. SL9 appeared to differ from other well-studied A*0201-restricted epitopes in several significant respects. In contrast to published reports for influenza and melanoma peptides and the HIV gag IV9 epitope studied here in parallel, SL9-CTLs were primed by immature but not mature autologous dendritic cells. Highly activated SL9-CTLs produce sufficient autocrine mediators to sustain clonal expansion and CTL differentiation for months without CD4(+) T cells or exogenous IL-2. Moreover, SL9-CTLs were sensitive to paracrine IL-2-induced apoptosis. IL-2 independence and sensitivity to paracrine IL-2 were also characteristic of SL9-CTLs immunized by dendritic cells transduced by a nonreplicating lentiviral vector encoding full-length Gag. In vitro-primed SL9-CTLs resembled those derived from patients in degeneracy of recognition and functional avidities for both SL9 and its natural mutations. Together, these data show that SL9 is a highly immunogenic, help-independent HIV epitope. The scarcity of SL9-CTLs in acute infection may result from cytokine-induced apoptosis with the intense activation of the innate immunity. In contrast, SL9-CTLs that constitutively produce autocrine help would predominate during CD4-diminished chronic infection.  相似文献

HLA-A2-restricted CTL responses to immunodominant HIV-1 epitopes do not appear to be very effective in the control of viral replication in vivo. In this study, we studied human CD8+ T cell responses to the subdominant HLA-A2-restricted epitope TV9 (Gag p24(19-27), TLNAWVKVV) to explore the possibility of increasing its immune recognition. We confirmed in a cohort of 313 patients, infected by clade B or clade C viruses, that TV9 is rarely recognized. Of interest, the functional sensitivity of the TV9 response can be relatively high. The potential T cell repertoires for TV9 and the characteristics of constituent clonotypes were assessed by ex vivo priming of circulating CD8+ T cells from healthy seronegative donors. TV9-specific CTLs capable of suppressing viral replication in vitro were readily generated, suggesting that the cognate T cell repertoire is not limiting. However, these cultures contained multiple discrete populations with a range of binding avidities for the TV9 tetramer and correspondingly distinct functional dependencies on the CD8 coreceptor. The lack of dominant clonotypes was not affected by the stage of maturation of the priming dendritic cells. Cultures primed by dendritic cells transduced to present endogenous TV9 were also incapable of clonal maturation. Thus, a diffuse TCR repertoire appeared to be an intrinsic characteristic of TV9-specific responses. These data indicate that subdominance is not a function of poor immunogenicity, cognate TCR repertoire availability, or the potential avidity properties thereof, but rather suggest that useful responses to this epitope are suppressed by competing CD8+ T cell populations during HIV-1 infection.  相似文献

IL-21, a newly described cytokine belonging to the IL-2 gamma-chain receptor cytokine family (that includes IL-2, IL-7, and IL-15), has been described as an important regulator of the cellular immune response. In this study, the role of IL-21 in the generation of a human Ag-specific CD8+ T cell response is characterized by tracking a rare, but measurable population of self-Ag-specific T cells in vitro. Autologous dendritic cells pulsed with the melanoma antigen recognized T cells 1 self-peptide were used to stimulate CD8+ T cells from HLA-A2+ healthy donors and melanoma patients. We demonstrate that exposure to IL-21 increased the total number of MART-1-specific CD8+ T cells that could be elicited by >20-fold and, at the clonal level, enriched for a population of high-affinity CD8+ T cells with a peptide dose requirement more than 1 log(10)-fold less than their untreated counterparts. Phenotypic analysis of T cells from IL-21-treated cultures revealed a unique population of CD45RO+ CD28(high) CD8+ T cells, a phenotype that was stable for at least 4 wk after IL-21 exposure. These CD28(high) CD8+ T cells produced IL-2 upon Ag stimulation and represent potential helper-independent CTLs. Our studies demonstrate a significant role for IL-21 in the primary Ag-specific human CTL response and support the use of IL-21 in the ex vivo generation of potent Ag-specific CTLs for adoptive therapy or as an adjuvant cytokine during in vivo immunization against tumor Ags.  相似文献

Gag-specific CTLs are known to have stronger ability to control HIV-1 replication than others that are protein-specific. Therefore, the analysis of Gag escape mutants is expected to clarify the mechanisms of immune control in HIV-1-infected donors. However, only a limited number of Gag escape mutants have been identified so far. A previous study suggested the possibility that Gag28-3R (KW9-3R) is an escape mutant from HLA-A*2402-restricted KW9-specific CTLs but did not show any evidence of it. Here we sought to demonstrate that KW9-3R is selected as escape mutant by KW9-specific CTLs. KW9-specific CTLs showed a remarkable reduction in recognition of target cells infected with the KW9-3R mutant. The sequence analysis of HIV-1 from 58 HIV-1-infected individuals showed that the frequency of the KW9-3R mutant was significantly higher in HLA-A*2402+ individuals than in HLA-A*2402 individuals. Longitudinal analysis of an HLA-A*2402+ individual with HIV-1 early infection showed that this escape mutant was selected over an approximately 2-year period. These results together indicate that Gag28-3R is an escape mutant selected by HLA-A*2402-restricted KW9-specific CTLs. Further analysis of this epitope will clarify the role of HIV-1-specific CTLs in the control of HIV-1 among the Japanese population, since 70% of them carry this allele.  相似文献

Immune escape from cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) responses has been shown to occur not only by changes within the targeted epitope but also by changes in the flanking sequences which interfere with the processing of the immunogenic peptide. However, the frequency of such an escape mechanism has not been determined. To investigate whether naturally occurring variations in the flanking sequences of an immunodominant human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) Gag CTL epitope prevent antigen processing, cells infected with HIV-1 or vaccinia virus constructs encoding different patient-derived Gag sequences were tested for recognition by HLA-A*0201-restricted, p17-specific CTL. We found that the immunodominant p17 epitope (SL9) and its variants were efficiently processed from minigene expressing vectors and from six HIV-1 Gag variants expressed by recombinant vaccinia virus constructs. Furthermore, SL9-specific CTL clones derived from multiple donors efficiently inhibited virus replication when added to HLA-A*0201-bearing cells infected with primary or laboratory-adapted strains of virus, despite the variability in the SL9 flanking sequences. These data suggest that escape from this immunodominant CTL response is not frequently accomplished by changes in the epitope flanking sequences.  相似文献

Across several cohorts, human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) Gag- and Env-specific CD8(+) T lymphocyte (CTL) responses have demonstrated inverse and positive correlations, respectively, to viremia. The mechanism has been proposed to be superior antiviral activity of Gag-specific CTLs in general. Addressing this hypothesis, we created two HIV-1 constructs with an epitope translocated from Gag (SLYNTVATL, SL9) to Env, thereby switching the protein source of the epitope. A virus expressing SL9 in Env was similar to the original virus in susceptibility to SL9-specific CTLS. This finding suggests that Env targeting is not intrinsically inferior to Gag targeting for CTL antiviral activity.  相似文献

HIV's considerable capacity to vary its HLA-I-restricted peptide antigens allows it to escape from host cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). Nevertheless, therapeutics able to target HLA-I-associated antigens, with specificity for the spectrum of preferred CTL escape mutants, could prove effective. Here we use phage display to isolate and enhance a T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) originating from a CTL line derived from an infected person and specific for the immunodominant HLA-A(*)02-restricted, HIVgag-specific peptide SLYNTVATL (SL9). High-affinity (K(D) < 400 pM) TCRs were produced that bound with a half-life in excess of 2.5 h, retained specificity, targeted HIV-infected cells and recognized all common escape variants of this epitope. CD8 T cells transduced with this supraphysiologic TCR produced a greater range of soluble factors and more interleukin-2 than those transduced with natural SL9-specific TCR, and they effectively controlled wild-type and mutant strains of HIV at effector-to-target ratios that could be achieved by T-cell therapy.  相似文献

It is believed that Nef-mediated HLA class I down-regulation is one of the mechanisms that allow HIV-1-infected cells to escape from being killed by HIV-1-specific human CTLs. In this study, we show that the effect of Nef-mediated HLA class I down-regulation on the ability of HIV-1-specific CTLs to suppress HIV-1 replication is epitope dependent. The CTLs specific for two Pol epitopes presented by HLA-B*5101, one of the HLA alleles associated with slow progression to AIDS, effectively killed HIV-1-infected CD4+ T cells and suppressed HIV-1 replication. In contrast, those specific for the other four epitopes failed to kill HIV-1-infected CD4+ T cells and partially or hardly suppressed HIV-1 replication. The difference of the ability between these two types of CTLs may result from the difference of the number of HLA class I epitope complex on the surface of NL-432-infected CD4+ T cells.  相似文献

Antiviral CD8(+) T cells are thought to play a significant role in limiting the viremia of human and simian immunodeficiency virus (HIV and SIV, respectively) infections. However, it has not been possible to measure the in vivo effectiveness of cytotoxic T cells (CTLs), and hence their contribution to the death rate of CD4(+) T cells is unknown. Here, we estimated the ability of a prototypic antigen-specific CTL response against a well-characterized epitope to recognize and kill infected target cells by monitoring the immunodominant Mamu-A*01-restricted Tat SL8 epitope for escape from Tat-specific CTLs in SIVmac239-infected macaques. Fitting a mathematical model that incorporates the temporal kinetics of specific CTLs to the frequency of Tat SL8 escape mutants during acute SIV infection allowed us to estimate the in vivo killing rate constant per Tat SL8-specific CTL. Using this unique data set, we show that at least during acute SIV infection, certain antiviral CD8(+) T cells can have a significant impact on shortening the longevity of infected CD4(+) T cells and hence on suppressing virus replication. Unfortunately, due to viral escape from immune pressure and a dependency of the effectiveness of antiviral CD8(+) T-cell responses on the availability of sufficient CD4(+) T cells, the impressive early potency of the CTL response may wane in the transition to the chronic stage of the infection.  相似文献

A hallmark of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) pathogenesis is the rapid loss of CD4 T cells leading to generalized immune dysfunction, including an exhausted CD8 T cell phenotype. Understanding the necessary factors that govern the functional quality and protective potential of antiviral T cell responses would facilitate rational vaccine design and improve therapeutic strategies to combat persistent infections. Mouse models of chronic viral infection demonstrate that interleukin-21 (IL-21), produced primarily by CD4 T cells, is required for the generation and maintenance of functionally competent CD8 T cells and viral containment. We reasoned that preserved IL-21 production during HIV-1 infection would be associated with enhanced CD8 T cell function, allowing improved viral control. Here we analyzed the ability of CD4 and CD8 T cells to produce several cytokines in addition to IL-21 ex vivo following stimulation with overlapping HIV-1 peptides. Both CD4 and CD8 T cells were able to produce IL-21 in response to HIV-1 infection, with the latter cell type more closely associated with viral control. Furthermore, IL-21-producing HIV-1-specific CD4 T cells (compared to those producing other cytokines) were the best indicator of functional CD8 T cells. Our results demonstrate that HIV-1-specific IL-21-producing CD8 T cells are induced following primary infection and enriched in elite controllers, suggesting a critical role for these cells in the maintenance of viremia control.  相似文献

To evaluate the impact of the diversity of antigen recognition by T lymphocytes on disease pathogenesis, we must be able to identify and analyze simultaneously cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) responses specific for multiple viral epitopes. Many of the studies of the role of CD8(+) CTLs in AIDS pathogenesis have been done with simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV)- and simian-human immunodeficiency virus (SHIV)-infected rhesus monkeys. These studies have frequently made use of the well-defined SIV Gag CTL epitope p11C,C-M presented to CTL by the HLA-A homologue molecule Mamu-A*01. In the present study we identified and fine mapped two novel Mamu-A*01-restricted CTL epitopes: the SIVmac Pol-derived epitope p68A (STPPLVRLV) and the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) Env-derived p41A epitope (YAPPISGQI). The frequency of CD8(+) CTLs specific for the p11C,C-M, p68A, and p41A epitopes was quantitated in the same animals with a panel of tetrameric Mamu-A*01/peptide/beta2m complexes. All SHIV-infected Mamu-A*01(+) rhesus monkeys tested had a high frequency of SIVmac Gag-specific CTLs to the p11C,C-M epitope. In contrast, only a fraction of the monkeys tested had detectable CTLs specific for the SIVmac Pol p68A and HIV-1 Env p41A epitopes, and these responses were detected at very low frequencies. Thus, the p11C,C-M-specific CD8(+) CTL response is dominant and the p41A- and p68A-specific CD8(+) CTL responses are nondominant. These results indicate that CD8(+) CTL responses to dominant CTL epitopes can be readily quantitated with the tetramer technology; however, CD8(+) CTL responses to nondominant epitopes, due to the low frequency of these epitope-specific cells, may be difficult to detect and quantitate by this approach.  相似文献

Although CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) are protective in HIV-1 infection, the factors determining their antiviral efficiency are poorly defined. It is proposed that Gag targeting is superior because of very early Gag epitope presentation, allowing early killing of infected cells before Nef-mediated downregulation of human leukocyte antigen class I (HLA-I). To study Gag epitope presentation kinetics, three epitopes (SL977-85, KF11162-172, and TW10240-249) were genetically translocated from their endogenous location in the Rev-dependent (late) gag gene into the Rev-independent (early) nef gene with concomitant mutation of the corresponding endogenous epitopes to nonrecognized sequences. These viruses were compared to the index virus for CTL-mediated suppression of replication and the susceptibility of this antiviral activity to Nef-mediated HLA-I downregulation. SL9-specific CTLs gained activity after SL9 translocation to Nef, going from Nef sensitive to Nef insensitive, indicating that translocation accelerated infected cell recognition from after to before HLA-I downregulation. KF11-specific CTL antiviral activity was unchanged and insensitive to HLA-I downregulation before and after KF11 translocation, suggesting that already rapid recognition of infected cells was not accelerated. However, TW10-specific CTLs that were insensitive to Nef at the baseline became sensitive with reduced antiviral activity after translocation, indicating that translocation retarded epitope expression. Cytosolic peptide processing assays suggested that TW10 was inefficiently generated after translocation to Nef, compared to SL9 and KF11. As a whole, these data demonstrate that epitope presentation kinetics play an important role in CTL antiviral efficiency, that Gag epitopes are not uniformly presented early, and that the epitope context can play a major role in presentation kinetics.  相似文献

The mucin MUC1 molecule is overexpressed on a variety of adenocarcinomas and is thus, a potential target for immunotherapy. Of the MUC1 peptides that bind to HLA-A*0201(A2), M1.2 (LLLLTVLTV) from the signal sequence appears to be the most immunogenic in humans. Here we have shown that large numbers (109) of tetramer-binding M1.2-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) can be generated ex vivo from circulating precursors, derived from healthy adults. However, there was significant interpersonal variation in the level of co-stimulatory signal required. Tetramer-binding cells also required maturation in culture to become proficient killers of the HLA-A2+ MUC1+ MCF7 cell line, known to express a low number of endogenously processed M1.2. The functional avidity of M1.2-specific CTL, however, was low as compared to CTL specific for an HIV-1 epitope. Despite the low avidity, M1.2-specific CTL were polyfunctional, secreting multiple cytokines upon degranulation with antigen recognition. To identify potential agonist peptides that may be superior immunogens, an M1.2-specific CTL culture was used to scan a large nonameric combinatorial peptide library. Of 54 predicted peptides, 4 were “consensus” agonists because they were recognized by CTL from two other donors. Two agonists, p29 (LLPWTVLTV) and p15 (VLLWTVLTV), were equally stimulatory when loaded onto C1R target cells transfected with wild-type HLA-A2. Both agonists induced IL-2, TNF-α, IFN-γ, and degranulation with M1.2-specific CTL. In contrast, production of these cytokines, which are tightly regulated by specific activation through the T cell receptor, was restricted when the CTL were stimulated with peptides loaded onto C1R cells that were transfected with an HLA-A2 molecule bearing a mutation that abrogates binding to the CD8 co-receptor. Thus, activation by both M1.2 and its agonists was dependent upon CD8, showing that compensation by the co-receptor was necessary for the human T cell response to M1.2.  相似文献

Unlike HIV-1-infected people, most HIV-2-infected subjects maintain a healthy CD4+ T cell count and a strong HIV-specific CD4+ T cell response. To define the cellular immunological correlates of good prognosis in HIV-2 infection, we conducted a cross-sectional study of HIV Gag-specific T cell function in HIV-1- and HIV-2-infected Gambians. Using cytokine flow cytometry and lymphoproliferation assays, we show that HIV-specific CD4+ T cells from HIV-2-infected individuals maintained proliferative capacity, were not terminally differentiated (CD57-), and more frequently produced IFN-gamma or IL-2 than CD4+ T cells from HIV-1-infected donors. Polyfunctional (IFN-gamma+/IL-2+) HIV-specific CD4+ T cells were found exclusively in HIV-2+ donors. The disparity in CD4+ T cell responses between asymptomatic HIV-1- and HIV-2-infected subjects was not associated with differences in the proliferative capacity of HIV-specific CD8+ T cells. This study demonstrates that HIV-2-infected donors have a well-preserved and functionally heterogeneous HIV-specific memory CD4+ T cell response that is associated with delayed disease progression in the majority of infected people.  相似文献

CD8(+) T cells play a significant role in the control of HIV replication, yet the associated qualitative and quantitative factors that determine the outcome of infection remain obscure. In this study, we examined Ag-specific CD8(+) TCR repertoires longitudinally in a cohort of HLA-B*2705(+) long-term nonprogressors with chronic HIV-1 infection using a combination of molecular clonotype analysis and polychromatic flow cytometry. In each case, CD8(+) T cell populations specific for the immunodominant p24 Gag epitope KRWIILGLNK (KK10; residues 263-272) and naturally occurring variants thereof, restricted by HLA-B*2705, were studied at multiple time points; in addition, comparative data were collected for CD8(+) T cell populations specific for the CMV pp65 epitope NLVPMVATV (NV9; residues 495-503), restricted by HLA-A*0201. Dominant KK10-specific clonotypes persisted for several years and exhibited greater stability than their contemporaneous NV9-specific counterparts. Furthermore, these dominant KK10-specific clonotypes exhibited cross-reactivity with antigenic variants and expressed significantly higher levels of CD127 (IL-7Rα) and Bcl-2. Of note, we also found evidence that promiscuous TCR α-chain pairing associated with alterations in fine specificity for KK10 variants could contribute to TCR β-chain prevalence. Taken together, these data suggest that an antiapoptotic phenotype and the ability to cross-recognize variant epitopes contribute to clonotype longevity and selection within the peripheral memory T cell pool in the presence of persistent infection with a genetically unstable virus.  相似文献

Cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) specific for the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) latent membraneprotein 2 (LMP2) antigen are important reagents for the treatment of some EBV-associated malignancies, such as EBV-positive Hodgkin's disease and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. However, the therapeutic amount ofCTLs is often hampered by the limited supply of antigen-presenting cells. To address this issue,an artificialantigen-presenting cell (aAPC) was made by coating a human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-pLMP2 tetramericcomplex,anti-CD28 antibody and CD54 molecule to a cell-sized latex bead, which provided the dual signalsrequired for T cell activation.By co-culture of the HLA-A2-LMP2 bearing aAPC and peripheral bloodmononuclear cells from HLA-A2 positive healthy donors,LMP2 antigen-specific CTLs were induced andexpanded in vitro. The specificity of the aAPC-induced CTLs was demonstrated by both HLA-A2-LMP2tetramer staining and cytotoxicity against HLA-A2-LMP2 bearing T2 cell, the cytotoxicity was inhibited bythe anti-HLA class Ⅰ antibody (W6/32).These results showed that LMP2 antigen-specific CTLs could beinduced and expanded in vitro by the HLA-A2-LMP2-bearing aAPC.Thus,aAPCs coated with an HLA-pLMP2 complex,anti-CD28 and CD54 might be promising tools for the enrichment of LMP2-specificCTLs for adoptive immunotherapy.  相似文献

According to a number of previous reports, control of HIV replication in humans appears to be linked to the presence of anti-HIV-1 Gag-specific CD8 responses. During the chronic phase of HIV-1 infection, up to 75% of the HIV-infected individuals who express the histocompatibility leukocyte Ag (HLA)-A*0201 recognize the Gag p17 SLYNTVATL (aa residues 77-85) epitope (SL9). However, the role of the anti-SL9 CD8 CTL in controlling HIV-1 infection remains controversial. In this study we determined whether the pattern of SL9 immunodominance in uninfected, HLA-A*0201 HIV vaccine recipients is similar to that seen in chronically HIV-infected subjects. The presence of anti-SL9 responses was determined using a panel of highly sensitive cellular immunoassays, including peptide:MHC tetramer binding, IFN-gamma ELISPOT, and cytokine flow cytometry. Thirteen HLA-A*0201 vaccinees with documented anti-Gag CD8 CTL reactivities were tested, and none had a detectable anti-SL9 response. These findings strongly suggest that the pattern of SL9 epitope immunodominance previously reported among chronically infected, HLA-A*0201-positive patients is not recapitulated in noninfected recipients of Gag-containing canarypox-based candidate vaccines and may be influenced by the relative immunogenicity of these constructs.  相似文献

Preferential apoptosis of HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
In contrast to other viral infections such as CMV, circulating frequencies of HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood are quantitatively diminished in the majority of HIV-1-infected individuals. One mechanism for this quantitative defect is preferential infection of HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells, although <10% of HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells are infected. Apoptosis has been proposed as an important contributor to the pathogenesis of CD4+ T cell depletion in HIV/AIDS. We show here that, within HIV-1-infected individuals, a greater proportion of ex vivo HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells undergo apoptosis compared with CMV-specific CD4+ T cells (45 vs 7.4%, respectively, p < 0.05, in chronic progressors). The degree of apoptosis within HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells correlates with viral load and disease progression, and highly active antiretroviral therapy abrogates these differences. The data support a mechanism for apoptosis in these cells similar to that found in activation-induced apoptosis through the TCR, resulting in oxygen-free radical production, mitochondrial damage, and caspase-9 activation. That HIV-1 proteins can also directly enhance activation-induced apoptosis supports a mechanism for a preferential induction of apoptosis of HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells, which contributes to a loss of immunological control of HIV-1 replication.  相似文献

HIV-1 replication is associated with reduced or absent HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cell proliferation and skewing of HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells toward an IFN-gamma-producing, CCR7- phenotype. The CCR7- T cell population is heterogeneous and can be subdivided based on the expression of CD57. Although CD57 expression on CD8+ T cells is associated with proliferation incompetence and replicative senescence, less is known about the function of CD57-expressing CD4+ T cells. In this study, the frequency, phenotype, and function of CD57+CD4+ T cells were evaluated in 25 HIV-1-infected subjects and 10 seronegative controls. CD57+CD4+ T cells were found to be proliferation incompetent, even after strong mitogen stimulation. Percentages of CD4+ T cells that expressed CD57 were significantly higher in untreated HIV-1-infected subjects than in HIV-1-seronegative donors, and CD57 expression did not normalize in subjects receiving at least 6 mo of effective antiretroviral therapy. CD57 was predominately expressed on the CCR7- fraction of the CD4+ T cell compartment and accounted for the majority of cells in the CCR7-CD45RA+ population from untreated HIV-1-infected subjects. HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells producing only IFN-gamma had the highest expression of CD57, whereas few cells producing IL-2 alone expressed CD57. These findings further define a novel population of proliferation-incompetent CD4+ T cells that are generated in the presence of chronic Ag exposure. A better understanding of the generation and persistence of CD57+ T cells in HIV-1 infection could provide important insights into the immunopathogenesis of this disease.  相似文献
