A pair of enantiomers of trans-p-menth-2-en-1-ol, an aggregation pheromone of Platypus quercivorus, was synthesized from (S)- and (R)-limonene. The retention time of the aggregation pheromone from the insect coincided with that of (1S,4R)-p-menth-2-en-1-ol synthesized from (S)-limonene from GC analyses with a chiral column, enabling the absolute configuration of the aggregation pheromone to be determined as (1S,4R).  相似文献

The heartwoods of Acacia giraffae and A. galpinii were selected from South African Acacias as representative of those with abnormally high and minimal tannin contents respectively. A. galpinii contains amongst other analogues, the first natural (+)-2,3-trans-3,4-trans-teracacidin (7,8,4′-trihydroxy-flavan-3,4-diol and novel 3-O-methyl-, 7,8-di-O-methyl- and 7,8,4′-tri-O-methylflavonol analogues. (−)-2,3-cis-3,4-cis-Melacacidin (7,8,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavan-3,4-diol) is also present, but tannins are absent. By contrast, from the large excess of leueofisetinidin tannins which characterizes the wood of A. giraffae, only (+)-catechin, (+)-2,3-trans-3,4-trans-leucofisetinidin (7,3′,4′,trihydroxyflavan-3,4-diol and all-trans-(+)-leueofisetinidin-(+)-catechin could be isolated.  相似文献

Degradation of (+)-isothujone (trans-thujan-3-one) biosynthesized in Tanacetum vulgare from (3RS)-mevalonic acid (MVA)-[2-14C, 2-3H2] showed that one hydrogen from C-2 of the precursor was specifically incorporated at C-4 of product whereas the other was lost. Feeding of α-terpineol-[9-14C, 4-3H1, 10-3H3] (p-menth-1-en-8-ol) yielded isothujone with the same isotope ratios as in precursor. These results indicate 1,2 hydrogen-shifts at two locations in the construction of the the thujane skeleton from α-terpineol or its biogenetic equivalent, and are consistent with a mechanism involving direct cyclization of the latter to a product that by-passes the formation of the biogenetic equivalent of terpinen-4-ol (p-menth-1-en-4-ol) as an intermediate. (3R)-MVA-[14C, 3H] was more effectively incorporated (up to 1.5 %) into (+)-isothujone in vivo during autumn or winter than in summer (up to 0.02%).  相似文献

The light purple heartwood of Acacia saxatilis contains (+)-2,3-trans-3,4-trans- and (+)-2,3-trans-3,4-cis-diastereoisomers of 8-methoxy-7,j',4'-trihydroxy- and 7,3′,4′-trihydroxyflavan-3,4-diols as major components. Evidence was also obtained of the first 3-methyl ether of metabolites: of this type, notably of (+)-8-methoxy-7,3′,4′-trihydroxy-2,3-trans-flavan-3,4-cis-diol. Flavonol, dihydroflavonol and flavanone analogies accompany these. The correlation between colour of Acacia heartwoods and structure, phenolic substitution, stereochemistry and composition of their flavonoid components is discussed.  相似文献

The major product from the reduction of (2R,3R)-dihydroquercetin with sodium borohydride is the 2,3-trans-3,4-trans isomer of leucocyanidin [(2R,3S,4R-3,3′,4,4′,5,7-hexahydroxyflavan] whereas the enzymatic reduction product is the 2,3-trans-3,4-cis isomer [(2R,3S,4S)-3,3′,4,4′,5,7-hexahydroxyflavan]. The 3,4-trans isomer may be partly converted to the 3,4-cis isomer under mild acid conditions. The 3,4-cis isomer is more acid-labile, and more reactive both chemically with thiols and enzymatically with a diol reductase, than the 3,4-trans isomer.  相似文献

This report details the synthesis of 1) 3,4,4′-trihydroxy-α,α′-diethyl-trans-stilbene; 2) 3,4-bis-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-trans-3-hexenol; 3) 3,4-bis-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-2,4-cis,cis-hexadienol; 4) 3,4-bis-(3′-methoxy-4′-hydroxyphenyl)-trans-3-hexene; 5) 3,4-bis-(3′, 4′-dimethoxyphenyl)-trans-3-hexene. 对于小花清风藤的化学成分和药理作用的研究目前较少报道,为了阐明小花清风藤的物质基础,该研究对小花清风藤(Sabia parviflora)的干燥叶,采用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备薄层色谱及重结晶等手段进行分离纯化,运用化学分析和波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果表明:从小花清风藤干燥叶的甲醇超声提取物中进行分离共得到12个化合物,分别为N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(1)、N-顺式阿魏酰酪胺(2)、N-反式-对-香豆酰酪胺(3)、N-顺式-对-香豆酰酪胺(4)、N-反式-对-香豆酰章鱼胺(5)、N-顺式-对-香豆酰章鱼胺(6)、阿魏酸(7)、芹菜素(8)、木犀草素(9)、咖啡酸(10)、5-氧阿朴菲碱(11)、齐墩果酸(12)。其中,化合物2、4-9为首次从清风藤属植物中分离得到,化合物1、3、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Synthesis of (±)-trans-chrysanthemic acid from (±)-1′-hydroxydihydro-trans-chrysanthemic acid by the dehydration with p-toluene-sulfonic acid was attempted. However, the attempt was found to be unsuccessful giving a compound believed to be methyl methyl 2,6 dimethylhepta-3.6-diene-5-carboxylate upon dehydration.

A cleavage upon cyclopropane ring was confirmed by deriving the acid obtained by the hydrolysis of the above ester to already known 2,6-dimethyl-heptane-5-carboxylic acid.

Analogous mode of dehydration and cleavage upon the ester of (±)-2,2-dimethyl-3-trans-hydroxylbenzyl-cyclopropane-l-carboxylic acid was also observed to give 1-phenyl-4-methyl-penta-1,3-diene-3-carboxylic acid. On the other hand, (±)-trans-caronic acid being derived to (±)-1′-oxo-2′-hydroxy-dihydro-trans-chrysanthemic acid, the synthesis of (±)-trans-chrysanthemic acid from (±)-trans-caronic acid became possible using (±)-1′-oxo-2′-hydroxy-dihydro-trans-chrysanthemic acid as a relay substance.  相似文献

A new labdane derivative, 7α-acetoxy-trans-communic acid was isolated from Chromolaena collina. Extraction of Stomatanthes corumbensis yielded a new p-hydroxyacetophenone derivative which was identified as 4-methoxy-3- [3′-methyl-4′-angeloyloxy-but-2-en- 1′-yl ]-acetophenone.  相似文献

The metabolites of the bird's nest fungus Nidula niveo-tomentosa have been examined. Niduloic acid (3-hydroxy-5-(p-hydroxyphenol) pentanoic acid) is a new natural product. 4-(p-Hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone, 4-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanol, trans-4-p-hydroxyphenylbut-3-en-2-one, 4-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-butanol, 4-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone, zingerone 3-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2-propanediol are also metabolites of this fungus. An interesting reductive cyclization of zingerone, effected by iodotrimethylsilane, is reported.  相似文献

Five terpenes, the diterpenes: 14,15-dinor-13-oxo-8(17)-labden-19-oic acid and a mixture of labda-8(17),13E-dien-19-carboxy-15-yl oleate and palmitate as well as the triterpenes, 3,4-seco-cycloart-12-hydroxy-4(28),24-dien-3-oic acid and cycloart-3,7-dihydroxy-24-en-28-oic acid were isolated from Cretan propolis. Moreover, 18 known compounds were also isolated, seven of them for the first time as propolis components. All structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence. All isolated compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity against some Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria as well as against some human pathogenic fungi showing a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

One new β-hydroxychalcone, 4-acetoxy-5,2′,4′,6′,β-pentahydroxy-3-methoxychalcone (1), one new flavanone, 7,3′-dihydroxy-5,4′-dimethoxyflavanone (2) and seven known compounds, 2R, 3R-trans-aromadendrin (3), naringenin-7-O-methylether (4), myricetin (5), quercetin-3-O-rutinoside (6), ursolic acid (7), gallic acid (8) and d-glucose (9) were isolated from the methanolic fruit extract of Cornus mas L. (=Cornus mascula L.), Cornaceae. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR experiments and of known compounds by comparison of physical and spectral data with literature.  相似文献

The isolation of four phenolic amides, four phenolic compounds and an aromatic amine from the roots of eggplant is described. The phenolic amides were identified as N-trans-feruloyl tyramine (V), N-trans-p-coumaroyl tyramine (VII), N-trans-feruloyl octopamine (VIII) and N-trans-p-coymaroyl octopamine (IX). The three amides V, VIII and IX are new compounds. Furthermore, four phenolic compounds were identified as vanillin (I), isoscopoletin (II), ethyl caffeate (IV) and ferulic acid (VI). The aromatic amine was identified as p-aminobenzal-dehyde (III).  相似文献

The volatile oil of Artemisia arbuscula arbuscula contained a new irregular monoterpene, 2,5-dimethyl-4-vinyl-1,5-hexadiene-3-ol (isolyratol), which was isolated and identified by spectral means. The optically pure furanoid (2S,5S)-trans-5-methyl-5-vinyltetrahydrofur-2-yl methyl ketone (arbusculone), was also characterized by transformation to known (2S,5S)-trans-linalyl oxide. The former component has never been isolated from natural sources prior to this study. The neutral pentane extract also contained several previously characterized non-head-to-tail monoterpenes including artemiseole, artemisia ketone, artemisyl acetate, methyl santolinate, and santolina triene, as well as the regular monoterpenes 1,8-cineole, camphor, p-cymene, camphene and the C6 fragment, terelactone.  相似文献

The chemical study of Trilepisium madagascariense has led to the isolation of two previously undescribed compounds, (+)-(2S)-7-hydroxy-3′,4′-dimethoxyflavan (trilepisflavan) and (E)-4-[3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyloxy]-3-hydroxybenzoic acid (trilepisuimic acid), together with ten known compounds caffeic acid, catechin, erythrodiol-3-O-palmitate, 8-C-glucopyranosylapigenin, dihydrokaempferol, protocatechuic acid, 3′,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavan, isoliquiritigenin, luteolin and 1,3-dimethoxybenzene. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence. Crude extracts, trilepisflavan, dihydrokaempferol and 8-C-glucopyranosylapigenin showed significant antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Iridoid glycosides, 2′,3′,6′-tri-O-acetyl-4′-O-trans-p-(O-β-d-glucopyranosyl)coumaroyl-7-ketologanin (1), 2′-O-caffeoylloganic acid (2), 2′-O-p-hydroxybenzoylloganic acid (3), 2′-O-trans-p-coumaroylloganic acid (4), and 2′-O-cis-p-coumaroylloganic acid (5), were isolated from whole plants of Gentiana loureirii along with six known iridoids, 7-ketologanin (6), loganin (7), loganic acid (8), sweroside, boonein, and isoboonein, and three other known compounds. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic means and chemical correlations. The isolated iridoids were evaluated for antibacterial and antioxidant activities, but were either inactive or very weakly active.  相似文献

Methyl trans-β-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)glycidate was found to rearrange to methyl 3,4-dimethoxyphenylpyruvate in high yield in DMSO, DMF or HMPT solution in the presence of boron trifluoride etherate or sulfuric acid at room temperature. It was also revealed that the glycidate, when treated with boron trifluoride in methanol at room temperature, opened at the β-position to give methyl β-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-α-hydroxy-β-methoxy-propionate in 94% yield, which was a mixture of erythro and threo isomers in the ratio of 1 to 2.  相似文献

Abstract

Two representative S-cyclonucleosides, 8,5′-anhydro-2′, 3′-O-isopropylidene-8-mercaptoadenosine (3) and 8,2′-anhydro-3′,5′-O-(tetraisopropyldisiloxane-1,3-diyl)-8-mercaptoguanosine (8), were prepared in good yields by dropwise addition of one equivalent each of triphenylphosphine and DEAD in DMF into a mixture of 2′,3′-O-isopropylidene-8-mercaptoadenosine (2) or 3′,5′-O-(tetra-iso-propyldisiloxane-1,3-diyl)-8-mercaptoguanosine (7), respectively, in DMF. Treatment of compound 2 with two equivalents each of triphenylphosphine and DEAD in DMF afforded N-[8,5′-anhydro-2′,3′-O-isopropylidene-8-mercaptopurin-6-yl]triphenylphospha-λ5-azene (4) in 87% yield.  相似文献
