茶叶多糖的糖醛酸含量测定及抗氧化活性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用高效液相色谱法对三个产地茶叶多糖的糖醛酸含量进行了测定,该方法具有操作简便、样品无需预处理等特点,稳定性、重现性较好,回收率高,适合于茶叶多糖糖醛酸含量的测定。结果表明不同产地茶叶多糖的糖醛酸含量有明显差异。本文同时研究了不同产地茶叶多糖对超氧自由基和DPPH自由基的清除作用,以评价其抗氧化活性。结果发现不同产地茶叶多糖的抗氧化活性与其糖醛酸含量呈正相关,糖醛酸含量越高,其抗氧化能力越强。  相似文献

The chemical compositions and bioactivities of crude tea polysaccharides (TPS) from the out-of-date tea leaves (beyond their useful date), namely Xihu Longjing (XTPS), Anxi Tieguanyin (TTPS), Chawentianxia (CTPS) and Huizhoulvcha (HTPS), in market were investigated. These TPS showed similar neutral sugar content and different distribution of molecular weight (1-800 kD). These crude TPS were mainly composed of rhamnose, arabinose, galactose, glucose, xylose, mannose, and galacturonic acid. IR spectra confirmed that these crude TPS were composed of polysaccharide, protein and uronic acids. These TPS showed similar DPPH scavenging activity and exhibited lower DPPH scavenging activities than Vc within 25-200 μg/mL. However, these TPS with higher concentrations (200-400 μg/mL) showed similar DPPH scavenging activity with Vc. HTPS exhibited significant higher superoxide anion scavenging activity than others TPS and gallic acid. XTPS showed significant higher inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase and α-amylase with inhibitory percentages of 64.35% and 82.24% than others TPS. TTPS, XTPS, and HTPS exhibited similar inhibition ability on α-d-glucosidase and α-amylase. The overdue tea leaves can be a resource of tea polysaccharides as function food.  相似文献

Electrophysiological and behavioral responses of the wingless tea aphid, Toxoptera aurantii (Boyer), to 14 synthetic volatiles identified from tea shoots, their partial (GLV mixture) and full (ACB mixture) blends, and fresh young tea leaves, buds, tender stems, adult tea leaves and tea aphid-damaged young leaves (ADYL) were studied by using an electroantennography (EAG) and a four-arm olfactometer. ACB elicited the largest EAG responses. Major volatile components, Z-3-hexen-1-ol, E-2-hexenal, n-hexanol, methyl salicylate and benzylalcohol, from the tea shoots were strongly EAG active. All the 4 tested tea shoot tissues also elicited significant EAG responses, with the young tea leaves being the strongest, followed by buds, tender stems and adult tea leaves. Surprisingly, ADYL elicited a weakly negative EAG response. In the olfactory assays, the fresh and tender tea leaves, as well as the individual major volatile components, e.g. Z-3-hexenyl acetate, methyl salicylate, E-2-hexen-1-ol and Z-3-hexen-1-ol, from the tender shoots (EAG-active) were all attractive. This result might indicate that the wingless tea aphids may use tea shoot volatiles as kairomone to find their optimal feeding sites, e.g. fresh tender tea shoots.  相似文献

分别使用昆虫触角电位仪(EAG)和四臂嗅觉仪,测定了无翅茶蚜Toxopteraaurantii Boyer对14种茶树挥发性化合物、14种挥发物中"绿叶气味"组成的混合物(GLV)、14种挥发物的混合物(ACB)、以及新鲜嫩叶、芽、嫩茎、成叶和茶蚜为害嫩叶(ADYL)的EAG反应和行为反应。ACB引出最大的EAG反应值,茶树挥发物主要组分Z-3-己烯-1-醇、E-2-己烯醛、n-己醇、水杨酸甲酯和苯甲醇也引起较大的EAG反应值。4种正常茶梢的器官也引出较大的EAG反应,以嫩叶最强、依次为芽、嫩茎和成叶。有趣的是ADYL引出弱的负的EAG值。用嗅觉仪进行的生物测定表明,嫩叶以及主要的茶梢挥发性成分乙酸-Z-3-己烯酯、水杨酸甲酯、E-2-己烯-1-醇和Z-3-己烯-1-醇等也具有较强引诱活性。研究显示无翅茶蚜可能利用茶梢挥发物作为利它素而寻觅适宜的取食场所,如茶树嫩梢。  相似文献

茶园土壤及与茶叶中微量元素锌硒含量相关性的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
植物生长的环境适应及其内含物质功能和变化规律的研究已成为热点问题。该研究对贵州省地标品牌湄潭翠芽、凤冈锌硒茶4个样地12个样点茶园土壤及其对应种植点茶叶样品中锌硒含量变化进行了检测与分析。结果表明:(1)4个样地中,3个样地的锌含量都是原土高于种植土,而硒含量没有明显规律性变化;各主产区土壤锌硒含量的标准差均大于均值的5%,土质均匀度都较低;(2)4个样地新叶(一芽二叶)与老叶的锌含量都呈现显著差异,而硒在新叶和老叶中的含量差异无明显变化规律;(3)锌元素在茶树体内转移现象明显,由老叶向新叶中转移,新叶中含量较高;硒元素在新叶和老叶中的含量变化不明显。新叶中锌的含量与其0~20 cm表层土样和21~40 cm深层土样中锌的含量呈极显著正相关(P0.01),相关系数为0.768;而新叶硒的含量与0~20 cm表层土中硒含量呈显著正相关(P0.05)。茶叶中锌硒主要是通过茶树根系从土壤中吸收和传输,但其吸收转移效率不由土壤中的含量多少直接决定,还受到茶园土壤质地、茶园温湿度等环境管控因素的影响,锌硒微量元素参与茶树体内的生理作用和代谢途径具有较大的差异。因此,进一步探索茶树吸收与转化锌硒微量元素的存在形态和作用机理,了解不同产区茶叶中微量元素锌硒含量与其茶园土壤的关系,对于生产适宜于人类身体健康适当锌硒含量的有机茶具有重要意义。  相似文献

Three polysaccharide fractions (TPS1, TPS2 and TPS3) with different molecular weights were obtained using ultra filtration membranes from crude tea polysaccharide (CTPS) extracted from abandoned lower grade tea leaves. Each fraction contained different contents of neutral sugar, uronic acid, protein, and total polyphenols. These differences provided basis for the antioxidant and free radical scavenging activity of these polysaccharide fractions. The molecular weights of TPS1, TPS2, and TPS3 were around 2.40×10(5) Da, 2.14×10(4) Da, and 2.46×10(3) Da, respectively. In general, TPS1 and CTPS had stronger antioxidant activity, TPS2 and TPS3 had lower antioxidant activity. TPS1 had higher activity for DPPH and lipid per oxidation inhibition. But it had lower capacity for reducing power and metal chelating. This might be due to its higher content of hexuronic acid and larger molecular weight. The order of inhibition activity of lipid per oxidation of various polysaccharide fractions was the same as DPPH radical scavenging activity, as well as the order of metal chelating activity of various polysaccharide fractions similar to hydroxyl radical scavenging activity, which demonstrated that hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of polysaccharide relied heavily on the Fe(2+) metal chelating to decrease the generation of hydroxyl radical.  相似文献

对豫南茶园叶栖及枝栖真菌群落结构进行了初步调查,经分离共得到真菌17属32种。结果表明,茶树不同的器官以及同一器官的不同发育阶段栖居有不同的真菌群落;豫南茶园树栖真菌群落主要由兼性寄生菌和腐生菌构成;茶树不同品种之间树栖真菌群落差别不明显,茶园的生态环境是影响茶园树栖真菌群落结构的主要因素。  相似文献

The influence of environmental pollution on the heavy metal content in oolong teas from the Fujian Province, China, and the health risk for the Polish consumers were studied. Average contents of the metals in made oolong tea leaves were (mg kg?1): Al 1452, Cd 0.08, Co 0.23, Cr 1.59, Cu 10.5, Fe 140, Hg 0.10, Mn 1465, Mo 0.63, Ni 3.45, Pb 1.99, Sb 0.78, Se 5.15, Sn 3.16, Tl 0.28, and Zn 26.9. The metals easily released from leaves to infusions were: Tl, Se, Cd, Sn, Sb, Ni, Al, and Pb. No concentration of As, Hg, Mo, or Pb was found in the first infusion and no As, Co, Hg, or Mo was found in the second one. The hazard quotient values for particular metals found in the infusions and tea leaves and the appraised combined hazard index (HI) amounted to <1. The highest HI values, resulting from the consumption of both infusions, did not exceed 5.88E-03, or 6.94E-04a in the case of tea leaves. No health hazard for the Polish consumers of oolong teas was identified at any of the examined stages of consumption. However, we recommend discarding the first tea infusion to reduce the metal concentrations before consumption.  相似文献

以一年生茶树扦插苗为材料,采用水培法研究了添加钙铝对茶叶主要化学品质及茶树钙、铝、锌、铁吸收积累的调控效应.结果表明:(1)适量铝(10或20mg·L-1)有利于提高茶叶茶多酚、咖啡碱、黄酮、可溶性总糖和氨基酸的含量;添加钙可提高上述化学成分的含量,且在高铝浓度(30mg·L-1)下提高的幅度最大.(2)适量的铝可促进茶树对铝和铁的吸收和积累,而高浓度的铝(30mg·L-1)抑制茶树对铝和铁的吸收与积累;添加铝可降低茶树根对钙和锌的吸收,但适量添加铝不影响茎和叶对钙和锌的积累.(3)添加钙可提高茶树体钙的含量,降低铝和锌的吸收与积累,但对铁的吸收与积累没有明显影响.研究表明,铝和钙可调控茶叶化学品质含量和茶树体微量元素的吸收;合理控制茶园土壤铝积累,并适量补充钙可能有利于提高茶叶品质,创建生态高值茶园.  相似文献

对粗茶皂素的提取纯化工艺进行了研究。以质量分数为70%的粗茶皂素为原料,经2%NaOH溶解、盐酸酸析、95%乙醇溶解、丙酮沉析工艺得到精制茶皂素。检测结果表明,茶皂素质量分数大于95%,提取率大于80%,这种简便易行的工艺得到的茶皂素可作为开发新型植物灭螺剂的原料。  相似文献

We manufactured a new fermented tea by tea-rolling processing of third-crop green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaves and loquat (Eriobotrya japonica) leaves. The mixed fermented tea extract inhibited pancreatic lipase activity in vitro, and effectively suppressed postprandial hypertriacylglycerolemia in rats. Rats fed a diet containing 1% freeze-dried fermented tea extract for 4 weeks had a significantly lower liver triacylglycerol concentration and white adipose tissue weight than those fed the control diet lacking fermented tea extract. The activity of fatty acid synthase in hepatic cytosol markedly decreased in the fermented tea extract group as compared to the control group. The serum and liver triacylglycerol- and body fat-lowering effects of the mixed fermented tea extract were strong relative to the level of dietary supplementation. These results suggest that the new fermented tea product exhibited hypotriacylglycerolemic and antiobesity properties through suppression of both liver fatty acid synthesis and postprandial hypertriacylglycerolemia by inhibition of pancreatic lipase.  相似文献

Tea caffeine synthase (CS) is a key enzyme in tea plant for synthesis of caffeine. We firstly systematically investigated the gene expression of CS. Northern blot analysis showed that CS gene was not expressed in stems and roots but efficiently expressed in leaves of tea plants. The expression level of CS gene in summer-grown leaves was much higher than in spring leaves. Its expression level in leaves of the shaded or fertilized tea plants was significantly higher. Along the same shoot, CS gene was expressed at much higher level in the young leaves (bud and the first leaf) than in the more mature second and third leaves. RNA in situ hybridization indicated that tea CS gene was mainly expressed in the palisade parenchyma and the epicuticle of leaves but less expressed in the spongy parenchyma and the hypoderm. Cigarette beetle, Lasioderma serricorne (F.), is a common food-product pest widely found in homes. This paper investigated the relationship between the number of infesting cigarette beetles and the phenolic content of pennywort tea made from young and mature leaves during one-year storage. It was found that cigarette beetles started to appear in tea bags after six months of storage. More adults were found than larvae and pupae. In addition, the number of cigarette beetles infesting pennywort tea made from mature leaves was higher than when it was made from young leaves. The amount of phenolic compounds in pennywort tea was analyzed by Folin–Ciocalteau assay. The results of a regression analysis indicated that the number of adult cigarette beetles correlated negatively with the amount of phenolic compounds in pennywort tea made from young leaves – when the total phenolic content decreased, the number of infesting cigarette beetles increased (r2 = 0.80). The number of larvae and pupae showed a weak negative correlation with the amount of phenolic compounds (r2 = 0.40 and r2 = 0.56, respectively). Similar correlations were found in pennywort tea made from mature leaves, but the number of infesting beetles was higher due to the lower phenolic content of the mature leaves.  相似文献

对丹岩区和名岩区各5个取样点的武夷肉桂茶树鲜叶生化成分进行分析。结果表明,名岩区肉桂茶树鲜叶中茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱含量总体均高于丹岩区,名岩区的茶树鲜叶具有比丹岩区更优的物质基础。名岩区产的肉桂成品茶的主要生化成分茶多酚、氨基酸和咖啡碱含量亦略高于丹岩区,其他成分差异不显著。测定武夷肉桂茶树鲜叶和成品茶微量营养元素表明,二者在全铜含量上呈显著性相关,且丹岩区肉桂茶树鲜叶的Cu含量显著高于名岩区。对土壤微量营养元素分析表明,丹岩区的Cu、Zn含量显著高于名岩区,而Fe、Mn含量差异不显著。  相似文献

Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) senses viral single-stranded RNA (ssRNA), induces the production of type I interferons (IFNs), IFN-α and -β, in macrophages such as dendritic cells (DCs), and its immune system protects the host from virus infection. Here, we found that a crude extract from immature green tea leaves (iTPS) containing a macromolecule with ssRNA fragments, induces IFN-α production in human macrophage-like cells. A 2-mo experiment with the white Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats was conducted to investigate the effect of the water extracts of black tea (BTWE) and green tea (GTWE) and the black tea leaves (BTF) and the green tea leaves (GTF) on the metabolism of mineral elements. One hundred eight 12-mo-old white SD rats were randomly divided into 13 groups; 6 of these drank the BTWE or GTWE in which the water extracts concentrations of black tea or green tea were, respectively, 0.6%, 1.2%, and 2.4%, and 6 of these had black tea leaves (BTF) and green tea leaves (GTF) added in which the contents of BTF or GTF were, respectively, 0.5%, 1.0%, and 2.0%, one of these was control. The teas and their water extracts could promote the absorption of manganese and copper. In GTF, BTF, GTWE, and BTWE, the apparent absorption rates of manganese were significantly increased. The manganese contents in the tibia were also elevated, and the differences between GTWE and GTF were significant. The apparent absorption rates of copper and the copper contents in the tibia were increased, but not significantly. The teas and their water extracts inhibited the absorption of calcium (p > 0.05) and iron (p < 0.05). The cerebrum calcium contents were significantly decreased, but the contents of calcium and iron in tibia were not significantly changed. Compared with the control, although the apparent absorption rates of aluminum in all experimental groups were not observed to be different, the aluminum contents in the tibia (p > 0.05) and cerebrum (p < 0.05) were increased. GTF and GTWE decreased the apparent absorption rates of zinc, but BTF and BTWE increased them; the zinc contents in tibia were a little improved, whereas its contents in the cerebrum were gradually decreased with the increase of tea leaves dose and tea concentration.  相似文献

为探究以白化和黄化茶树品种鲜叶为原料制成的绿茶滋味品质和代谢物差异,对广德市6个白化品种绿茶(奶白茶)和14个黄化品种绿茶(黄金芽茶)进行感官审评和代谢物分析。结果表明,奶白茶滋味鲜爽而收敛性略弱;黄金芽茶滋味收敛性强而鲜度低于奶白茶。游离氨基酸总量以及呈现鲜味、甜味的游离氨基酸在奶白茶中的含量显著高于黄金芽茶,而贡献收敛性的儿茶素类化合物和没食子酸含量以及呈现苦味的咖啡碱含量在奶白茶中显著低于黄金芽茶。偏最小二乘法判别分析(PLS-DA)表明导致两种绿茶滋味差异的标志性化合物有7种,分别是茶氨酸、精氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯和咖啡碱。味觉活性值(Dot)最高的EGCG在黄金芽茶中的呈味贡献显著高于奶白茶。因此,游离氨基酸、儿茶素类化合物、没食子酸和咖啡碱含量差异导致白化和黄化茶树品种绿茶滋味不同。  相似文献

本文研究了绿茶和桑叶提取物在不同浓度时对细菌的抑制作用,采用D值计算法快速评价了它们的抑菌效果。结果表明,绿茶提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的最低抑制浓度分别为0.034%,0.42%;而桑叶提取物分别为0.86%,1.54%。绿茶的抑菌效果更好。  相似文献
