利用氨基酸自动分析仪对10个山东栽培瓜蒌样品中的水解氨基酸和游离氨基酸进行含量测定.结果发现山东栽培瓜萎中氨基酸的种类较为丰富,均含有19种相同的游离氨基酸和水解氨基酸;氨基酸含量在各个样品之间差异显著,从游离总氨基酸的含量考虑,糖瓜蒌略优于仁瓜萎,仁瓜蒌优于地瓜萎.  相似文献

【背景】瓜实蝇是一种重要的世界性检疫害虫,广泛分布在我国的热带、亚热带地区。在室内和田间测定了液体植物保护膜对瓜实蝇的控制效能,并初步探索了该保护膜的作用方式,以期为瓜实蝇的绿色防控提供一定的技术支撑。【方法】测定了应用保护膜后瓜实蝇的产卵、存活以及对苦瓜的为害率。【结果】保护膜显著影响了瓜实蝇产卵、存活以及选择性。随着保护膜浓度的升高,瓜实蝇的存活率和在供试苦瓜段上的产卵量逐渐下降,但300和400倍保护膜之间的差异不显著。当浓度达到400倍时产卵量最低,为0.33粒,死亡率最高,约为50%;室内研究发现保护膜可持续影响瓜实蝇产卵5 d;此外,通过将保护膜应用在损伤的苦瓜上,发现保护膜并没有抑制瓜实蝇产卵。在田间,研究发现苦瓜的果长影响了保护膜的应用效能,2种果长的苦瓜应用保护膜后12~14 cm苦瓜的被害率显著低于6~8 cm苦瓜的被害率。【结论与意义】400倍的植物液体保护膜是防治瓜实蝇的最佳浓度,应用时间建议每4 d一次。保护膜最合适的应用时期为果长发育至12~14 cm时,即生长后期。施用保护膜时一定均匀,且在寄主果实受到损伤时不宜喷施保护膜。  相似文献

柯萨奇病毒B3(Coxsackievirus B3,CVB3)是引起病毒性心肌炎最常见的病毒株,感染心肌细胞后能够激活细胞凋亡、引起细胞损伤;已有研究证实,瓜萎皮激活磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Protein kinase B,PKB)通路减轻缺氧/复氧引起的心肌细胞凋亡,但瓜萎皮对CVB3感染引起心肌细胞凋亡的调节作用及机制尚不清楚.因此,本研究将观察瓜蒌皮激活PI3K/PKB通路减轻柯萨奇病毒感染心肌细胞损伤的作用.在培养心肌H9c2细胞后分组,对照组给予不含药物及病毒的培养基,CVB3组给予含有CVB3病毒液的培养基,瓜萎皮组含有CVB3病毒液及瓜萎皮提取物的培养基,瓜萎皮+抑制剂组含有CVB3病毒液、瓜萎皮提取物及抑制剂LY294002的培养基.检测培养基中乳酸脱氢酶(Lactic dehydrogenase,LDH)及磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(Creatine phosphokinase-isoenzyme-MB,CK-MB)的含量、细胞活力 A490、细胞凋亡率、细胞中 cleaved caspase-9、cleaved caspase-3、p-PI3K、p-PKB的表达.结果显示,与对照组比较,CVB3组培养基中LDH、CK-MB的含量、细胞凋亡率、细胞中天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶-9(cleaved caspase-9,cleaved cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-9)、cleaved caspase-3的表达均增加,A490及细胞中p-PI3K、p-PKB的表达均降低(P<0.05);与CVB3组比较,瓜萎皮组培养基中LDH、CK-MB的含量、细胞凋亡率、细胞中cleaved caspase-9、cleaved caspase-3的表达均降低,A490及细胞中p-PI3K、p-PKB的表达均增加(P<0.05);与瓜萎皮组比较,瓜萎皮+抑制剂组培养基中LDH、CK-MB的含量、细胞凋亡率、细胞中cleaved caspase-9、cleaved caspase-3的表达均增加,A490及细胞中p-PI3K、p-PKB的表达均降低(P<0.05).以上结果表明,瓜萎皮提取物能够减轻CVB3感染心肌细胞的损伤及凋亡,激活PI3K/PKB通路是可能的分子机制.本研究首次发现瓜萎皮提取物对CVB3感染心肌细胞的损伤和凋亡具有抑制作用;同时,本研究还初步阐明了瓜萎皮提取物发挥心肌保护作用的分子机制、即激活PI3K/PKB通路.  相似文献

为探讨南瓜实蝇和瓜实蝇对不同寄主的产卵选择性及其与子代生长发育的关联度,采用生态测定方法,研究2种实蝇对南瓜、黄瓜、姜柄瓜、西葫芦、丝瓜和苦瓜6种寄主果实的产卵选择以及幼虫取食6种寄主后对其生长发育的影响。在产卵选择性试验中,2种实蝇对6种寄主的产卵选择性较为一致,均偏向于在丝瓜和黄瓜上产卵。在非产卵选择性试验中,南瓜实蝇在黄瓜和姜柄瓜上的产卵量较多;瓜实蝇在丝瓜和姜柄瓜上的产卵量较多;2种实蝇都对姜柄瓜有一定的偏好。在气味诱导的产卵选择性试验中,南瓜实蝇在姜柄瓜和黄瓜上的产卵量较多;瓜实蝇在黄瓜和丝瓜上的产卵量较多;2种实蝇都对黄瓜气味有一定的偏好;且南瓜实蝇和瓜实蝇都不偏好在苦瓜上产卵。南瓜实蝇分别取食黄瓜、苦瓜时,其幼虫期、蛹期较短;取食姜柄瓜时,蛹重最大;分别取食南瓜和黄瓜时的化蛹率、羽化率最高。瓜实蝇取食西葫芦时,幼虫期较短;取食丝瓜时,蛹期较短,且蛹重最大;分别取食黄瓜和南瓜时的化蛹率、羽化率最高。南瓜实蝇和瓜实蝇对不同寄主果实的产卵选择性均存在明显差异,寄主外部物理性状对实蝇的产卵选择有显著影响,2种实蝇对6种寄主果实产卵选择性和幼虫生长发育适应性的相关性不显著。  相似文献

南美斑潜蝇寄主选择性与植物次生化合物及叶毛的关系   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
采用非自由选择法,以刺伤孔(包括取食孔和产卵孔)数为指标,在室内测定了南美斑潜蝇对6科、16种、22个蔬菜品种的寄主选择性。结果表明,南美斑潜蝇对供试蔬菜品种的选择性存在显著差异,选择性大小依次为豆科>菊科>葫芦科>茄科>伞形科>十字花科; 菜豆和茼蒿是南美斑潜蝇最喜欢产卵和取食的寄主,而甘蓝和番茄是其选择性最差的寄主。化学分析和解剖镜观察表明,叶片单宁酸、黄酮含量及叶毛密度在供试品种间存在显著差异: 苦瓜的单宁酸含量最高,其次为豌豆、番茄和青椒,含量最低的为金丝搅瓜、茼蒿、菜豆和美国西芹; 黄酮含量最高的为甘蓝和番茄,其次为苦瓜,最低为茼蒿、菜豆和美国西芹; 南瓜和小白菜的叶毛密度最高,其次为西葫芦、金丝搅瓜和甘蓝,最低为青椒、莴苣和苦瓜。相关分析表明,南美斑潜蝇寄主选择性与叶片单宁酸和黄酮含量呈显著的负相关关系,相关系数分别为-0.4425( P=0.0392)和 -0.5728( P=0.0053),而与叶毛密度相关关系不显著( R=-0.1807,P=0.4211)。说明黄酮和单宁酸对南美斑潜蝇产卵和取食具有明显的抑制作用。  相似文献

在网室条件下 ,测定了美洲斑潜蝇对豇豆、苦瓜、黄瓜、白瓜、节瓜和丝瓜的寄主选择性。结果表明 ,美洲斑潜蝇在 6种不同植物叶片上的幼虫数、虫道数和为害程度具有明显的差异。从幼虫数和为害程度综合分析 ,美洲斑潜蝇在豇豆和丝瓜上的幼虫数、为害程度最高 ,分别是 0 .183头 / cm2 ,13.4 7%和 0 .0 99头 / cm2 ,2 3.4 2 % ,表明该虫对豇豆和丝瓜的选择性最强。在苦瓜上没有美洲斑潜蝇的幼虫寄生及取食虫道。该虫对其它 3种植物的选择性依次为节瓜、白瓜和黄瓜。在此基础上 ,进一步研究了不同植物叶片甲醇提取物中葫芦素 B的含量与美洲斑潜蝇寄主选择性的关系。经高效液相色谱 (HPL C)测定 ,苦瓜中的葫芦素 B含量最高 (2 3.8μg/ ml) ,其次是黄瓜 (9.6 μg/ ml)、白瓜 (4 .3μg/ ml)、豇豆 (2 .7μg/ ml)和节瓜 (2 .5 μg/ m l) ,丝瓜中含量最少 ,仅为1.3μg/ ml。分析结果证实不同植物叶中的葫芦素 B含量与其幼虫数呈负相关 (r1 =- 0 .82 0 6 ,r0 .0 5=0 .811) ;将不同植物叶中的葫芦素 B含量和美洲斑潜蝇的为害程度分别转换成对数后进行相关性分析 ,二者之间的相关性呈极显著的负相关(r2 =- 0 .980 4 ,r0 .0 1 =0 .917)。说明随着寄主植物叶片中葫芦素 B含量的增加 ,美洲斑潜蝇的幼虫数及为害程度明显  相似文献

为了解荔枝(Litchi chinensis)花蜜的分泌规律和主要组分,对‘糯米糍’、‘桂味’和‘怀枝’3个主栽品种雄花和雌花的花蜜分泌模式进行研究,并测定花蜜中可溶性糖的组分和含量。结果表明,采样期间果园阴天和晴天气温差异不明显,但阴天的相对空气湿度显著高于晴天。总体上阴天的荔枝花蜜分泌量高于晴天,雌花的花蜜分泌量高于雄花,‘桂味’和‘糯米糍’的花蜜分泌量均高于‘怀枝’。晴天花蜜中的可溶性固形物含量高于阴天的,且在雌花中表现尤为明显。‘怀枝’花蜜中的可溶性固形物含量最高,可达37.7%,‘桂味’其次,‘糯米糍’最少(17.7%)。利用高效液相色谱检测,荔枝花蜜中主要可溶性糖组分为葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖,以葡萄糖含量最高。晴天时‘怀枝’雌花花蜜中可溶性糖含量达450.36μg m L–1,显著高于另外两个品种。这为荔枝栽培和花蜜生产提供科学依据。  相似文献

以太湖胥口湾湖滨带芦苇、香蒲和菖蒲等典型挺水植物为研究对象,通过分析这3种挺水植物不同生长阶段器官中营养元素含量,结合其单位面积生物量以及分布面积,估算水生植物收割的氮(TN)、磷(TP)去除效应。结果表明:湖滨湿地沉积物中TN含量在生长期和衰老期分别为1373.0~2919.8和2240.6~3923.4 mg·kg-1,TP含量分别为437.1~687.3和556.0~790.7 mg·kg-1;3种植物在生长期和衰老期不同器官的TN、TP含量差异显著(P<0.05),且均表现为叶>根>茎;由生长期到衰老期,3种挺水植物叶和茎中TN和TP含量下降,而根部则增加;3种挺水植物器官中总碳含量表现为根≈茎>叶,且受植物生长期影响较小;在3种挺水植物中,芦苇叶中TN含量最高,香蒲茎中TN含量最高,三者根中TN含量相当;香蒲叶、茎、根中TP含量最高,而芦苇叶、茎、根中总碳含量最高;衰老期间,收割3种优势挺水植物可有效去除TN 21.8 t(18.47 g·m-2)、TP 1.6 t(1.36 g·m  相似文献

为探索瓜实蝇Zeugodacus cucurbitae不同寄主种群对杀虫剂的敏感性,本研究在室内通过药膜法测定了瓜实蝇节瓜、黄瓜、丝瓜和苦瓜种群4日龄成虫对4种杀虫剂的敏感性,随后将瓜实蝇不同寄主种群致死中浓度LC50进行比较,计算抗性倍数。结果表明,4个寄主种群对甲维盐的敏感性为节瓜 > 苦瓜 > 丝瓜 > 黄瓜,其中节瓜、苦瓜种群对甲维盐最敏感,其次是丝瓜、黄瓜,LC50值分别为0.250、0.391、0.809和1.035 mg/L。4个寄主种群对灭多威的敏感性表现为节瓜 > 黄瓜 > 苦瓜 > 丝瓜,LC50值分别为0.302、0.318、0.652和0.804 mg/L。对多杀菌素的敏感性大小依次为黄瓜、节瓜、丝瓜、苦瓜,LC50值分别为1.157、1.198、1.232和2.029 mg/L。对啶虫脒的敏感性为苦瓜 > 节瓜 > 黄瓜 > 丝瓜,LC50值分别为17.946、20.166、20.190和21.986 mg/L,其中对甲维盐的敏感性差异幅度最大,为4.140倍,其次是灭多威,为2.654倍,对啶虫脒的敏感性差异幅度最小,为1.225倍。表明寄主植物可引起瓜实蝇对杀虫剂的敏感性变化。  相似文献

对雌雄栝楼(Trlctmsanthes kirilowii Maxim)分别进行组织培养的研究结果表明:在雌雄栝楼组织培养过程中,愈伤组织的诱导和分化适宜的培养基均存在性别差异。愈伤组织诱导的适宜培养基分别是,雌性栝楼培养基为MS+NAA0.5mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L+6-BA1.5mg/L;雄性栝楼培养基为MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L和MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L。愈伤组织分化的适宜培养基分别是,雌性栝楼培养基为MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.4mg/L+6-BA1.2mg/L;雄性栝楼培养基为MS+NAA0.3ms/L+IBA0.2mg/L+6-BA0.8mg/L;雌雄栝楼无根苗生根的适宜培养基均为MS+NAA0.1mg/L。  相似文献

Disanthus cercidifolius Maxim.var.longipes H.T.Chang,a plant species that only occurs in a few counties in Hunan,Jiangxi and Zhejiang Provinces and with a relatively small number of individuals,is ranked as a second Class endangered species for conservation in China.We have studied the effect of pollen and resources available to female reproduction,and the reproductive mechanism of "excess flowers with low fruit set" in Disanthus cercidifolius Maxim.var.longipes H.T.Chang was discussed.Results are as follows:Pollen from different sources has significant effects on fruit set and seed set of Disanthus cercidifolius Maxim.var.longipes H.T.Chang.The pollen source rather than pollen numbers significantly affected reproduction of this species.In wild populations,producing one fruit needs about 54.8 flowers,and one satiation seed needs about 6.60 flowers or 83.19 ovules.After fertilizing,which was propitious to flower development,the abortion rate of flower buds was decreasing,but the flowering rate was increasing.The fruit set and seed set was also significantly increasing,while abortion rate of fruit was significantly decreasing.With the increasing percentages of cutting leaves,the fruit set decreased,but the abortion rate of fruit shows no significant differentiation among treatments.After cutting branches that were puny,broken and insectinfested branches,the flower number seemed to be decreasing,but the fruit set and seed set all increased significantly.After removing some flowers,the fruit set was calculated with respect to the number of flowers remaining after the treatment increased with increasing of percentages of flower removal,whereas fruit set calculated with respect to the initial number of flowers remained constant,and the mean weights of per fi'uit and per seed all decreased significantly.Sufficient spatial or temporal heterogeneities in nutrient levels might allow limitation of seed set by resources and pollen in a natural population,while supplying resources may indirectly affect pollination by increasing attraction of the flowers to pollinators.There were very low fruit and seed sets in natural populations ofDisanthus cercidifolius Maxim.var.longipes H.T.Chang.Different factors may have interacted to effect a low fruit set.A joint adoption of the "selection abortion hypothesis","ovary reserve hypothesis" and "male function hypothesis" seems to be the most likely explanation for the reproductive strategy of"excess flowers with few fruit sets" in Disanthus cercidifolius Maxim.var.longipes H.T.Chang.  相似文献

Hairy roots of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. were successfully induced by infection with Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain R1601 and an in vitro culture system of thehairy roots was established. The presence of trichosanthin in the hairy roots of T. kirilowii was confirmed by western blotting. The yield of trichosanthin was determined to be 8. 16 mg/g fr. wt with SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis and thin layer chromatography.  相似文献

利用发根农杆菌 (Agrobacterium rhizogenes)菌株 R1 60 1 ,成功地从药用植物栝楼 (Trichosantheskirilowii Maxim.)中诱导出发根并建立了栝楼发根的离体培养系统。通过蛋白质印迹法对栝楼发根的天花粉蛋白进行了鉴定。利用 SDS- PAGE和 TLC扫描 ,测定出每克鲜重栝楼发根中天花粉蛋白的含量可达 8.1 6mg。  相似文献

Diabetes is an oxidative stress disorder and oxidative damage to tissues such as heart, kidney, liver and other organs may be a contributory factor to several diabetic complications. Momordica charantia (family: Cucurbitaceae) and Trigonella foenum graecum (family: Fabaceae) are used traditionally in Indian folk medicine to manage diabetes mellitus. In the present study, the anti-hyperglycemic and anti-oxidative potential of aqueous extracts of M. charantia pulp and seed powder of T. foenum graecum were assessed in alloxan (150 mg/kg body weight) induced diabetic rats. Alloxan treatment to the rats could induce diabetes as the fasting blood glucose (FBG) levels were > 280 mg/dl. Treatment of diabetic rats for 30 days with M. charantia and T. foenum graecum could significantly (p < 0.001) improve the FBG levels to near normal glucose levels. Antioxidant activities (superoxide dismutase, catalase, reduced glutathione content and glutathione-s-transferase) and lipid peroxidation levels were measured in heart, kidney and liver tissues of normal, diabetic and experimental animals (diabetics + treatment). TBARS levels were significantly (p < 0.001) higher and anti-oxidative activities were found low in diabetic group, as compared to the control group. Significant (p < 0.001) improvement in both the TBARS levels and antioxidant activities were observed when M. charantia and T. foenum graecum were given to diabetic rats. Our results clearly demonstrate that M. charantia and T. foenum graecum are not only useful in controlling the blood glucose levels, but also have antioxidant potential to protect vital organs such as heart and kidney against damage caused due to diabetes induced oxidative stress.  相似文献

A glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 28,000 as estimated by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was isolated from seeds of Luffa acutangula using a procedure that involved acetone precipitation, ion exchange chromatography on CM Sepharose CL-6B and gel filtration on Sephadex G-50. In immunodiffusion studies it was found to be immunologically distinct from abortifacient proteins isolated from other members of the Cucurbitaceae family including Momordica charantia, Momordica cochinchinensis, Trichosanthes kirilowii and Trichosanthes cucumeroides. There were some differences in amino acid composition among the proteins although there was a gross similarity. The protein from L. acutangula was capable of inducing mid-term abortion in mice and inhibiting protein synthesis in a cell-free system.  相似文献

Premise of the study: Polymorphic microsatellite markers were developed for Momordica charantia L. to investigate the genetic diversity and population structure within and between M. charantia and its four related species (Cucurbita pepo L., Luffa cylindrical L., Lagenaria siceraria L., and Cucumis sativus L.). ? Methods and Results: Using the Fast Isolation by AFLP of Sequence COntaining Repeats (FIASCO) method, 16 polymorphic microsatellite loci were identified in 36 individuals of M. charantia. Across all the M. charantia samples, the number of alleles per locus ranged from three to eight. Seven primers successfully amplified in the four related species. ? Conclusions: These markers will be useful to study population ecology and population differentiation among M. charantia species and its related species.  相似文献

We evaluated the effects of crude extracts from the plantain Plantago lanceolata and the bitter gourd Momordica charantia on the oviposition preference and development of the coffee leaf miner Leucoptera coffeella Guérin-Mèneville & Perrottet under laboratory and/or greenhouse conditions. The ovicidal effects of these extracts were also studied in a greenhouse. Plantago lanceolata and M. charantia extracts also underwent fractionation directed by oviposition tests with the coffee leaf miner. The extracts of both plants reduced L. coffeella oviposition and egg hatching, apparently as a result of action of plant metabolites on the embryo. Adults originating from eggs treated with the extracts exhibited similar survival rates, but a higher female/male ratio. Fecundity was reduced for females obtained from eggs treated with the M. charantia extract. Partial chemical analysis indicated that both extracts produced polar fractions that reduced the oviposition of L. coffeella on coffee leaves under laboratory conditions. The extracts of P. lanceolata and M. charantia have potential for use in the development of new products to control the coffee leaf miner.  相似文献

Larvicidal efficacies of extracts of five species of Cucurbitacious plants, Momordica charantia, Trichosanthes anguina, Luffa acutangula, Benincasa cerifera and Citrullus vulgaris were tested against the late third larval age group of Culex quinquefasciatus. The larval mortality was observed after 24 h exposure. The LC50 values of M. charantia, T. anguina, L. acutangula, B. cerifera and C. vulgaris were 465.85, 567.81, 839.81, 1189.30 and 1636.04 ppm respectively.  相似文献
