A selection of fungicides, herbicides and surfactants and urea were tested for their effect on the production of pseudothecia and ascospore release of Leptosphaeria maculans present on oil-seed rape straw and turnip seed crop straw. The fungicides ethyl mercury phosphate, triarimol, fenarimol, carbendazim, tridemorph and benomyl, each at 1 g/litre, the herbicides dinoseb and diquat, each at 10 g/litre the surfactants Bradasol, Cetrimide, Deciquam 222, Hyamine 1622 and Maxonol N, each at 50 g product/litre, and urea at 150 g/litre, applied to straw before pseudothecia had formed were more than 90% effective in preventing further development. These chemicals were also effective in preventing further ascospore production when applied to straw bearing mature pseudothecia but only dinoseb and urea prevented the release of mature ascospores. The results suggest that it may be possible to break the life cycle of L. maculans by chemical treatment and thereby obviate the need for subsequent control measures.  相似文献

Fungicide residues in soils may affect nitrogen fixation by legumes. Effects of nine systemic fungicides, used against cereal pathogens, on Rhizobium trifolii and white clover were measured. Fenarimol and oxycarboxin inhibited growth of R. trifolii in vitro. The weight of clover plants after 10 weeks' growth in soil containing carboxin, oxycarboxin, benodanil, tridemorph and pyracarbolid was reduced. Symbiotic nitrogen fixation was decreased by carboxin, oxycarboxin and tridemorph present in soil at concentrations somewhat greater than that likely to result from several applications of the fungicide. Only tridemorph reduced nodulation. None of the compounds seems likely to affect nitrogen fixation in the field if applied at the recommended rate.  相似文献

The effect of three systemic fungicides, tridemorph, fenpropimorph and fenarimol, on growth and aflatoxin production by Aspergillus parasiticus was studied in a chemically defined medium. Each compound inhibited growth and at the same time gave increased information of aflatoxin. Fenarimol, which is considered to be an inhibitor of cytochrome P450, not only affects total aflatoxin production but may also alter the ratio of aflatoxin B1 to G1 in the culture filtrate.  相似文献

Rate of hydrolysis of urea as influenced by thiourea and pellet size   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Summary Two incubation experiments and a number of field experiments were conducted to determine the effect of soil moisture tension, pellet size and addition of thiourea to urea on the rate of urea hydrolysis. In the incubation experiments at 20°C, the rate of hydrolysis of urea increased from 15 bar to 1/3 bar soil moisture tension, with the largest change (doubling) occurring from 15 bar to 7 bar moisture tension. Increasing pellet size reduced the rate of urea hydrolysis by about 12% with urea pellets weighing 0.21 g as compared to 0.01 g urea pellets after 114h. When thiourea (a metabolic inhibitor) was pelleted with urea in a ratio of two parts urea and one part thiourea, the rate of hydrolysis was halved.In a field experiment, the addition of thiourea to urea and increasing pellet size suppressed the rate of urea hydrolysis considerably for 8 days. The amount of urea hydrolyzed with urea+thiourea (21) pellets weighing 2.51 g was one-fourth of the amount of urea hydrolyzed with 0.01 g pellets of urea alone. In the other six field experiments which were set out in October, only 22% to 39% of urea +thiourea (21) was hydrolyzed at two weeks after application, while almost all of the urea was hydrolyzed when it was mixed into the soil without an inhibitor.Unter our field conditions, we would estimate that the hydrolysis of urea can be inhibited for at least one week. The inhibition of urea hydrolysis appears to be great enough that the problems encountered from the rapid hydrolysis of urea, wherever these occur, may be reduced by combined use of thiourea and either increased pellet size or band placement.  相似文献

Successive sowings of glasshouse-grown barley plants were treated with either tridemorph, ethirimol or both fungicides, and inoculated with an initially fungicide-sensitive isolate of Erysiphe graminis f. sp. hordei. The time taken for symptoms to appear, compared with that for untreated plants, decreased with successive sowings. This was interpreted as evidence for the increase in the frequency of fungicide-tolerant propagules in the pathogen population. Effective mildew control was obtained by the use of either or both fungicides in trial plot and field crops. Seedling assays for tolerance to tridemorph and ethirimol showed that tolerance was more evident in treated than in untreated crops in June. Some mildew populations partially tolerant to one fungicide also showed reduced sensitivity to the other. By July a response intermediate between tolerant and sensitive was recorded on all the plots, probably indicating the mixing of fungal populations from adjacent plots. Larger numbers of tolerant isolates were found in random samples from treated than from untreated crops.  相似文献

Effect of hydrogen bond breaker (urea) addition on the enzymatic hydrolysis of Avicel and eucalyptus pretreated by dilute acid (Eu-DA) was investigated. Urea enhanced the enzymatic hydrolysis of Eu-DA at 50 or 30 °C when the concentration of urea was below 60 g/L, while it inhibited the hydrolysis of Avicel. Low concentration urea (<?240 g/L) had little effect on the cellulase spatial structure and its activity. But it decreased cellulase binding to cellulose surface to inhibit the cellulose hydrolysis. Meanwhile, urea obviously prevented the adsorption of cellobiohydrolase I (CBHI) on the lignin in spite of little effect on the adsorption of β-glucosidase (BGL) and two endoglucanases (EGIII and EGV) on lignin. It was proposed that urea enhanced the enzymatic efficiency of Eu-DA by decreasing the cellulase adsorption on lignin surface.  相似文献

Factorial experiments in 1976–1979 investigated the effects of sowing date, fungicides (ethirimol seed treatments and tridemorph sprays) and insecticides (phorate applied to the soil, and menazon or dimethoate sprays) on powdery mildew, aphids, barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) and grain yield of spring barley (cv. Julia in 1976 and 1977; cv. Wing in 1978 and 1979). Late sowing usually increased the severity of powdery mildew, numbers of aphids and incidence of BYDV and generally decreased yield. Responses to pesticides were commonly greater on the late-sown than on the early-sown barley. Response to fungicides are principally attributed to the control of powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis f. sp. hordei; the target species) but responses to insecticides cannot be attributed to virus control and seem unlikely to be due solely to control of aphids, whose numbers were relatively small. There were some effects of fungicides on aphids and insecticides on mildew, but they were inconsistent and too small to affect crop protection strategies.  相似文献

本试验研究脲酶/硝化抑制剂不同组合在黑土和褐土中对尿素水解和硝化作用的调控效果,旨在筛选出适合东北黑土、褐土的高效抑制剂组合。采用室内恒温、恒湿培养试验,以不施氮肥(CK)和施用普通尿素肥料(U)为对照,研究分别添加脲酶抑制剂N-丁基硫代磷酰三胺(NBPT)及其与硝化抑制剂双氰胺(DCD)、3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐(DMPP)、2-氯-6(三氯甲基)-吡啶(CP)、2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲基嘧啶(AM)、3-甲基吡唑(MP)组合制成的6种高效稳定性尿素在黑土和褐土中的尿素水解和氨氧化特征。在培养125 d内分别取土壤样品15次,通过测定2种土壤中尿素态氮、铵态氮和硝态氮含量,及氨氧化作用强度,计算硝化抑制率,确定最适合2种土壤的抑制剂或组合。结果表明: 尿素在黑土和褐土中水解时间约7 d,添加NBPT以及其与不同硝化抑制剂组合均能将尿素水解时间延长21 d以上。与U处理相比,添加抑制剂可显著增加土壤NH4+-N含量,降低NO3--N生成量,维持土壤中高NH4+-N含量的时间更久。黑土中,添加硝化抑制剂的处理均能显著抑制土壤硝化作用,有效硝化抑制时间超过125 d;DMPP、CP与NBPT配施使黑土NH4+-N含量提高1.6~1.8倍,培养125 d时其硝化抑制率分别为47.9%和24.1%。褐土中,U处理培养80 d左右基本完成硝化过程,而添加硝化抑制剂使硝化过程延长至少30 d;DCD、DMPP与NBPT配施使土壤NH4+-N含量提高2.1~3.4倍,培养125 d时其硝化抑制率分别为25.3%和23.2%。因此,尿素与NBPT+DMPP和NBPT+DCD制成的高效稳定性尿素分别在黑土和褐土中施用效果最好,其次分别是NBPT+CP和NBPT+DMPP。  相似文献

The germination and colony growth of single-pustule Erysiphe graminis isolates tolerant and sensitive to tridemorph and ethirimol was studied on glass slides and on leaf segments sprayed with tridemorph or left untreated. In the absence of the fungicide, neither tridemorph- nor ethirimol-tolerant isolates differed from the sensitive in germination or colony growth. Germination percentages of all isolates were depressed by high temperature and low humidity, although some isolates grew well in less than optimum conditions. Differences between ethirimol- and tridemorph-tolerant and sensitive isolates for colony size on untreated plants of various cultivars reflected differences in virulence to the host rather than fungicide tolerance. The presence of tridemorph retarded the growth rate of colonies of tolerant and sensitive isolates, but the germination of tridemorph-tolerant isolates was greatly stimulated by low concentrations of tridemorph (50 mg/litre) and was less depressed than that of the sensitive isolates by high concentrations (200 mg/litre).  相似文献

江西是柑橘类水果的主要产区之一,青绿霉菌是导致柑橘采后腐烂的主要病害,化学杀菌剂可产生病原抗药性和残留,一株具有拮抗此病菌的祼脚菇属菌株0612-9被发现。为了探索其产活性物质的代谢培养和活性作用,采用菌丝生长速率法和显微观察法测定了其抗菌活性,单因素试验、Plackett-Burman、最陡爬坡试验和Box-Behnken试验响应面设计等优化出液体培养基组成和培养条件。结果显示:液体培养基组成和培养条件为:马铃薯279.94g/L,葡萄糖30g/L,麸皮8.87g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.47g/L,KH2PO4 2g/L,发酵周期10d,接种量5 ml/100 ml,转速180 r/min,摇床温度26℃,装液量100ml/250ml,发酵液抗病菌活性从42.26%提高到55.77%。对意大利青霉和指状青霉的EC50分别为69.25g/L和56.70g/L,最小杀菌浓度250μg/ml低于阳性对照物抑霉唑的500μg/ml,并且对病原菌菌丝体有一定的毒害作用。该祼脚属菌株有潜在开发成柑橘采后保鲜剂的价值。  相似文献

施用脲酶抑制剂是降低尿素水解、减少氨气挥发损失、提高作物氮(N)肥利用率的重要途径之一.采用室内恒温、恒湿模拟试验方法,在25 ℃黑暗条件下培养,研究新型磷酰胺类脲酶抑制剂N-丙基磷酰三胺(NPPT)的脲酶抑制效果,比较其与N-丁基磷酰三胺(NBPT)在不同尿素用量条件下不同质地土壤中对脲酶的抑制差异.结果表明: 在壤土和黏土中,尿素作用时间≤9 d,添加抑制剂可以将尿素水解时间延长3 d以上.砂土中,尿素分解过程相对缓慢,添加抑制剂显著降低土壤脲酶活性,抑制NH4+-N生成.在培养期间,不同尿素用量条件下,脲酶抑制剂在不同质地土壤中的抑制效果表现为高施N量优于低施N量.培养第6天,在尿素用量250 mg N·kg-1条件下,NBPT和NPPT在砂土中脲酶抑制率分别为56.3%和53.0%,在壤土中分别为0.04%和0.3%,在黏土中分别为4.1%和6.2%;尿素用量500 mg N·kg-1,NBPT和NPPT在砂土中脲酶抑制率分别为59.4%和65.8%,在壤土中分别为14.5%和15.1%,在黏土中分别为49.1%和48.1%.不同质地土壤中脲酶抑制效果表现为砂土>黏土>壤土.不同抑制剂处理在培养期间土壤NH4+-N含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而NO3--N含量和表观硝化率均呈现逐渐上升的趋势.与单施尿素处理相比,添加脲酶抑制剂NBPT和NPPT显著增加土壤中的残留尿素态N,降低NH4+-N生成.新型脲酶抑制剂NPPT在不同质地土壤中的抑制效果与NBPT相似,是一款有效的脲酶抑制剂.  相似文献

The effect of 20 fungicides on theinfectivity of conidia of the entomopathogenicfungus, Erynia neoaphidis, were assessedin the laboratory. After projection on broadbean leaves, conidia were treated withfungicides applied at their recommended fieldrate. Afterwards, the infectivity of theseinocula was assessed using an aphid bioassay.Four fungicides, carbendazim, kresoxym-methyl, nuarimol and thiophanate-methyl reduced the infectivity of the conidia by less than 25% and can be considered harmless for this aphid pathogen. Propiconazole was a little more toxic, with 37% reduction. Other products reducedinfectivity by between 50% and 100%. These are, from the least to the most toxic:flutriafol, prochloraz, epoxyconazole,iprodione, hexaconazole, triadimenol,azoxystrobine, cyproconazole, cyprodynil,flusilazole and tridemorph. Chlorothalonil,fenpropimorph, spiroxamine and tebuconazoletotally inhibited infectivity of the fungi. Analysis of the results according to chemicalclass showed that the benzimidazoles were theleast toxic for E. neoaphidis and themorpholines the most toxic. Effects oftriazoles and strobilurines were variable, withreduction ranging from 37% to 100% fortriazoles and from 17% to 68% forstrobilurines.  相似文献

A bacterial strain WJ-98 found to produce active extracellular keratinase was isolated from the soil of a poultry factory. It was identified asParacoccus sp. based on its 16S rRNA sequence analysis, morphological and physiological characteristics. The optimal culture conditions for the production of keratinase byParacoccus sp. WJ-98 were investigated. The optimal medium composition for keratinase production was determined to be 1.0% keratin, 0.05% urea and NaCl, 0.03% K2HPO4, 0.04% KH2PO4, and 0.01% MgCl2·6H2O. Optimal initial pH and temperature for the production of keratinase were 7.5 and 37°C, respectively. The maximum keratinase production of 90 U/mL was reached after 84 h of cultivation under the optimal culturing conditions. The keratinase fromParacoccus sp. WJ-98 was partially purified from a culture broth by using ammonium sulfate precipitation, ion-exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose, followed by gel filtration chromatography on Sephadex G-75. Optimum pH and temperature for the enzyme reaction were pH 6.8 and 50°C, respectively and the enzymes were stable in the pH range from 6.0 to 8.0 and below 50°C. The enzyme activity was significantly inhibited by EDTA, Zn2+ and Hg2+. Inquiry into the characteristics of keratinase production from these bacteria may yield useful agricultural feed processing applications.  相似文献

In this study, the feasibility of biological urea nitrogen removal in anaerobic Anammox co-culture was investigated. After 100 days of operation, complete urea nitrogen removal of 0.35 g (NH(2))(2)CO-N L(-1) d(-1) was achieved. The pure Anammox bacteria were obtained by percoll density-gradient centrifugation and found to be of incapable to hydrolyze urea. The ureolytic bacteria were isolated from the Anammox co-culture by the spread plate and streak. Comparative analysis of partial 16S rDNA sequence presented it belongs to Bacillus sp., and so named as Bacillus sp. LST-1. Fluorescence in situ hybridization was applied to identify the ratio of Bacillus sp. and Anammox in the reactor and the value was approximately 1:4. Urea nitrogen removal was realized in this autotrophic, anoxic reactor via the combined process of urea hydrolysis by Bacillus sp. LST-1 and ammonium oxidizing by Anammox. The investigation of this combined process might have an actual significance in engineering application for its low operational cost.  相似文献

Summary A study of the effects of malathion and parathion applied at 10 and 50 g/g of soil on transformations of urea and (NH4)2SO4–N in a sandy loam showed that the insecticides retarded urea hydrolysis as well as nitrification of urea and (NH4)2SO4–N. At 50 parts/106 rate of the insecticides, inhibition of urea hydrolysis ranged from 44 to 61% after 0.5 week and from 7 to 21% after 3 weeks of application. The insecticides inhibited the conversion of NH4 + to NO2 without appreciably affecting the subsequent oxidation of NO2 to NO3 –N. This resulted in accumulation of higher amounts of NH4 +–N in soil samples treated with ammonium sulfate or urea N.The results suggest that transformations of urea and NH4 + fertilizers in soils may be influenced by the amount of organophosphorus insecticide present and this may affect plant nutrition and fertilizer use.  相似文献

Summary In order to improve nitrogen recovery by rice, the effect of a urease inhibitor phenylphosphorodiamidate (PPD) on the efficiency of fertilizer urea was studied in laboratory and greenhouse. Addition of PPD to urea (5% w/w) delayed urea hydrolysis by 3 to 4 days and reduced ammonia volatilization from 45% (without PPD) to 8.5% (with PPD). Ammonia volatilization obeyed first order kinetics. Urea hydrolysis was sufficiently strongly inhibited to match the nitrification potential of the soil. N application to rice by three different modes showed that a delayed mode (4 splits) was superior to two conventional modes (3 splits) in nitrogen recovery and fertilizer efficiency since it met nitrogen requirement of plants at reproductive stage. In 2 out of 3 modes of application, there was a 14% increase (relative) in grain yields and dry matter, and 6.8% increase in N uptake efficiency on application of PPD along with urea. The results indicate that urease inhibitors like PPD can be effectively used to block urea hydrolysis, reduce ammonia volatilization losses and improve N use efficiency by rice.  相似文献

目的:探讨3种真眼点藻(点状魏氏藻(Visderia punctata)、波氏真眼点藻(Eustigmatos polyphem)、魏氏真眼点藻(Eustigmatos vischeri))和3种绿藻(栅藻(Scnedesmus sp.)、斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliqulis)、爪哇栅藻(Scenedesmus jaoaensis))对2种抗生素的敏感性.方法:采用藻液细胞计数法和藻细胞固体平板培养法研究了氯霉素和硫酸新霉素对6种微藻生长的影响.结果:液体培养,3种绿藻对氯霉素敏感性均高于硫酸新霉素,10μg·mL-1氯霉素即可明显抑制3种绿藻的生长(P<0.05),而硫酸新霉素在浓度为200 μg·mL-1时才显示出明显抑制作用:3种真眼点藻对2种抗生素都不敏感.固体培养,除波氏真眼点藻外,其它5种微藻对氯霉素的致死浓度均为50μg·mL-1;波氏真眼点藻、栅藻、斜生栅藻和爪哇栅藻对硫酸新霉素的致死浓度分别为100 μg·mL-1、200μg· mL-1、50μg·mL-1和50μg·mL-1.结论:氯霉素可作为选育6种微藻抗性突变株的筛选剂.  相似文献

Ammonia oxidation in laboratory liquid batch cultures of autotrophic ammonia oxidizers rarely occurs at pH values less than 7, due to ionization of ammonia and the requirement for ammonium transport rather than diffusion of ammonia. Nevertheless, there is strong evidence for autotrophic nitrification in acid soils, which may be carried out by ammonia oxidizers capable of using urea as a source of ammonia. To determine the mechanism of urea-linked ammonia oxidation, a ureolytic autotrophic ammonia oxidizer, Nitrosospira sp. strain NPAV, was grown in liquid batch culture at a range of pH values with either ammonium or urea as the sole nitrogen source. Growth and nitrite production from ammonium did not occur at pH values below 7. Growth on urea occurred at pH values in the range 4 to 7.5 but ceased when urea hydrolysis was complete, even though ammonia, released during urea hydrolysis, remained in the medium. The results support a mechanism whereby urea enters the cells by diffusion and intracellular urea hydrolysis and ammonia oxidation occur independently of extracellular pH in the range 4 to 7.5. A proportion of the ammonia produced during this process diffuses from the cell and is not subsequently available for growth if the extracellular pH is less than 7. Ureolysis therefore provides a mechanism for nitrification in acid soils, but a proportion of the ammonium produced is likely to be released from the cell and may be used by other soil organisms.  相似文献

Numbers of Aphis fabae on spring-sown field beans were little affected by weekly applications of the systemic fungicides benomyl or tridemorph or the non-systemic captafol, manocozeb or maneb. Benomyl diminished the mortality of aphids caused by Erynia neoaphidis but not that caused by other species of entomophthoraceous fungi. The other fungicides failed to affect consistently the proportion of aphids infected by any fungus.  相似文献
