The effect of feeding a high-energy highly palatable cafeteria diet on the liver and muscle ontogenesis of serine dehydratase, alanine transaminase, glutamine synthetase and adenylate deaminase during postnatal development of the rat has been studied. The results are in agreement with the lower amino acid utilization in cafeteria rats, both adults and during postnatal development. The feeding of excess energy coupled with high-quality protein resulted in changes in the ontogenesis of the studied enzymes that coincide with the development of protein synthesis and overall pup growth even before they had direct access to this rich diet, suggesting that cafeteria feeding already affects the amino acid metabolism of the pup through the dam's milk.  相似文献

The investigation has been performed on 337 preparations of human kidneys and on 129 clinical angiograms of kidneys at different age without renal and cardiovascular system pathology. A complex of morphological techniques, mathematical method including, has been used. Peculiarities in architectonics of the intraorganic renal arterial vessels have been described during various age periods of postnatal ontogenesis; essential variations of the renal artery index have been revealed in newborns and adolescents. They reflect functional rearrangement of the vessels during these age periods. Six periods in formation of the renal arterial intraorganic vessels have been determined, when probability of decrease and failure of their compensatory potentialities is especially great.  相似文献

The paper considers the problem of peculiarities of maturation of the stellate ganglion nerve elements in mammals of different species. This process differs in precocious and altricial animals. It has been shown that in spite of some individual peculiarities, the neurons, fibers, and conducting pathways in altricial animals are not, on the whole, completely formed morphologically and functionally. In the course of postnatal ontogenesis, not only an increase of cell sizes and development of dendrite tree, but also reorganization of nerve connections with target organ occur. The postnatal ontogenesis is also accompanied by an increase of the excitation transmission rate along the fibers and by their myelination. The asymmetry of the right and left stellate ganglia (SG) by their sizes and functional peculiarities, which exists in adult animals appears as soon as at early stages of postnatal development. The neural elements of precocious animals are changed to a lesser extent in postnatal ontogenesis and are, in many aspects, similar to those of adult organisms as early as at birth.  相似文献

In this study, we investigated the influence of serotonin on the development and functioning of T- and B-cell-mediated immunity during ontogenesis using the pharmacological model of serotonin depletion in rat fetuses. It has been demonstrated that prenatal serotonin deficiency resulted in a decrease in thymus and spleen weights, changes in their cellular composition, and long-lasting disturbances in cell-mediated and humoral immunity in postnatal ontogenesis. The data obtained suggest that serotonin may be considered a morphogenic factor in development of the immune system.  相似文献

Structure of the thymus in Wistar rats has been studied during antenatal and early postnatal periods of ontogenesis by means of histological, morphometric and electron microscopic methods. Theraputic doses of tetracycline hydrochloride have been administered during fetogenesis (15-20 days of pregnancy). An accelerated formation of the thymic structures, cellular blasttransformation in the thymic cortex and movement of lymphocytes from the cortex into medulla and increased secretory activity of epithelioreticulocytes have been revealed. The data obtained are considered as a display of the organ's immune response to tetracycline administration.  相似文献

Studies have been made on the organization of the spontaneous motor activity during first 2 weeks of postnatal life of rats Rattus norvegicus (var albin.) by means of prolonged EMG recording from the gastrocnemius muscle and by computer analysis. Complexes of prolonged activity with a period of about 1 min, intracomplex periodicity of short pulses with a frequency 1/sec and periodicity of separate short bursts arranged into series with intervals between them of approximately 8-12 sec were observed. It was found that the main rhythm of these forms of excitation remains relatively unchanged during postnatal ontogenesis. The number of periods filled by series of short bursts decreases in postnatal development of animals, whereas the number of periods of a complete rest lasting for 1 1/2 and more minutes increases. These findings were compared with the development of sleep--wakefulness cycle in early postnatal ontogenesis.  相似文献

In sagittal cerebellum sections, morphometrical study of cerebellum of mature-born animals - guinea pigs - was performed using Nissl's procedure. A change of shape and volume of Purkinje cells and their nuclei in the course of the guinea pig postnatal ontogenesis was studied. It has been shown that both the growth process itself and the rate of formation of the definite form of Purkinje cells and of their nuclei in the course of ontogenesis proceeds non-uniformly. The most intensive growth of vertical and horizontal diameters of Purkinje cells and of their nuclei is observed during the 1st and 4th weeks of postnatal life. Especially rapid is an increase of horizontal diameters of Purkinje cells and of their nuclei, which impairs the ovoid-bear-like shape to the cerebellar Purkinje cells of adult guinea pigs.  相似文献

Studies have been made on the content of adrenalin and noradrenalin in the nervous fibers and ganglia of the sympathetic nervous system of cats and rabbits during a postnatal life. In all the structures investigated, high catecholamine content was found within the first month of life on the animals. On further development, total catecholamine content decreases. Age changes in catecholamine content of preganglionic sympathetic fibers and different sympathetic ganglia indicate an effective adrenergic regulation in early postnatal ontogenesis of cats and rabbits.  相似文献

Anti-inflammatory cytokin the tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNFalpha) is one of the main mediators of neuroimmune interactions. The TNFalpha production increase in the cells of neural and immune systems occurs in infectious diseases, injuries, ischemia, hypoxia. In this study, the TNFalpha revealed its role in formation of behaviour in early postnatal ontogenesis. The rats with the TNFalpha administered during their 3 weeks of life differed from the control those by a change in the orienting behaviour and enhanced anxiety. The role of the anti-inflammatory cytokins in the brain during different stages of ontogenesis is discussed.  相似文献

Dynamics of ultrastructural changes in the sensomotor cortex neurons has been studied on the 21st, 30th and 60th days of life in offspring born by the rats given 20% alcohol (2 g/kg) during pregnancy. Moderate antenatal alcoholization produces certain disturbances in the ultrastructure of the cortical neurons and their dendrites. This is manifested as presence of retardation signs in maturation of nervous cell populations, as dystrophic changes in the neurons and their dendrites and display of reparative character with their own dynamics in the postnatal period of ontogenesis. The first two categories of the ultrastructural changes in the cortical neurons are more manifested at early stages of the postnatal development of the offspring, and the reparative processes--at the age of two months. Despite the presence of the reparative shifts, the dystrophic changes of the neurons of hypoxic character are present up to the period of sexual maturation. This demonstrates that the antenatal alcoholic intoxication in the offspring is manifested in the postnatal ontogenesis for a long time.  相似文献

Dynamics of ultrastructure of mast cells (MC) and that of the capillaries of the derma have been studied by means of electron morphometry methods in rats during pre- and postnatal ontogenesis. The dynamics of the Golgi complex volume, that of the mitochondria and specific granules have been calculated in the total volume of the MC membrane organelles. Certain new data have been obtained on the process of the MC specific granules formation in the derma from progranules up to the stage of a mature granule. The process mentioned is most intensive during the first weeks of the postnatal ontogenesis. At the age of two weeks, signs of an active exocytosis of the granules are noted. Judging by certain morphological signs, development of transendothelial transport of substances in capillaries takes place in parallel with formation of the specific granules and corresponds to the beginning of exocytosis of substances in the MC granules. The correlative analysis proves that formation of the MC specific granules is connected with the number of microvesicles in cytoplasm of endotheliocytes.  相似文献

The chondroid tissue of the heart is an obligate provisional+ formation of the organ in question. It is formed during early stages of ontogenesis, develops maximally during the antenatal period and is preserved in the postnatal one. In a number of vertebrates it is the base for formation of cartilage and even bone in stroma of the heart. The ++chondroid tissue in embryos and fetuses performs, as regards the myocardium, stromal and trophic functions, further they are performed by the definitive connective-tissue stroma, in it vessels of the coronary system are situated. There are some reasons to suppose that the elements of the chondroid stroma are preserved during the postnatal ontogenesis in the myocardial intestinum, taking part in its metabolism.  相似文献

The activity of different types of monoamine oxidase (MAO)-MAO, type A (substrate serotonin) and two types of mixed MAO forms using tyramine or dopamine as substrates, in different brain regions of the rat offspring exposed prenatally to ethanol was investigated on the 30th and 60th day postnatally. The present study has revealed differences in the development of brain MAO activity during ontogenesis. Disturbances in the activity of all MAO types investigated as well as the distortion of their postnatal development have been observed in the brain of the rat offspring exposed prenatally to ethanol. The possible teratogenic effect of ethanol on the developing fetal brain is discussed.  相似文献

The development of the hypothalamic catecholaminergic (CA) system during ontogenesis in rats has been studied with the isotopic biochemical technique in vitro. It has been demonstrated, that at the 15th fetal day, the CA system was functionally inactive at least in its ability for the uptake and K(+)-stimulated release of catecholamines. Since the 16th fetal day, hypothalamic neuronal elements gained an ability for specific uptake and K(+)-stimulated release of the exogenous radioactively labeled dopamine increased significantly. The specific uptake doubled from the 20th fetal till the 9th postnatal day, whereas K(+)-stimulated release doubled between the 9th 45th postnatal days.  相似文献

Calculation of the amount of mitochondria isolated from 1 g of fresh tissue has shown that the amount of glutaminic (GA), aspartic (AsA) and gamma-aminobutyric (GABA) acids in the initial mitochondrial fraction of the limbic structure increased during the postnatal ontogenesis and reached the "adult" level in dogs aged 1 year. The GA amount in all the studied periods of the ontogenesis exceeded the AsA and GABA levels in the mitochondrial fraction of the limbic structure.  相似文献
