1. Sephadex G-100 and G-200 gel-filtration columns were calibrated for molecular-weight estimation with proteins of known molecular weights, and used to study the composition of several lipase or esterase preparations. 2. Enzymes from cow's milk, rat adipose tissue and pig pancreas were detected in the column effluents by their ability to liberate free acid from emulsified tributyrin at pH 8·5. 3. Four tributyrinases were detected in preparations from individual cow's milks. Molecular weights 62000, 75000 and 112000 were estimated for three of them, but although the fourth may be of unusually low molecular weight an estimate was not possible. 4. Extracts of rat adipose tissue apparently contained six tributyrinases (molecular weights 39000, 47000, 55000, 68000, 75000 and 200000) but the relative amounts of these enzymes varied widely from rat to rat. 5. Tributyrinase activity in juice expressed from pig pancreatic tissue was due mainly to one enzyme (molecular weight 42000). On the other hand, activity in extracts of acetone-dried pancreas was confined to material of molecular weight > 106, which may be an aggregated form of the lower-molecular-weight enzyme. 6. Activity in fractionated wheat-germ extracts was assayed with emulsified triacetin substrate, and was evidently due to one enzyme (molecular weight 51000). 7. Some problems arising in the application of gel filtration to the study of lipase–esterase systems were indicated.  相似文献

1. The solubility in water of purified, uncombined casein has previously been reported to be 0.11 gm. in 1 liter at 25°C. This solubility represents the sum of the concentrations of the casein molecule and of the soluble ions into which it dissociates. 2. The solubility of casein has now been studied in systems containing the protein and varying amounts of sodium hydroxide. It was found that casein forms a well defined soluble disodium compound, and that solubility was completely determined by (a) the solubility of the casein molecule, and (b) the concentration of the disodium casein compound. 3. In our experiments each mol of sodium hydroxide combined with approximately 2,100 gm. of casein. 4. The equivalent combining weight of casein for this base is just half the minimal molecular weight as calculated from the sulfur and phosphorus content, and one-sixth the minimal molecular weight calculated from the tryptophane content of casein. 5. From the study of systems containing the protein and very small amounts of sodium hydroxide it was possible to determine the solubility of the casein molecule, and also the degree to which it dissociated as a divalent acid and combined with base. 6. Solubility in such systems increased in direct proportion to the amount of sodium hydroxide they contained. 7. The concentration of the soluble casein compound varied inversely as the square of the hydrogen ion concentration, directly as the solubility of the casein molecule, Su, and as the constants Ka1 and Ka2 defining its acid dissociation. 8. The product of the solubility of the casein molecule and its acid dissociation constants yields the solubility product constant, Su·Ka1·Ka2 = 2.2 x 10–12 gm. casein per liter at 25°C. 9. The solubility of the casein molecule has been estimated from this constant, and also from the relation between the solubility of the casein and the sodium hydroxide concentration, to be approximately 0.09 gm. per liter at 25°C. 10. The product of the acid dissociation constants, Ka1 and Ka2, must therefore be 24 x 10–12N. 11. It is believed that these constants completely characterize the solubility of casein in systems containing the protein and small amounts of sodium hydroxide.  相似文献

We have used oligonucleotides containing appropriately placed fluorophores and quenchers to measure the stability of 15mer intermolecular triplexes with third strands consisting of repeats of TTT, TTC, TCC and TCTC. In the presence of 200 mM sodium (pH 5.0) triplexes that contain only T·AT triplets are unstable and melt below 30°C. In contrast, triplets with repeats of TTC, TCC and CTCT melt at 67, 72 and 76°C, respectively. The most stable complex is generated by the sequence containing alternating C+·GC and T·AT triplets. All four triplexes are stabilised by increasing the ionic strength or by the addition of magnesium, although triplexes with a higher proportion of C+·GC triplets are much less sensitive to changes in the ionic conditions. The enthalpies of formation of these triplexes were estimated by examining the concentration dependence of the melting profiles and show that, in the presence of 200 mM sodium at pH 5.0, each C+·GC triplet contributes about 30 kJ mol–1, while each T·AT contributes only 11 kJ mol–1. Kinetic experiments with these oligonucleotides show that in 200 mM sodium (pH 5.0) repeats of TCC and TTC have half-lives of ~20 min, while the triplex with alternating C+·GC and T·AT triplets has a half-life of ~3 days. In contrast, the dissociation kinetics of the triplex containing only T·AT are too fast to measure.  相似文献

1. The survival of spores of Aspergillus flavus suspended in distilled water and cooled rapidly to –70 to –75°C. was found to depend primarily on the rate of subsequent warming of the frozen suspension. Only 7 per cent of the spores germinated following slow warming at 0.9°C. per minute, whereas about 75 per cent germinated following rapid warming at 700°C. per minute. 2. Viability was dependent on the rate at which the suspensions warmed from –70 to 0°C. (subzero warming), but was not dependent on the rate of thawing of the frozen water in which the spores were suspended. 3. The logarithm of the percentage of germination appeared to be a linear function of the logarithm of the rate of subzero warming when spores were warmed at rates ranging from 0.12 to 1000°C. per minute. 4. The lethal effects of slow warming from –70 to 0°C. were more pronounced between about –20 and 0°C. than between –70 and –20°C. In the former range of temperatures, the percentage of germination decreased sharply as slow warming progressed towards 0°C. 5. Slow warming from –70 to 0°C. was more harmful to the spores than was a 1 or 2 hour exposure to constant temperatures between –70 and 0°C. 6. Slow warming was found to be more harmful than rapid warming when spores were suspended in horse serum, 0.16 molal sodium chloride, or 0.29 molal sucrose as well as in distilled water.  相似文献

1. The cytokinase (tissue activator of plasminogen) content of several mammalian tissues was evaluated by a quantitative casein hydrolysis method. 2. An alkaline (pH10·5) extraction of cytokinase from rabbit kidney lysosome–microsome fraction, followed by chromatography on DEAE-cellulose at pH7·6 with stepwise or linear increase in concentration of phosphate buffer, gave an 86-fold purification of the enzyme. The purified material was non-proteolytic against casein and heated fibrin and was freeze-dried without significant loss of activity or solubility. 3. Cytokinase is a protein with E0·1%1cm.=0·87 at 280mμ, and does not possess sufficient hexose or sialic acid to be classified as a glycoprotein. It has S20,w 2·9–3·1s and molecular weight 50000 when measured on a calibrated Sephadex G-100 column. It has an isoelectric point between pH8 and pH9, and is maximally active and stable at pH8·5. It is inactivated by heat at 78°. 4. Cytokinase and human urokinase have the same Km value and are inhibited in a partially competitive manner by -aminohexanoic acid and aminomethylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid. They are also inhibited by cysteine and arginine, but are unaffected by iodoacetamide and p-chloromercuribenzoate. 5. On the basis of this and other evidence it is suggested that rabbit kidney cytokinase and human urokinase are similar, if not identical, enzymes.  相似文献

1. A difference in conformation was found between the collagen in solutions treated with semicarbazide hydrochloride and those treated with sodium chloride. This difference could be correlated with the difference in extent of aggregation between the fibrils precipitated from these solutions. 2. The action of semicarbazide hydrochloride depended on the pH and temperature of treatment in a complex manner. At constant temperature semicarbazide enhanced aggregation at pH values less than 4·3, but decreased aggregation was observed at pH values greater than 5·0. At pH 4·3 the effect of semicarbazide on aggregation varied with temperature, the tendency to increased aggregation being more pronounced at 34° and 36–37°. Similar increased aggregation tendencies superimposed on an overall decreased aggregation were observed at these temperatures at pH8·9. 3. A specific binding of semicarbazide to the collagen molecule was indicated.  相似文献

1. Rat-hepatic cells in suspension have been shown to have an endogenous respiration of 5·6±0·17 when suspended in 0·1 m-sucrose and 0·02 m-tris–hydrochloric acid buffer. The respiration in 0·25 m-sucrose and 0·02 m-tris–hydrochloric acid buffer is 30–40% less. 2. Potassium chloride (0·05 m) is slightly inhibitory and calcium chloride (0·0025 m) highly inhibitory to endogenous respiration of the hepatic cells in suspension. The cells do not respire in Krebs–Ringer phosphate buffer. 3. The respiration of the hepatic cells in suspension is stimulated by pyruvate, citrate, isocitrate, oxoglutarate, succinate, fumarate, malate and glutamate; there is no significant stimulation (or inhibition) by glucose, fructose, acetate and butyrate. In almost all the cases where stimulation was observed, it was found that the higher the endogenous respiration the lower is the stimulation.  相似文献

In the classic paradigm, immunoglobulins are monospecific molecules that have stable structures and two or more identical antigen-binding sites. However, we show here for the first time that the sIgA pool of human milk contains, depending on the donor, only 35±5% λ-sIgAs, 48±7% κ-sIgAs, and 17±4% of chimeric λ-κ-sIgAs. sIgA preparations contained no traces of canonical enzymes. However, all sIgA fractions eluted from several specific affinity sorbents under the conditions destroying even strong immune complexes demonstrated high catalytic activities in hydrolysis of ATP, DNA, and oligosaccharides, and phosphorylation of proteins, lipids, and oligosaccharides. Sequential re-chromatographies of the sIgA fractions with high affinity to one affinity sorbents on the second, third and then fourth affinity sorbents bearing other immobilized antigens led to the distribution of Abs and all catalytic activities all over the profiles of these chromatographies; in all cases some fractions eluted from affinity sorbents only under the conditions destroying strong immune complexes. In vitro, only an addition of reduced glutathione and milk plasma containing no Abs to two sIgA fractions with different affinity for DNA-cellulose led to a transition of up to 11–20% of Ab from one fraction to the other. Our data are indicative of the possibility of half-molecule exchange between different IgA and sIgA molecules. In addition, it cannot be excluded that during the penetration of IgAs through the specific milk barrier, the secretory component (S) and the join chain (J) can combine molecules of dimeric H2L2 λ-IgAs and κ-IgAs against different antigens forming many different variants of H4L4SJ sIgA molecules. Therefore, some chimeric molecules of sIgA can contain from two to four HL-fragments to various antigens interacting with high affinity with different sorbents and catalyzing various chemical reactions. Our data essentially expand the ideas concerning explanation of the phenomenon of polyspecificity and cross-reactivity of Abs.  相似文献

The effects of seven commercially available alkaline cleaners used in the food processing industry, 0.025 M NaOH, and 0.025 M KOH on viability of wild-type (EDL 933) and rpoS-deficient (FRIK 816-3) strains of Escherichia coli O157:H7 in logarithmic and stationary phases of growth were determined. Cells were treated at 4 or 23°C for 2, 10, or 30 min. Cleaners 2, 4, 6, and 7, which contained hypochlorite and <11% NaOH and/or KOH (pH 11.2 to 11.7), killed significantly higher numbers of cells than treatment with cleaner 3, containing sodium metasilicate (pH 11.4) and <10% KOH, and cleaner 5, containing ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (pH 10.4). There were no differences in the sensitivities of logarithmic and stationary-phase cells to the alkaline cleaners. Treatment with KOH or NaOH (pH 12.2) was not as effective as four out of seven commercial cleaners in killing E. coli O157:H7, indicating that chlorine and other cleaner components have bactericidal activity at high pH. Stationary-phase cells of strain EDL 933 that had been exposed to cleaner 7 at 4 or 23°C and strain FRIK 816-3 exposed to cleaner 7 at 23°C had significantly higher D55°C (decimal reduction time, minutes at 55°C) values than control cells or cells exposed to cleaner 5, indicating that exposure to cleaner 7 confers cross-protection to heat. Cells of EDL 933 treated with cleaner 7 at 12°C showed significantly higher D55°C values than cells of FRIK 816-3, indicating that rpoS may play a role in cross-protection. Stationary-phase cells treated with cleaner 5 or cleaner 7 at 4 or 12°C were not cross-protected against subsequent exposure to sanitizers containing quaternary ammonium compounds or sodium hypochlorite, or to cetylpyridinium chloride and benzalkonium chloride.  相似文献

Repeated hand washing with a detergent solution containing 0·75% chlorhexidine digluconate was found to cause a large reduction in the resident skin flora which was slightly though significantly smaller than that caused by the use of 3% hexachlorophane liquid soap containing a phenolic preservative, chlorocresol 0·3%. Both agents caused a greater immediate reduction of bacteria after a single hand washing than the hexachlorophane liquid soap without a phenolic additive had shown in earlier experiments; the soap base containing chlorocresol 0·3% but no hexachlorophane was also found to cause a large reduction in skin flora. The chlorhexidine detergent solution had no residual disinfectant action on the skin after rinsing and drying the hands.Disinfection of an operation site for two minutes with povidone-iodine containing 1% available iodine in 70% ethyl alcohol caused about as great a reduction in resident flora as a similar treatment with alcoholic 0·5% chlorhexidine. Both treatments were more effective than disinfection with aqueous 1% cetrimide or 0·1% benzalkonium chloride solutions.  相似文献

A method is described for isolating a crystalline protein of high tryptic activity from beef pancreas. The protein has constant proteolytic activity and optical activity under various conditions and no indication of further fractionation could be obtained. The loss in activity corresponds to the decrease in native protein when the protein is denatured by heat, digested by pepsin, or hydrolyzed in dilute alkali. The enzyme digests casein, gelatin, edestin, and denatured hemoglobin, but not native hemoglobin. It accelerates the coagulation of blood but has little effect on the clotting of milk. It digests peptone prepared by the action of pepsin on casein, edestin or gelatin. The extent of the digestion of gelatin caused by this enzyme is the same as that caused by crystalline pepsin and is approximately equivalent to tripling the number of carboxyl groups present in the solution. The activity of the preparation is not increased by enterokinase. The molecular weight by osmotic pressure measure is about 34,000. The diffusion coefficient in ½ saturated magnesium sulfate at 6°C. is 0.020 ±0.001 cm.2 per day, corresponding to a molecular radius of 2.6 x 10–7 cm. The isoelectric point is probably between pH 7.0 and pH 8.0. The optimum pH for the digestion of casein is from 8.0–9.0. The optimum stability is at pH 1.8.  相似文献

The present studies show that the colloidal calcium phosphate of cow's milk has a (Ca + Mg)/Pi ratio of 1.67 (± 0.10; n = 22) and contains citrate, Mg and Zn at molar ratios to Ca averaging 0.05, 0.03 and 0.003, respectively. The composition of the natural colloidal phosphate of milk is similar to the precipitates formed by neutralization of ultrafiltrates obtained from acidified milks, and to that of the calcium phosphate-enriched fraction produced by extensive enzymic hydrolysis of the casein micelles in milk. Examination by electron microscopy of these artificial preparations of milk calcium phosphate revealed in both a very fine and uniform substructure which consisted of granules having an average, true diameter of approx. 2.5 nm. The size and shape of these tiny granules closely resemble the morphologies reported for the colloidal phosphate particles in native casein micelles, as well as for the subunits of amorphous calcium phosphate observed during calcification in other biological systems such as mitochondria and bone.  相似文献

1. Rates of entry and oxidation of a range of metabolites have been measured in tracheostomized sheep (diet, 800g. of lucerne chaff and 100g. of maize/day) by combining isotope-dilution techniques with the continuous measurement of total respiratory gas exchange, and 14CO2 production during the intravenous or intraruminal infusion of 14C-labelled substrates. 2. Mean entry rates in fed and starved (24hr.) sheep respectively, expressed as mg./min./kg. body wt.0·75, were: glucose, 5·0 (range 4·8–5·1, 2 observations) and 3·8 (3·2–4·2, 4); acetate, 10·8 (9·1–13·5, 4) and 5·8 (1); d(−)-β-hydroxybutyrate, 1·4 (1) and 1·5 (0·8–2·4, 4); palmitate, oleate and stearate (starved sheep only) 1·0 (0·6–1·9, 7), 0·9 (0·2–1·6, 10) and 0·9 (0·5–1·1, 11) respectively. 3. Production rates of propionate and butyrate in continuously feeding sheep were 6·4 (4·7–8·3, 4) and 4·3 (3·4–6·1, 4) mg./min./kg.0·75 respectively, and in starved (24hr.) sheep were 2·5 (2·2–2·9, 2) and 1·0 (0·8–1·2, 2) mg./min./kg.0·75 respectively. 4. Calculated terminal values for the specific radioactivity of respiratory 14CO2 during measurements of entry rates and production rates were used to calculate the contributions of individual substrates to overall oxidative metabolism. Mean values for fed and starved sheep respectively were: glucose, 9·1 (8·6–9·6, 2) and 11·2 (5·9–15·1, 4)%; acetate, 31·6 (26·8–38·1, 4) and 22·1 (1)%; d(−)-β-hydroxybutyrate, 10·4 (1) and 4·8 (1·9–7·7, 4)%; propionate, 23·0 (13·8–29·9, 4) and 7·1 (6·8–7·4, 2)%; butyrate, 16·5 (13·7–20·5, 4) and 5·3 (5·2–5·3, 2)%; palmitate, oleate and stearate (starved sheep only), 4·7 (2·0–7·7, 7), 4·0 (1·2–6·6, 10) and 4·4 (3·8–5·8, 9)% respectively. The sum of these values for individual substrates in fed and starved sheep, excluding that of β-hydroxybutyrate and after correction of the glucose value for the known interrelations of this substrate with propionate, accounted for 76% and 58% respectively of total production of carbon dioxide. 5. Calculations based on the proportion of substrate entry directly oxidized indicated that the substrates studied accounted for 63% (fed sheep) and 43% (starved sheep) of total energy expenditure measured by oxygen uptake. The contribution of β-hydroxybutyrate was excluded, and corrections were made for glucose–propionate interrelations, and for the different rates of oxidation of the methyl and carboxyl fragments of acetate. 6. The present results have been combined with those obtained earlier in this Laboratory to examine the relationships between rates of substrate entry and oxidation, and concentrations of substrate in blood. Rates of entry of acetate, glucose, d(−)-β-hydroxybutyrate, palmitate and oleate (but not stearate) were well correlated with concentration in blood, and substrate contribution to production of carbon dioxide showed a similar correlation to blood concentration, except with glucose. 7. It was concluded that the general technique is of potential value in providing valid quantitative parameters of animal metabolism.  相似文献

Rat mammary tumours induced by 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene can undergo repeated growth and regression during successive pregnancies. In a 10-day period after birth about half of the tumours regressed 50% or more. The concentrations of the lysosomal enzymes increased in regressing mammary tumours to the following multiples of the initial values: β-glucuronidase, 7·7; β-galactosidase, 3·9; cathepsin, 2·9; acid ribonuclease, 2·1; arylsulphatase A, 1·5; acid phosphatase, 1·4. In contrast, several non-lysosomal enzymes failed to increase. Activities in the post-partum uterus increased to the following multiples of the initial values: β-glucuronidase, 5·8; cathepsin, 5·5; acid ribonuclease, 4·3; β-galactosidase, 2·2; acid phosphatase, 1·8. Arylsulphatase A in the post-partum uterus decreased significantly, suggesting a non-lysosomal distribution or a special function related to pregnancy. No other significant changes were observed in the lysosomal or non-lysosomal enzymes in the hormone-independent liver or hormone-dependent normal mammary gland. The ratio of free to bound arylsulphatase A and acid ribonuclease decreased slightly 1–3 days after birth because of problems in homogenizing the tumours. At days 4–8, however, there was a dramatic increase in the ratio of the free to bound activities. The results can be explained in terms of the lysosomal theory of intracellular digestion.  相似文献

1. Young mice were maintained on a basal diet composed of meat, which is poor in both manganese and calcium. 2. The addition of small amounts (2·5–5·0mg./kg. of meat) of manganese improved weight gain and calcification of bone and decreased incorporation of injected radiocalcium into bone. 3. 1. Sedimentation-velocity, intrinsic-viscosity and partial-specific-volume measurements on a typical blood-group-specific glycoprotein are reported for a range of environmental conditions. 2. The sedimentation coefficients, S, are strongly concentration-dependent, and follow the reciprocal law; the limiting values at 2°, 25° and 45°, after correction to 25°, show slight dependence on temperature. 3. The intrinsic viscosities, [η], at 25° and 45° show more marked temperature-dependence, and correspond to a very asymmetric or very expanded molecular conformation. 4. From the value of the ratio K/[η], where K=S0.d(1/S)/dc, it is concluded that the molecular conformation is roughly spherical; application of the Einstein viscosity equation then suggests an expansion factor of about 60, compatible with a flexible configuration approaching that of a random coil. 5. The sedimentation coefficient is not affected by variation of ionic strength in the range 0·01–0·50, nor by pH in the range 3–10. 6. Sodium dodecyl sulphate at 1·5% produces a small decrease in S; the effect is greater than would be expected from the observed extent of binding, but is too small to correspond to a significant change in secondary structure; the serological activity is unaffected by sodium dodecyl sulphate. 7. All the properties observed indicate the absence of any secondary structure in blood-group substances.  相似文献

This study describes the physical stability and optimization of nutrient components for an extracellular protease produced by Bacillus strains isolated from fruits and vegetable waste, Lucknow, India. The isolated proteases could hydrolyze various native proteinaceous substrates such as bovine serum albumin, casein, skim milk, but not the gelatin. The strain JX416854 and isolate 10 yielded maximum protease (831; 703 U/ml) under optimized conditions: Nutrient, Casein broth; pH 7.0; shaking condition 37°C for 36 h. Crude protease exhibited activity over a wide range of pH (6.0–10.0) and found to be stable at (10–70°C), pH stable at 7- 9.0. The significant protease activity was observed with divalent cations Ca2+ and Mg2+ and EDTA. Further, significant blood destaining properties and stabilities with detergents were also observed. Thus, the significant potency and stability of these enzymes indicated their industrial importance and could be an alternative protease for various industrial applications.  相似文献

1. The separation of nucleotide impurities from commercial NADP preparations by chromatography is described. All the preparations studied contained 0·1–0·2% of NAD. 2. The activity of pure crystalline liver alcohol dehydrogenase with NADP as coenzyme has been confirmed. Initial-rate data are reported for the reaction at pH 6·0 and 7·0 with ethanol and acetaldehyde as substrates. With NADP and NADPH2 of high purity, the maximal specific rates were similar to those obtained with NAD and NADH2, but the Michaelis constants for the former coenzymes were much greater than those for the latter. 3. The oxidation of ethanol by NADP is greatly inhibited by NADH2, and this accounts for low values of certain initial-rate parameters obtained with commercial NADP preparations containing NAD. The kinetics of the inhibition are consistent with competitive inhibition in a compulsory-order mechanism. 4. Initial-rate data with NAD and NADPH2 do not conform to the requirements of the mechanism proposed by Theorell & Chance (1951), in contrast with results previously obtained with NAD and NADH2. The possibility that the deviations are due to competing nucleotide impurity in the oxidized coenzyme cannot be excluded. The data show that the enzyme reacts more slowly with, and has a smaller affinity for, NADP and NADPH2 than NAD and NADH2. 5. Phosphate behaves as a competitive inhibitor towards NADP.  相似文献

Results are presented on the rate of thiamin cleavage by sulphite in aqueous solutions as affected by temperature (20–70°), pH(2·5–7·0), and variation of the concentration of either thiamin (1–20μm) or sulphite (10–5000μm as sulphur dioxide). Plots of the logarithm of percentage of residual thiamin against time were found to be linear and cleavage thus was first-order with respect to thiamin. At pH5 the rate was also found to be proportional to the sulphite concentration. In the pH region 2·5–7·0 at 25° the rate constant was 50m−1hr.−1 at pH5·5–6·0, and decreased at higher or lower pH values. The rate of reaction increased between 20° and 70°, indicating a heat of activation of 13·6kcal./mole.  相似文献

Micellisation process for sodium dodecyl sulphate and sodium cholate in 1∶1 molar ratio was investigated in a combined approach, including several experimental methods and coarse grained molecular dynamics simulation. The critical micelle concentration (cmc) of mixed micelle was determined by spectrofluorimetric and surface tension measurements in the temperature range of 0–50°C and the values obtained agreed with each other within the statistical error of the measurements. In range of 0–25°C the cmc values obtained are temperature independent while cmc values were increased at higher temperature, which can be explained by the intensive motion of the monomers due to increased temperature. The evidence of existing synergistic effect among different constituent units of the micelle is indicated clearly by the interaction parameter (β1,2) calculated from cmc values according to Rubingh. As the results of the conductivity measurements showed the negative surface charges of the SDS-NaCA micelle are not neutralized by counterions. Applying a 10 µs long coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulation for system including 30-30 SDS and CA (with appropriate number of Na+ cations and water molecules) we obtained semi-quantitative agreement with the experimental results. Spontaneous aggregation of the surfactant molecules was obtained and the key steps of the micelle formation are identified: First a stable SDS core was formed and thereafter due to the entering CA molecules the size of the micelle increased and the SDS content decreased. In addition the size distribution and composition as well as the shape and structure of micelles are also discussed.  相似文献
