The core nonhomologous end-joining DNA repair pathway is composed of seven factors: Ku70, Ku80, DNA-PKcs, Artemis, XRCC4 (X4), DNA ligase IV (L4), and Cernunnos/XLF (Cernunnos). Although Cernunnos and X4 are structurally related and participate in the same complex together with L4, they have distinct functions during DNA repair. L4 relies on X4 but not on Cernunnos for its stability, and L4 is required for optimal interaction of Cernunnos with X4. We demonstrate here, using in vitro-generated Cernunnos mutants and a series of functional assays in vivo, that the C-terminal region of Cernunnos is dispensable for its activity during DNA repair.Nonhomologous end joining (NHEJ) represents the main pathway for solving DNA double-strand breaks (DSB) in mammals. The core of the NHEJ pathway is composed of seven proteins: Ku70, Ku80, DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs), Artemis, XRCC4 (X4), DNA ligase IV (L4), and Cernunnos/XLF (Cernunnos) (reviewed in reference 18). Briefly, the Ku70-Ku80 heterodimer bound to broken DNA recruits the serine/threonine kinase DNA-PKcs. DNA-PK phosphorylates downstream effectors such as the nuclease Artemis. The X4-L4 complex carries out the final joining of synapsed DNA ends in association with Cernunnos (2, 6). Cernunnos was identified through cDNA functional complementation of a fibroblast cell line obtained from a human patient with immune deficiency and microcephaly (5). The same factor, called XLF, was identified through a yeast two-hybrid screen with X4 as a bait (2).Cernunnos is structurally related to X4 and consists of a globular head domain followed by a coiled-coil region and an unstructured C-terminal domain (2, 6, 12). One major difference between the structures of X4 and Cernunnos appears in the coiled-coil region. While this region is linear in X4, a hinge in the middle of the coiled-coil of Cernunnos folds back the end of the domain toward the head (3, 14).Cernunnos interacts with the X4-L4 complex in vivo and in vitro (2, 6). Cernunnos and X4 both appear to interact directly with L4, but the Cernunnos-L4 interaction seems to be very weak (7). In addition, purified Cernunnos associates with DNA in a sequence-independent manner (20) but in a DNA length-dependent manner, like X4 (15). Although the X4-L4 complex can ligate DNA in vitro (10), Cernunnos further improves this activity (11, 15, 16, 20). Cernunnos seems important, in particular, for the ligation of mismatched or noncohesive DNA ends, but not for that of compatible DNA ends, in vitro (10, 20).Cernunnos is therefore a “core” NHEJ component, but limited information is available about its precise function during DNA repair in vivo. We show here that although X4 and Cernunnos share sequence and structural homologies, their functions are distinct. We also demonstrate that Cernunnos requires L4 for its association with X4. Lastly, the Cernunnos C terminus is dispensable for DNA repair following ionizing radiation (IR) and V(D)J recombination.  相似文献

Ku heterodimer is essential for the repair of DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) by non-homologous end-joining (NHEJ). Ku recruits XLF, also known as Cernunnos, to DSBs. Here we report domain analyses of Ku-XLF interaction. The heterodimeric domain of Ku was found to be sufficient for the recruitment of XLF to DSBs and for the interaction of Ku with XLF. A small C-terminal deletion of XLF completely abolished recruitment of XLF to DSBs and Ku-XLF interaction. This deletion also led to marked reduction of XLF-XRCC4 interaction although the XRCC4-binding site on the XLF N-terminal domain remained intact. These results demonstrate the significance of Ku-XLF interaction in the molecular assembly of NHEJ factors.  相似文献

With a view to understanding the role of hydrogen bonds in the recognition of nucleic acids by proteins, hydrogen bonding between the bases and base pairs of nucleic acids and the amino acids (Asn, Gln, Asp and Glu, and charged residues Arg+, Glu?, and Asp?) has been studied by a second-order perturbation theory. Binding energies have been calculated for all possible configurations involving a pair of hydrogen bonds between the base (or base pair) and the amino acid residue. Our results show that the hydrogen bonding in these cases has a large contribution from electrostatic interaction. In general, the charged amino acids, compared to the uncharged ones, form more stable complexes with bases or base pairs. The hydrogen-bond energies are an order of magnitude smaller than the Coulombic interaction energies between basic amino acids (Lys+, Arg+, and His+) and the phosphate groups of nucleic acids. The stabilities of the complexes of amino acids Asn, Gln, Asp, and Glu with bases are in the order: G–X > C–X > A–X U–X or T–X, and G · C–X > A · T(U)–X, where X is one of these amino acid residues. It has been shown that Glu? and Asp? can recognize guanine in single-stranded nucleic acids; Arg+ can recognize G · C base pairs from A · T base pairs in double-stranded structures.  相似文献

Summary 1H NMR has been applied to a3.5 mM, pH 5.4, solution of toxin III (64 amino acids) from venom of the scorpionAndroctonus australis Hector. The resonance assignment strategy began by applying a generalized main-chain directed method for rapid identification and resonance assignments of secondary structures. The remaining resonances were assigned by the sequential method. Major structural features include a helix of 2 1/2 turns (residues 20–28) which is linked by two disulfide bridges to the central strand of a triple-stranded antiparallel -sheet. Turns were identified at residues 15–17, 47–49 and also at residues 51–53. Numerous NOEs have been observed between hydrophobic residues which suggest the presence of a hydrophobic core; these include Leu37, Leu23, Val47, Tyr14, Trp45 and Tyr5. The Trp45 and Tyr5 rings lie orthogonal to one another. No crystal structure has been solved for this AaH III toxin. Comparisons are made with other members of the scorpion toxin family.Thenomenclature used is similar to that described by Wütrich, 1986.  相似文献

The human Werner syndrome protein, WRN, is a member of the RecQ helicase family and contains 3′→5′ helicase and 3′→5′ exonuclease activities. Recently, we showed that the exonuclease activity of WRN is greatly stimulated by the human Ku heterodimer protein. We have now mapped this interaction physically and functionally. The Ku70 subunit specifically interacts with the N-terminus (amino acids 1–368) of WRN, while the Ku80 subunit interacts with its C-terminus (amino acids 940– 1432). Binding between Ku70 and the N-terminus of WRN (amino acids 1–368) is sufficient for stimulation of WRN exonuclease activity. A mutant Ku heterodimer of full-length Ku80 and truncated Ku70 (amino acids 430–542) interacts with C-WRN but not with N-WRN and cannot stimulate WRN exonuclease activity. This emphasizes the functional significance of the interaction between the N-terminus of WRN and Ku70. The interaction between Ku80 and the C-terminus of WRN may modulate some other, as yet unknown, function. The strong interaction between Ku and WRN suggests that these two proteins function together in one or more pathways of DNA metabolism.  相似文献

CaBP4 modulates Ca2+-dependent activity of L-type voltage-gated Ca2+ channels (Cav1.4) in retinal photoreceptor cells. Mg2+ binds to the first and third EF-hands (EF1 and EF3), and Ca2+ binds to EF1, EF3, and EF4 of CaBP4. Here we present NMR structures of CaBP4 in both Mg2+-bound and Ca2+-bound states and model the CaBP4 structural interaction with Cav1.4. CaBP4 contains an unstructured N-terminal region (residues 1–99) and four EF-hands in two separate lobes. The N-lobe consists of EF1 and EF2 in a closed conformation with either Mg2+ or Ca2+ bound at EF1. The C-lobe binds Ca2+ at EF3 and EF4 and exhibits a Ca2+-induced closed-to-open transition like that of calmodulin. Exposed residues in Ca2+-bound CaBP4 (Phe137, Glu168, Leu207, Phe214, Met251, Phe264, and Leu268) make contacts with the IQ motif in Cav1.4, and the Cav1.4 mutant Y1595E strongly impairs binding to CaBP4. We conclude that CaBP4 forms a collapsed structure around the IQ motif in Cav1.4 that we suggest may promote channel activation by disrupting an interaction between IQ and the inhibitor of Ca2+-dependent inactivation domain.  相似文献

Leucyl-tRNA synthetase (LeuRS) is responsible for the Leu-tRNALeu synthesis. The connective peptide 1 (CP1) domain inserted into the Rossmann nucleotide binding fold possesses editing active site to hydrolyze the mischarged tRNALeu with noncognate amino acid, then to ensure high fidelity of protein synthesis. A few co-crystal structures of LeuRS with tRNALeu in different conformations revealed that tRNALeu 3′ end shuttled between synthetic and editing active sites dynamically with direct and specific interaction with the CP1 domain. Here, we reported that Y515 and Y520 outside the editing active site of CP1 domain of Giardia lamblia LeuRS (GlLeuRS) are crucial for post-transfer editing by influencing the binding affinity with mischarged tRNALeu. Mutations on Y515 and Y520 also decreased tRNALeu charging activity to various extents but had no effect on leucine activation. Our results gave some biochemical knowledge about interaction of tRNALeu 3′ end with the CP1 domain in archaeal/eukaryotic LeuRS.  相似文献

Werner syndrome is a rare human disease characterized by the premature onset of aging-associated pathologies, cancer predisposition, and genomic instability. The Werner protein (WRN), which is defective in Werner syndrome ( WS) patients, belongs to the RecQ family helicases and interacts with several DNA metabolic proteins, including DNA repair factors and telomere associated proteins. Nonhomologous end-joining (NHEJ) is an important pathway in the repair of DNA double strand breaks (DSBs), and the DNA-PK complex, composed of the heterodimer Ku 70/86 and the DNA-PK catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs), together with the XRCC4-DNA ligase IV complex (X4L4), are major factors. One of the most prominent protein interactions of WRN is with Ku 70/86, and it is possible that WRN is involved in NHEJ via its associations with Ku 70/86 and DNA-PKcs. This study demonstrates that WRN physically interacts with the major NHEJ factor, X4L4, which stimulates WRN exonuclease but not its helicase activity. The human RecQ helicase, BLM, which possesses only helicase activity, does not bind to X4L4, and its helicase activity is not affected by X4L4. In a DNA end-joining assay, we find that a substrate, which is processed by WRN, is ligated by X4L4, thus further supporting the significance of their functional interaction.  相似文献

In this review we summarize mutagenesis work on the structure–function relationship of transmembrane segment M1 in the Na+,K+-ATPase and the sarco(endo)plasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase. The original hypothesis that charged residues in the N-terminal part of M1 interact with the transported cations can be rejected. On the other hand hydrophobic residues in the middle part of M1 turned out to play crucial roles in Ca2+ interaction/occlusion in Ca2+-ATPase and K+ interaction/occlusion in Na+,K+-ATPase. Leu65 of the Ca2+-ATPase and Leu99 of the Na+,K+-ATPase, located at homologous positions in M1, function as gate-locking residues that restrict the mobility of the side chain of the cation binding/gating residue of transmembrane segment M4, Glu309/Glu329. A pivot formed between a pair of a glycine and a bulky residue in M1 and M3 seems critical to the opening of the extracytoplasmic gate in both the Ca2+-ATPase and the Na+,K+-ATPase. All numbering of Na+,K+-ATPase amino acid residues in this article refers to the sequence of the rat α1-isoform.  相似文献

Escherichia coli leucyl/phenylalanyl-tRNA protein transferase catalyzes the tRNA-dependent post-translational addition of amino acids onto the N-terminus of a protein polypeptide substrate. Based on biochemical and structural studies, the current tRNA recognition model by L/F transferase involves the identity of the 3′ aminoacyl adenosine and the sequence-independent docking of the D-stem of an aminoacyl-tRNA to the positively charged cluster on L/F transferase. However, this model does not explain the isoacceptor preference observed 40 yr ago. Using in vitro-transcribed tRNA and quantitative MALDI-ToF MS enzyme activity assays, we have confirmed that, indeed, there is a strong preference for the most abundant leucyl-tRNA, tRNALeu (anticodon 5′-CAG-3′) isoacceptor for L/F transferase activity. We further investigate the molecular mechanism for this preference using hybrid tRNA constructs. We identified two independent sequence elements in the acceptor stem of tRNALeu (CAG)—a G3:C70 base pair and a set of 4 nt (C72, A4:U69, C68)—that are important for the optimal binding and catalysis by L/F transferase. This maps a more specific, sequence-dependent tRNA recognition model of L/F transferase than previously proposed.  相似文献

Summary

The two characterized crustacean pigment-dispersing hormones (α-PDH; β-PDH) are octadecapeptides which differ in primary structure at six positions. Assays for melanophore pigment-dispersing activity showed β-PDH to be 21-fold more potent than α-PDH. In an effort to explain the difference in potencies between the two PDHs, we synthesized and purified six analogs of α-PDH (Leu4?, Leu11?, Lys13?, Asn16?, Asp17?, and Glu3, Leu4? α-PDH) in which the amino acid residues of α-PDH were substituted with those of β-PDH. Four analogs (Leu11?, Lys13?, Asn16?, and Asp17? α-PDH) possessed melanophore-dispersing activity equivalent to α-PDH. Leu4? α-PDH and Glu3, Leu4? α-PDH were 2.4? and 4-fold more potent than α-PDH, respectively. Glu3-α-PDH was 3.3-fold more potent than α-PDH (Jorenby et al., 1987). These results suggest that the 21-fold increase in activity of β-PDH over α-PDH is due to an interactive effect of two or more substitutions rather than from the product of the effects brought about by individual substitutions.  相似文献

The extracellular pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF) displays retina survival activity by interacting with receptor proteins on cell surfaces. We have previously reported that PEDF binds and stimulates PEDF receptor (PEDF-R), a transmembrane phospholipase. However, the PEDF binding site of PEDF-R and its involvement in survival activity have not been identified. The purpose of this work is to identify a biologically relevant ligand-binding site on PEDF-R. PEDF bound the PEDF-R ectodomain L4 (Leu159–Met325) with affinity similar to the full-length PEDF-R (Met1–Leu504). Binding assays using synthetic peptides spanning L4 showed that PEDF selectively bound E5b (Ile193–Leu232) and P1 (Thr210–Leu249) peptides. Recombinant C-terminal truncated PEDF-R4 (Met1–Leu232) and internally truncated PEDF-R and PEDF-R4 (ΔHis203–Leu232) retained phospholipase activity of the full-length PEDF-R. However, PEDF-R polypeptides without the His203–Leu232 region lost the PEDF affinity that stimulated their enzymatic activity. Cell surface labeling showed that PEDF-R is present in the plasma membranes of retina cells. Using siRNA to selectively knock down PEDF-R in retina cells, we demonstrated that PEDF-R is essential for PEDF-mediated cell survival and antiapoptotic activities. Furthermore, preincubation of PEDF with P1 and E5b peptides blocked the PEDF·PEDF-R-mediated retina cell survival activity, implying that peptide binding to PEDF excluded ligand-receptor interactions on the cell surface. Our findings establish that PEDF-R is required for the survival and antiapoptotic effects of PEDF on retina cells and has determinants for PEDF binding within its L4 ectodomain that are critical for enzymatic stimulation.  相似文献

The human genome encodes six proteins of family 18 glycosyl hydrolases, two active chitinases and four chitinase-like lectins (chi-lectins) lacking catalytic activity. The present article is dedicated to homology modeling of 3D structure of human chitinase 3-like 2 protein (CHI3L2), which is overexpressed in glial brain tumors, and its structural comparison with homologous chi-lectin CHI3L1. Two crystal structures of CHI3L1 in free state (Protein Data Bank codes 1HJX and 1NWR) were used as structural templates for the homology modeling by Modeller 9.7 program, and the best quality model structure was selected from the obtained model ensemble. Analysis of potential oligosaccharide-binding groove structures of CHI3L1 and CHI3L2 revealed significant differences between these two homologous proteins. 8 of 19 amino acid residues important for ligand binding are substituted in CHI3L2: Tyr34/Asp39, Trp69/Lys74, Trp71/Lys76, Trp99/Tyr104, Asn100/Leu105, Met204/Leu210, Tyr206/Phe212 and Arg263/His271. The differences between these residues could influence the structure of the ligand-binding groove and substantially change the ability of CHI3L2 to bind oligosaccharide ligands.  相似文献

Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) synthesizes polymethylated polysaccharides that form complexes with long chain fatty acids. These complexes, referred to as methylglucose lipopolysaccharides (MGLPs), regulate fatty acid biosynthesis in vivo, including biosynthesis of mycolic acids that are essential for building the cell wall. Glucosyl-3-phosphoglycerate phosphatase (GpgP, EC 5.4.2.1), encoded by Rv2419c gene, catalyzes the second step of the pathway for the biosynthesis of MGLPs. The molecular basis for this dephosphorylation is currently not understood. Here, we describe the crystal structures of apo-, vanadate-bound, and phosphate-bound MtbGpgP, depicting unliganded, reaction intermediate mimic, and product-bound views of MtbGpgP, respectively. The enzyme consists of a single domain made up of a central β-sheet flanked by α-helices on either side. The active site is located in a positively charged cleft situated above the central β-sheet. Unambiguous electron density for vanadate covalently bound to His11, mimicking the phosphohistidine intermediate, was observed. The role of residues interacting with the ligands in catalysis was probed by site-directed mutagenesis. Arg10, His11, Asn17, Gln23, Arg60, Glu84, His159, and Leu209 are important for enzymatic activity. Comparison of the structures of MtbGpgP revealed conformational changes in a key loop region connecting β1 with α1. This loop regulates access to the active site. MtbGpgP functions as dimer. L209E mutation resulted in monomeric GpgP, rendering the enzyme incapable of dephosphorylation. The structures of GpgP reported here are the first crystal structures for histidine-phosphatase-type GpgPs. These structures shed light on a key step in biosynthesis of MGLPs that could be targeted for development of anti-tuberculosis therapeutics.  相似文献

Thrombopoietin (TPO) and its receptor (Mpl) have long been associated with megakaryocyte proliferation, differentiation, and platelet formation. However, studies have also shown that the extracellular domain of Mpl (Mpl-EC) interacts with human (h) NUDC, a protein previously characterized as a human homolog of a fungal nuclear migration protein. This study was undertaken to further delineate the putative binding domain on the Mpl receptor. Using the yeast two-hybrid system assay and co-immunoprecipitation, we identified that within the Mpl-EC domain 1 (Mpl-EC-D1), amino acids 102–251 were strongly involved in ligand binding. We subsequently expressed five subdomains within this region with T7 phage display. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent binding assays identified a short stretch of peptide located between residues 206 and 251 as the minimum binding domain for both TPO and hNUDC. A series of sequential Ala replacement mutations in the region were subsequently used to identify the specific residues most involved in ligand binding. Our results point to two hydrophobic residues, Leu228 and Leu230, as having substantial effects on hNUDC binding. For TPO binding, mutations in residues Asp235 and Leu239 had the largest effect on binding efficacy. In addition, deletion of the conservative motif WGSWS reduced binding capacity for hNUDC but not for TPO. These separate binding sites on the Mpl receptor for TPO and hNUDC raise interesting implications for the cytokine-receptor interactions.  相似文献

The cyclic hexapeptide cyclo[-Pro1-Gly2-Glu3(OBzl) -Pro4-Phes5-Leu6-] ( 1 ) was modeled and synthesized to be used for chiral discrimination studies. Total correlated spectroscopy and nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy spectra of the cyclic hexapeptide 1 in CDCl3 showed the presence of three stereoisomers: two dominant stereoisomers 1a and 1b that exchanged chemically with each other, and a minor stereoisomer 1c (4%) that exchanged exclusively with the stereoisomer 1b . Of the two dominant stereoisomers, only 1a interacted specifically with t-butyloxycarbonyl (Boc-) and 9-flourenylmethyloxycarbonyl (Fmoc-) amino acids in CDCl3. The interaction site of la when complexing with the derivatized amino acids was the chain segment Phe5-Leu6. The Phe5 NH and Leu6 NH protons are contiguous and solvent exposed. Their nmr signals shifted strongly downfield with the addition of Boc- or Fmoc- amino acids to the peptide solution. Thus, both NH protons hydrogen bond to the amino acids, forming a two-point hydrogen-bonding complex. The peptide stereoisomer 1b did not interact specifically with the Boc- and Fmoc-amino acids because of the lack of two contiguous and solvent-exposed peptidic NH protons that seem to be needed for specific interactions of the cyclic hexapeptide 1 with the Boc- and Fmoc-amino acids. A clear difference in the interaction of 1a with D - and L -enantiomers of BocTrp and Fmoc-Trp was observed with nmr spectroscopy. Docking models and molecular mechanics calculations together with nmr observations showed that the NH proton of the indole ring of the Boc-L -Trp and the Fmoc-L- Trp hydrogen bonded to the Pro1 carbonyl group. In this three-point hydrogen-bonding complex, the indole ring becomes locked underneath the Leu residue. The nmr signals of all the Leu6 protons (except for Leu NH) shifted strongly upfield owing to the shielding effect of the indole aromatic ring currents. The indole NH of the D -enantiomer did not hydrogen bond to the Pro1 carbonyl group because the formation of such a three-point hydrogen-bonding complex was thermodynamically unfavorable. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Non‐homologous end joining (NHEJ) is critical for the maintenance of genetic integrity and DNA double‐strand break (DSB) repair. NHEJ is regulated by a series of interactions between core components of the pathway, including Ku heterodimer, XLF/Cernunnos, and XRCC4/DNA Ligase 4 (Lig4). However, the mechanisms by which these proteins assemble into functional protein–DNA complexes are not fully understood. Here, we show that the von Willebrand (vWA) domain of Ku80 fulfills a critical role in this process by recruiting Aprataxin‐and‐PNK‐Like Factor (APLF) into Ku‐DNA complexes. APLF, in turn, functions as a scaffold protein and promotes the recruitment and/or retention of XRCC4‐Lig4 and XLF, thereby assembling multi‐protein Ku complexes capable of efficient DNA ligation in vitro and in cells. Disruption of the interactions between APLF and either Ku80 or XRCC4‐Lig4 disrupts the assembly and activity of Ku complexes, and confers cellular hypersensitivity and reduced rates of chromosomal DSB repair in avian and human cells, respectively. Collectively, these data identify a role for the vWA domain of Ku80 and a molecular mechanism by which DNA ligase proficient complexes are assembled during NHEJ in mammalian cells, and reveal APLF to be a structural component of this critical DSB repair pathway.  相似文献

The MBD2-NuRD (Nucleosome Remodeling and Deacetylase) complex is an epigenetic reader of DNA methylation that regulates genes involved in normal development and neoplastic diseases. To delineate the architecture and functional interactions of the MBD2-NuRD complex, we previously solved the structures of MBD2 bound to methylated DNA and a coiled-coil interaction between MBD2 and p66α that recruits the CHD4 nucleosome remodeling protein to the complex. The work presented here identifies novel structural and functional features of a previously uncharacterized domain of MBD2 (MBD2IDR). Biophysical analyses show that the MBD2IDR is an intrinsically disordered region (IDR). However, despite this inherent disorder, MBD2IDR increases the overall binding affinity of MBD2 for methylated DNA. MBD2IDR also recruits the histone deacetylase core components (RbAp48, HDAC2 and MTA2) of NuRD through a critical contact region requiring two contiguous amino acid residues, Arg286 and Leu287. Mutating these residues abrogates interaction of MBD2 with the histone deacetylase core and impairs the ability of MBD2 to repress the methylated tumor suppressor gene PRSS8 in MDA-MB-435 breast cancer cells. These findings expand our knowledge of the multi-dimensional interactions of the MBD2-NuRD complex that govern its function.  相似文献

To prevent potential errors in protein synthesis, some aminoacyl-transfer RNA (tRNA) synthetases have evolved editing mechanisms to hydrolyze misactivated amino acids (pre-transfer editing) or misacylated tRNAs (post-transfer editing). Class Ia leucyl-tRNA synthetase (LeuRS) may misactivate various natural and non-protein amino acids and then mischarge tRNALeu. It is known that the fidelity of prokaryotic LeuRS depends on multiple editing pathways to clear the incorrect intermediates and products in the every step of aminoacylation reaction. Here, we obtained human cytoplasmic LeuRS (hcLeuRS) and tRNALeu (hctRNALeu) with high activity from Escherichia coli overproducing strains to study the synthetic and editing properties of the enzyme. We revealed that hcLeuRS could adjust its editing strategy against different non-cognate amino acids. HcLeuRS edits norvaline predominantly by post-transfer editing; however, it uses mainly pre-transfer editing to edit α-amino butyrate, although both amino acids can be charged to tRNALeu. Post-transfer editing as a final checkpoint of the reaction was very important to prevent mis-incorporation in vitro. These results provide insight into the modular editing pathways created to prevent genetic code ambiguity by evolution.  相似文献
