Thiocarbonate ruthenium complexes of the form CpRu(L)(L′)SCO2R (L = L′ = PPh3 (1), 1/2 dppe (2), L = PPh3, L′ = CO (3); R = Et (a), Bun (b), C6H5 (c), 4-C6H4NO2 (d)) have been synthesized by the reaction of the corresponding sulfhydryl complexes, CpRu(L)(L′)SH, with chloroformates, ROCOCl, at low temperature. The bis(triphenylphosphine) complexes 1 can be converted to 3 under CO atmosphere. The crystal structures of CpRu(PPh3)2SCO2Bun (1b), CpRu(dppe)SCO2Bun (2b), and CpRu(PPh3)(CO)SCO2Bun (3b) are reported.  相似文献

The crystalline compounds [LnCl2(L)(thf)2] [Ln = Ce (1), Tb (2), Yb (3)], [NdI2(L)(thf)2] (4), [LnCl(L′)2] [Ln = Tb (5), Yb (6) (a known compound)] and [YbCl(L′′)(μ-Cl)2Li(OEt2)2] (7) have been prepared [L = {N(C6H3Pri2-2,6)C(H)}2CPh, L′ = {N(SiMe3)C(Ph)}2CH, L′′ = {N(SiMe3)C(C6H4Ph-4)}2CH]. The X-ray molecular structures of 2-7 have been established; in each, the monoanionic ligand L, L′ or L′′ is N,N′-chelating and essentially π-delocalised. Each of 1-7 was prepared from the appropriate LnCl3, or for 4 [NdI3(thf)2], and an equivalent portion of the appropriate alkali metal [Li for 7, Na for 2, 3 and 5, or K for 1, 4 and 6] β-diiminate in thf; the isolation of exclusively 5 and 6 (rather than the L′ analogues of 2 or 3) is noteworthy, as is the structure of 7 which has no precedent in Group 3 or 4f metal β-diiminato chemistry.  相似文献

A series of ruthenium (II) complexes of formulae trans-[Ru(PPh3)2(L′H)2](ClO4)2 (1), [Ru(bpy)(L′H)2](ClO4)2 (2), [Ru(bpy)2(L′H)](ClO4)2 (3), cis-[Ru(DMSO)2(L′H)2]Cl2 (4), and [Ru(L′H)3](PF6)2 (5) (where L′H = 2-(2′-benzimidazolyl)pyridine) have been synthesized by reaction of the appropriate ruthenium precursor with 1,2-bis(2′-pyridylmethyleneimino)benzene (L). The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, spectroscopic and electrochemical data. All the complexes were found to be diamagnetic and hence metal is in +2 oxidation state. The molecular structure of trans-[Ru(PPh3)2(L′H)2](ClO4)2 has been determined by the single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The molecular structure shows that Ru(II) is at the center of inversion of an octahedron with N4P2 coordination sphere. The ligand acts as a bidentate N,N′donor. The electronic spectra of the complexes display intense MLCT bands in the visible region.Cyclic voltammetric studies show quasi-reversible oxidative response at 0.99-1.32 V (vs Ag/AgCl reference electrode) due to Ru(III)/Ru(II) couple.  相似文献

Eight new dimethylgallium complexes bearing 4-alkyl-2,6-bis(aryliminomethylene)-phenol ligands of type Me2GaL [L = 4-methyl-2,6-bis-(phenyliminomethylene)-phenolato (3); L = 4-methyl-2,6-bis-(p-methylphenyliminomethylene)-phenolato (4); L = 4-methyl-2,6-bis-(1-naphthyliminomethylene)-phenolato (5); L = 4-methyl-2,6-bis-(2-chlorophenyliminomethylene)-phenolato (6); 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis-(phenyliminomethylene)-phenolato (7); L = 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis-(p-methylphenyliminomethylene)-phenolato (8); L = 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis-(1-naphthyliminomethylene)-phenolato (9); and L = 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis-(2-chlorophenyliminomethylene)-phenolato] (3) have been synthesized by the reaction of trimethylgallium with appropriate phenol. The complexes obtained have been characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, IR and mass spectroscopy, respectively. The solid-state structures of dimethyl[4-methyl-2,6-bis-(p-methylphenyliminomethylene)-phenolato]gallium (4) have been determined by X-ray single crystal analysis. In the structure, Ga atom is coordinated by one nitrogen atom and the other nitrogen atom remains constant. The distorted tetrahedron geometry around gallium is presented.  相似文献

The complexes [Cu2(o-NO2-C6H4COO)4(PNO)2] (1), [Cu2(C6H5COO)4(2,2′-BPNO)]n (2), [Cu2(C6H5COO)4(4,4′-BPNO)]n (3), [Cu(p-OH-C6H4COO)2(4,4′-BPNO)2·H2O]n (4), (where PNO = pyridine N-oxide, 2,2′-BPNO = 2,2′-bipyridyl-N,N′-dioxide, 4,4′-BPNO = 4,4′-bipyridyl-N,N′-dioxide) are prepared and characterized and their magnetic properties are studied as a function of temperature. Complex 1 is a discrete dinuclear complex while complexes 2-4 are polymeric of which 2 and 3 have paddle wheel repeating units. Magnetic susceptibility measurements from polycrystalline samples of 1-4 revealed strong antiferromagnetic interactions within the {Cu2}4+ paddle wheel units and no discernible interactions between the units. The complex 5, [Cu(NicoNO)2·2H2O]n·4nH2O, in which the bridging ligand to the adjacent copper(II) ions is nicotinate N-oxide (NicoNO) the transmitted interaction is very weakly antiferromagnetic.  相似文献

Four structurally diverse complexes, [Cd(dppz)(bdoa)]n (1), [Zn(dppz)(bdoa)(H2O)]n (2), [Fe(dppz)2(bdoa)]n·2nH2O (3), and [Co2(dppz)2(bdoa)2(H2O)]n·3nH2O (4), where H2bdoa = benzene-1,4-dioxyacetic acid and dppz = dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine, have been hydrothermally synthesized. Compounds 1-4 feature chain structures. There exist π-π interactions in the structures of 1, 2 and 4. Two neighboring chains of 1 are linked through the π-π interactions into a double chain supramolecular structure. The chains of 2 and 4 are further extended by the π-π interactions to form 3D and 2D supramolecular structures, respectively. The structural differences among such complexes show that the transition metals have important influences on their structures. The photoluminescent property of complex 2 and the magnetic property of complex 4 have also been investigated.  相似文献

A family of four new phenoxo-bridged binuclear manganese(III) complexes of the general formula, [Mn(L)(X)]2 where L = [N,N′-bis(salicylidene)]propane-1,2-diamine and X = salicylaldehyde anion (sal) (1); NCS (2); NCO (3) and [Mn(L′)(N3)]2·2C2H5OH (4) where L′ = [N,N′-bis(2-hydroxyacetophenylidene)]propane-1,2-diamine has been prepared. The syntheses have been achieved by reacting manganese perchlorate with 1,2-diaminopropane and salicylaldehyde (or 2-hydroxyacetophenone for 4) or along with the respective pseudohalides so that the tetradentate Schiff base H2L or H2L′ is obtained in situ to bind the Mn(III) ion. The complexes have been characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, crystal structure analysis and variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements. The single crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that the compounds are isostructural containing dimeric Mn(III) units with bridging phenolate oxygen atoms. Low temperature magnetic studies indicate that the complexes 1-3 exhibit intradimer ferromagnetic exchange as well as single-molecule magnet (SMM) behavior while complex 4 is found to undergo an intradimer antiferromagnetic coupling.  相似文献

The distorted square-planar complexes [Pd(PNHP)Cl]Cl (1) (PNHP = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]amine), [M(P3)Cl]Cl [P3 = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]phenylphosphine; M = Pd (2), Pt (3)] and [Pt(NP3)Cl]Cl (5) (NP3 = tris[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]amine), coexisting in the later case with a square-pyramidal arrangement, react with one equivalent of CuCl to give the mononuclear heteroionic systems [M(L)Cl](CuCl2) [L = PNHP, M = Pd (1a); L = P3, M = Pd (2a), Pt (3a); L = NP3, M = Pt (5a)]. The crystal structure of 3a confirms that Pt(II) retains the distorted square-planar geometry of 3 in the cation with P3 acting as tridentate chelating ligand, the central P atom being trans to one chloride. The counter anion is a nearly linear dichlorocuprate(I) ion. However, the five-coordinate complexes [Pd(NP3)Cl]Cl (4), [M(PP3)Cl]Cl (M = Pd (6), Pt (7); PP3 = tris[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl] phosphine) containing three fused five-membered chelate rings undergo a ring-opening by interaction with one (4, 6, 7) and two (6, 7) equivalents of CuCl with formation of neutral MCu(L)Cl3 [L = NP3, M = Pd (4a); L = PP3, M = Pd (6a), Pt (7a)] and ionic [MCu(PP3)Cl2](CuCl2) [M = Pd (6b), Pt (7b)] compounds, respectively. The heteronuclear systems were shown by 31P NMR to have structures where the phosphines are acting as tridentate chelating ligands to M(II) and monodentate bridging to Cu(I). Further additions of CuCl to the neutral species 6a and 7a in a 1:1 ratio resulted in the achievement of the ionic complexes 6b and 7b with ions as counter anions. It was demonstrated that the formation of heterobimetallic or just mononuclear mixed salt complexes was clearly influenced by the polyphosphine arrangement with the tripodal ligands giving the former compounds. However, complexes [M(NP3)Cl]Cl constitute one exception and the type of reaction undergone versus CuCl is a function of the d8 metal centre.  相似文献

Herein, we describe the synthesis of N,N′,S donor ligands 2-(1-(3,5-diisopropyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-3-(methythio)propyl)-4-methoxy-3,5-dimethylpyridine (L1) and 2-(1-(3,5-diisopropyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-(methythio)ethyl)-4-methoxy-3,5-dimethylpyridine (L2). Cu(I) complexes were prepared by reacting L1 or L2 with [Cu(CH3CN)4]BF4 or CuCl. The coordination behavior of the thioether arm of the ligands was found to determine the nuclearity of the resulting complexes, in which [Cu(L1)PPh3]BF4 (1) is polynuclear, [Cu(L2)PPh3]BF4 (2) is mononuclear, while [Cu(L1)]2(BF4)2 (3), [Cu(L2)CH3CN]2(BF4)2 (4), and [Cu(L1)Cl]2 (5) are dinuclear. In the dimeric complex [Cu(L2)Cl]2 (6), the sulfur atoms are not metal-bound. Rather, the two bridging chloride ions link the two copper centers. Compounds 4-6 are luminescent in the solid state, and exhibit emission bands centered at 490 nm (4), 544 nm (5), and 562 nm (6), respectively. Their excitation spectra display bands at 280 nm and 380 nm. According to DFT calculations, the HOMO is distributed partially over the metal centers and partially over the chloride anions (5 and 6) or the sulfur atoms (4) of the ligands, while the LUMO is a π∗ antibonding pyridine orbital. This suggests that the emission properties are derived from metal-to-ligand charge-transfer (MLCT), halide-to-ligand charge-transfer (XLCT), and ligand-to-ligand charge-transfer (LLCT) excited states.  相似文献

Four organotin(IV) complexes with general formula [RSnCln−1(TCB)] [R = Ph2, n = 2 (2); R = Me, n = 3 (3); R = Bu, n = 3 (4); R = Ph, n = 3 (5)] have been synthesized by direct reaction of thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde benzhydrazone ligand [HTCB, (1)], base and organotin(IV) chloride in absolute methanol under N2 atmosphere. All organotin(IV) complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductivity, UV-Vis, FT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectral studies. Among them, diphenyltin(IV) complex (2) has also been characterized by X-ray crystallography diffraction analyses. The cytotoxicity of the hydrazone ligand as well as its organotin(IV) complexes (2-5) were determined with Artemia salina. While no-choice bioassay was employed on Coptotermes sp. to evaluate the termiticidal effect of all the complexes. Besides, the ligand (1) and its organotin(IV) complexes (2-4) were also tested against five types of bacteria namely Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella typhi.  相似文献

A number of complexes of the types [PtBr2Me2(N?N)] (N?N = 4,4′-di-Me-2,2′-bpy (1); 4,4′-di-t-Bu-2,2′-bpy (2); 2,2′-bpz (3); bpym (4)) and [PtBr2Me2(L)2] (L = H-pz (5); 4-Me-H-pz (6); H-idz (7); H-im (8); H-bim (9); quaz (10)) are reported. Characterization by NMR (1H, 13C and 195Pt), IR and EI-MS is given. In addition, crystal structures of several of these complexes are described. Furthermore, interactions within these structures including intramolecular hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions are reported. The reactivity of selected mononuclear complexes was investigated and yielded two dinuclear complexes [PPh4][(PtBrMe2)2(μ-Br)(μ-pz)2] (11) and [(PtBr2Me2)2(μ-bpym)] (12), respectively. The latter complex is accompanied by a solid-state structure. Finally, the thermal stability of all complexes is reported.  相似文献

Two novel Zn(II) coordination polymers, [Zn(2-pytpy)(fum)]n·nH2O (1) and [Zn6(4-pytpy)3(mal)4]n·5n(H2O) (2), (2-pytpy = 4′-(4-pyridyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine, 4-pytpy = 4′-(4-pyridyl)-4,2′:6′,4″-terpyridine, H2fum = fumaric acid and H2mal = malic acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Notably, in situ ligand reactions occur in the formation of complexes 1 and 2, in which maleic acid is converted into fumaric acid and malic acid, respectively. Complex 1 is a 1D infinite chain structure, which is extended into a supramolecular layer by intermolecular π…π stacking interactions. Complex 2 is a 3D network structure, in which the bidentate-bridging 4-pytpy ligands link the layers based on the tetranuclear Zn(II) subunits to form the (4,10)-connected network. The luminescent properties of 1 and 2 have been investigated with emission spectra and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra in the solid state. Additionally, these two complexes possess great thermal stabilities.  相似文献

Two new pyrazole-derived ligands, 1-ethyl-3,5-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazole (L1) and 1-octyl-3,5-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazole (L2), both containing alkyl groups at position 1 were prepared by reaction between 3,5-bis(2-pyridyl) pyrazole and the appropriate bromoalkane in toluene using sodium ethoxide as base. The reaction between L1, L2 and [MCl2(CH3CN)2] (M = Pd(II), Pt(II)) resulted in the formation complexes of formula [MCl2(L)] (M = Pd(II), L = L1 (1); M = Pd(II), L = L2 (2); M = Pt(II), L = L1 (3); M = Pt(II), L = L2 (4)). These complexes were characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, infrared, 1H, 13C{1H} NMR and HMQC spectroscopies. The X-ray structure of the complex [PtCl2(L2)] (4) was determined. In this complex, Npyridine and Npyrazole donor atoms coordinate the ligand to the metal, which complete its coordination with two chloro ligands in a cis disposition.  相似文献

A series of osmium(VI) nitrido complexes containing pyridine-carboxylato ligands OsVI(N)(L)2X (L = pyridine-2carboxylate (1), 2-quinaldinate (2) and X = Cl (a), Br (1b and 2c) or CH3O (2b)) and [OsVI(N)(L)X3] (L = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate (3) and X = Cl (a) or Br (b)) have been synthesised. Complexes 1 and 2 are electrophilic and react readily with various nucleophiles such as phosphine, sulfide and azide. Reaction of OsVI(N)(L)2X (1 and 2) with triphenylphosphine produces the osmium(IV) phosphiniminato complexes OsVI(NPPh3)(L)2X (4 and 5). The kinetics of nitrogen atom transfer from the complexes OsVI(N)(L)2Br (2c) (L = 2-quinaldinate) with triphenylphosphine have been studied in CH3CN at 25.0 °C by stopped-flow spectrophotometric method. The following rate law is obtained: −d[Os(VI)]/dt = k2[Os(VI)][PPh3]. OsVI(N)(L)2Cl (L = 2-quinaldinate) (2a) reacts also with [PPN](N3) to give an osmium(III) dichloro complex, trans-[PPN][OsIII(L)2Cl2] (6). Reaction of OsVI(N)(L)2Cl (L = 2-quinaldinate) (2a) with lithium sulfide produces an osmium(II) thionitrosyl complex OsII(NS)(L)2Cl (7). These complexes have been structurally characterised by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A series of organotin(IV) complexes with Schiff base ligand pyruvic acid 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoyl hydrazone [R2SnLY]2, L = 3-HO-C10H6-2-CONHNC(CH3)COOH, R = n-C4H9, Y = CH3OH (1), R = n-C4H9, Y = N (2), R = PhCH2 (3), R = Ph, Y = CH3OH (4), R = Me, (5) and [R3SnLY], L = 3-HO-C10H6-2-CONHNC(CH3)COOH, R = n-C4H9, Y = H2O, (6), R = Ph (7), R = Me (8) have been synthesized. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H and 119Sn NMR spectra. The crystal and molecular structure of complexes 1, 2 and 6 have been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Results showed that complex 1 has a dimeric structure and the central tin atom is rendered seven-coordinate in a distorted pentagonal-bipyramid configuration. The complex 2 has a monoclinic structure and the central tin atom is rendered six-coordinate in octahedrally configuration with a planar of SnO3N unit and two apical aryl C atoms. And the whole structure consists of molecular units connected by weak intermolecular Sn?N and O-H?N interactions. In the complex 6, the central tin atom is five-coordinate in distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry.  相似文献

Four transition metal complexes of 3,8-di(thiophen-2′,2″-yl)-1,10-phenanthroline (dtphen), formulated as [Ni(dtphen)2(H2O)2]·(ClO4)2 (1), [Zn(dtphen)2(H2O)]·(ClO4)2 (2) [Cu(dtphen)2(H2O)]·(ClO4)2 (3), [Cu(dtphen)(phen)2]·(ClO4)2 (4) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) with different metal-to-ligand ratios, were synthesized and characterized herein. The X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies of 1-4 exhibit that different molecular configurations for the dtphen ligand can be observed where the side thiophene rings adopt the trans/trans, trans/cis, trans/disorder and cis/cis conformations relative to the central 1,10-phenanthroline unit in different compounds. Fluorescence emission spectra of 1-4 in methanol show that the fluorescence emission of 2 is much stronger than the other three metal complexes, which is mainly due to its full d10 electronic configuration of Zn(II) ion.  相似文献

Several new mononuclear and dinuclear ruthenium(II) complexes - incorporating 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine and acetylacetonate as ancillary ligands and phenylcyanamide derivative ligands - of the type [Ru(tpy)(acac)(L)] and [{Ru(tpy)(acac)}2(μ-L′)] (where tpy = 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine, acac = acetylacetonate, L = hmbpcyd = 4-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutynyl)phenylcyanamide anion (2) and epcyd = 4-ethynylphenylcyanamide anion (3) and L′ = bcpda = bis(4-cyanamidophenyl)diacetylene dianion (4) and bcpea = 9,10-bis(4-cyanamidophenylethynyl)anthracene dianion (5)) were synthesized in a stepwise manner starting from [Ru(tpy)(acac)(Ipcyd)] (1), where Ipcyd = 4-iodophenylcyanamide anion. Tetraphenylarsonium salts of the phenylcyanamide derivative ligands were also prepared. The four complexes have been characterized by UV-Vis, IR, ES-MS, electrochemistry and 1H NMR. Mononuclear complexes 2 and 3 were further characterized by 13C NMR. The single crystal X-ray structure of 2 was determined, it crystallized with one molecule of water with empirical formula of C32H31N5O5Ru, in a monoclinic crystal system and space group of P21/n with a = 17.642(5) Å, b = 9.634(2) Å, c = 20.063(7) Å, β = 92.65(3)°, V = 3406(2) Å3 and Z = 4. The structure was refined to a final R factor of 0.040. The Ru(III/II) couple of 1-3 appeared around 0.34 V versus the saturated calomel electrode in dimethylformamide and at a slightly higher potential, around 0.36-0.37 V for 4 and 5. Spectroelectrochemical studies were also performed for 4 and 5, no intervalence transition was observed despite all attempts.  相似文献

To determine the influence of metal ion and the auxiliary ligand on the formation of metal-organic frameworks, six new coordination polymers, {[Mn2(bpdc)(bpy)3(H2O)2] · 2ClO4 · H2O}n (1), {[Mn(bpdc)(dpe)] · CH3OH · 2H2O}n (2), {[Cu(bpdc)(H2O)2]}n (3), {[Zn(bpdc)(H2O)2]}n (4), {[Cd(bpdc)(H2O)3] · 2H2O}n (5), and {[Co(bpdc)(H2O)3] · 0.5dpe · H2O}n (6) (H2bpdc = 2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-dicarboxylic acid, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, dpe = 1,2-di(4-pyridyl) ethylene), have been synthesized and characterized. Compound 1 forms 1D helical chain structure containing two unique MnII ions. In 2, the bridging ligand dpe links Mn-bpdc double zigzag chains to generate a layer possesses rectangular cavities. In 3, bpdc2− ligand connects to three metal centers forming a 2D network. Different from the above compounds, 4 displays a 1D double-wavelike chain. Compound 5 features a helical chain. Compound 6 also displays a helical chain with guest molecule dpe existing in the structure. These diverse structures illustrate rational adjustment of metal ions and the second ligand is a good method for the further design of helical compounds with novel structures and properties. In addition, the magnetic properties of 2, 3 and 6, the thermal stabilities and photoluminescence properties of 4 and 5 were also studied.  相似文献

Several bis-malonatooxidovanadium(IV) complexes of the general type [M2(H2O)n][VO(mal)2(H2O)] (where M = Li(1), Na(2), K(3), Cs(4) and NH4(5); n = 3.5, 1, 3, 1 and 1, respectively) were isolated in good yield and high purity. These complexes were fully characterized by various physicochemical techniques (elemental analysis, UV-Vis, IR, EPR, CV, etc.) complexes 1, 2 and 3 were structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction technique. In vivo antidiabetic properties of bis-malonato complexes 1, 2, 3 and 5 have been studied using Streptozotocin induced diabetic rats. Significant lowering of blood sugar level has been noticed. At the same time these complexes were found to regulate secondary pathophysiological complications like liver damage and lowering of the total antioxidant status (TAS) in diabetic rats. Results of these study are expected to a expand the possibility of designing new oxidovanadium(IV) complexes of O,O chelating ligands with significant antidiabetic properties.  相似文献

Treatment of a suspension of AgNO3 and AgCl in MeOH with a solution of N,N,N′,N′-tetra(diphenylphosphanylmethyl)ethylene diamine (dppeda) in CHCl3 afforded a binuclear complex [Ag2(dppeda)Cl](NO3)·2MeOH (1). The analogous reactions using AgSCN and dppeda in EtOH/CH2Cl2 gave rise to a polymeric complex [Ag2(dppeda)(SCN)2]n (2). Both compounds were fully characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, 1H(31P) NMR, and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The cation of 1 shows an interesting molecular basket framework in which dppeda adopts a side-by-side coordination mode. Compound 2 possesses an unique 2D (6,3) layer network with 34-membered metallomacrocycles in which dppeda takes a end-to-end coordination mode. The 2D topological framework of 2 is rare in the chemistry of tetraphosphines. The photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 in solid state at ambient temperature were investigated.  相似文献
