Trichinellosis is a public health problem and is considered an emergent/re-emergent disease in various countries. The etiological agent of trichinellosis is the nematode Trichinella, which infects domestic animals such as pigs and horses, as well as wild animals and humans. A veterinary vaccine could be an option to control the disease in domestic animals. Although several vaccine candidates have shown promising results, a vaccine against trichinellosis remains unavailable to date. Attenuated Salmonella strains are especially attractive live vectors because they elicit mucosal immunity, which is known to be important for the control of Trichinella spiralis infection at the intestinal level and can be administered by oral or intranasal routes. In this study, the autotransporter ShdA was used to display, on the surface of the Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium SL3261, the 210–239 amino acid epitope, (designated as Ag30) derived from the 43 kDa glycoprotein of T. spiralis muscle larvae. The fusion protein elicited antibodies in BALB/c mice that were able to recognize the native epitope on the surface of T. spiralis muscle larvae. Mice immunized by intranasal route with the recombinant Salmonella induced a protective immune response against the T. spiralis challenge, reducing by 61.83% the adult burden at day eight postinfection. This immune response was characterized by the induction of antigen-specific IgG1 and of IL-5 production. This study demonstrates the usefulness of Salmonella as a carrier of nematode epitopes providing a surface display system for intestinal parasite vaccine applications.  相似文献

This study was carried out to determine the influence of short chain fatty acids (SCFA) on spleen and mesenteric lymph node lymphocyte proliferation, goblet cells and apoptosis in the mouse small intestine during invasion by Trichinella spiralis. BALB/c mice were infected with 250 larvae of T. spiralis. An SCFA water solution containing acetic, propionic and butyric acids (30:15:20 mM) was administered orally starting 5 days before infection and ending 20 days post infection (dpi). Fragments of the jejunum were collected by dissection 7 and 10 dpi, and were examined for apoptotic cells in the lamina propria of the intestinal mucosa, and for goblet cells. The proliferation index of the cultured spleen and mesenteric lymph node lymphocytes with MTT test was also determined. The orally administered SCFA solution decreased the proliferation of mesenteric lymph node lymphocytes in the mice infected with T. spiralis at both examination times, but did not influence the proliferative activity of the spleen cells. Seven dpi, both in the spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes, the highest proliferation index of concanavalin A (Con A)-stimulated lymphocytes was found in the group of uninfected animals receiving SCFA animals. This tendency could still be seen 10 dpi in the mesenteric lymph nodes but not in the spleen, where the proliferation index in this group had significantly decreased. In vitro studies revealed, that butyric and propionic acids added to the cell cultures suppressed the proliferation of Con A-stimulated mesenteric lymph nodes and spleen lymphocytes taken from uninfected and T. spiralis-infected mice. Acetic acid stimulated proliferation of splenocytes taken from uninfected mice but did not affect lymphocyte proliferation in mesenteric lymph nodes from uninfected or infected mice. Orally administered SCFA increased the number of goblet cells found in the epithelium of the jejunum 7 dpi, but this number had decreased 10 dpi. The number of apoptotic cells in the lamina propria of the intestinal mucosa of animals infected with the T. spiralis and receiving SCFA was also lower, particularly 10 dpi. The above results show that SCFA can participate in the immune response during the course of trichinellosis in mice.  相似文献

Trichinellosis is a serious disease with no satisfactory treatment. We aimed to assess the effect of myrrh (Commiphora molmol) and, for the first time, thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.) against enteral and encysted (parenteral) phases of Trichinella spiralis in mice compared with albendazole, and detect their effect on inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression. Oral administration of 500 mg/kg of myrrh and thyme led to adult reduction (90.9%, 79.4%), while 1,000 mg/kg led to larvae reduction (79.6%, 71.3%), respectively. Administration of 50 mg/kg of albendazole resulted in adult and larvae reduction (94.2%, 90.9%). Positive immunostaining of inflammatory cells infiltrating intestinal mucosa and submucosa of all treated groups was detected. Myrrh-treated mice showed the highest iNOS expression followed by albendazole, then thyme. On the other hand, both myrrh and thyme-treated groups showed stronger iNOS expression of inflammatory cells infiltrating and surrounding encapsulated T. spiralis larvae than albendazole treated group. In conclusion, myrrh and thyme extracts are highly effective against both phases of T. spiralis and showed strong iNOS expressions, especially myrrh which could be a promising alternative drug. This experiment provides a basis for further exploration of this plant by isolation and retesting the active principles of both extracts against different stages of T. spiralis.  相似文献

The predilection muscles of Trichinella spiralis and T. nativa were studied in 2 experimental groups of 6 raccoon dogs (Nyctereutes procyonoides), the third group serving as a control for clinical signs. The infection dose for both parasites was 1 larva/g body weight. After 12 weeks, the animals were euthanized and 13 sampling sites were analysed by the digestion method. Larvae were found in all sampled skeleton muscles of the infected animals, but not in the specimens from the heart or intestinal musculature. Both parasite species reproduced equally well in the raccoon dog. The median density of infection in positive tissues was 353 larvae per gram (lpg) with T. spiralis and 343 lpg with T. nativa. All the infected animals had the highest larvae numbers in the carpal flexors (M. flexor carpi ulnaris). Also tongue and eye muscles had high infection levels. There were no significant differences in the predilection sites between these 2 parasite species. Trichinellosis increased the relative amount of fat, but not the body weight in the captive raccoon dogs. Thus, Trichinella as a muscle parasite might have catabolic effect on these animals.  相似文献

A full-length cDNA encoding Trichinella spiralis paramyosin (Ts-Pmy) was cloned by immunoscreening a cDNA library of the adult T. spiralis worm. Ts-Pmy cDNA consists of 2655 bp that encode 885 amino acids. The recombinant protein (rTs-Pmy) was expressed and purified by Ni-affinity chromatography. Western blot analysis showed that rTs-Pmy could be recognized by sera from T. spiralis-infected humans, swine, rabbits, and mice. Immunolocalization demonstrated that Ts-Pmy was abundant on the surface of T. spiralis larvae. BALB/c mice vaccinated with rTs-Pmy demonstrated 36.2% reduction in muscle larvae burden following T. spiralis larvae challenge. Vaccination of the mice with rTs-Pmy resulted in a high level of specific anti-Ts-Pmy IgG antibodies and generated a Th1/Th2 mixed type of immune response, with Th2 predominant. These studies showed that rTs-Pmy induced protective immunity in mice and could be considered as a potential vaccine candidate for trichinellosis.  相似文献

An investigation of the chemotherapeutic effectiveness of a new broad-spectrum anthelmintic, oxfendazole (OXF, methyl 5[6]-phenylsulfinyl-2-benzimidazolecarbamate), against Trichinella spiralis is reported. OXF was highly effective against adult T. spiralis in mice subjected to a 4-day course of treatment during the enterai phase of experimental trichinellosis. When treatment began 72 h after the mice were inoculated with parasites, the number of adult worms recovered from the host intestine was greatly reduced by twice-daily oral doses of OXF at 12.5 mg/kg body wt. The same dosage regimen (12.5 mg/kg bis in die) was also highly effective against the muscle-dwelling larvae of T. spiralis when given on 4 successive days during the invasive (days 14–17) and encystment phases (days 28–31) of infection.  相似文献

Background

Trichinella spiralis is a zoonotic parasitic nematode that causes trichinellosis, a disease that has been identified on all continents except Antarctica. During chronic infection, T. spiralis larvae infect skeletal myofibres, severely disrupting their differentiation state.

Methodology and Results

An activity-based probe, HA-Ub-VME, was used to identify deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) activity in lysate of T. spiralis L1 larvae. Results were analysed by immuno-blot and immuno-precipitation, identifying a number of potential DUBs. Immuno-precipitated proteins were subjected to LC/MS/MS, yielding peptides with sequence homology to 5 conserved human DUBs: UCH-L5, UCH-L3, HAUSP, OTU 6B and Ataxin-3. The predicted gene encoding the putative UCH-L5 homologue, TsUCH37, was cloned and recombinant protein was expressed and purified. The deubiquitinating activity of this enzyme was verified by Ub-AMC assay. Co-precipitation of recombinant TsUCH37 showed that the protein associates with putative T. spiralis proteasome components, including the yeast Rpn13 homologue ADRM1. In addition, the UCH inhibitor LDN-57444 exhibited specific inhibition of recombinant TsUCH37 and reduced the viability of cultured L1 larvae.

Conclusions

This study reports the identification of the first T. spiralis DUB, a cysteine protease that is putatively orthologous to the human protein, hUCH-L5. Results suggest that the interaction of this protein with the proteasome has been conserved throughout evolution. We show potential for the use of inhibitor compounds to elucidate the role of UCH enzymes in T. spiralis infection and their investigation as therapeutic targets for trichinellosis.  相似文献

Trichinellosis is one of the most important food-borne parasitic zoonoses throughout the world. Because infected pigs are the major source of human infections, and China is becoming the largest international producer of pork, the development of a transmission-blocking vaccine to prevent swine from being infected is urgently needed for trichinellosis control in China. Our previous studies have demonstrated that specific Trichinella spiralis paramyosin (Ts-Pmy) and Ts-87 antigen could provide protective immunity against T. spiralis infection in immunized mice. Certain protective epitopes of Ts-Pmy and Ts-87 antigen have been identified. To identify more Ts-Pmy protective epitopes, a new monoclonal antibody, termed 8F12, was produced against the N-terminus of Ts-Pmy. This antibody elicited significant protective immunity in mice against T. spiralis infection by passive transfer and was subsequently used to screen a random phage display peptide library to identify recognized epitopes. Seven distinct positive phage clones were identified and their displayed peptides were sequenced. Synthesized epitope peptides conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin were used to immunize mice, four of which exhibited larval reduction (from 18.7% to 26.3%, respectively) in vaccinated mice in comparison to the KLH control. To increase more effective protection, the epitope 8F7 that was found to induce the highest protection in this study was combined with two other previously identified epitopes (YX1 from Ts-Pmy and M7 from Ts-87) to formulate a multi-epitope vaccine. Mice immunized with this multi-epitope vaccine experienced a 35.0% reduction in muscle larvae burden after being challenged with T. spiralis larvae. This protection is significantly higher than that induced by individual-epitope peptides and is associated with high levels of subclasses IgG and IgG1. These results showed that a multi-epitope vaccine induced better protective immunity than an individual epitope and provided a feasible approach for developing a safer and more effective vaccine against trichinellosis.  相似文献

Trichinellosis is a helminthic infection where different species of Trichinella nematodes are the causative agents. Several molecular assays have been designed to aid diagnostics of trichinellosis. These assays are mostly complex and expensive. The genomes of Trichinella species contain certain parasite‐specific genes, which can be detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methods. We selected β‐carbonic anhydrase (β‐CA) gene as a target, because it is present in many parasites genomes but absent in vertebrates. We developed a novel β‐CA gene‐based method for detection of Trichinella larvae in biological samples. We first identified a β‐CA protein sequence from Trichinella spiralis by bioinformatic tools using β‐CAs from Caenorhabditis elegans and Drosophila melanogaster. Thereafter, 16 sets of designed primers were tested to detect β‐CA genomic sequences from three species of Trichinella, including T. spiralis, Trichinella pseudospiralis and Trichinella nativa. Among all 16 sets of designed primers, the primer set No. 2 efficiently amplified β‐CA genomic sequences from T. spiralis, T. pseudospiralis and T. nativa without any false‐positive amplicons from other parasite samples including Toxoplasma gondii, Toxocara cati and Parascaris equorum. This robust and straightforward method could be useful for meat inspection in slaughterhouses, quality control by food authorities and medical laboratories.  相似文献

BackgroundTrichinellosis is a serious zoonotic disease distributed around the world. It is needed to develop a safe, effective and feasible anti-Trichinella vaccine for prevention and control of trichinellosis. The aim of this study was to construct a recombinant Lactobacillus plantarum encoding Trichinella spiralis inorganic pyrophosphatase (TsPPase) and investigate its immune protective effects against T. spiralis infection.Methodology/Principal findingsThe growth of recombinant L. plantarum was not affected by TsPPase/pSIP409-pgsA′ plasmid, and the recombinant plasmid was inherited stably in bacteria. Western blot and immunofluorescence assay (IFA) indicated that the rTsPPase was expressed on the surface of recombinant L. plantarum. Oral vaccination with rTsPPase induced higher levels of specific serum IgG, IgG1, IgG2a and mucosal secretory IgA (sIgA) in BALB/c mice. ELISA analysis revealed that the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 released from spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes and Peyer’s patches were evidently increased at 2–4 weeks following vaccination, compared to MRS (De Man, Rogosa, Sharpe) medium control group (P < 0.05). Immunization of mice with rTsPPase exhibited a 67.18, 54.78 and 51.91% reduction of intestinal infective larvae, adult worms and muscle larvae at 24 hours post infection (hpi), 6 days post infection (dpi) and 35 dpi, respectively (P < 0.05), and the larval molting and development was significantly inhibited by 45.45% at 24 hpi, compared to the MRS group.ConclusionsTsPPase plays a crucial role in T. spiralis molting and development, oral vaccination with rTsPPase induced a significant local mucosal sIgA response and systemic Th1/Th2 immune response, and immune protection against T. spiralis infection in BALB/c mice.  相似文献

Trichinellosis often causing diarrhea and more rarely fever, periorbital edema and myositis in human, is commonly treated with benzimidazole derivatives. The Artemisia genus has been found to be effective against a variety of parasites. In the present study, the efficacy against trichinellosis (Trichinella spiralis) of Artemisia vulgaris and Artemisia absinthium was examined for the first time in rats. The results of trichinoscopy and artificial digestion, during the enteral (adult) phase of the illness show that 300 mg/kg doses of methanol extracts of the aerial parts of A. vulgaris and A. absinthium reduced the larval rate by 75.6% and 63.5% in tongue, 53.4% and 37.7% in diaphragm, 67.8% and 46.2% in quadriceps, and 66.7% and 60.5% in biceps-triceps muscles of rats, respectively. Furthermore, during the parenteral (encapsulated larvae) phase, 600 mg/kg doses of A. vulgaris and A. absinthium extracts decreased the larval rate by 66.4% and 59.9% in tongue, 57.4% and 50.0% in diaphragm, 47.6% and 43.7% in quadriceps, 60.2% and 46.4% in biceps-triceps muscles of rats, respectively. Analysis of antibody also showed that A. vulgaris significantly reduced the antibody response (P < 0.05) during the enteral and parenteral phases. Thus, the results of the present study revealed that A. vulgaris could be an alternative drug against trichinellosis.  相似文献

Systematic dose- and time-response trials were first conducted to determine a treatment regimen with cambdendazole (CBZ, 2-[4′-thiazolyl]-5-isopropoxycarbonylaminobenzimidazole) that would be therapeutically effective against adult Trichinella spiralis in experimentally-infected mice. CBZ proved to be highly effective against adult Trichinella in a 3-day treatment course during the enterai phase of experimental trichinellosis. When treatment began 72 h after the mice were inoculated with parasites, the number of adult worms recovered from the host intestine was greatly reduced by twice-daily oral doses of CBZ at 25 mg kg?1 body wt. The efficacy of the divided daily oral dosage treatment regimen that was effective against adult T. spiralis during the enteral phase of infection was then tested during the parenteral phases of trichinellosis. Gavage administration of CBZ at 25 mg kg?1bis m die for 3 consecutive days during the invasive (days 14–16) and encystment (days 28–30) phases of infection significantly reduced (29 and 90 %, respectively) the number of larvae subsequently recovered from the host musculature on day 44 postinoculation.  相似文献

Trichinellosis is a major foodborne parasitosis caused by Trichinella spiralis. In the present study, a serine protease gene from an adult T. spiralis (Ts-Adsp) cDNA library was cloned, expressed in Escherichia coli and purified by Ni-affinity chromatography. Previous studies of our laboratory have found that mice vaccinated with recombinant Ts-Adsp protein (rTs-Adsp) exhibited partial protection against T. spiralis infection. In this study, the protective effect of rTs-Adsp against T. spiralis infection in pigs was further explored. The cell-mediated and humoral immune responses induced by rTs-Adsp were measured, including the dynamic trends of specific antibody levels (IgG, IgG1, IgG2a and IgM), as well as the levels of cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, and IL-10) in the serum. Moreover, the changes in T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, and neutrophils were measured to evaluate cellular immune responses in pigs vaccinated with rTs-Adsp. The results indicated that a Th1-Th2 mixed immune response with Th1 predominant was induced by rTs-Adsp after vaccination. Flow cytometric analysis showed that the proportions of CD4+ T cells, B cells, and neutrophils in the immunized groups were significantly increased. Furthermore, pigs vaccinated with rTs-Adsp exhibited a 50.9% reduction in the muscle larvae burden, compare with pigs from the PBS group five weeks after challenged. Our results suggested that rTs-Adsp elicited partial protection and it could be a potential target molecule for preventing and controlling Trichinella transmission from pigs to human.  相似文献

Musculoskeletal symptoms such as myalgia are well-known features in the course of trichinellosis; however, the characteristics of musculoskeletal findings have been described in detail in only 1 study. The present study was aimed to determine the joint and muscle symptoms in subjects diagnosed with acute trichinellosis at our rheumatology unit during a Trichinella britovi outbreak that occurred in Izmir, Turkey, in 2004. In total, 98 patients (55 females, 43 males; mean age 32.3 +/- 10.9 yr) were included in the study. A detailed history and full musculoskeletal examination were obtained in each patient. A self-administered questionnaire developed for recording the musculoskeletal symptoms was completed monthly until all the symptoms were resolved. Pain at the joints, restriction of movements (in shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, and temporomandibular joints), myalgia, and muscle weakness (neck and shoulder girdle, muscles of the upper and forearm, back, thigh, and calf muscles) were assessed in every patient. Eosinophil counts, serum levels of creatine kinase, and lactate dehydrogenase also were analyzed. The most frequent musculoskeletal symptoms were muscle pain (86 cases [87.8%]), joint pain (83 [84.7%]), subjective muscle weakness (75 [76.5%]), and restriction of joint movements (63 [64.3%]). Calves, upper arm, neck and shoulder girdle, and forearms were the most affected muscle groups. Muscle pain was reported more frequently in the upper than in the lower extremities and during activity. The most frequent painful joints were shoulders, knees, wrists, and ankles. Upper extremity joints were affected more frequently than the lower extremity joints (77.6 vs. 70.4%). Joint pain occurred more frequently at rest. Both muscle weakness and restriction of joint movements were reported in and around the most frequently affected regions. No evidence of arthritis and objective muscle weakness was noted on physical examination in any patient. Musculoskeletal symptoms in the course of T. britovi infection are frequent but with an excellent prognosis. Joint pain in people suffering from acute trichinellosis may occur more frequently than reported previously.  相似文献

Trichinellosis is a meat-borne zoonotic disease caused by nine Trichinella speices and three unclassified genotypes. In Japan, four domestic outbreaks of human trichinellosis are reported sporadically and were associated with the consumption of wild bear meat. This study examined Trichinella prevalence and its species in black bears, Ursus thibetanus japonicus in Iwate prefecture, Japan. Trichinella T9 larvae identified molecularly were first detected in 1.4% (2/144) of the masseters of black bears examined, and their densities were low (1 and 0.3 larvae /g muscle, respectively). Two cytochrome C oxidase I (COI) haplotypes (sequences) of Trichinella T9 were found in distinct bear populations, suggesting that Trichinella T9 populations isolated genetically by bear populations would occur in Japan.  相似文献

The immune correlate of host resistance induced by reinfection of Trichinella spiralis remains unclear. In this study, we investigated immune correlates between the resistance and serum IgG antibody level, CD23+ IgM+ B cells, and eosinophil responses induced by T. spiralis reinfection. Mice were primarily infected with 10 or 100 T. spiralis larvae (10 TS, 100 TS), respectively, and after 4 weeks, they were challenge infected with 100 T. spiralis larvae (10–100 TS, 100-100 TS). Upon challenge infections, 10–100 TS mice induced significantly higher levels of T. spiralis-specific total IgG antibody responses in sera and antibody secreting cell responses in spleens compared to 100-100 TS mice, resulting in significantly reduced worm burdens in 10–100 TS mice (60% and 70% reductions for adult and larvae, respectively). Higher levels of eosinophils were found in mice primarily infected with 10 TS compared to those of 100 TS at week 8 upon challenge. CD23+ IgM+ B cells were found to be increased significantly in mice primarily infected with 10 TS. These results indicate that primary infection of 10 larvae of T. spiralis, rather than 100 larvae, induces significant resistance against reinfection which closely correlated with T. spiralis-specific IgG, eosinophil, and CD23+ IgM+ B cell responses.  相似文献

Trichinella spiralis in Fischer (CDF/344) inbred rats was used to investigate the effect of exercise on a parasitic infection. Sixty male rats were trained for 2 months by running on a drum, a distance of 1.26 km day?1 in 60 min (4 days week?1) or 1.5 km in 90 min (5 days week?1). They were then given 0, 100 or 500, and 0,100 or 1000 infective Trichinella spiralis larvae respectively; the numbers of larvae encysted in the muscle of the rats 4 weeks later were determined. Trained animals had a significantly lower body weight which they maintained for 3 weeks after exercise ceased, but the training had no effect on the larval recovery. Likewise, exercise for 4 weeks after inoculation (i.e. during the chronic and invasive phases) had no effect. It is concluded that exercise does not modify the resistance of the rat to T. spiralis infection. It is difficult to separate the effects of exercise from the stress caused by exercise but because the rat-T. spiralis system is shown to be relatively insensitive to stress it is a good model with which to look for the effects of exercise per se.  相似文献

The effects of concurrent infection with Toxoplasma gondii on the host-parasite relationship in trichinosis were studied. Infected mice showed a delay in expulsion of Trichinella spiralis adults from the gut. Persisting adult female worms were fecund but the numbers of larvae recovered from the muscles were not increased. Increased resistance to the systemic phase of trichinosis was shown by reduced numbers of muscle larvae after intravenous injection of newborn larvae in animals with toxoplasmosis as compared with control mice. There were no differences in small bowel pathology of trichinous mice with and without toxoplasmosis but inflammation around muscle cysts of T. spiralis was reduced in mice with toxoplasmosis. The eosinophilia which normally develops in mice with trichinosis was suppressed by concurrent toxoplasmosis. Trichinella infection did not alter the numbers of T. gondii cysts recovered from the brain 4 weeks after infection. It is suggested that the delay in expulsion of adult worms, decrease in muscle inflammation around T. spiralis cysts, and inhibition of eosinophilia result from immune suppression, while the reduction in numbers of muscle larvae after intravenous injection of newborn larvae reflects enhanced nonspecific resistance to infection in toxoplasmosis.  相似文献

Trichinellosis is a potentially deadly parasitic zoonosis that is contracted by consuming undercooked infected meat. Reliable detection of infectious Trichinella spp. larvae in meat is therefore pivotal to ensure consumer's safety. The recently authorised PrioCHECK™ Trichinella Alternative Artificial Digestion (AAD) test kit appears promising when used with the standard magnetic stirrer method, but evaluation with other apparatus types is lacking.In this study, the performance of the AAD kit in an adapted Trichomatic-35 (TM35) instrument was evaluated, first, at the Swiss National Reference Laboratory for trichinellosis (NRL); second, in a ring trial involving four Swiss official laboratories. Proficiency pork samples spiked with larvae of Trichinella spiralis, T. britovi, or T. pseudospiralis were tested with the AAD kit and with the reference pepsin-HCl digestion method in TM35 instruments.At the NRL, both methods yielded identical qualitative and similar quantitative results independently of the Trichinella species. In the ring trial, satisfactory results were obtained for 47/50 (94.0%) (AAD) and 62/67 (92.5%) (reference method) of the analysed samples. Technical problems impairing analysis were more frequently observed with the AAD kit (n = 22) than with the reference method (n = 5) and were mainly (16/22) reported by one of the external labs. The etiological agents of human trichinellosis are distributed worldwide in domestic and wild animals. In Spain, two morphologically indistinguishable Trichinella species have been described—Trichinella spiralis and Trichinella britovi—that are perpetuated in both domestic and sylvatic cycles. The present work reports a double natural infection involving these species in a wild boar killed by hunters in the Province of Cáceres, Spain. After artificial digestion of the boar’s muscles, nine larvae/g were collected. These were characterized by multiplex-PCR and Western-blotting using the Trichinella-specific monoclonal antibodies US5 and US9, and both T. spiralis and T. britovi were detected. The mechanism by which this wild boar came to acquire a mixed infection remains unclear.  相似文献
