对野外采集的新疆棘豆属植物以及标本进行鉴定分析,结果表明:马尔洋黑毛棘豆是新变种,白花米尔克棘豆、白花冷棘豆、白花二裂棘豆、白花庞氏棘豆和白花小叶棘豆是5个新变型.短梗棘豆、长翼棘豆、鸟状棘豆和长苞黄花棘豆是新疆地理分布新记录.并对新变种马尔洋黑毛棘豆和长翼棘豆的果期特征进行了描述.  相似文献

选择内蒙古28个样地采集的10种棘豆属植物56个单株,提取样品的基因组DNA,对其叶绿体psbA.trnH序列进行扩增、测序,所得序列利用ClustalX软件进行对位排列,并用MEGA5.0软件采用最大似然法构建系统发育树。结果显示:(1)10种棘豆属psbA.trnH序列的变异位点50个,信息位点36个,种间碱基差异百分率为3.4%,GC含量变化范围在23.18%~25.72%之间。(2)棘豆属与黄芪属各为一支,自展支持率达99%,这10种棘豆属植物可能为单系起源。(3)系统树中小叶小花棘豆与小花棘豆的样本独立成一支,支持将小叶小花棘豆作为小花棘豆的变种来处理。(4)多叶棘豆、砂珍棘豆和黄毛棘豆的样本相互混杂,表明亲缘关系很近,支持《内蒙古植物志》将三者归入真棘豆亚属轮叶棘豆组的观点。(5)缘毛棘豆与薄叶棘豆的样本聚成一支。支持将二者归入矮生棘豆组。研究表明,psbA-trnH序列可为棘豆属下种间系统发育关系研究提供分子证据。  相似文献

对甘肃锦鸡儿(Caragana kansuensis Pojark.)及其易混种进行了探讨,认为甘肃锦鸡儿与短脚锦鸡儿(C.brachypoda Pojark.)是两个不同的物种。在陕西北部、山西西北部等地被鉴定为甘肃锦鸡儿的类群,实为错误鉴定,其与甘蒙锦鸡儿(C.opulens Kom.)相近,区别在于前者小叶较狭,两面被毛较密,背面干后常发红色,也与白毛锦鸡儿(C.licentiana Hand.-Mazz.)相近,区别在于前者叶柄较长,小叶较长而狭,荚果近光滑。同意赵一之教授的观点,将其作为C.opulens的一个变异类型处理,发表新变种狭叶甘蒙锦鸡儿(C.opulens Kom. var. angustifolia Y. Z. Zhao ex Zhao. Y. Chang et F. C. Shi)。  相似文献

The autotetraploid Oxytropis chankaensis Jurtz. is the only representative of the section Baicalia (subgenus Oxytropis, Fabaceae) in Primorskii Krai, and its range is restricted to the sandy belt along the western coast of the Khanka Lake. The type species of the section Baicalia is O. oxyphylla (Pall.) DC., and O. chankaensis is regarded by some authors as its synonym. Analysis of the ITS sequences showed that O. chankaensis is phylogenetically closely related to the species O. oxyphylla and O. racemosa Turcz. from the section Baicalia and also to the species O. anertii Nakai., O. ciliata Turcz., and O. inschanica H. C. Fu & S. H. Cheng from the section Xerobia, but this analysis failed to resolve the phylogenetic relationships of the species within the genus Oxytropis. The analysis of the trnH-psbA, trnL-trnF, trnS-trnG, and petG-trnP regions of cpDNA revealed molecular differences between O. chankaensis and O. oxyphylla that are indicative of considerable divergence of their chloroplast genomes. The ancestral lineages of these species diverged nearly 2 million years ago, which confirms the taxonomic validity of O. chankaensis. Taking into account the ecological specificity of O. chankaensis and the present-day distribution range of O. oxyphylla, it can be assumed that they descended from one ancestral maternal lineage that gave rise to the species of the section Baicalia.  相似文献

本文报道了国产7种乌头属植物(两色乌头(Aconitum alboviolaceum Kom.,牛扁 A.barbartum var.puberulum Ledeb.,蔓乌头A.volubile Pall.,展毛蔓乌头 A.ciliare DC.,北乌头 A.kusnezoffii Reichb.,蒿叶乌头 A.artemisiaefolium Bar.et Skv.,细叶乌头 A.macrorhgnchum Turcz.)的核型。其中展毛蔓乌头、蒿叶乌头和细叶乌头的核型为首次报道。本文还首次指出乌头属中具多年生根状茎的牛扁亚属植物的核型没有明显的二型性,而具二年生块根的乌头正属植物的核型的二型性十分明显。此外还讨论了细叶乌头及展毛蔓乌头的系统位置,认为它们与蔓乌头有较近的亲缘关系。  相似文献

The pectinolytic species Pseudomonas viridiflava has a wide host range among plants, causing foliar and stem necrotic lesions and basal stem and root rots. However, little is known about the molecular evolution of this species. In this study we investigated the intraspecies genetic variation of P. viridiflava amongst local (Cretan), as well as international isolates of the pathogen. The genetic and phenotypic variability were investigated by molecular fingerprinting (rep-PCR) and partial sequencing of three housekeeping genes (gyrB, rpoD and rpoB), and by biochemical and pathogenicity profiling. The biochemical tests and pathogenicity profiling did not reveal any variability among the isolates studied. However, the molecular fingerprinting patterns and housekeeping gene sequences clearly differentiated them. In a broader phylogenetic comparison of housekeeping gene sequences deposited in GenBank, significant genetic variability at the molecular level was found between isolates of P. viridiflava originated from different host species as well as among isolates from the same host. Our results provide a basis for more comprehensive understanding of the biology, sources and shifts in genetic diversity and evolution of P. viridiflava populations and should support the development of molecular identification tools and epidemiological studies in diseases caused by this species.  相似文献

Clematis sect. Clematis is revised in this paper. Seventy-three species and 45 varieties are recognized. They are keyed, described, and illustrated in some cases, and are classified into five subsections. Brief taxonomic history and geographical distribution of the section are given, and the relationships of its subsections and with its close allies of the C. vitalba evolutionary stock of the subgenus Clematis are discussed. Main taxonomic changes are made as follows: (1) C. lancifolia Bur. & Franch., C. songarica Bunge, C. ispahanica Boiss., C. delavayi Franch. and C. phlebantha Williams, which have been previously regarded to be close to C. fruticosa Turcz. and its allies, and placed in sect. Fruticella Tamura by Tamura and some other authors, are here transferred to subsect. Angustifoliae Tamura according to the floral structure. (2) The existence of intermediate forms between the C. vitalba group and the C. flammula group indicates that these two groups are closely related to each other and should not be treated as two sections or even two subgenera. They are treated as two subsections within sect. Clematis . Two series, six species, and one variety are described as new, and five new ranks are made.   相似文献
