On 24 males and 26 females of white rats of a mixed line, a study was carried out of the speed of formation and consolidation of instrumental drinking and defensive conditioned reflexes, elaboration of differentiation, changes in conditioned activity by the use of stochastic stereotype and by changing the meanings of the conditioned signals to opposite. Conditioned reflexes were elaborated more rapidly in female rats at drinking reinforcement and in male rats--at the defensive one. Differentiations were elaborated more rapidly and were better expressed in females than in males at both types of reinforcement.  相似文献

By thermoencephaloscopy method the temperature relief of the rats cerebral cortex was studied after the clinical death and reanimation. The rehabilitation of the animals neurological status was completed in 1-2 days. In the remote postresuscitation period (up to 2 months), expressed disturbances were revealed of the background thermomaps and of thermal reactions of the cerebral hemispheres, evoked by the stress influence. Pathologic mosaics of thermal characteristics was revealed in conditions of relative rest and disturbance of dynamics of the brain temperature reactions and the character of interhemispheric asymmetries at stress influence. Individual character is pointed out of postreanimative pathology, which is manifest both in the background thermomaps and after the functional load. The results of the studies suggest the importance of individual approach in rehabilitation therapy of postreanimative disease.  相似文献

Adrenolytic heart defect (AHD) proceeds with the breaking of higher adaptational reactions, i.e. the change of latent period of conditioned active prevention reaction and arising of retrograde amnesia. alpha-Tocopherol--antioxidant prevents the breaking of conditioned reflex activity and sharply reduces the mortality rate in AHD. The time course of blood plasma toxicity was studied in dogs in the early postresuscitation period 10 minutes after clinical death because of acute hemorrhage. The duration of dying, the rate of the recovery of the main vitally important body functions were discovered to affect the rate of accumulation in the blood of substances with different molecular weights. There were 3 phases in blood plasma toxicity accumulation. The first phase is marked by the overflow of blood vessels with low-molecular substances, the second one by relative lessening of the content of low-molecular metabolites and an increase in the content of medium-molecular substances. The second phase is in agreement with the maximal rise of blood plasma toxicity. The third phase that develops by the 60th minute of the postresuscitation period is characterized by reduction of the peak activity of all substances under study and by overt toxicity with relative normalization of the main body functions.  相似文献

The effect of tryptophane and its derivatives on the rate of elaboration and transformation of conditioned reflexes (CR) to odour, with alimentary reinforcement, was studied in wild bees under two conditions: free movement of the bee or its immobilization (stress situation), by means of genetic models (mutations, successive blocking stages of kynurenin path of tryptophane metabolism). It was shown that mutations eliciting accumulation of free tryptophane and serotonin in the hemolymph of the bees and creating a deficit of kynurenins accelerate the transformation of conditioned reflexes and aggravate the depression of conditioned activity usually elicited in wild bees by monotonous prolonged presentation of conditioned signal. The injections of tryptophane and serotonin (5 mg) produce the same action. Mutations, eliciting accumulation in the hemolymph of the kynurenins (kynurenin and 3-hydroxikynurenin) accelerate, in conditions of immobilization, the formation of conditioned reflexes and delay the process of their transformation, and also contribute to maintainance of a higher (in comparison with the norm) level of the conditioned activity under monotonous presentation of the signal. The same action is produced by the injection of 1 mcg kynurenin.  相似文献
