Metabolic conditions of lactating Friesian cows during the hot season in the Po valley. 1. Blood indicators of heat stress 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In two consecutive summers, 21 and 18 cows, respectively, were monitored for blood parameters and milk yield, to assess their
variation according to the level of heat stress at different stages of lactation. During both years, the cows were monitored
according to their lactation phase (early, mid-, and late) at the beginning of the summer. Climatic conditions were described
through the temperature humidity index. Cows were monitored for breathing rate, rectal temperature, blood metabolites and
enzymes, and milk yield. In the first year, two hotter periods were identified, with more severe conditions in the second
one, when cows had rectal temperatures higher than 40°C. In the second year, only one hotter period was identified, with a
heat stress comparable to that of the first period of the first year. Milk yield declined during the hotter period; in both
years, a higher reduction in milk yield was recorded for cows in the mid-stage of lactation. The decrease in plasma glucose
during the hotter period was evident in both years. Plasma cholesterol also decreased in those periods. The reduction in plasma
ALP activity in the hotter period of both years confirmed the role of this enzyme as a quick and reliable heat-stress blood

Natural wetlands are the single most important contributors of methane (CH4) to the atmosphere. Recent research has shown that the deposition of sulfate (SO
4
2–
) can substantially reduce the emission of this radiatively important gas from wetlands. However, the influence of temperature in regulating the extent of this effect is unclear. Peatlands also constitute an important store of sulfur (S), so understanding the effect of S deposition on S dynamics within this store is important if we are to understand the interaction. The effect of enhanced SO
4
2–
deposition on CH4 fluxes and S pools were investigated in peatland monoliths under controlled environment conditions. This enabled a close examination of effects at the onset of experimentally enhanced SO
4
2–
deposition while examining temperature effects on the interaction. Experimentally enhanced S deposition at rates as small as 15 kg SO
4
2–
-S ha–1 year–1 suppressed CH4 emissions by 30%. There was no increased suppression at larger deposition rates of simulated acid rain. Temperature affected the suppressive effect of the simulated acid rain. At low temperatures (down to 5 °C), there was a greater proportional suppression than at higher temperatures (up to 20 °C). Evidence suggests that populations of SO
4
2–
-reducing bacteria do not respond, as previously thought, to enhanced SO
4
2–
supply with a boom followed by a bust and less recalcitrant S pools (SO
4
2–
and S°) were depleted in the SO
4
2–
-treated peat, indicating enhanced S turnover. A significant proportion of the SO
4
2–
from the treatment was taken up and stored as SO
4
2–
in vascular plants, placing this mechanism as a potentially important seasonal regulator of peatland SO
4
2–

Effects of polymorphonuclear neutrophile infiltration into the endometrial environment on embryonic development in superovulated cows 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Recent studies on bovine uterine disorders have demonstrated that endometrial infiltration with polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) in the postpartum period or at the time of breeding negatively affects reproductive performance. The objective of the present study was therefore to analyze the effect of endometrial PMN infiltration on superovulation outcome. Cows were synchronized and superovulated receiving a total of three artificial inseminations within 24 h. Endometrial cytologic samples were collected by cytobrush technique at first artificial inseminations (AI) (d −1) and before embryo flush (d 7). Embryos were recovered by uterus flushing at Day 7 and evaluated for total cell number and apoptotic cell index. A total of 425 embryos were flushed out of 48 superovulated cows. The PMN dynamics from first AI to flushing had a significant effect on flushing outcome. Significant differences in terms of number of palpable corpora lutea (14.1 vs 7.2) and transferable embryos (8.8 vs 1.9) were found between cows with PMN proportions increasing from zero (0%) at AI to positive proportions (> 0%) at flushing (group PMNZP) and cows with higher endometrial PMN proportions decreasing to lower but still positive proportions from AI to flushing (group PMNHL). Moreover, cows classified to PMN class zero at first AI flushed a significant higher number of total embryos (10.3 vs 6.9) and transferable embryos (6.8 vs 3.7) compared to cows of PMN class positive at first AI (P > 0.05) in our study. Considering a significant interaction effect between PMN class at first AI and flush (P < 0.05), PMN class at first AI (d −1) correlated significantly with number of total flushed and transferable embryos only in combination with a positive PMN class at flush (d 7). Likewise, PMN class at flush (d 7) beard a significant effect on total number of flushed embryos only when classified to PMN class zero at first AI. Collectively, the present work is the first study that demonstrated a significant relationship between endometrial PMN infiltration at first AI as well as PMN dynamic from first AI to time of flush and superovulation outcome. 相似文献

依据政府间气候变化委员会(IPCC)2006年公布的反刍家畜胃肠道CH4排放系数(奶牛61 kg CH4头-1a-1,肉役牛47 kg CH4头-1a-1,绵羊和山羊均为5 kg CH4头-1a-1)和IPCC Tier 1计算方法,结合《中国统计年鉴》和《中国畜牧业统计年鉴》,估算了中国以及各个省份1990—2010年CH4的排放总量,绘制出中国反刍家畜胃肠道CH4排放格局及历史变化图。研究结果表明:11990—2010年期间,中国反刍家畜胃肠道CH4排放量(5.90—7.65 Tg)总体呈现先上升(1995年最高)后下降的趋势,其中肉役牛(主要是黄牛和水牛)胃肠道CH4排放量(4.33 Tg)及其所占比例(65%)最大。奶牛胃肠道CH4排放量及其比例呈现逐年增加的趋势,2006年(0.83 Tg,12.7%)超过山羊和绵羊胃肠道CH4排放量及其比例,成为中国反刍家畜胃肠道CH4排放第二大源。但是,奶牛单位产奶量所排放的CH4量逐年降低,表明中国奶牛饲养技术与生产性能不断提高。2中国反刍家畜胃肠道CH4排放格局呈现区域集中特点,主要集中在中西部和北部的各个省份,其中四川、内蒙古、新疆、河南、西藏、山东、河北、黑龙江、云南和甘肃等10个省份的排放量占中国排放总量的50%以上。总之,1990—2010年间,中国反刍家畜胃肠道CH4排放总量为(6.77±0.46)Tg(肉役牛为主要排放源),随时间推移呈现先上升后下降的趋势;中国反刍家畜胃肠道CH4排放的格局呈区域集中分布,中西部和北部的各个省份占60%以上。 相似文献

The objectives of this study were to investigate the individual variation, repeatability and correlation of methane (CH4) production from dairy cows measured during 2 different years. A total of 21 dairy cows with an average BW of 619±14.2 kg and average milk production of 29.1±6.5 kg/day (mean±s.d.) were used in the 1st year. During the 2nd year, the same cows were used with an average BW of 640±8.0 kg and average milk production of 33.4±6.0 kg/day (mean±s.d.). The cows were housed in a loose housing system fitted with an automatic milking system (AMS). A total mixed ration was fed to the cows ad libitum in both years. In addition, they were offered concentrate in the AMS based on their daily milk yield. The CH4 and CO2 production levels of the cows were analysed using a Gasmet DX-4030. The estimated dry matter intake (EDMI) was 19.8±0.96 and 23.1±0.78 (mean±s.d.), and the energy-corrected milk (ECM) production was 30.8±8.03 and 33.7±5.25 kg/day (mean±s.d.) during the 1st and 2nd year, respectively. The EDMI and ECM had a significant influence (P<0.001) on the CH4 (l/day) yield during both years. The daily CH4 (l/day) production was significantly higher (P<0.05) during the 2nd year compared with the 1st year. The EDMI (described by the ECM) appeared to be the key factor in the variation of CH4 release. A correlation (r=0.54) of CH4 production was observed between the years. The CH4 (l/day) production was strongly correlated (r=0.70) between the 2 years with an adjusted ECM production (30 kg/day). The diurnal variation of CH4 (l/h) production showed significantly lower (P<0.05) emission during the night (0000 to 0800 h). The between-cows variation of CH4 (l/day, l/kg EDMI and l/kg ECM) was lower compared with the within-cow variation for the 1st and 2nd years. The repeatability of CH4 production (l/day) was 0.51 between 2 years. In conclusion, a higher EDMI (kg/day) followed by a higher ECM (kg/day) showed a higher CH4 production (l/day) in the 2nd year. The variations of CH4 (l/day) among the cows were lower than the within-cow variations. The CH4 (l/day) production was highly repeatable and, with an adjusted ECM production, was correlated between the years. 相似文献

Understanding the effects of dietary composition on methane (CH4) production of sheep can help us to understand grassland degradation resulting in an increase of CH4 emission from ruminant livestock and its resulting significance affecting CH4 source/sink in the grazing ecosystem. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of forage composition in
the diet of sheep in July and August on CH4 production by sheep in the Inner Mongolia steppe. The four diet treatments were: (1) Leymus chinensis and Cleistogenes squarrosa (LC), (2) Leymus chinensis, Cleistogenes squarrosa and concentrate supplementation (LCC), (3) Artemisia frigida and Cleistogenes squarrosa (AC), and (4) Artemisia frigida, Cleistogenes squarrosa and concentrate supplementation (ACC). CH4 production was significantly lower in July than in August (31.4 and 36.2 g per sheep-unit per day, respectively). The daily
average CH4 production per unit of digestive dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) increased by 10.9,
11.2 and 42.1% for the AC diet compared with the LC diet, respectively. Although concentrate supplementation in both the AC
and LC diets increased total CH4 production per sheep per day, it improved sheep productivity and decreased CH4 production by 14.8, 12.5 and 14.8% per unit of DM, OM and NDF digested by the sheep, respectively. Our results suggested
that in degraded grassland CH4 emission from sheep was increased and concentrate supplementation increased diet use efficiency. Sheep-grazing ecosystem
seems to be a source of CH4 when the stocking rate is over 0.5 sheep-units ha−1 during the growing season in the Inner Mongolia steppe.

Abstract The objective of the study was to investigate the influence of two roughage-to-concentrate ratios, with or without linseed oil supplementation, on the flow of fatty acids in the intestinal chyme and the secretion in milk fat in late lactating cows. Seven late lactating cows fitted with cannulae in the dorsal rumen and simple T-shaped cannulae in the proximal duodenum were randomly assigned to four experimental periods applying an incomplete replicated 2×2 Latin square design. The rations consisted of meadow hay and a concentrate mixture given in a ratio of 70 : 30 or 30 : 70 on dry matter basis. The basal rations were fed without or with 200 g linseed oil daily. After three weeks of adaptation, samples from the duodenal chyme were taken to study the flow of fatty acids. Additionally, milk samples were analysed for their milk fat composition. Decreasing roughage/concentrate ratio and linseed oil supplementation significantly increased the flow of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), trans-fatty acids (tFA) and conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) in the duodenum. Furthermore, linseed oil increased the flow of saturated fatty acids (SFA) in the duodenum. Higher concentrate portion (H 30) and linseed oil supplementation significantly decreased the milk fat content. SFA were lower (p < 0.05) and MUFA were higher (p < 0.05) in milk fat after linseed oil supplementation; H 30 resulted in more polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA, p < 0.05) in the milk. Linseed oil supplementation significantly increased tFA and CLA in milk fat. The higher CLA content in milk fat as compared to that in the digesta suggests that a substantial endogenous synthesis of CLA in the mammary gland tissue through Δ9-desaturase took place. Between 21% and 48% of duodenal t11-C18:1 were converted into c9, t11-CLA in milk fat. 相似文献

Supplementary fat positively influences reproductive performance in dairy cattle, although the mechanisms involved are not clearly defined. Our objective was to determine the effects of four different fat supplements on follicle development, plasma steroid hormone concentrations and prostaglandin (PG) synthesis in lactating dairy cattle. Forty-eight early lactation Holstein-Friesian cows (21 primiparous, 27 multiparous) were used in a completely randomized block design. Cows were fed the same basal TMR diet and received one of four fat supplements: (i) palmitic acid (18:0 fatty acid; Control), (ii) flaxseed (rich in 18:3 n-3 fatty acid; Flax), (iii) conjugated linoleic acid (a mixture of cis-9, trans-11 and trans-10, cis-12 isomers; CLA), and (iv) fish oil (rich in 20:5 and 22:6 n-3 fatty acids; FO). All lipid supplements were formulated to be isolipidic; palmitic acid was added as necessary to provide a total lipid supplement intake of 500 g/day. Cows were synchronized to be in estrus on Day 15 of dietary treatment. All antral follicles were counted, and dominant follicles, subordinate follicles and corpora lutea were measured daily via transrectal ovarian ultrasonography for one complete estrous cycle. Blood samples were collected daily, and selected samples were analyzed for progesterone, estradiol, insulin-like growth factor-1, insulin, cholesterol and non-esterified fatty acids. Estrus was synchronized a second time, and liver and endometrial biopsies were collected on Day 7 of the estrous cycle. Gene expression was evaluated for a number of genes involved in prostaglandin synthesis (endometrium) and fatty acid uptake and utilization (liver). Fat supplementation had little effect on follicle development. Cows receiving supplementary n-3 fatty acids had lesser plasma progesterone (P4) and smaller corpora lutea than cows receiving the CLA or Control supplements. Effects of fat supplementation on the endometrial expression of genes involved in PG synthesis were minor. Hepatic expression of SREBF1, ASCL1 and FABP1 was reduced by FO supplementation. Reduced plasma P4 in n-3 supplemented cows may lead to a suboptimal uterine environment for embryo development and hence reduced fertility compared to cows receiving the control or CLA supplements. 相似文献

Ruminant husbandry constitutes the most important source of anthropogenic methane (CH4). In addition to enteric (animal-derived) CH4, excreta are another source of CH4, especially when stored anaerobically. Increasing the proportion of dietary concentrate is often considered as the primary CH4 mitigation option. However, it is unclear whether this is still valid when diets to be compared are energy-balanced. In addition, non-structural carbohydrates and side effects on nitrogen (N) emissions may be important. In this experiment, diet types representing either forage-only or mixed diets were examined for their effects on CH4 and N emissions from animals and their slurries in 18 lactating cows. Apart from a hay-only diet, treatments included two mixed diets consisting of maize stover, pelleted whole maize plants and gluten or barley straw and grain and soy bean meal. The diets were balanced in crude protein and net energy for lactation. After adaptation, data and samples were collected for 8 days including a 2-day CH4 measurement in respiratory chambers. Faeces and urine, combined proportionately according to excretion, were used to determine slurry-derived CH4 and N emissions. Slurry was stored for 15 weeks at either 14°C or 27°C, and temperatures were classified as 'cool' and 'warm', respectively. The low-starch hay-only diet had high organic matter and fibre digestibility and proved to be equally effective on the cows' performance as mixed diets. The enteric CH4 formation remained unaffected by the diet except when related to digested fibre. In this case emission was lowest with the hay-only diet (61 v. 88 to 101 g CH4/kg digested NDF). Feeding the hay diet resulted in the highest slurry-CH4 production after 7 weeks of storage at 14°C and 27°C, and after 15 weeks at 14°C. CH4 emissions were, in general, about 10-fold higher at 27°C compared with 14°C but only after 15 weeks of storage. Urinary N losses were highest with the barley diet and lowest with the maize diet. There was a trend towards similar differences in N losses from the slurry of these cows (significant at 14°C). However, contrary to CH4, slurry-N emissions seemed to be temperature-independent. In conclusion, energetically balanced diets proved to be widely equivalent in their emission potential when combining animal and their slurry, this even at a clearly differing forage : concentrate ratio. The variation in CH4 emission from slurry stored shortly or at cold temperature for 15 weeks was of low importance as such conditions did not support methanogenesis in slurry anyway. 相似文献

采用小区试验。大田试验研究湿地稻—鸭复合生态系统甲烷排放规律。稻鸭复合生态系统中甲烷排放随季节变化。在早稻—晚稻耕作制度条件下,6月上旬和7月底分别有2个高峰。早稻与晚稻的排放规律也各异。早稻甲烷排放峰值出现在水稻幼穗分化期。最高值为13.693mg/(m^2.h).晚稻峰值出现在分蘖盛期。可达23.145—105.595mg/(m^2.h)。养鸭处理与常规栽培甲烷排放差异达极显著水平。稻田养鸭的早稻生育期间甲烷排放总量为5.517g/m^2。传统栽培为9.89g/m^2。稻田养鸭的晚稻生育期间排放总量为10.113g/m^2。传统栽培为17.054g/m^2。稻田养鸭与传统栽培比较.土壤氧化还原电位增加15.3mV.还原物质总量、活性还原物质总量、活性有机还原物质总量分别降低0.365cmo1/kg、0.242cmo1/kg和0.180cmo1/kg。土壤氧化还原特性影响甲烷排放通量.土壤还原物质总量、活性还原物质及活性有机还原物质数量与甲烷排放通量的相关系数分别为0.805、0.791、0.769。湿地稻鸭复合生态系统土壤氧化还原状况改善是甲烷排放减少原因之一。 相似文献

Abstract. Variation in vegetation in extra-Andean Patagonia (Argentina) was analyzed using spectral data derived from AVHRR/NOAA satellite. The study of seasonal dynamics of the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI, i.e. a combined index of the reflection in the red and infrared bands) highlighted similarities in functional aspects between regional vegetation units which are dissimilar in a geographical, physiognomical and/or floristical way, and also suggested that gross primary production is correlated with mean annual rainfall. The first axis in a Principal Component Analysis of NDVI data was correlated (r2 = 0.90) with NDVI as integrated for the study period. The second axis was correlated (r2 = 0.50) with the differences in NDVI during the growing season, reflecting seasonality. Mean annual rainfall accounted for 60% of integrated NDVI variability among vegetation units. Much of the residual variance (62%) was accounted for by the inverse of the distance to the Atlantic Ocean, which is interpreted as an ocean effect on vegetation functioning in the extra-Andean Patagonia. 相似文献

Effect of algal deposition on acetate and methane concentrations in the profundal sediment of a deep lake (Lake Constance) 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
Abstract In the profundal sediment ot Lake Constance (143 m depth) the temperature is constant at 4 °C. Despite the constant temperature, CH4 concentrations changed with season between about 120 μM in winter and about 750 μM in summer, measured down to 30 cm depth. The acetate concentration profiles also varied between seasons. In summer, acetate concentration reached a maximum at about 100 μM in 2 or 4 cm depth. In winter, maximal concentrations of about 5 μM were observed over the entire depth. Input of organic material in late spring may be the reason for the seasonal change of both compounds. To simulate such a sedimentation event, intact sediment cores were covered with suspensions of Porphyridium aerugenium or Synechococcus sp. The addition of the phytoplankton material resulted in a drastic increase of acetate concentrations with a maximum at 2 cm depth, similar to in situ acetate concentrations measured in summer. The same applies for CH4 for which increased concentrations were observed down to 6 cm depth. H2 concentrations, on the other hand, showed no distinct increase. Treatment of intact sediment cores with 14 C-labeled Synechococcus cells resulted in the formation of 14 C-acetate, 14 CH4 and 14 CO2 . Maximum concentrations of 14 CH4 were found at 4 cm depth, i.e. just above the depth to which 14 C-acetate penetrated. The results show that phytoplankton blooms may cause a seasonal variation of acetate and CH4 in profundal sediments of deep lakes despite the constant low temperature. They also indicate that acetate is the dominant substrate for methanogenic bacteria in the profundal sediments of Lake Constance. 相似文献

AimsThe Zoigê Plateau, as a very important wetland distribution region of China, was the major methane (CH4) emission center of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. The objective of this study is to study the effects of microtopographic changes on CH4 emission fluxes from five plots across three marshes in the littoral zone of the Zoigê Plateau wetland.
Methods CH4 emission fluxes were measured in five plots across three marshes in Zoigê Plateau wetland using the closed chamber method and Fast Greenhouse Gas Analyzer from May to October in 2014.
Important findings During the growing season, mean CH4 emission fluxes from the permanently flooded hollow (P-hollow) and hummock (P-hummock) in the Zoigê Plateau wetland were 68.48 and 40.32 mg·m-2·h-1, while mean CH4 emission fluxes from the seasonally flooded hollow (S-hollow) and hummock (S-hummock) were 2.38 and 0.63 mg·m-2·h-1. CH4 emission fluxes from non-flooded lawn was 3.68 mg·m-2·h-1. Mean CH4 emission fluxes from five plots across three sites was 23.10 mg·m-2·h-1, with a standard deviation of 30.28 mg·m-2·h-1 and the coefficient of variation was 131%. We also found that there was a significant and positive correlation between mean CH4 emission fluxes and mean water table depth in the five plots across three sites (R2 = 0.919, p < 0.01), indicating that water table depth was controlling the spatial variability of CH4 emission fluxes from the Zoigê Plateau wetland on microtopography. CH4 emission fluxes in the P-hollow, P-hummock, and S-hummock showed an obvious seasonal pattern, which was not observed in the lawn and S-hollow. Herbaceous aboveground biomass (HAB) is a key indicator of grassland vegetation and indirect estimation tools, such as remote sensing imagery, increase the potential for covering larger areas in a timely and cost‐efficient way. Structure from Motion (SfM) is an image analysis process that can create a variety of 3D spatial models as well as 2D orthomosaics from a set of images. Computed from Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and ground camera measurements, the SfM potential to estimate the herbaceous aboveground biomass in Sahelian rangelands was tested in this study. Both UAV and ground camera recordings were used at three different scales: temporal, landscape, and national (across Senegal). All images were processed using PIX4D software (photogrammetry software) and were used to extract vegetation indices and heights. A random forest algorithm was used to estimate the HAB and the average estimation errors were around 150 g m−² for fresh mass (20% relative error) and 60 g m−² for dry mass (around 25% error). A comparison between different datasets revealed that the estimates based on camera data were slightly more accurate than those from UAV data. It was also found that combining datasets across scales for the same type of tool (UAV or camera) could be a useful option for monitoring HAB in Sahelian rangelands or in other grassy ecosystems. 相似文献

Nineteen species of cetaceans (families Balaenopteridae, Kogiidae, Physeteridae, Ziphiidae and Delphinidae) occur in the Costa Rican Pacific Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). Based on data recorded from the EEZ by the Southwest Fisheries Service Center, Cascadia Research Collective, and CIMAR between 1979-2001, we mapped the distribution of 18 cetacean species. Our results suggest that the majority of the cetacean species use primarily oceanic waters, particularly those species within the families Balaenopteridae, Kogiidae. Physeteridae and Ziphiidae. Members of the family Delphinidae showed a wide variety of distribution patterns: seven species are widespread throughout the EEZ, four appear to be exclusively pelagic, and two are primarily coastal. Overall, three cetacean species appear to have populations concentrated in coastal waters: Stenella attenuata graffmani. Tursiops truncatus, and Megaptera novaeangliae. These three may be more susceptible to human activities due to the overlap of their ranges with fishery areas (tuna and artisanal fisheries), and an uncontrolled increase of touristic whale watching activities in several parts of their range. The distribution maps represent the first comprehensive representation of cetacean species that inhabit Costa Rican Pacific waters. They provide essential base-line information that may be used to initiate conservation and management efforts of the habitats where these animals reproduce and forage. 相似文献

The effect of varying hay/barley‐proportions in the feed ration on biotin metabolism of rumen microbes was studied by means of the rumen simulation technique RUSITEC. The stepwise replacement of hay by barley decreased dietary biotin and the net output of biotin by the microbial metabolism. It is concluded that rumen microbes utilise more and/or synthesize less biotin with increasing proportions of dietary barley. These results indicate that a critical reconsideration of current views with regard to the supply and requirement of the high yielding dairy cow for biotin is necessary. 相似文献

基于卫星植被指数与夜间灯光数据,利用相关系数法和变化趋势法综合分析了陕西黄河流域植被变化与城镇化发展之间的协同和权衡关系。结果显示:陕西黄河流域城镇化与经济发展实现了较高水平上的稳定增长,灯光强度从2000年的2.04上升至2020年的8.86,呈明显上升趋势的区域占总面积的93.46%,形成了以中心城市带动的关中城镇发展群,和围绕能源化工开采为主的陕北城镇发展群,并由交通运输网建设发展带动中小城市发展;陕西黄河流域生态环境总体向好,植被覆盖度由2000年的42.90%增加至2020年的64.19%。植被覆盖度显著增加的区域面积占67.45%,以陕北退耕还林(草)区植被增加最为显著;陕西黄河流域经济与生态高质量协同发展成为主要趋势,灯光强度与植被覆盖度同时明显上升的区域占总面积的63.49%,其中两者表现为协同关系的区域占比56.42%,主要位于退耕还林(草)区;有占研究区域总面积4.6%的区域灯光强度明显增加而植被明显降低,其中表现为权衡关系的区域占比高达71.75%,主要位于关中城镇化正在的快速发展的地区;城市核心区域及靠近城市的周边占总面积不到5%的区域,有明显的空间分布差异,在陕北能源化工区城市核心区域灯光强度下降而植被恢复较快,以西安为中心关中城市群,市中心这一概念逐渐弱化,原来的市中心灯光强度下降,并且随着老城区设施逐渐老旧,新城区人口不断涌入,城市生态环境有待改善。 相似文献

以20世纪70年代植被类型图作为参照生态系统,采用径流量和径流系数作为径流调节功能的表征指标,建立了基于历史参照系的三江源区径流调节功能评估模型,以参照系径流系数与实际径流系数的比值作为径流系数质量指数,分析了2000-2017年三江源区生态系统径流调节功能参照值、现状值及变化量的时空变化规律。结果表明:2000-2017年,三江源区多年平均径流量为495.15亿m3,地表径流量为96.64亿m3,参照系条件下多年平均径流量为468.37亿m3,地表径流量为68.60亿m3。相比参照系,三江源区生态系统的径流蓄纳能力降低,总径流量和地表径流量均明显增加。空间上,基于参照系和实际生态系统的多年平均径流量表现为东南高西北低的空间分布特征,地表径流量则呈西部高东部低的空间分布特征。从时间变化看,实际径流和参照系径流的差别率在4%-9%之间,实际地表径流和参照系地表径流的差别率在22%-58%之间。径流系数质量指数得分显示,2000-2017年,三江源区径流系数质量指数平均得分为98.63,地表径流系数质量指数平均得分为96.98,两者均呈现先降低后增加的趋势,地表径流系数质量指数变化更为明显。2000-2017年,各县(镇)径流系数和地表径流系数质量指数得分具有较大差别,但各县(镇)得分变化均不明显,变化率分别在-1.95%-0.71%和-0.35%-1.90%之间。通过建立基于历史生态系统的评估参照系,定量评估了三江源区参照系和实际条件下的径流变化过程,实现了不同时间、不同区域生态系统径流调节功能的可比较,可对量化生态系统恢复进程提供支撑。 相似文献
