A detailed doublet potential energy surface for the reaction of CH with CH3CCH is investigated at the B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) and G3B3 (single-point) levels. Various possible reaction pathways are probed. It is shown that the reaction is initiated by the addition of CH to the terminal C atom of CH3CCH, forming CH3CCHCH 1 (1a,1b). Starting from 1 (1a,1b), the most feasible pathway is the ring closure of 1a to CH3–cCCHCH 2 followed by dissociation to P 3 (CH3–cCCCH+H), or a 2,3 H shift in 1a to form CH3CHCCH 3 followed by C–H bond cleavage to form P 5 (CH2CHCCH+H), or a 1,2 H-shift in 1 (1a, 1b) to form CH3CCCH2 4 followed by C–H bond fission to form P 6 (CH2CCCH2+H). Much less competitively, 1 (1a,1b) can undergo 3,4 H shift to form CH2CHCHCH 5. Subsequently, 5 can undergo either C–H bond cleavage to form P 5 (CH2CHCCH+H) or C–C bond cleavage to generate P 7 (C2H2+C2H3). Our calculated results may represent the first mechanistic study of the CH + CH3CCH reaction, and may thus lead to a deeper understanding of the title reaction.  相似文献

Abstract

A new series of Cr(III), Mn(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Sr(II), Hg(II), Ag(I), Tl(I) and UO2(II) complexes of 2-(2-(4-carboxyphenyl)guanidino)acetic acid ligand have been synthesised and characterised by elemental analyses, IR, UV-Vis spectra, mass spectra (ligand and its zinc(II) complex), 1H NMR spectra (ligand and its mercury(II) complex), magnetic moments, conductances, thermal analyses (DTA and TGA) and ESR measurements. The IR data show that, the ligand behaves as neutral tridentate, (2), [(H2 LL)3 CCu2 ((OAc)4 ((H2 OO)2 ] ], neutral bidentate, (3), [(H2LL)Cu(OAc)2]].1/2H2OO, (13), [(HL)2CCuCl2((H2OO)2]], (17), [(H2LL)Cu(OOSO2))(H2OO)J,dibasic hexadentate, (4), [(L) Ni4((OAc)6((H2OO)J.4H2OO, (5), [(L)Mn4(OAc)6(H2O)10]. 4H2O, (6), [(L)Co4(OAc)6(H2O)10] . 4H2O, monobasic bidentate, (7), [(HL)(UO2)(OAc)(H2O)3], (12), [(HL)2Cu], (15), [(HL)2Fe2(Cl4)(H2O)2]. 7H2O, (16), [(HL)2Cr2(Cl4)(H2O)2]. 7H2O, (21 ), [(H2L)Cd (OOSO2)(H2O)3]. 2H2O, monobasic tridentate, (8), [(L)2HHg2((OAc)2 (H2O)6].H2O, (9), [(L)2Zn2(OAc)2(H2O)6].H2O, (10), [(L) 2ZZn2((OAc)2((H2OO)6]].H2OO, (11), [(L)Tl4(OAc)3 (H2O)6], (18), [(HL)(OH)Cr2(SO4)2(H2O)5]. H2O, (19), [(HL)3Ag3NO3], or dibasic tridentate, (14), [(L) Sr(Cl)20 ((H2 OO)24 ]], (20), [(L)3 CCu (H2 OO)2 ] ]. Molar conductances in DMF indicate that, the complexes are non-electrolyte. The ESR spectra of Cu(II) complexes (2), (3) and (20) at room temperature show axial type symmetry with g// > g-> 2.00, indicating a d(x2-y2) ground state with significant covalent bond character in an octahedral or square planar geometry. However, Cu(II) complexes (12) and (13) show isotropic type, indicating square planar and octahedral structure. Complexes Mn(II) (5) and Co(II) (6) show broad signals in the low field region indicating spin exchange interaction take place between metal(II) ion. Hg(II) complex (9), Tl(I) complex (11), Cr(III) complex (16), Cu(II) complex (17) and Cd(II) complex (21) showed potential antiproliferative activity where they showed inhibitory effect on breast carcinoma (MCF-7 cell line) in comparing with the standard drug.  相似文献

Eight newly synthesized carbacylamidophosphates with the general formula RC(O)NHP(O)Cl2 with R = pCl–C6H4 1a, pBr–C6H4 2a, C6H5 3a, and pMe–C6H4 4a and RC(O)NHP(O)(NC4H8O)2 R = pCl–C6H4 1b, pBr–C6H4 2b, C6H5 3b, pMe–C6H4 4b, were selected to compare the inhibition kinetic parameters, IC50, Ki, kp and KD, on human erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase (hAChE) and bovine serum butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE), Also, the in vivo inhibition potency of compound 2a, 2b and 3a, were studied. The data demonstrates that compound 2a and compound 2b are the potent sensitive as AChE and BuChE inhibitors respectively, and the inhibition of hAChE is about 10-fold greater than that of BuChE.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations were performed for the hexameric nanocubes of methylated (16) and demethylated (26) gear-shaped amphiphiles in pure methanol to reveal the difference in structural fluctuation between 16 and 26. Within our simulation time of 2.0 ns, the cubic structure of 16 in methanol is maintained, whereas that of 26 is collapsed. We found that the triple π-stacking moieties consisting of the three 3-pyridyl groups in 26 are more fluctuated than those in 16. This suggests that methyl groups serve to reduce structural fluctuation for nanocubes. We also found that the existence of the solvent molecules near the nanocube is an important factor for the collapse of the 26 structure.  相似文献

The three-step synthesis of new mixed P/N/N′/O-donor ligands C6H3(OH){2-NHC(O)CH2NCHC6H4PPh2}(4-CH3) 3a·HH and C6H4(OH){3-NHC(O)CH2NCHC6H4PPh2} 3b·HH, by Schiff base condensation of the 1° amines C6H3(OH){2-NHC(O)CH2NH2}(4-CH3) 2a or C6H4(OH){3-NHC(O)CH2NH2} 2b with C6H4(CHO)(2-PPh2) in refluxing EtOH, is described. Reaction of 1 equiv. of 3a·HH or 3b·HH with MCl2(cod) (M = Pt, Pd; cod = cycloocta-1,5-diene) affords the κ2-PN-chelate complexes MCl2(3a·HH) (M = Pd 4a; M = Pt 4b) and MCl2(3b·HH) (M = Pt 4c). The dichlorometal(II) complexes 4d and 4e, bearing instead a pendant 4-phenolic group, were similarly prepared (in >90% yield). Chloro-bridge cleavage of [Pd(μ-Cl)(η3-C3H5)]2 with 3a·HH or 3b·HH gave the monocationic κ2-PN-chelate complexes [Pd(η3-C3H5)(3a·HH)]Cl 5a or [Pd(η3-C3H5)(3b·HH)]Cl 5b, respectively. Elimination of cod, and single CH3 protonation, from Pt(CH3)2(cod) upon reaction with 1 equiv. of 3a·HH or 3b·HH in C7H8 at room temperature afforded the neutral complexes C6H3(OH){2-NC(O)CH2NCHC6H4PPh2Pt(CH3)}(4-CH3) 6a and C6H4(OH){3-NC(O)CH2NCHC6H4PPh2Pt(CH3)} 6b, respectively bearing a monoanionic (3a·H or 3b·H) κ3-PNN′-tridentate ligand. Amide and phenol deprotonation were readily achieved, using KOtBu as base, to give high yields of the κ4-PNN′O-tetradentate complexes C6H3(O){2-NC(O)CH2NCHC6H4PPh2Pd}(4-CH3) 7a and C6H3(O){2-NC(O)CH2NCHC6H4PPh2Pt}(4-CH3) 7b bearing the dianionic ligand 3a2−. All new compounds have been characterised by multinuclear NMR, FTIR, mass spectroscopy and microanalysis. Single crystal X-ray studies have been performed on compounds 1b·1.5CH2Cl2, 3b·HH·0.5Et2O, 6b·CHCl3 and 7b·0.5Et2O.  相似文献

A series of new 7-arylpiperazinylalkyl-1,3-dimethyl-purine-2,6-dione derivatives with diversified 8-amino substituent in 8 position was synthesized and their 5-HT1A, 5-HT2A, 5-HT6, 5-HT7, and D2 receptor affinities were determined. The binding study allowed identifying some potent 5-HT1A/5-HT2A/5-HT7/D2 ligands. The most interesting because of their multireceptor profile were 8-piperidine (3035) and 8-dipropylamine (4547) analogs with four and five carbon aliphatic linkers. The selected compounds 24, 31, 34, 39, 41, 43, 45, and 46 in the functional in vitro evaluation for all targeted receptors showed significant partial D2 agonist, partial 5-HT1A agonist, and 5-HT2A antagonist properties. The advantageous in vitro affinity of compound 34 for 5-HT1A and D2 receptors has been explained by means of molecular modeling, taking into consideration its partial agonist activity towards the latter one. In behavioral studies, compounds 32 and 34 revealed antipsychotic-like properties, significantly decreasing d-amphetamine-induced hyperactivity in mice.  相似文献

New carbohydrate-based surfactants consisting of hydrophilic cellobiosyl and hydrophobic glucosyl residues, methyl β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-2,3,6-tri-O-methyl-α-d-glucopyranoside 1 (GβGαMα, G: glucopyranosyl residue, α and β: α-(1→4)- and β-(1→4) glycosidic bonds, M: methyl group), 2 (GβGβMα), 3 (GβGαMβ), 4 (GβGβMβ), 5 (GβGαEα, E: ethyl group), 6 (GβGβEα), 7 (GβGαEβ), 8 (GβGβEβ) and eight α-and β-glycoside mixtures (a mixture of 1 and 2: 1/2 = 62/38 (9), 32/68 (10); a mixture of 3 and 4: 3/4 = 69/31 (11), 32/68 (12); a mixture of 5 and 6: 5/6 = 62/38 (13), 33/67 (14); a mixture of 7 and 8: 7/8 = 59/41 (15), 29/71 (16)) were synthesized via combined methods consisting of acid-catalyzed alcoholysis of cellulose ethers and glycosylation of phenyl thio-cellobioside derivatives. Their surface activities in aqueous solution depended on their chemical structures: α- or β-(1→4) linkage between hydrophilic cellobiosyl and hydrophobic glucosyl blocks, methyl or ethyl groups of hydrophobic glucosyl block, and α- or β-linked ether group at the C-1 of hydrophobic glucosyl block. The mixing effect of α- and β-glycosides on surface activities was also investigated. As a result, ethyl β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-2,3,6-tri-O-ethyl-β-d-glucopyranoside 7 (GβGαEβ) had the highest surface activity, and its critical micellar concentration (CMC) and γCMC (surface tension at CMC) values of compound 7 were 0.5 mM (ca. 0.03 wt %) and 34.5 mN/m, respectively. The surface tensions of α- and β-glycoside mixtures except for compounds 9 and 10 were almost equal to those of pure compounds. The syntheses of the mixtures of α- and β-glycosides without purification process are easier than those of pure compounds. Thus, the mixtures should be more practical compounds for industrial use as a surfactant.  相似文献

The CO 2 fertilization hypothesis stipulates that rising atmospheric CO 2 has a positive effect on tree growth due to increasing availability of carbon. The objective of this paper is to compare the recent literature related to both field CO 2 -enriched experiments with trees and empirical dendrochronological studies detecting CO 2 fertilization effects in tree-rings. This will allow evaluation of tree growth responses to atmospheric CO 2 enrichment by combining evidence from both ecophysiology and tree-ring research. Based on considerable experimental evidence of direct CO 2 fertilization effect (increased photosynthesis, water use efficiency, and above- and belowground biomass), and predications from the interactions of enriched CO 2 with temperature, nitrogen and drought, we propose that warm, moderately drought-stressed ecosystems with an ample nitrogen supply might be the most CO 2 responsive ecosystems. Empirical tree-ring studies took the following three viewpoints on detecting CO 2 fertilization effect in tree-rings: 1) finding evidence of CO 2 fertilization effect in tree-rings, 2) attributing growth enhancement to favorable climate rather than atmospheric CO 2 enrichment, and 3) considering that tree growth enhancement might be caused by synergistic effects of several factors such as favorable climate change, CO 2 fertilization, and anthropogenic atmospheric deposition (e.g., nitrogen). At temperature-limiting sites such as high elevations, nonfindings of CO 2 fertilization evidence could be ascribed to the following possibilities: 1) cold temperatures, a short season of cambial division, and nitrogen deficiency that preclude a direct CO 2 response, 2) old trees past half of their maximum life expectancy and consequently only a small increase in biomass increment due to CO 2 fertilization effect might be diminished, 3) the elimination of age/size-related trends by statistical detrending of tree-ring series that might remove some long-term CO 2 -related trends in tree-rings, and 4) carbon partitioning and growth within a plant that is species-specific. Our review supports the atmospheric CO 2 fertilization effect hypothesis, at least in trees growing in semi-arid or arid conditions because the drought-stressed trees could benefit from increased water use efficiency to enhance growth.  相似文献

Seven new triterpene glycosides, erylosides R1 (1), T1 (3), T2 (4), T3 (5), T4 (6), T5 (7), and T6 (8) along with the known formoside (2) were isolated from the sponge Erylus formosus collected along the Caribbean coast of Mexico. Glycoside 1 was determined as a trisaccharide, glycoside 2 as a tetrasaccharide while glycosides 38 were hexasaccharide. Their carbohydrate chains were unprecedented and have never been found in oligosaccharides from other biological sources, except Erylus spp. Three carbohydrate chains in the glycosides 3 and 6, 4 and 7, 5 and 8 correspondingly are new. The glycosides 15 have penasterol as aglycone while glycosides 68 proved to be glycoconjugates of 24-methylene-14-carboxy-lanost-8(9)-en-3β-ol.  相似文献

Abstract

In this study, four Co(III)-, Cu(II)-, Zn(II)- and Pd(II)-based potent antibacterial complexes of formula K3[Co(ox)3]·3H2O (I), [Cu(phen)2Cl]Cl·6.5H2O (II), [Zn(phen)3]Cl2 (III) and [Pd(phen)2](NO3)2 (IV) (where ox is oxalato and phen is 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized. They were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity measurements, UV–vis, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) techniques. These metal complexes were ordered in three combination series of I+II, I+II+III and I+II+III+IV. Antibacterial screening for each metal complex and their combinations against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria revealed that all compounds were more potent antibacterial agents against the Gram-negative than those of the Gram-positive bacteria. The four metal complexes showed antibacterial activity in the order I > II > III > IV, and the activity of their combinations followed the order of I+II+III+IV > I+II+III > I+II. The DNA-binding properties of complex (I) and its three combinations were studied using electronic absorption and fluorescence (ethidium bromide displacement assay) spectroscopy. The results obtained indicated that all series interact effectively with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA). The binding constant (Kb), the number of binding sites (n) and the Stern–Volmer constant (Ksv) were obtained based on the results of fluorescence measurements. The calculated thermodynamic parameters supported that hydrogen bonding and van der Waals forces play a major role in the association of each series of metal complexes with CT-DNA and follow the above-binding affinity order for the series.

Eight lanthanide–copper coordination polymers of linear rigid 4-(4-pyridyl)benzoate(L1) and isonicotinate(L2), [LnCuI(L1)2(OAc) (H2O)]n (Ln = Pr, 1; Nd, 2; Sm, 3; Eu, 4; Gd, 5), [Ln2Cu4I3(L2)7 (H2O)]n (Ln = La, 6; Pr, 7), and [Nd2Cu7I6(L2)7 (H2O)6]n·2.5nH2O (8), were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The three-dimensional frameworks of 15 can be described as wave-like layer modules of [Ln(L1)2(OAc)(H2O)]n linking with each other through dimeric units of Cu2I2, whereas that of compounds 6 and 7 are constructed by layer modules of and Cu4I3 clusters. As for 8, dimeric units of Nd2(L2)7(H2O)6 connect layered polymeric forming a 3D framework.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-pyridinehydroxamic acid and 4-pyridinehydroxamic acid (3-pyha and 4-pyha) with either [NBu4][RuCl4(dmso-S)2] or [(dmso)2H][RuCl4(dmso-S)2] (dmso is dimethyl sulfoxide) in acetone afforded three new ruthenium(III) dimethyl sulfoxide pyridinehydroxamic acid complexes: [NBu4][trans-RuCl4(dmso-S)(4-pyha)]·CH3COCH3 (1), [3-pyhaH][trans-RuCl4(dmso-S)(3-pyha)] (2) and [4-pyhaH][trans-RuCl4(dmso-S)(4-pyha)] (3). The solid-state structure of [NBu4][trans-RuCl4(dmso-S)(4-pyha)]·CH3COCH3 (1) was determined by X-ray crystallography. 2 and 3 were pharmacologically evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxicity, their ability to inhibit cell invasion and their gelatinase activity. 2 and 3 were devoid of cytotoxicity against the cell lines tested. 2 inhibited invasion of the highly invasive MDA-MB-231 cells to a much greater extent than 3. Contrary to expectations, neither 2 nor 3 had any inhibitory effect on matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) production and/or activity and in fact 3 was found to enhance the production and/or activity of both MMP-2 and MMP-9.  相似文献

In this study, two Pt(II) and three Pt(IV) complexes with the structures of [PtL2Cl2] (1), [PtL2I2] (2), [PtL2Cl2(OH)2] (3), [PtL2Cl2(OCOCH3)2] (4), and [PtL2Cl4] (5) (L = benzimidazole as carrier ligand) were synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro antiproliferative activities against the human MCF-7, HeLa, and HEp-2 cancer cell lines. The influence of compounds 1–5 on the tertiary structure of DNA was determined by their ability to modify the electrophoretic mobility of the form I and II bands of pBR322 plasmid DNA. The inhibition of BamH1 restriction enzyme activity of compounds 1–5 was also determined. In general, it was found that compounds 1–5 were less active than cisplatin and carboplatin against MCF-7 and HeLa cell lines (except for 1, which was found to be more active than carboplatin against the MCF-7 cell line). Compounds 1 and 3 were found to be significantly more active than cisplatin and carboplatin against the HEp-2 cell line.  相似文献

Abstract

N,N′-Bis[1-aryl-3-(piperidine-1-yl)propylidene]hydrazine dihydrochlorides were synthesized by the reaction of 2 mols of 1-aryl-3-(piperidine-1-yl)-1-propanone hydrochlorides with 1?mol of hydrazine hydrate. Aryl part was C6H5 (P1), 4-CH3C6H4 (P2), 4-CH3OC6H4 (P3), 4-HOC6H4 (P4), 4-ClC6H4 (P5), 3-CH3OC6H4 (P6), 4-FC6H4 (P7) and 4-BrC6H4 (P8). Except P1, all compounds were reported for the first time. The chemical structures were confirmed by UV, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra. P1, P2, P7 and P8 against human hepatoma (Huh7) cells and P1, P2, P4, P5, P6, P7 and P8 against breast cancer (T47D) cells have shown cytotoxicity. P1, P2 and P7 had more potent cytotoxicity against Huh7 cells than the reference compound 5-FU, whereas only P2 was more potent than the 5-FU against T47D cells. Representative compound P7 inhibited the mitochondrial respiration at 144, 264 and 424?µM concentrations dose-dependantly in liver homogenates. The results suggest that P1, P2, P7 and P8 may serve as model compounds for further synthetic studies.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization, spectroscopic properties of a new ligand 1,2-bis[2-(4-methyl-7-acetylamino-1,8-naphthyridine)]ethylene (L) and its two binuclear Cu(I) complexes containing triphenylphosphine (PPh3) or bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm), [Cu2(L)(PPh3)4](BF4)2·2CH2Cl2 (1·2CH2Cl2) and [Cu2(L)(dppm)2](BF4)2·4H2O (2·4H2O) are reported. The structural investigation of these compounds based on X-ray crystal analysis shows that the copper(I) centers adopt different coordination geometries, O(N)CuP2+ and NCuP2+ for complexes 1 and 2, respectively. Upon irradiation of a degassed organic solution of L at 365 nm, photoinduced isomerization reaction and an intramolecular proton transfer of ligand L were detailed studied by absorption spectral changes. A spectroscopic investigation involving time-dependent density functional theory calculations allows assignment of the excited states that relate to emission and transient absorption spectra. The observed lower-energy absorption bands appearing in the region of 413 and 418 nm for 1 and 2 in dichloromethane are assigned to ligand-to-ligand charge transfer (LLCT, phosphine → napy) transition in nature. Compared with well-structured solid-state emission originating from ππ transition of ligand L, complexes 1 and 2 exhibit intense room-temperature solid-state emissions with λmax at 586 and 620 nm, respectively. The energy and the shape of the emission bands are clearly different from that of the ligand, indicating the emissions come from different excited states.  相似文献

2-tert-butyl-(1), 2,6-dimethyl-(2), 2,5-dimethyl-(3), trimethyl-(4), and 2,3-dimethoxy-5-methyl-(5) substituted p-hydroquinones (QH2) were tested as a chainbreaking antioxidant during the oxidation of methyl linoleate (ML) in dodecyl sulfate micellar solution, pH 7.40, at 37°C. In the absence of superoxide dismutase (SOD), all the studied QH2 displayed very moderate if any antioxidant capability. When 5–25 U/ml SOD was added, QH2 showed a pronounced ability to inhibit ML oxidation. The stoichiometric factor of inhibition was found to be about one for all the tested QH2 in the presence of SOD. The reactivities of QH2 to the ML peroxy radical increase in the order QH25 < QH2 3 < QH21≈QH22 < QH24; reactivity of QH24 exceds that reported for the majority of phenolic antioxidants. The features of QH2 as an antioxidant in aqueous environment is likely associated with the reactivity of semiquinone (O·-) formed due to attack of the peroxy radical to QH2. O·- reacts readily with molecular oxygen with formation of superoxide (O·-2); in turn, O·-2 attacks both to QH2 and ML (likely, as HO·2) that results in fast depleting QH2 and chain propagation, respectively. The addition of SOD results in purging a reaction mixture from O·-2 and, as a corollary, in depressing undesirable reactions with the participation of O·-2. Under these conditions, QH2 displays the theoretically highest inhibitory activity which is determined solely by the reactivity of QH2 to the peroxy radical.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of three novel iridium(III) complexes and one rhodium(III) complex with 1-nitroso-2-naphthol (3) chelating as a 1,2-naphthoquinone-1-oximato ligand are described. The reaction of μ2-halogenido-bridged dimers [(η5-C5Me5)IrX2]2 [X is Cl (1a), Br (1b), I (1c)] and [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl2]2 (2a) with 3 in CH2Cl2 yields the mononuclear complexes (η5-C5Me5)IrX(η2-C10H6N2O) (4a, 4b, 4c) and (η5-C5Me5)RhCl(η2-C10H6N2O) (5a). All compounds were characterized by their 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectra, UV/vis spectra were recorded for 4a and 5a. The X-ray structure analyses revealed a pseudo-octahedral “piano-stool” configuration for the metals with bidentate coordination through oximato-N and naphthoquinone-O, forming a nearly planar five-membered metallacycle. The metal complexes 4a and 5a were evaluated in respect to their cytotoxicity and binding affinity toward double-stranded DNA. As determined in the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay, both exerted a much stronger cytotoxic effect toward HeLa and HL60 cancer cell lines than did cisplatin. The remarkable cytotoxicity of the compounds tested may be attributed to necrosis, rather than to apoptosis, as it is evidenced by the caspase-3/7 activation assay. No clear evidence was found for interaction with double-stranded DNA. The melting experiments showed no significant differences between thermodynamic parameters of intact DNA and DNA incubated with 3, 4a, or 5a, although these derivatives altered DNA recognition by the BamHI restriction enzyme. Therefore, the screened iridium and rhodium complexes 4a and 5a may still be interesting as potential anticancer drugs owing to their high cytotoxicity toward cancer cell lines, whereas they do not modify DNA in a way similar to that of cisplatin.  相似文献

The conclusions ofRaicu, Kirillova & Hamar (1969), according to whichMicrotus arvalis has multiple sex chromosomes (X 1 X 2 Y 1 Y 2, X 1 X 1 X 2 X 2), are in contradiction to the earlier work ofRenaud (1938) andMatthey (1953) who have reported heterogamety of the XY, XX type for this species as is the situation in the majority of mammals. The mechanism proposed byRaicu and his coauthors in unknown in mammals where only cases of multiple sex-chromosome mechanisms XY 1 Y 2, XX and X 1 X 2 Y, X 1 X 1 X 2 X 2 have been described. It was necessary therefore to reexamine the situation in this vole. The author is of the opinion that the conclusions ofRaicu and his coauthors cannot be substantiated and that in this case we have indeed the common type of sex determination.  相似文献

Abstract

The composition of the products of reaction of 1-(2,3-anhydro-5-O-benzoyl-β-D-lyxofuranosyl)uracil (1) with NH4N3 was studied by a reverse-phase HPLC system which was found to separate the 3-azido-arabino 2 and 2-azido-xylo 3 isomers that were formed. The use of a 10:1 ratio of NH 4 N 3 to 1 in refluxing EtOH was found to minimize ring opening at C-2 (7%). The higher stereoselectivity of ring opening produced by using a large excess of NH 4 N 3 was suppressed by conducting the reaction in DMF. Preventing the escape of the NH 3 by-product only resulted in debenzoylation. The isolation of pure, crystalline 3 was achieved by reverse-phase preparative HPLC. Separation from the arabino isomer was also effected by debenzoylation and selective acetonide formation with the xylo isomer, which allowed facile isolation of the latter by normal phase chromatography. Hydrolysis of the acetonide 7 provided unprotected 2-azido-xylo nucleoside 6, which was also obtained by NaOMe treatment of 3. The mechanistic basis for the stereoselectivity of epoxide opening is discussed.  相似文献

Two mononuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu(C15H16NO2)2] (1) and [Cu(C6H9N2O4)2·3H2O] (2·3H2O), were synthesised and structurally characterised by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The copper(II) atom adopts a square-planar environment in complex 1, while the geometry in 2·3H2O could be described as the distorted square pyramidal. Complexes 1 and 2·3H2O were evaluated for their inhibitory activities against Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) urease in vitro. They both were found to have strong inhibitory activities against H. pylori urease comparable to that of acetohydroxamic acid (AHA). A docking simulation was performed to position 2 into the H. pylori urease active site to determine the probable binding conformation.  相似文献
