中国的麻虻属(双翅目:虻科)   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
中国的麻虻属 Haematopota经记录清理,国内保存标本的复核,共计52种。其中包括二新种,即似中华麻虻H.sineroides sp.nov.和骚扰麻虻H.vexativa sp.nov.。认为H.pungcnsis 是H.atrata 的误定,H.annandalei是H.personata的误定。对雌性有记载的51种作了分组研究,共分11组,即白条麻虻组H.atrata group 4种;繸腿麻虻组H.cilipes group 1种;毛股麻虻组H.pilosifemura group 5种;怒江麻虻组H.lukiangensis group 1种;条带麻虻组H.lineola group 3种;沥青麻虻组H.picea group 5种;黑角麻虻组H.nigriantenna group 9种;土耳其麻虻组H.rurkestanica group 3种;中华麻虻组H.sinensis group 3种;圆胛麻虻组H.irrorara group 6种;北京麻虻组H.pekingensis group 11种。并编制了分组分种检索表  相似文献

描述了采集于湖北巴东县的金丝桃属Hypericum L.的3个新分类群,即湖北小连翘H. hubeiense L. H. Wu &; D. P. Yang、恩施小连翘H. enshiense L. H. Wu &; F. S. Wang和长萼小连翘H. erectum Thunb. ssp. longisepalum L. H. Wu &; D. P. Yang。湖北小连翘与H. asahinae Makino相似,表现在叶无柄,基部心形抱茎,花萼和花瓣上具黑色腺条;区别在于叶近边缘腺体全为黑色,叶片上部无腺体  相似文献

In this study, we describe several new taxa belonging to the flora of Myanmar. One new family, Polyosmaceae (Polyosma wallichii Benn.) is recorded. Over ten new genera are recorded for the first time, including Amentotaxus Pilger (Taxaceae), Hydrobryopsis Engler (Podostemaceae), Cyrtosia Blume and Biermannia King & Pantling (Orchidaceae), Eleutharrhena Forman and Haematocarpus Miers (Menispermaceae), Craigia W.W. Smith & W.E. Evans (Malvaceae), Amblyanthopsis Mez (Primulaceae), Huodendron Rehder and Rehderodendron Hu (Styracaceae), Platea Blume (Metteniusaceae), Achyrospermum Blume (Lamiaceae), Christisonia Gardner (Orobanchaceae). In addition, five new species are described and illustrated: Tupistra natmataungensis Y.H. Tan & H.B. Ding, Biermannia burmanica Y.H. Tan & Bin Yang, Impatiens megacalyx Y.H. Tan & H.B. Ding, Amblyanthopsis burmanica Y.H. Tan & H.B. Ding, Platea kachinensis Y.H. Tan & H.B. Ding. 土壤来源的五个苏云金芽孢杆菌新亚种的鉴定   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
从中国土壤中分离的大量苏云金芽孢杆菌菌株中鉴定出H42、H43、H56、H60及H62等5种新H血清型,并进行了形态、培养特征、生化反应、晶体蛋白质成分及毒力特性等项检测鉴定,鉴定了5个苏云金芽孢杆菌新亚种: Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. jinghongiensis (H42), B.thuringiensis subsp. guiyangiensis (H43),B.thuringiensis subsp. rongseni(H56),B.thuringiensis subsp. pingluonsis(H60)及B.thuringiensis subsp. zhaodongensis(H62) 。毒力生物测定证明5个新亚种的代表菌株对棉铃虫(Heliothis armigera)\,小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)\,柳蓝叶甲(Plagiodera versicolora)幼虫均无毒力。H42、H43、H56、H60对埃及伊蚊(Aedes aegypti)\,斑须按蚊(Anopheles stephensi)及尖音库蚊(Culex pipiens)亦均无毒;H62对埃及伊蚊无毒,但对尖音库蚊与斑须按蚊有低毒。  相似文献

本文报道了近年来在中国发现的马鞍菌属 Helvella的3个新种,即蚊河马鞍菌H. jiaohensis, 吉林马鞍菌 H. jilinensis 和新疆马鞍菌 H. xinjiangensis; 3个新记录种即肋盖马鞍菌 H. costifera, 长孢马鞍菌 H. oblongispora和灰黑马鞍菌H.Rivularis。 此外由于亚梭孢马鞍菌 H. subfusispora 的模式标本于1984年在火中被毁,因此作者在另一份标本(HMAS 30483)的基础上为其标定了新模式(Neotype)。  相似文献

运用建立起来的酶联免疫吸附试验对80名胃镜确诊胃炎及消化性溃疡患者的血清中抗幽门螺旋菌(Helicobacter pylori)IgG、IgA IgM进行了检测。结果表明,抗H.pylori IgG、IgA都可作为H.pylori感染的指标,但前者敏感性较好(92.0%),后者特异性较高(94.4%);抗H.pyloriIgM升高和降低与H.pylori感染无明显关系。抗H.pylori IgG、IgA水平与H.py  相似文献

Four new species of Hymenoscyphus (H. brevicellulus, H. hyaloexcipulus, H. microcaudatus, and H. subsymmetricus) and a new Chinese record (H. subpallescens) are described. These five species share common characteristics: small apothecia (<3mm in diameter); hymenium whitish, pale yellow, to yellow in color; ectal excipulum of textura prismatica; asci arising from simple septa; ascospores scutuloid and guttulate; saprophytic nutrition; and leaf habitats, except for H. subsymmetricus, which grows on herbaceous stems. Phylogenetic analyses of internal transcribed spacer nuclear ribosomal DNA sequences, the universal DNA barcode for fungi, for 16 species in the genus indicated that these taxa were closely related to H. microserotinus, in accordance with their morphological features, but represented independent species. The distinguishing features of each new species from its relatives are discussed, and their phylogenetic relationships explored.  相似文献

报道了四川重楼属植物2新分布变种,分别是宽瓣球药隔重楼(Paris fargesii var. latipetala H. Li et V. G. Soukup)和红果五指莲(Paris axialis H. Li var. rubra H. H. Zhou, K. Y. Wu et R. Tao)。其中红果五指莲为贵州特有类群,且为孤点分布。四川新分布的发现对于重楼属植物的系统分类和迁徙演化研究具有重要意义。  相似文献

Haloxylon ammodendron is one of the main shrubs that were used in desertification control project in China. Large area (2700 km2) of H. ammodendron plantation, especially more than 10 years plantation, has degraded outside Minqin oasis, northwest China. It is hard for H. ammodendron plantation to utilize ground water deeper than 20 m and to use precipitation with only mean annual 116.2 mm and uneven distribution in growing season. Thus, soil water might be the main water source of H. ammodendron plantation. Moreover, following H. ammodendron grows up, more soil water will be needed. In this study, it is hypothesized that H. ammodendron plantation would utilize deeper soil water as its age increased. Water use characteristics of different ages of H. ammodendron plantation (2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years and 30 years) were examined by stable oxygen isotope technology outside Minqin oasis in July 2009. The δ18O values of water in H. ammodendron xylem, six different depths of soil (20 cm, 30 cm, 50 cm, 100 cm, 150 cm and 200 cm), rain and ground water (replaced by well water) were compared to determine major water source of H. ammodendron plantation. Meanwhile, the density, height, length and width of individuals were measured, and soil water contents were examined at the six depths in these plantation. The results showed that in 5 years H. ammodendron plantation, soil water content in 50 cm was significantly lower than moving sand dune and other ages, and soil water content in 100–200 cm was lower than moving sand dune and 2 years H. ammodendron plantation. The main depth that H. ammodendron used soil water increased as the age increased; 2 years H. ammodendron mainly used 50–200 cm soil water; 5 years H. ammodendron used 100–200 cm soil water and started to use ground water; 10 years H. ammodendron used 150–200 cm soil water and ground water, plant density of H. ammodendron declined and soil water content recovered gradually; 20 years and 30 years H. ammodendron mainly used ground water. Therefore, excessive consumption to soil water of high plant density might be one of the reasons for the degradation of H. ammodendron plantation. The critical age of H. ammodendron plantation is 5 years outside Minqin oasis because it consumed excessive soil water. If the density of 5 years H. ammodendron plantation was not decreased by selective cutting at present, it would degrade as the stand age increased later. It is suggested that initial density of new H. ammodendron plantation outside Minqin oasis must be reduced to slow down its consumption of soil water in future, and then the stability of H. ammodendron plantation could be sustained for a longer time.  相似文献

用显微操作技术进行 Saccharamyces cerevisisae 系 2.576 (mel-)与 S. carlsbergensis 2.500 (MEL+)以及 S.Cerevisisae Stole 系(mel-)与S. microelltpsoides 2.699—2—3(MEL+)种间杂交。获得的杂种能全发酵棉子糖,而亲株只系与Stolc系仅能发酵此糖1/3。两个不同杂交系的杂种H808与H824-14用孢子×孢子交配法进行杂交,所有的杂种酵母H868、H869,H875和H876发酵糖蜜醪比生产菌株日系及Stole系快。H875菌株生成酒精量比其亲株高3一10%。将H875菌株与生产菌株S. cerevisiae DT菌系杂交,获得H946和H948两株杂种,其中H948酒精发酵力比DT系高3%,比H875高2%,是一株酒精生产优良新品系。  相似文献

通过实验和临床观察幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori)对胃上皮细胞间隙连接超微结构的影响,从细胞间隙连接角度探讨H. pylori致癌机制.将不同H. pylori菌株与BGC-823细胞共培养24 h或 48 h,用原位固定与原位包埋法透射电镜观察细胞间隙连接超微结构变化.对70例胃癌患者,用快速尿素酶试验、碱性品红染色和14C尿素呼气实验检测H. pylori,PCR法检测H. pylori CagA基因,及透射电镜观察胃上皮细胞间隙连接超微结构变化.结果显示,未加H. pylori组BGC-823细胞可见较多细胞连接及连接复合体,加H. pylori各组细胞的连接数、单位周长连接数与单位周长连接长度均小于未加H. pylori组,而细胞间隙最小宽度大于未加H. pylori组(P < 0.001或P < 0.005),且CagA+ 的NCTC J99组、临床株GC 01组和NCTC 11639组细胞连接数、单位周长连接数均小于CagA- 的NCTC 12908组(P < 0.001或P < 0.05),NCTC J99组与临床株GC 01组细胞单位周长连接长度短于NCTC 12908组(P < 0.001).胃癌患者H. pylori感染组细胞连接数、单位周长连接数与单位周长连接长度均小于无H. pylori感染组,细胞间隙最小宽度大于无H. pylori感染组(P < 0.001),且CagA+ H. pylori感染者细胞连接数、单位周长连接数与单位周长连接长度均小于CagA- H. pylori感染者,细胞间隙最小宽度大于CagA- H. pylori感染者.上述结果表明,胃上皮细胞间隙连接改变与H. pylori感染,特别是CagA+ H. pylori感染有关.  相似文献

描述了中国云南北部的金丝桃属Hypericum L.(藤黄科)两个新种,即楚雄金丝桃H. fosteri N. Robson和漾濞金丝桃H. wardianum N. Robson.二者均与短柱金丝桃H. hookerianum Wight & Arn.相近.楚雄金丝桃为一地方特有种,目前仅在模式地点发现;漾濞金丝桃在缅甸东北部还有分布.二者主要以蒴果伸长,非卵状近球形,萼片无中脉而有别于短柱金丝桃.此外,将宽萼金丝桃H. latisepalum (N. Robson) N. 报道采自新疆及内蒙古地区的菱板藻属(硅藻门)中国新纪录植物7种,分别为丰富菱板藻(Hantzschia abundans Lange-Bertalot)、喜碱菱板藻(H.alkaliphila Lange-Bertalot)、巴克豪森菱板藻(H.barckhausenii Lange-Bertalot &; Metzeltin)、较长菱板藻(H.longa Lange-Bertalot)、仿密集菱板藻(H.paracompacta Lange-Bertalot)、美丽菱板藻(H.spectabilis(Ehrenberg) Hustedt)和近活跃菱板藻(H.subvivacior Lange-Bertalot)。对其分类学特征进行了详细的描述,并给出了光镜或扫描电镜照片以及生境特征等,为该属种类的世界地理分布提供新资料。  相似文献
