从通光藤(Marsdeniatenacissima)的茎中分离得到4个新的C21甾体甙———通光藤甙F(3),G(4),H(5)和I(6),以及2个已知化合物通光藤甙A(1)和B(2)。根据光谱数据和化学方法推定了其结构。同时,通过COLOC谱和二维核磁共振谱指定了这些化合物中甙元上11和12位的酯基确切连接位置。  相似文献

从安徽省产的毛茛科植物华东唐松草(Thaliczrum fortunei S.Moore)的全草中分离得三个结晶,经光谱和衍生物制备等方法,确定化合物1和2为双苄基异喹啉生物碱,化合物1为7-5′,11-12′型的新生物碱,命名为华东唐松草碱(thalifortine,1),化合物2为已知生物碱aromoline(2),化合物3为 N-phenyl-2-naphthy]amine(3)。  相似文献

为了解黄皮种子中的酰胺类生物碱及其杀线虫活性,运用多种色谱学及波谱学方法分离并鉴定了10个酰胺类生物碱,分别为:N-甲基桂皮酰胺(1),clausenalansamide A(2),3-dehydroxy-3-methoxyl-clausenalansamide A(3),clausenalansamide B(4),黄皮新肉桂酰胺B(5),N-(2-苯乙基)肉桂酰胺(6),2′-dehydroxy-2′-oxo-clausenalansamide B(7),lansamide-7(8),homoclausenamide(9),1,5-dihydro-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-3,5-diphenyl-2H-pyrrol-2-one(10)。其中,化合物3,7,10为新天然产物。首次对黄皮种子中的酰胺类生物碱2~8进行全齿复活线虫致死活性的测试,发现所测化合物均有致死活性,其中,化合物2,3,5和8有较强的致死活性,且均优于阳性对照除线磷,可为相关农药的研发提供科学依据。  相似文献

从女贞小蜡树 (LigustrumsinenseLour.)茎叶甲醇提取物的水溶性部分得到 1个新的和 6个已知酚性配糖体成分。它们是两个已知的裂环环烯醚萜类化合物 :1 0 hydroxyoleuropein( 1 )和specneuzhenide( 2 ) ,五个苯乙醇类化合物 :3 ,4 二羟基苯乙醇 ( 3 ) ,3 ,4 二羟基苯乙醇 2′ O β D 吡喃葡萄糖甙 ( 4 ) ,3 甲氧基 苯乙醇 4 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖甙 ( 5 ) ,4 羟基苯乙醇 ( 6) ,4 羟基苯乙醇 2′ O β D 吡喃葡萄糖甙 ( 7) ,化合物 5为新化合物 ,命名为小蜡甙A(sinenosideA) ,经理化和波谱分析鉴定了论文中的所有化合物的结构  相似文献

Six compounds have been isolated from the methanol extract of the aerial parts of Gnidia involucrata (Thymelaeaceae). They were identified as 2,3,4',5,6-pentahydroxybenzophenone-4-C-glucoside and 2,4',6-trihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone-2-O-glucoside, together with mangiferin, kaempferol-3-O-glucoside, yuankanin and manniflavanone by chemical and spectroscopic means. The structures of three additional C-glycosyl flavones--vitexin, isovitexin and isoorientin--were determined on-line by LC/UV/APCI-MSn analysis of the crude extract.  相似文献

A new isoalloxazine alkaloid, named bupleurine A ( 1 ), along with five known compounds ( 2 – 6 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Bupleurum chinense DC. The structure elucidation of the new alkaloid ( 1 ) was employed by combining NMR and HR‐MS data with comparison of reference in the literature. Five known compounds ( 2 – 6 ) were isolated from Bupleurum genus for the first time. Additionally, their antiproliferative activities on HeLa cells were evaluated by MTT assay and IC50 of compounds 1 and 4 – 6 were below 10 μm after treatment for 24 h.  相似文献

Premise of the study: The first microsatellite primers were developed for Davidia involucrata, an endangered relic species of the Tertiary in China, to further describe its genetic variability and population structure. ? Methods and Results: Using the Fast Isolation by AFLP of Sequences Containing Repeats (FIASCO) protocol, 15 polymorphic microsatellite loci were isolated and characterized in 20 individuals from the germplasm collections of D. involucrata at the Hunan Forest Botanical Garden. High levels of polymorphism were revealed, with the total number of alleles per locus and the number of alleles per locus per individual ranging from two to 13 and from one to six, respectively. ? Conclusions: The multibanded patterns of microsatellite loci obtained in the current study confirmed that D. involucrata might be a polyploid species. The primers will be useful for studies of genetic diversity and for guiding conservation strategies for D. involucrata.  相似文献

Two sesquiterpene-trimethoxystyrene conjugates (E)-1-[3'-(4',8'-dimethylnona-3',7'-dienyl)cyclohex-3'-enyl]-2,4,5-trimethoxybenzene (1) and (Z)-1-[3'-(4',8'-dimethylnona-3',7'-dienyl)cyclohex-3'-enyl]-2,4,5-trimethoxybenzene (2), a phenylpropanoid 1,2,4-trimethoxy-5-(1-methoxy-ethyl)-benzene (3), and an aporphine alkaloid N-acetylpachypodanthine (4), were isolated in addition to several known compounds from cyclohexane, dichloromethane and alkaloid extracts from bark of Pachypodanthium confine. The structures of these compounds were established based on the interpretation of their high resolution NMR (HSQC, HMBC, COSY and NOESY) spectral data.  相似文献

? Premise of the study: Microsatellite primers were developed for the endangered Davidia involucrata to assess the population genetics and infer its evolutionary history. ? Methods and Results: Using both the modified magnetic bead hybridization method and the dual-suppression PCR method, we isolated and characterized 12 polymorphic microsatellite loci using 134 individuals from five populations in southwestern China. The number of alleles per locus ranged from six to 21 (mean = 10.8). The expected heterozygosity per locus ranged from 0.404 to 0.918 and observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.015 to 0.821. ? Conclusions: All of the 12 microsatellite markers developed for D. involucrata are polymorphic, and lay a solid foundation for further studies of the population genetics of this famous tree.  相似文献

Four compounds were isolated from Enicosanthum membranifolium. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by spectroscopic data. Their structures were determined as N-trans-feruloyltyramine, R-(-)-mellein, clerodermic acid, and salicifoline chloride as a quaternary alkaloid compound. The structures of R-(-)-mellein and salicifoline chloride were confirmed by using X-ray diffraction. Clerodermic acid was shown to induce potent apoptosis against human leukemia HL60 cells.  相似文献
