A new species of the genus Copidosoma from Israel is described. The female of Copidosoma trjapitzini is similar to those of C. scutellare, C. agrotis, and C. cuproviride. All the four species possess a similar mesosomal sculpture, coarse on the mesoscutum and more or less striate on the scutellum, and the solid clava obliquely truncate at apex. C. trjapitzini differs from C. agrotis in the larger size and from C. cuproviride, in the black head and mesosoma. The type material is deposited in the collection of the Schmalhausen Institute of Zoology (Ukraine, Kiev); two paratypes, at the Zoological Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg).  相似文献

The former genera Acla Heb., Aclodes Heb., and Paraclodes Des.-Grand., are considered subgenera of the genus Uvaroviella Chop. Five new subgenera and nine new species of this genus from Ecuador and Guyana are described. Two new species names are proposed due to the secondary homonymy, and one old species name was resurrected from synonymy as a replacement name. Lectotype for U. cavicola Chop. is designated. New data on the geographical and bitopical distribution of some species are given. The paper is based on the material from the collections of the Zoological Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences, St. Petersburg (ZIN), and the Natural History Museum, London (NHM).  相似文献

Twenty-two samples of a rare sea anemone Ptychodactis patula having an unusual structure were found in the collection of the Zoological Institute (Russian Academy of Sciences, St. Petersburg). This species was previously referred to the small order Ptychodactiaria, which included only three species. P. apatula was known only from the coasts of Norway (the type locality), Iceland, and the Bering Strait. Our samples greatly exceed the materials thus far published, both in the number of specimens and their places of discovery.  相似文献

The fauna of grass flies (Diptera: Chloropidae) of the Crimean Peninsula is reviewed for the first time. The study is based on examination of the collection of the Zoological Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg), which includes the material collected in Crimea by the authors, the collections of the Zoological Museum of the M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University and V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University (Simferopol). The annotated list includes 92 species in 34 genera and three subfamilies. Most of the species (61) are recorded from Crimea for the first time. Six species, Chlorops horridus Becker, Ch. puncticornis Loew, Dicraeus (Oedesiella) beschovskii Nartshuk, Lasiosina chandleri Ismay, Meromyza meigeni Nartshuk and Oscinimorpha longirostris (Loew) are recorded for the first time from Russia and Eastern Europe. The characters for distinguishing Oscinimorpha arcuata Duda from O. longirostris (Loew), i.e., the structure of head and the male genitalia, are provided. The boreo-montane species Oscinella vastator (Curtis) and Meromyza curvinervis (Zetterstedt) are found on the Chatyrdag Mountain and Yaila (mostly forestless plateau in the Crimean Mountains). Species with southern European, Mediterranean and Macaronesian-Mediterranean ranges were recorded mostly on the South Coast of Crimea. The Crimean fauna of Chloropidae is compared with the faunas of Sardinia and Turkey.  相似文献

A new genus is erected for Hysteropterum boreale Melichar, 1902 which is redescribed. Lectotype is designated in the type series of the species deposited in the Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg, Russia). Photographs of the female (paralectotype) and drawings of the male (lectotype) genitalia are provided.  相似文献

E.A. Eversmann’s collection of grass-flies (Chloropidae) deposited at the Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, St. Petersburg, is revised. The total of 22 species are recorded from Kazan (10 species of the subfamily Oscinellinae, 12 species of the subfamily Chloropinae), and 4 species, from Orenburg and Orenburg Province. Almost all the species, except for the agricultural pests, are recorded for the respective regions for the first time. A new species, Chlorops eversmanni sp. n., is described from Kazan.  相似文献

Material of the genus Astiphromma Förster (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae: Mesochorinae) from Russia and adjacent countries in the Zoological Institute, St. Petersburg has been examined. 25 species were identified, 14 of which are new records to the Russian fauna, and 10 are new to the Eastern Palaearctic Region. Four species are new to science: Astiphromma (Astiphromma) flavofaciessp. n., A. (A.) minimumsp. n., A. (A.) paradorsalesp. n., and A. (A.) styleatorsp. n. A new synonymy is established: Astiphromma (Astiphromma) albitarse (Brischke, 1880) = A. punctatum Uchida, 1933, syn. n. For Astiphromma japonense Lee, 1992 a hitherto unknown female is described.  相似文献

The species status of a rare species Eumicrotremus eggvinii from the family Cyclopteridae has been revalidated. Some authors considered its specimens as males of close species E. spinosus. In the Zoological Institute collection, males of E. spinosus that are morphologically similar with females of this species have been found. This is evidence of absence of sexual dimorphism in E. spinosus. In new samplings from waters of the Franz Josef Land archipelago (Barents Sea), a specimen of E. eggvinii was found and described. The opinion of some authors that individuals of E. eggvinii represent males of E. spinosus is refuted. A new finding widens the species area to the northeastern limits of the Barents Sea. The number and character of distribution of bone plaques remain reliable taxonomic characters.  相似文献

In the summer and autumn of 2017, two mostly Southeastern European weevils Otiorhynchus albidus Stierlin, 1861 and O. asphaltinus Germar, 1824, and also O. rotundus Marseul, 1872, previously unknown from Russia, were found in numbers on Syringa vulgaris L. and S. josikaea Jack. in St. Petersburg. New data on the distribution of O. smreczynskii and a key for differentiation of O. rotundus, O. smreczynskii and closely allied to the latter O. ukrainicus Korotyaev, 1984 from southeastern Ukraine and eastern Crimea are reported.  相似文献

Morphological, biochemical, and molecular genetic studies of green microalgae from the collection of cyanobacteria, algae, and algal parasites of St. Petersburg State University (CALU) (presumably belonging to the Parietochloris genus) were conducted in order to estimate biotechnological potential and clarify the phylogenetic position. It was determined that the studied strains have a close relationship to two genera from different classes (Lobosphaera (Trebouxiaceae) and Deasonia (Actinochloridaceae)) and can be of biotechnological interest as producers of valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids (especially arachidonic, linoleic, and α-linolenic).  相似文献

Based on two females from the Danish amber collection of the Zoological Museum of University of Copenhagen, Dencyrtus vilhelmseni gen. and sp. nov. is described. The antennae of the new genus are very similar in structure to that of Eocencyrtus Simutnik, 2001 from the Rovno and Baltic ambers. However, the presence of the filum spinosum on the linea calva of the forewing disc indicates that it belongs to a different subfamily.  相似文献
