The sequence of mitochondrial A6 (MURF4) was compared for several trypanosomatids in order to assess the reduction of the edited domain (ED). The association between the ED reduction and the phylogenetic position of a species proved to be less tight than believed earlier. Compared with digenetic species, monogenetic ones more often displayed ED reduction and had smaller ED.  相似文献

The continuous p‐median approach to environmental diversity (ED) is a reliable way to identify sites that efficiently represent species. A recently developed maximum dispersion (maxdisp) approach to ED is computationally simpler, does not require the user to reduce environmental space to two dimensions, and performed better than continuous p‐median for datasets of South African animals. We tested whether maxdisp performs as well as continuous p‐median for 12 datasets that included plants and other continents, and whether particular types of environmental variables produced consistently better models of ED. We selected 12 species inventories and atlases to span a broad range of taxa (plants, birds, mammals, reptiles, and amphibians), spatial extents, and resolutions. For each dataset, we used continuous p‐median ED and maxdisp ED in combination with five sets of environmental variables (five combinations of temperature, precipitation, insolation, NDVI, and topographic variables) to select environmentally diverse sites. We used the species accumulation index (SAI) to evaluate the efficiency of ED in representing species for each approach and set of environmental variables. Maxdisp ED represented species better than continuous p‐median ED in five of 12 biodiversity datasets, and about the same for the other seven biodiversity datasets. Efficiency of ED also varied with type of variables used to define environmental space, but no particular combination of variables consistently performed best. We conclude that maxdisp ED performs at least as well as continuous p‐median ED, and has the advantage of faster and simpler computation. Surprisingly, using all 38 environmental variables was not consistently better than using subsets of variables, nor did any subset emerge as consistently best or worst; further work is needed to identify the best variables to define environmental space. Results can help ecologists and conservationists select sites for species representation and assist in conservation planning.  相似文献

The percentage of species with high evolutionary distinctiveness (ED) scores in four different classes was related to conservation concern. We considered the number of species belonging to the upper level of the distribution of ED scores, and the overall distribution of ED scores in each category of concern assigned by IUCN. Generalized linear and mixed models were used to explore the relationship between variables, separately for each animal class. Overall values of ED score were higher for Squamates, Rhynchocephalia and amphibians than mammals and birds. However, the frequency distribution of ED scores was similar among classes, with a leptokurtotic distribution. Amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals showed a markedly right skewed distribution, with a similar proportion of species in each equal category of the distribution. In all classes, the number of species with the highest ED score (positioned in the upper 20% of the frequency distribution of the variable) was very small ranging between 0.01 and 0.05%. ED score was slightly but negatively correlated with IUCN conservation status in amphibians, but unrelated in the other three classes. The bird population trend was unrelated to ED score of bird species in both USA and Europe. Also, the population’s trend for selected mammal species was unrelated to the ED score of those species. Our results provide more evidence that distribution shape of ED of animal forms is uniform among classes, with only very few species characterized by highest ED scores in each group. Surprisingly, ED score and IUCN conservation status were unrelated in the four classes examined. Finally, our study underlines that declining animals are not necessarily the most evolutionarily distinct species.  相似文献

The extent to which the latitudinal gradient in species richness may be paralleled by a similar gradient of increasing functional or phylogenetic diversity is a matter of controversy. We evaluated whether taxonomic richness (TR) is informative in terms of ecological diversity (ED, an approximation to functional diversity) and phylogenetic diversity (AvPD) using data on 531 mammal species representing South American old autochthonous (marsupials, xenarthrans), mid-Cenozoic immigrants (hystricognaths, primates) and newcomers (carnivorans, artiodactyls). If closely related species are ecologically more similar than distantly related species, AvPD will be a strong predictor of ED; however, lower ED than predicted from AvPD may be due to species retaining most of their ancestral characters, suggesting niche conservatism. This pattern could occur in tropical rainforests for taxa of tropical affinity (old autochthonous and mid-Cenozoic immigrants) and in open and arid habitats for newcomers. In contrast, higher ED than expected from AvPD could occur, possibly in association with niche evolution, in arid and open habitats for taxa of tropical affinity and in forested habitats for newcomers. We found that TR was a poor predictor of ED and AvPD. After controlling for TR, there was considerable variability in the extent to which AvPD accounted for ED. Taxa of tropical affinity did not support the prediction of ED deficit within tropical rainforests, rather, they showed a mosaic of regions with an excess of ED interspersed with zones of ED deficit within the tropics; newcomers showed ED deficit in arid and open regions. Some taxa of tropical affinity showed excess of ED in tropical desert areas (hystricognaths) or temperate semideserts (xenarthrans); newcomers showed excess of ED at cold-temperate latitudes in the Northern Hemisphere. This result suggests that extreme climatic conditions at both temperate and tropical latitudes may have promoted niche evolution in mammals.  相似文献

Biodiversity surrogates are needed because detailed data on the distributions of species and communities is very limited. Among alternative surrogate strategies there is an environmental diversity (ED) framework, which uses the p-median model to sample environmental space as evenly as possible. The underlying idea is that such a sample would represent underlying species diversity well. However, tests of the effectiveness of ED as a surrogate for species diversity have been inconclusive, and there is a debate concerning the usefulness of different implementations of ED. In particular, it has been argued that tests of the ED framework are flawed because they used discrete algorithms (calculating the p-median from an observed environmental space), while continuous versions of ED should be preferred (i.e. calculating the p-median from a theoretical, continuously spaced, environmental space). Unfortunately, progress has been hampered by lack of independent testing of the two ED approaches. Here, we provide the first empirical test of the effectiveness of both continuous and discrete ED using European distributions of amphibians and reptiles. Analyses were implemented considering two different extents: (1) western Europe and (2) the Iberian Peninsula. In both cases, implementations of ED represented species at a lower rate than expected by chance (P < 0.05). Unlike suggested by some authors, the continuous ED was not consistently superior to the discrete form: continuous implementations of ED performed slightly better when fewer areas were selected and discrete ED performed better when the whole of the western European region was considered. Our results support findings that ED has only limited value as a surrogate for biodiversity and invite the interpretation that failure of ED is more likely to be related with oversimplification of assumptions underlying the model than to the particular p-median algorithm used.  相似文献

Zoos have played a pivotal role in the successful reinforcement and reintroduction of species threatened with extinction, but prioritization is required in the face of increasing need and limited capacity. One means of prioritizing between species of equal threat status when establishing new breeding programs is the consideration of evolutionary distinctness (ED). More distinct species have fewer close relatives such that their extinction would result in a greater overall loss to the Tree of Life. Considering global ex situ holdings of birds (a group with a complete and well‐detailed evolutionary tree), we investigate the representation of at‐risk and highly evolutionarily distinct species in global zoo holdings. We identified a total of 2,236 bird species indicated by the Zoological Information Management System as being held in zoological institutions worldwide. As previously reported, imperiled species (defined as those possessing endangered or critically endangered threat status) in this database are less likely to be held in zoos than non‐imperiled species. However, we find that species possessing ED scores within the top 10% of all bird species are more likely to be held in zoos than other species, possibly because they possess unique characteristics that have historically made them popular exhibits. To assist with the selection of high priority ED species for future zoo conservation programs, we provide a list of imperiled species currently not held in zoos, ranked by ED. This list highlights species representing particular priorities for ex situ conservation planners, and represents a practical tool for improving the conservation value of zoological collections.  相似文献

The emetic responses to various pharmacological agents, cytotoxins, and radiation are compared among animal species. The species included for comparison are the human, nonhuman primate, dog, cat, and ferret. The categories of pharmacologic compounds include both those compounds that act on identified membrane receptors (e.g., cholinergic agonists, catecholamines, and neuroactive peptides) and those that act on unidentified receptors (e.g., cardiac glycosides and Veratrum alkaloids, among others). Emphasis is placed on emetic dose-response relations and threshold ED50 and ED100 values calculated from these relations, as indices of species sensitivity to emetic stimuli. For the more noxious emetics, the cytotoxins and radiation, the latency to the first emetic episode and duration of emesis are also compared across species. The effect that peripheral and central nerve lesions have on species differences in emetic responses to stimuli is also discussed.  相似文献

In avian and mammalian embryos, surgical ablation or severely reduced migration of the cardiac neural crest leads to a failure of outflow tract septation known as persistent truncus arteriosus (PTA) and leads to embryo lethality due partly to impaired excitation-contraction coupling stemming primarily from a reduction in the L-type Ca(2+) current (I(Ca),(L)). Decreased I(Ca,L) occurs without a corresponding reduction in the alpha(1)-subunit of the Ca(2+) channel. We hypothesize that decreased I(Ca),(L) is due to reduced function at the single channel level. The cell-attached patch clamp with Na(+) as the charge carrier was used to examine single Ca(2+) channel activity in myocytes from normal hearts from sham-operated embryos and from hearts diagnosed with PTA at embryonic days (ED) 11 and 15 after laser ablation of the cardiac neural crest. In normal hearts, the number of single channel events per 200-ms depolarization and the mean open channel probability (P(o)) was 1.89 +/- 0.17 and 0.067 +/- 0.008 for ED11 and 1.14 +/- 0.17 and 0.044 +/- 0.005 for ED15, respectively. These values represent a normal reduction in channel function and I(Ca),(L) observed with development. However, the number of single channel events was significantly reduced in hearts with PTA at both ED11 and ED15 (71% and 47%, respectively) with a corresponding reduction in P(o) (75% and 43%). The open time frequency histograms were best fitted by single exponentials with similar decay constants (tau approximately or equal 4.5 ms) except for the sham operated at ED15 (tau = 3.4 ms). These results indicate that the cardiac neural crest influences the development of myocardial Ca(2+) channels.  相似文献

The median effective dose for capture (ED50) and the median lethal dose (LD50) of alpha-chloralose given orally to domestic chickens (Gallus domesticus) were determined by probit analysis to be 45 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg, respectively. The therapeutic index (TI = LD50/ED50) was 6.7. This indicates that alpha-chloralose is only a marginally safe capture agent in domestic species and particularly in field applications involving other wild avian species in which the amount of the drug ingested by an individual bird is not controlled.  相似文献

The mycorrhizal status of dune plant species in relation to their plant life forms was surveyed along a successional gradient of sand dune on the southern Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Roots of 64 dune plant species belonging to 30 families were collected from sand dune communities at four different successional stages: embryonic dunes (ED), mobile dunes (MD), fixed dunes (FD), and remnant dunes (RD). Of the plant species surveyed in all successional stages, 54 (84%) had formed mycorrhizal associations. Nonmycorrhizal plants with cryptophyte life forms predominated in the earlier successional stages (ED and MD), whereas the number and percent coverage of mycorrhizal plant species belonging to hemicryptophytes, phanerophytes, and chamaephytes generally increased with the stabilization of sand dunes. Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) colonization was found to be the dominant mycorrhizal type in ED, MD, and RD. But phanerophytes with dual colonization, AM and ectomycorrhizal, became the dominant life form with high plant coverage in the FD stage. Total percentage of mycorrhizal root length colonization showed significant positive correlations relating to soil parameters such as organic matter and nitrogen content, while negatively correlating to high soil reaction (pH).  相似文献

Extrinsic and intrinsic forces combined shape the population structure of every species differently. Freshwater mussels are obligate parasites to a host fish during a juvenile stage (glochidia). Elliptio dilatata (ED) and Actinonaias ligamentina (AL) are co-occurring freshwater mussel taxa with similar North American distribution and share some potential host fish. Using mitochondrial DNA, we determined the genotypes of 190 + individuals from collection sites in at least two tributaries in the Lake Erie and Ohio River watersheds, along with the Ouachita and Strawberry rivers in the southeast. Both species had followed a stepping-stone model of dispersal, with greater pairwise genetic structure among collection sites of ED. Also, phylogeographical analysis for ED found significant geographical structuring of haplotype diversity. Overall, within-population variation increased significantly from north to south, with low genetic diversity in the Strawberry River. We calculated significant among-population structure for both species (ED: Phi(ST) = 0.62, P < 0.001; AL: Phi(ST) = 0.16, P < 0.001). Genetic analysis identified the Ouachita River as an area of significant reproductive isolation for both species. Results for AL indicated dispersal into northern areas from two genetically distinct glacial refugia, where results for ED indicated dispersal followed by low gene flow in northern areas. The conservation strategies for mussels that co-occur in the same 'bed' could be species specific. Species such as ED have management units on the population scale, where AL has a more homogeneous genetic structure across its range.  相似文献

The x-ray structure of the EcoRI endonuclease-DNA complex (3) suggests that hydrogen bonds between amino acids, glutamic acid 144, arginine 145, and arginine 200, and major groove base moieties are the molecular determinants of specificity. We have investigated residue 144 using aspartate and glutamine substitutions introduced by site-directed mutagenesis. Substitution with glutamine results in a null phenotype (at least a 2000-fold reduction in activity). On the other hand, the aspartic acid mutant (ED144) retained in vivo activity. Substrate binding and catalytic studies were done with purified ED144 enzyme. The affinity of the ED144 enzyme for the canonical sequence 5'-GAATTC-3' is about 340-fold less than the wild-type (WT) enzyme, while its affinity for nonspecific DNA is about 50 times greater. The ED144 enzyme cleaves one strand in the EcoRI site in plasmid pBR322 with a kcat/Km similar to WT. In contrast to the WT enzyme, the ED144 enzyme dissociates after the first strand cleavage. Partitioning between cleavage and dissociation at the first and second cleavage steps for the ED144 enzyme is extremely salt-sensitive. The altered partitioning results largely from a destabilization of the enzyme-DNA complex, particularly the enzyme-nicked DNA complex, with only small changes in the respective cleavage rates. The hydrogen bonds of Glu-144 are critical, they appear to act cooperatively with other specificity contacts to stabilize the enzyme-DNA complex.  相似文献

The shape of the association between age and the cost of reproduction varies across species. However, it is unclear whether there are any general patterns in the way the cost of reproduction varies with life history, taxon or ecological function. Using a simple theoretical method, we identified three characteristic patterns to describe the age-related survival cost of reproduction. The most frequent pattern is an approximately exponential decay (ED) with increasing age. Two additional u-shaped patterns were identified, where the cost of reproduction was higher for young and old individuals compared with intermediate-aged individuals. The majority of these u-shaped curves suggested higher costs of reproduction at older ages (RQ), with the rest suggesting a higher cost at young ages (LQ). While predators were most likely to exhibit ED-shaped cost curves, herbivores were equally likely to exhibit ED and RQ curves; birds were likely to exhibit ED-shaped curves and mammals were split equally between ED and RQ curves. These findings suggest that there may be predictable differences in the age-related shape of the cost of reproduction between species, but further research is required to identify the mechanisms generating such differences.  相似文献

为评估西双版纳国家级自然保护区对樟科这一重要植物类群进化潜力的保护情况, 揭示将物种进化历史纳入生物多样性保护评估的重要性, 本研究通过对西双版纳地区长期的野外调查并查阅标本记录与文献资料, 整理出该地区樟科13属121种物种的具体分布信息, 以植物条形码ITS序列作为分子标记构建了反映整个西双版纳地区樟科植物系统发育关系的系统发育树。我们以此为基础, 从物种层面分析了各物种的进化特异性(evolutionary distinctiveness, ED), 从区域层面分析了自然保护区内、外以及32个行政乡镇的系统发育多样性(phylogenetic diversity, PD), 并结合物种丰富度(species richness, SR)与物种濒危等级, 综合探讨了西双版纳国家级自然保护区对樟科植物进化历史的保护情况。研究发现, 西双版纳国家级自然保护区仅拥有整个西双版纳地区54.5%的樟科物种数, 却保护了该地区樟科植物约88.8%的进化历史, 没有被列入保护范围但却拥有高系统发育多样性的区域有打洛镇、易武乡等。就物种而言, 进化特异性相对较高的19个物种中, 有5种(26.3%)在自然保护区内没有分布; 濒危等级高的54个物种中, 有20种(37.0%)在自然保护区没有分布, 同时拥有高进化特异性和濒危等级的物种仅有1种不在保护区内分布。结果表明, 虽然西双版纳国家级自然保护区对樟科这一植物类群的系统发育多样性以及高保护价值物种的保护较好, 但仍有部分重要樟科植物的进化历史没有涵盖在现有自然保护区范围内; 按照传统方法设定的自然保护区虽能在一定程度上保护樟科物种的进化历史, 但仍然存在与标准化系统发育多样性保护策略相矛盾的地方。因此, 今后在建立自然保护区时, 应将系统发育多样性考虑在内, 以保护生物多样性应对环境变化的潜力。  相似文献

Biodiversity assessment requires that we use surrogate information in practice to indicate more general biodiversity patterns. ‘ED’ refers to a surrogates framework that can link species data and environmental information based on a robust relationship of compositional dissimilarities to ordinations that indicate underlying environmental variation. In an example analysis of species and environmental data from Panama, the environmental and spatial variables that correlate with an hybrid multi‐dimensional scaling ordination were able to explain 83% of the variation in the corresponding Bray Curtis dissimilarities. The assumptions of ED also provide the rationale for its use of p‐median optimization criteria to measure biodiversity patterns among sites in a region. M.B. Araújo, P.J. Densham & P.H. Williams (2004, Journal of Biogeography 31 , 1) have re‐named ED as ‘AD’ in their evaluation of the surrogacy value of ED based on European species data. Because lessons from previous work on ED options consequently may have been neglected, we use a corroboration framework to investigate the evidence and ‘background knowledge’ presented in their evaluations of ED. Investigations focus on the possibility that their weak corroboration of ED surrogacy (non‐significance of target species recovery relative to a null model) may be a consequence of Araújo et al.'s use of particular evidence and randomizations. We illustrate how their use of discrete ED, and not the recommended continuous ED, may have produced unnecessarily poor species recovery values. Further, possible poor optimization of their MDS ordinations, due to small numbers of simulations and/or low resolution of stress values appears to have provided a possible poor basis for ED application and, consequently, may have unnecessarily favoured non‐corroboration results. Consideration of Araújo et al.'s randomizations suggests that acknowledged sampling biases in the European data have not only artefactually promoted the non‐significance of ED recovery values, but also artefactually elevated the significance of competing species surrogates recovery values. We conclude that little credence should be given to the comparisons of ED and species‐based complementarity sets presented in M.B. Araújo, P.J. Densham & P.H. Williams (2004, Journal of Biogeography 31 , 1), unless the factors outlined here can be analysed for their effects on results. We discuss the lessons concerning surrogates evaluation emerging from our investigations, calling for better provision in such studies of the background information that can allow (i) critical examination of evidence (both at the initial corroboration and re‐evaluation stages), and (ii) greater synthesis of lessons about the pitfalls of different forms of evidence in different contexts.  相似文献

Analyzing the relationship between species and environment is always a focal question of ecological research. In recent years species distribution models (SDMs) has been widely used to predict the spatial distribution of species. SDMs are numerical tools that combine observations and species occurrence or abundance with environmental variables to predict the spatial distribution of species across landscapes, sometimes requiring extrapolation in space and time. Chamaecyparis formosensis (Taiwan red cypress, TRCs) is a coniferous species endemic to Taiwan, where it natural grows in the central mountains at moderate to high altitudes of 800–2800 m, and most stands in the range of 1500–2150 m. It is threatened by habitat loss and over-cutting for its valuable timber. To preserve TRCs species and achieve sustainable use of biological resources, we choose TRCs as a target for the study to predict its distribution in central Taiwan.The pure forests of TRCs in the study area were mainly located in Pachsienshan (P), Shouchentashan (S) and Baigou Mountain (B) in central Taiwan, and the distribution data were originally obtained by The Third Survey of Forest Resources and Land Use in Taiwan. Elevation, slope, aspect, and three vegetation indices were derived from both SPOT-5 satellite images and DEM. GIS technique was used to overlay those factors. Discriminant analysis (DA), decision tree (DT) and maximum entropy (MAXENT), three commonly used SDMs, were applied based on above-mentioned six variables to predict the suitable habitat of TRCs, and to evaluate which the best model is in terms of accuracy and efficiency. Three experiment designs (ED1, ED2 and ED3) with different combinations of samples were used for model building and validation. The 200 target samples were collected from the site P–B, B–S and P–S for model building under ED1, ED2 and ED3 respectively, while the 100 samples were collected from the site S, P and B for model validation. All experiment designs had same 1350 background samples. The results showed that the overall accuracy and kappa coefficient of DT (96%, 0.88) was higher than that of MAXENT (91%, 0.70), and their accuracies were better than that of DA (84%, 0.58). All the three models were highly efficient in implementation of model construction and evaluation, while the DT model was difficult for generating the entire predicted map of potential habitat due to its complex conditional sentence. Vegetation indices derived from SPOT-5 satellite images could not improve model accuracy because of its insufficiency of spectral resolution and spatial resolution. High spatial resolution and spectral resolution remotely sensed imagery should be used in our future research to improve model performance and reliability.  相似文献

Embryonic diapause (ED) is a temporary arrest of embryo development and is characterized by delayed implantation in the uterus. ED occurs in blastocysts of less than 2% of mammalian species, including the mouse (Mus musculus). If ED were an evolutionarily conserved phenomenon, then it should be inducible in blastocysts of normally non-diapausing mammals, such as domestic species. To prove this hypothesis, we examined whether blastocysts from domestic sheep (Ovis aries) could enter into diapause following their transfer into mouse uteri in which diapause conditions were induced. Sheep blastocysts entered into diapause, as demonstrated by growth arrest, viability maintenance and their ED-specific pattern of gene expression. Seven days after transfer, diapausing ovine blastocysts were able to resume growth in vitro and, after transfer to surrogate ewe recipients, to develop into normal lambs. The finding that non-diapausing ovine embryos can enter into diapause implies that this phenomenon is phylogenetically conserved and not secondarily acquired by embryos of diapausing species. Our study questions the current model of independent evolution of ED in different mammalian orders.  相似文献

The functioning of the vertebrate eye depends on its absolute size, which is presumably adapted to specific needs. Eye size variation in lidless and spectacled colubrid snakes was investigated, including 839 specimens belonging to 49 genera, 66 species and subspecies. Variations of adult eye diameters (EDs) in both absolute and relative terms between species were correlated with parameters reflecting behavioral ecology. In absolute terms, eye of arboreal species was larger than in terrestrial and semiaquatic species. For diurnal species, EDs of terrestrial species do not differ from semiaquatic species; for nocturnal species the ED of terrestrial species is larger than fossorial species but not different from semiaquatic species. In relative terms, ED did not differ significantly by habitat for diurnal species. Although the ED of terrestrial species is larger than fossorial species there were no differences for nocturnal species between semiaquatic and fossorial snakes. In contrast to other vertebrates studied to date, colubrid EDs in absolute and relative terms are larger in diurnal than in nocturnal species. These observations suggest that among colubrid snakes, eye size variation reflects adaptation to specific habitats, foraging strategies and daily activities, independently of phylogeny. J. The last period of the intrauterine life in the rat (embryonic day 17 to 21, ED17-ED21) is demarcated by an increase in brain and body weight and active neuronogenesis. During this period, a rapid accumulation of DHA (22:6 n-3), unparalleled to other fatty acids, takes place. The details of DHA rapid acquisition in the fetal brain were investigated after imposing a diet deficient in n-3 fatty acids (FA) as of ED1 and subsequently examining the distribution of DHA in major brain phospholipid (PL) classes on ED20, having added on ED15 a triglyceride (TG) mixture enriched up to 43% with DHA. The n-3 deficiency maintained for 19 days resulted at ED20 in more than 30% reduction of DHA in PL, which was counterbalanced by an increase of docosapentaenoic acid (DPA, 22:5 n-6). No effect on body weight, nor major changes in PL composition or other FA in fetal brain PL were observed. Feeding dams a DHA-TG diet on ED15 induced an immediate increase of DHA in maternal liver PL, followed by a subsequent increase of DHA in fetal liver PL, as well as in fetal brain PL.Thus the content of fetal brain DHA in n-3 deficient embryos could be restored within 48 hours. Dietary manipulation of fetal tissues is a rapid phenomenon and can be used to enrich DHA at critical periods of development in utero.  相似文献

On the basis of the effect of several proteins released by platelets, at least five apparent components of the response (R1-R5) were suggested. Each of the platelet proteins examined specifically depressed a subset of these components. Among the platelet proteins examined, platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) specifically depressed the R2 response (the concentration at which the depressing effect was 50% of the maximum [ED50] was 0.17 pM), and basic fibroblast growth factor depressed the R3 and R5 responses (ED50 0.50 aM) and the R2 response (ED50 0.55 pM). With respect to the depression of the R2 response by PDGF, addition of an anti-PDGF IgG or chemical reduction of PDGF, both of which prevent PDGF from binding to its cell surface receptor on responsive cells, eliminated the depressing effect of PDGF on the hydra response. The implications of these observations are discussed.  相似文献
