凹纹胡蜂与黑尾胡蜂生物学初步研究:膜翅目:胡蜂科   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本文首次介绍了凹纹胡蜂Vespa velutina auraria Smith与黑尾胡蜂V.tropica ducalis Smith在实验室内饲养和自然条件下的生物学习性观察情况。结果表明,两种胡蜂在室内温度14—25℃,相对湿度43—89%条件下完成一代发育所需时间为33—53天,其中卵期9—15天,幼虫期10—18天,蛹期15一20天,全年可发生三代。工蜂寿命为24—142天,雄蜂4—60天。 凹纹胡蜂可在人工控制条件下越冬和自行营巢。 两种胡蜂的主要天敌是蜂蝙科Stylopidae和寄绳科Tachinidae昆虫。  相似文献

2种蜜蜂和4种胡蜂蜂毒明肽基因比较   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
从中华蜜蜂、意大利蜜蜂和大胡蜂、墨胸胡蜂、额斑黄胡蜂、亚非马蜂6种蜂的雌成蜂毒腺中快速抽提总RNA,用RT—PCR方法分别扩增各得到大小约为150bp的cDNA片段,进一步将这6个片段克隆人pGEM^5—T easy载体,进行测序和序列分析。结果表明,所扩增得到的6个片段长度均为141bp,均为编码蜂毒apamin前体的cDNA。序列比较发现,中华蜜蜂、大胡蜂、墨胸胡蜂和亚非马蜂序列完全一样,都与已发表意大利蜜蜂precursor of apamin核苷酸序列具有95%同源性,氨基酸序列具有95%的同源性。额斑黄胡蜂和意大利蜜蜂precursor of apamin核苷酸序列完全一样。本研究首次从中华蜜蜂与几种胡蜂中克隆到蜂毒precursor of apamin基因,并发现胡蜂科与蜜蜂科来源的蜂毒明肽序列是完全保守的。  相似文献

胡蜂Vespidae是重要的捕食性天敌和授粉昆虫,敌害是制约胡蜂种群存活与发育的主要因素之一,弄清胡蜂的敌害种类和危害,可以为下一步防治技术措施的研究提供参考.通过目测法和设监视器等方法对广西胡蜂标准蜂群培育及其野训成为经济蜂群阶段的敌害种类和危害情况进行了初步调查,结果发现,胡蜂的敌害共有33种,其中有害动物19种、有害微生物14种.在标准蜂群野训成为经济蜂群期,对胡蜂危害严重的有害动物为蚂蚁、鸟类、盗虻、蝙蝠及松鼠等,蚂蚁对蜂群的危害最严重、最普遍;在蜂王越冬及标准蜂群培育期,对胡蜂危害严重的病害种类较多,有以色列急性麻痹病毒病、白垩病、欧幼病等,其中危害最严重的是以色列急性麻痹病毒病.14种有害微生物中,有13种病害是蜜蜂群中常见的病害.  相似文献

Based on newly collected and museum material, the distribution of species of the Vespinae in the Kyrghyz Republic is discussed. Vespula austriaca is recorded for the first time from Kyrghyzstan. The structure of the entrance can be modified by adding oblique bands of paper, and can have a spiral form.

We developed 5 microsatelitte loci in the hornet Vespa mandarinia from RAPD fragments. The 5 loci showed 3–7 alleles in V. mandarinia and many were also polymorphic in the related species, V. ducalis, V. analis, Dolichovespula norvegicoides and Vespula schrenckii. These results suggested the loci will be useful for analyzing genetic structure of Vespinae, at both the colony and population levels.  相似文献

Abstract

Flower colour and anthocyanidin pigments in some species of the Italian flora.—The anthocyanidin pigments, cyanidin and peonidin, of Corydalis cava and C. solida have been identified. The chromatic variation of C. cava is due to quantitative variation of the pigments. Only quantitative differences exist between the two species C. cava and C. solida. The pigments are absent in the white flowers.

The pigments of Pulmonaria visianii in all flower ages are delphinidin, petunidin and malvidin. The blueing of flowers with ageing depends on pH; being 5.6 for red, 6.0 for purple and 6.7 for blue flowers.  相似文献

Hymenopterans are an important model for studying the evolution of cooperation in animal societies. Here, we characterize 19 microsatellite loci, isolated from the common wasp Vespula vulgaris, that can be used to study genetic variation in three genera (seven species) within the Vespidae. The number of alleles in V. vulgaris was moderate, varying from 2 to 14, with expected heterozygosity ranging between 0.04 and 0.93. Eleven loci amplified DNA in V. austriaca and Dolichovespula sylvestris, nine in V. germanica, eight in Vespa crabro and V. rufa, seven in D. media and only five loci could be used for D. norwegica.  相似文献

Identification of QTLs Underlying Water-Logging Tolerance in Soybean   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Soil water-logging can cause severe damage to soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] and results in significant yield reduction. The objective of this study was to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) that condition water-logging tolerance (WLT) in soybean. Two populations with 103 and 67 F6:11 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) from A5403 × Archer (Population 1) and P9641 × Archer (Population 2), respectively, were used as the mapping populations. The populations were evaluated for WLT in manually flooded fields in 2001, 2002, and 2003. Significant variation was observed for WLT among the lines in the two populations. No transgressive tolerant segregants were observed in either population. Broad-sense heritability of WLT for populations 1 and 2 were 0.59 and 0.43, respectively. The tolerant and sensitive RILs from each population were selected to create a tolerant bulk and a sensitive bulk, respectively. The two bulks and the parents of each population were tested with 912 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers to select candidate regions on the linkage map that were associated with WLT. Markers from the candidate regions were used to genotype the RILs in both populations. Both single marker analysis (SMA) and composite interval mapping (CIM) were used to identify QTL for WLT. Seventeen markers in Population 1 and 15 markers in Population 2 were significantly (p <0.0001) associated with WLT in SMA. Many of these markers were linked to Rps genes or QTL conferring resistance to Phytophthora sojae Kaufmann and Gerdemann. Five markers, Satt599 on linkage group (LG) A1, Satt160, Satt269, and Satt252 on LG F, and Satt485 on LG N, were significant (p <0.0001) for WLT in both populations. With CIM, a WLT QTL was found close to the marker Satt385 on LG A1 in Population 1 in 2003. This QTL explained 10% of the phenotypic variation and the allele that increased WLT came from Archer. In Population 2 in 2002, a WLT QTL was located near the marker Satt269 on LG F. This QTL explained 16% of the phenotypic variation and the allele that increased WLT also came from Archer.  相似文献

We tested the influence of illuminance and level of forager experience on nest orientation behavior of the social wasps Vespula vulgaris, Vespa crabro, and Dolichovespula saxonica in an artificial laboratory tunnel system. The number of wasps which oriented themselves chemically via a terrestrial trail or used visual orientation were determined at different illuminance levels for foragers which were naïve or experienced with the tunnel system. In V. vulgaris and D. saxonica, mainly the young and naïve foragers used the chemical trail for orientation in brightness. Experienced foragers used visual cues for nest orientation. In V. crabro, naïve and experienced foragers followed the chemical trail in a similar intensity. In darkness, when visual orientation was limited, the relative importance of the chemical trail increased dramatically in all species and all experience classes.  相似文献

The sterols of six species of Hymenoptera including two phytophagous species (Apis mellifera and Megachile rotundata) and four omnivorous species (Dolichovespula maculata, Vespula maculifrons, Formica exsectoides, and Solenopsis invicta) were isolated and identified. The two phytophagous species of bees have in common relatively high levels of 24-methylenecholesterol and very low levels of cholesterol (<1% of total sterols). The isofucosterol content (40.7%) of M. rotundata was nearly three times that of A. mellifera, but overall utilization of dietary sterols in the two species is similar in that neither is able to convert C28 and C29 phytosterols to cholesterol. All four omnivorous species are predatory to some extent, and the fact that their usual dietary sterols include high levels of chlosterol is reflected in the sterols isolated from these species, which contain 45–81% cholesterol. All six hymenopteran species appear to utilize dietary sterols for structural needs with little or no metabolic modification of the steroid structure.  相似文献

The genus Diaphoropodon, Archer 1869, comprises filose amoebae with agglutinated tests made of quartz grains, diatom frustules and other particulate materials. The key trait of the genus is a hyaline theca covered with numerous 5‐ to 10‐μm‐long, hairlike rods. Based on SSU rDNA phylogeny, we show that Diaphoropodon groups closely to Lecythium, a testate amoeba genus with a flexible but naked theca. Electron microscopic images reveal that the rods of Diaphoropodon are not perforating the test but lie randomly distributed on the surface of the amoeba. Comparing fairly naked cells from our cultures with cells from the environment leads to the conclusion that these rods play a role in agglutinating the material on the test.  相似文献
