笼养大鸨越冬行为的时间分配   总被引:7,自引:2,他引:7  
20 0 0~ 2 0 0 2年冬季 ,在哈尔滨动物园 ,采用瞬时扫描法对 2 2只笼养大鸨 (Otistarda)进行全日制观察 ,研究结果表明 :笼养大鸨可以在北方安全越冬。笼养大鸨越冬期行为活动日节律、行为分配 :休息行为 (趴卧、静站 )所占比例最大 ,达到 78. 40 % ,而取食行为 (6. 1 5 % )、游走 (7. 3 5 % )、理羽 (4 . 3 5 % )、啄草雪(2 . 65 % )、打蓬 (1 .1 0 % )所占比例相对较少 ,且各行为时间分配差异显著 (P <0 . 0 5 )。大鸨在冬季不同时期内除取食、打蓬、啄草雪外 ,各行为时间分配差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。温度、天气的变化对笼养大鸨越冬行为时间分配也具有显著影响 (P <0 . 0 5 )。  相似文献

2007年和2008年采用瞬时扫描取样法在甘肃省甘南州则岔林区对蓝马鸡配对期行为做了观察.在配对期行为中雄性蓝马鸡的取食行为(34.39%±1.83%)和警戒行为(29.62%±1.93%)比例较高,其次为移动、休息、站立、其他行为、驱逐.而雌性取食行为比例最高(53.23%±2.19%),其次为移动、警戒、休息、其他行为、站立.在共有行为中,雄性警戒行为时间显著高于雌性(P<0.01),而取食(P<0.05)和其他行为(P<0.01)时间显著低于雌性.在配对期雌、雄个体始终保持较近距离(2.59 m±0.07 m,n=535),雌性觅食效率显著高于雄性.  相似文献

棕背伯劳(Lanius schach)具羽色多态现象,其中黑色型是否为独立种曾存在着争议。为此,于2008年2—6月在广东海丰地区对两色型(棕色型和黑色型)的繁殖生态进行对比研究,以探讨黑色型的分类地位。结果表明:1) 两色型伯劳窝卵数、卵的度量值及发育上皆无显著差异(P>0.05);2) 两色型雏鸟在15日龄前的体长、翼长及体重等生长曲线均符合Logistic方程,除尾长渐进值参数呈显著差异(P<0.05)外,其他均无显著性差异(P>0.05);3) 据14日龄的雏鸟测量值表明,两色型在身体外部器官各项生长量度均无显著性差异(P>0.05);4) 易卵易雏实验表明,在孵卵和育雏过程中,两种色型棕背伯劳亲鸟之间皆可相互接受对方同一时期的卵和雏鸟,但不接受对方的异期卵;5)易雏后亲子和义子索食、站立、理羽、休息等行为差异不明显。因此认为黑伯劳只是棕背伯劳的一个色型而非独立种。  相似文献

通过对灰鹤秋季迁徙期的行为进行研究得出了在这一时期灰鹤的日行为节律以及时间分配比例,一天中觅食占68.11%、静栖1.44%、警戒10.33%、游走11.11%、理羽6.44%、其他(包括打斗、追逐、鸣叫以及不可见的情况等)2.56%.在一天中有两个活动高峰期,分别为8∶ 00~11∶ 30、13∶ 00~16∶ 30.一天中行为分配比例受天气状况影响而有所不同,在观察期间发现清晨有雾以及全天风较大、温度较低的天气状况下,各行为分配比例和正常天气有差异,尤其是觅食、警戒及理羽行为所占比例变化较大.  相似文献

越冬地东方白鹳繁殖生物学的初步研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
近年来,陆续在长江中下游越冬地发现东方白鹳(Ciconia boyciana)繁殖个体。为了了解该种在当地的繁殖对策和种群现状,2004-2006年在安庆市望江县武昌湖地区(116°51.15′-116°49.47′E,30°19.53′-30°19.79′N)对东方白鹳的繁殖生物学进行了研究。东方白鹳在当地开始营巢时间不一致,最早为2月5日,而受干扰的繁殖个体则延至5月6日。观察到的巢全在高压线塔上,巢高34.6±0.8m(n=11),巢间距908.8±1039.4m(n=6)。产卵期最早开始于2月11日,最晚6月21日,窝卵数4.2±0.4(4-5)枚(n=6)。育雏期71.0±16.1d(n=3),日育雏5.1±2.6(n=38),雏鸟离巢时间最早6月14日,最晚9月20日。2004和2005年东方白鹳在该地区共营巢8窝,产卵25枚,孵出雏鸟9只,出飞7只。繁殖失败5巢,其中,人工干扰造成4巢失败,高压电击毁1巢。繁殖不同时期,亲鸟的觅食、休息、警戒、取材、翻卵、育雏、交配、在巢、视野外行为时间分配差异显著,而飞翔、行走、理羽、击喙、整巢和其它行为差异不显著。雏鸟在发育的不同时期,觅食、飞翔、休息、整巢、在巢、行走、视野外行为时间分配差异显著,理羽、警戒、击喙和其它行为差异不显著  相似文献

动物个体行为的生态效应主要反映在它们的活动节律和时间分配上.2012年11月至2013年10月,在杭州野生动物园,用瞬时扫描取样法对1群圈养阿拉伯狒狒的日活动节律和活动时间分配进行了调查研究.结果表明: 1)在活动时间分配中,主要活动(频次百分率≥5%)包括休息(42.5%)、游动(16.2%)、玩耍(10.0%)、摄食(9.8%)、理毛(9.4%)和观望(7.3%);频次百分率低于5%的称为次要活动,共4.8%.2)阿拉伯狒狒的活动时间分配具有明显的季节性变化,冬季摄食和观望时间增加,玩耍和理毛时间减少,但休息和游动行为没有显著季节差异.3)阿拉伯狒狒通常在上午和下午分别出现摄食高峰,并随着气温逐渐转冷,摄食活动逐渐增加,出现3个摄食高峰;这可能是动物在寒冷季节为抵御寒冷而采取的补充能量的一种策略.4)在温暖季节,阿拉伯狒狒只有中午一个休息高峰和一个理毛高峰,更多时间用于游动和玩耍,表现为多峰特征;在寒冷的冬季,休息行为也体现了多峰特征,但其游动、玩耍和张望时间节律并不与温暖季节有明显差异.因此,杭州地区圈养阿拉伯狒狒的冬季日活动节律与许多灵长类(如黑冠长臂猿、维氏冕狐猴和绒毛猴等)不一样,采取摄食增加能量,而非休息减少能量消耗的策略.总之,阿拉伯狒狒的行为体现出明显的节律性,且其活动节律具有季节性差异,这些可能是阿拉伯狒狒适应于圈养环境特有的食物资源和温度变化的影响而形成的.  相似文献

于2012年1—3月和2012年12—2013年3月,采用瞬时扫描法研究了鄱阳湖国家级自然保护区越冬白鹤(Grusleucogeranus)的昼间时间分配模式和日活动节律,分析了年龄、集群大小、生境类型和天气对白鹤越冬行为的影响。结果表明,白鹤越冬期的主要行为有觅食、警戒、理羽、游走、休息和争斗。其中,觅食是鄱阳湖越冬白鹤主要行为,占其昼间活动时间的82.94%;警戒占11.94%,理羽占3.52%,游走占1.88%,休息占0.15%,争斗占0.02%。白鹤在越冬期间的觅食、游走、休息和争斗行为存在明显的昼间节律性,其中游走、觅食和争斗行为在每天的上午和下午各存在1个高峰,休息行为在中午出现一个高峰;警戒和理羽行为则没有显著的昼间节律变化。年龄、集群大小、天气和生境对白鹤的越冬行为具有显著的影响:幼鹤取食的时间显著多于成鹤,而警戒时间则显著的小于成鹤;与家庭群中的个体相比,集体群中的个体取食和争斗时间显著增加,警戒时间显著减少;在天气晴朗时,白鹤的警戒时间显著大于阴天的警戒时间,取食时间则显著少于阴天时白鹤的取食时间;白鹤在大风天气显著增加理羽行为;在有雾的天气会显著增加取食时间,减少警戒时间。在草洲和浅水两种生境中,白鹤的游走和理羽行为存在显著差异,而觅食和警戒行为没有显著的差异,这可能源于草洲和浅水生境相互毗邻,并且具有相同程度的人为干扰。GLM分析结果表明,年龄和集群大小、年龄和生境、集群大小和天气、集群大小和生境、天气和生境对白鹤昼间时间分配模式的影响存在显著交互效应。  相似文献

2007年12月1日至2008年1月10日采用瞬时扫描取样法在甘南州则岔林区对蓝马鸡(Crossoptilon auritum)群体昼间行为进行了研究。在行为时间分配上,取食比例最高(40.62%),其次是休息(28.01%)、移动(19.17%)、警戒行为(12.55%)。在不同生境下,移动(χ2=13.994,df=3,P0.01)和休息(χ2=15.899,df=3,P0.01)存在显著性差异,而取食和警戒在各生境中无明显差异。在昼间行为节律上,蓝马鸡取食高峰出现在9:00~11:00时和15:00~17:00时,移动行为高峰出现在9:00~10:00时和18:00~19:00时,休息行为高峰出现在11:00~13:00时。在农田生境下,觅食与警戒比例较高,在溪流带和灌丛生境下,休息比例较高。  相似文献

2003年11月-2004年10月在宁夏贺兰山国家级自然保护区苏峪口国家森林公园,在每个月的11-20日采用瞬时扫描取样法,利用SJ-1型电子事件记录器观察记录岩羊的取食、休息、运动、站立和其他行为.冬季每天的观察时间为800-1700,春、秋季为700-1800,夏季为600-2000.采用非参数估计中的2个相关样本的Wilcoxon检验、2个独立样本的Mann-Whitney U检验和K个独立样本的Kruskal-Wallis H检验对岩羊不同性别、年龄以及季节变化进行了比较.结果表明,①岩羊行为的年时间分配,取食行为最高[(63.49±7.82)%];其次是休息[(19.32±6.79)%];运动和站立较低[分别占(8.03±0.91)%和(6.66±0.57)%];其他行为所占比例最低[(2.67±0.34)%];一年中7月取食行为最低,休息最高;而在2月取食最高,运动、站立和其他行为变化不大.②春夏秋3个季节的昼间取食行为均呈现2个(清晨和黄昏)明显高峰;冬季1天中取食均达到60%以上,其他行为明显高于另外3个季节.③不同年龄年取食行为成体和亚成体>幼体;休息成体和亚成体<幼体;运动和站立幼体<成体和亚成体;亚成体的运动高于成体,而站立低于成体.④不同性别月取食行为雄性在2月最高,其余月份均低于70%;而雌性虽然也是2月最高,但从11月-次年2月均超过70%;休息行为雌雄接近;运动行为雄性高于雌性.贺兰山岩羊的昼间时间分配与许多温带有蹄类动物一样,食物数量和质量的变化以及岩羊自身不同的生长阶段和生理时期是决定其昼间时间分配的主要因素.  相似文献

对哈尔滨动物园一对东方白鹳(Ciconiaboyciana)繁殖期行为的时间分配做了观测分析,统计在某个时间单位(如孵化期)及整个繁殖期各行为所占的比例,比较得出东方白鹳因性别、繁殖期阶段等不同因子在行为上产生的差异。结果表明,繁殖期笼养东方白鹳的行为及其时间分配主要为站立(4 9 4% )、繁殖(1 9 7% )、理羽(8 9% )、取食(6 4% )、修巢(5 7% )、打嘴(5 7% )、游走(4 3 % )等几种,各种行为时间分配存在着一定的日节律。繁殖期的不同阶段、不同性别之间行为时间分配存在着一定的差异。  相似文献

We studied seasonal variation in the activity budget of a habituated group of Nomascus concolor jingdongensis at Mt. Wuliang, Central Yunnan, China from March 2005 to April 2006 via scan sampling at 5-min intervals. The study site is near the northern extreme of the distribution of hylobatids, at high altitude with extreme seasonality of temperature and rainfall. During the day, feeding manifested a bimodal pattern of high activity levels in mid-morning and mid-afternoon, whereas resting reached a peak at midday, with proportionally less time used for traveling. Annually, the group spent an average of 40.0% of the time resting, 35.1% feeding, 19.9% traveling, 2.6% singing, 1.2% playing, and 1.3% in other activities. The proportion of time allocated to activities showed significant monthly variations and was influenced by the diet and temperature. Gibbons increased traveling and playing time and decreased feeding time when they ate more fruit, and they decreased traveling, singing, and playing time and increased feeding time when they ate more leaves. Moreover, when the temperature was low, the gibbons decreased time traveling and increased time resting. In summary, black-crested gibbons employed high-effort activities when they ate more fruit and energy-conservation patterns when they ate more leaves and in low temperature. Behavioral data from the site are particularly useful in understanding gibbon behavioral adaptations to different sets of ecological conditions.  相似文献

Focal animal sampling was used to determine the 24-h time budget of a takh harem stallion (Equus ferus przewalskii) during the 2 weeks prior to, and the two weeks following, reintroduction into the Hustain Nuruu Steppe Reserve, Mongolia. Both before and after release, the stallion spent approximately 47% of his time grazing, 6% standing, and 5% in recumbent rest. The biggest changes to the time budget after release were a 4-fold increase in the amount of time spent moving, and a 50% decrease in the amount of time spent resting in a standing position. During the middle of the day when the temperatures were hottest, the stallion exhibited less grazing and more standing resting behaviour than in the morning or evening hours. Recumbent rest invariably occurred in the hours before dawn.  相似文献

2004年10月3日至12日,在新疆南部且末县塔特让乡塔里木马鹿人工饲养场对15只圈养塔里木马鹿的活动时间分配及种群的站立和运动、休息(静卧)、摄食和饮水、反刍等4种行为,采用目标及扫描取样方法进行了观察,并对各行为的发生率进行了统计分析.结果表明:圈养塔里木马鹿白天用大多数时间来休息和静卧,摄食集中于早晨和晚上,反刍行为出现在摄食后,通常在中午和下午的高温下,停止摄食活动,进行反刍.另外圈养塔里木马鹿对栖息地环境有明显的选择行为,其喜好程度依次为干土地、摄食区、沼泽地、水泥地、水沟.  相似文献

The daily activity pattern of wild Francois' langurs (Trachypithecus francoisi francisi) was observed in disturbed habitat at Mayanghe National Nature Reserve of Guizhou Province, China, between 1999 and 2000. The behaviors of wild adult Francois' langurs were recorded at a 5-min interval using an instantaneous sampling method. The results indicate that resting, foraging, traveling, huddling, playing and grooming activities account for 35.41%, 31.67%, 14.44%, 9.61%, 8.54% and 0.33%, respectively, in the daily time budget of these adult Francois' langurs during the study period. In comparison with the results in undisturbed habitat, the decreased food availability in disturbed habitat changes the foraging behavior of langurs, and also changes time budgets of other behaviors, such as the increase of the proportion of traveling and the decrease of the proportion of resting. At the same time, the higher frequency of human activity in the disturbed habitat influences the time budget of daily social behavior of the langurs including playing, huddling and grooming. The patterns of activity rhythms of wild adult Francois' langurs in the disturbed habitat show some seasonal differences which are also discussed.  相似文献

1999年至2000年,采用瞬间采样法对贵州省麻阳河国家级自然保护区干扰生境中的野生成年黑叶猴的日活动规律进行了研究。结果表明:干扰生境中野生成年黑叶猴在全年的行为时间分配中表现为休息和摄食所占比例最多,分别为35.41%和31.67%;其次是游走、拥坐和嬉戏,分别为14.44%、9.61%和8.54%;仅将很少时间用于理毛行为,为0.33%。与未干扰生境相比,干扰生境下黑叶猴全年中除用于休息的时间下降外,用于其余活动类型的时间均有所提高。研究还表明野生成年黑叶猴的活动规律在不同季节存在一定差异性。休息和摄食行为在各季节日活动规律中都存在显著高峰期,但高峰期持续时间和强度不同。游走、嬉戏和拥坐行为在各季节的日活动规律所占比例均较低。理毛行为存在季节有或无的现象。  相似文献

高海拔栖息地中灵长类动物的行为适应一直以来都是灵长类研究中的重点内容,同物种在不同栖息地的行为差异也成为近年的热点问题。西黑冠长臂猿(Nomascus concolor)是我国国家一级重点保护野生动物,也是我国长臂猿科动物中种群数量最大的物种,滇中哀牢山、无量山是该物种的集中分布区。哀牢山和无量山的西黑冠长臂猿栖息地存在显著差异,且其社会组织不同。本研究首次报道了在哀牢山高海拔栖息地中一个一夫一妻长臂猿群体的活动时间分配和食性季节性变化。2014—2015年,采用3 min间隔瞬时扫描法记录了长臂猿的行为和食性,468 h的行为数据结果表明,移动行为比例最高38.1%,其次是休息行为36.4%,取食行为23.3%,最少为鸣叫行为1.9%和其他行为1.3%。3 784次取食行为可辨识食物类型,总体上叶类食物占41.1%,其次是果实类食物33.3%,花类食物21.0%,附生植物3.9%,其他食物0.6%。长臂猿的时间分配和食性在雨季和旱季均具有显著差异,在低温旱季,长臂猿增加休息时间,减少移动时间,提高叶类和花类食物的取食比例;在高温雨季,长臂猿增加移动时间,减少休息时间和取食时间,取食更...  相似文献

One of the fundamental questions in animal ecology concerns the activity pattern of animals and the environmental and intrinsic factors that influence such dynamics. This study tested the hypotheses that activity time budgets of the African buffalo appeared to vary by season and times of day and predicted that buffalo would express unequal proportion of time for different activity patterns during the wet and dry seasons in Chebera Churchura National Park (CCNP). An investigation on the diurnal activity budget of the African buffalo was carried out during the wet and dry seasons of 2012–2014 in the Chebera Churchura National Park, Ethiopia, using focal‐animal sampling method. Buffalo spent a greater proportion of the time in feeding and resting/ruminating activities in both the wet and dry seasons. Feeding and resting (lying down and standing) were the predominant activities (87.14% of the diurnal active period), 48.95% time spent feeding during the dry season and 44.91% during the wet season. There was a significant decrease in feeding and an increase in resting from dry seasons to wet seasons. Daytime grazing and resting periods during the wet season were estimated to be 5.39 h and 4.98 h, respectively. Morning and the late afternoon activity peaks were more pronounced during the dry season than the wet season. Therefore, feeding and resting time was influenced by the time of day and the seasons. But there were no significant difference in time allocation for other activities in both the wet and dry seasons. The study has implications for understanding animal activity budget across species, particularly relationships between temperature and season.  相似文献

Although sound production requires energy, it has been unclear how much singing increases metabolic rate in passerine birds. We measured the rate of oxygen consumption of two breeds of canary that sang inside a respirometry chamber. Metabolic rate increased with the proportion of time that birds spent singing. Average metabolic rate during singing at 15-20°C was 1.05-1.07 times that of standing quietly in the same temperature range or 2.2-2.6 times basal metabolic rate (BMR). Whether an increase in metabolic rate during song of this order would represent a fitness cost to free-living passerine birds would depend upon the circumstances. Singing rather than perching during the day would raise metabolic rate only slightly. Singing at night or at dawn, instead of sleeping with a metabolic rate closer to BMR, would cause a greater increase in metabolism. Birdsong could act as a condition-dependent signal, since birds that are easily able to achieve energy balance could afford the cost of singing, but those close to their energy limits might not. Instantaneous sampling of eight behavior categories for a captive mother sea otter (Enhydra lutris) and her four pups was conducted continuously during the first three months following each pup's birth. Initially, pup-grooming and rest occupied the largest proportion of the mother's time. Despite a steady decline in the amount of time the mother spent pup-grooming, the mother continued to groom the pup a substantial amount of time three months after the pup's birth. The proportion of time the mother spent resting, self-grooming, or swimming did not change significantly over the study period, suggesting that these behaviors are important to the mother's self-maintenance. The newborn pups' behaviors were initially limited to rest, active, and nursing, with large proportions of time spent resting and nursing. A significant increase in self-grooming occurred regularly by week 2, followed by increases in swimming (week 3), diving (week 6), and feeding (week 7). Three months after birth, the pups' behavior budgets were similar to their mother, with the exception that pups self-groomed substantially less than their mother self-groomed. The lower proportion of pup self-grooming may be due to the continued close proximity to their mother in captivity, which afforded extended association, and allowed the mother to continue to perform this complex behavior for the pup. © 1993 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

1998 年4 月至2001 年4 月, 采用随机取样法、目标取样法和扫描取样法对黑龙江东北虎林园的10 只(5 雌5 雄) 非笼养东北虎的昼间行为时间分配及活动节律进行了研究。结果表明, 雌雄东北虎的行为时间分配和活动节律均存在一定的差异。在时间分配方面, 雌性每天用于休息、社会和其它(包括饮水、排遗和修饰) 行为的时间多于雄性, 雌性每天用于活动和取食的时间少于雄性, 只有站立比较接近。对雌雄各种行为的单因素方差分析表明, 雌雄的休息、活动和其它行为存在极显著差异, 取食存在显著差异, 站立和社会行为不存在显著差异。在活动节律方面, 雌雄的活动变化规律相似, 仅在出现和持续时间及强度上存在差异。用单因素方差分析法对不同季节东北虎的各种行为进行检验, 发现季节因素对取食和社会行为影响极显著, 对休息、活动和站立影响显著。  相似文献
