首次报道了湘西植物性农药资源状况:含有毒杀虫剂植物102种,分别隶属53属31科;含昆虫激素杀虫剂植物10科,12属.简要报道了28种主要杀虫剂植物防治害虫的范围,种类分布范围和生境,概述了应用植物性农药的效果好、降解快、无污染的特点,认为应用植物性农药是21世纪农业害虫防治的方向,也是湘西建设生态州的措施之一.  相似文献

白蚁是建筑物和树木的重要害虫,利用化学方法对其种群进行控制仍是当前减少白蚁危害的主要措施.但使用化学杀虫剂对生态环境和人类健康带来的问题促使人类去寻找一些环境友好型生物农药来代替化学制品,而植物性杀虫剂由于其优点而越来越受到重视.本文综述了目前在白蚁防治中有杀虫潜能的植物种类、主要分布科目及作用效果,探讨了植物性杀虫剂防治白蚁存在的问题,同时对植物性杀虫剂应用于白蚁防治进行了展望.  相似文献

麦蚜是危害我国小麦Triticum aestivum L.生产的主要害虫,具有分布广、数量大、繁殖力强以及远距离迁飞等特点,不仅直接吸食小麦汁液,还传播多种植物病毒,每年造成小麦减产10%~30%。目前对麦蚜的防控主要以化学防治为主,但由于化学杀虫剂长期或不合理的使用,多地麦蚜对常用杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗性。本文从麦蚜抗药性测定方法、抗性水平及交互抗性、代谢和靶标抗性机制、以及麦蚜抗药性综合治理等方面进行了综述,以期为麦蚜的防治及杀虫剂的持续合理使用提供理论参考和依据。  相似文献

蓟马是多种农作物和园艺作物上的重要害虫,通过直接取食和间接传播病毒给作物造成巨大的经济损失。植物次生代谢物质在植物-昆虫互作中起到重要的作用,通过植物次生代谢物质调控害虫行为从而达到控制害虫的目的是一种害虫绿色防控的重要措施。本文综述了对蓟马类害虫具有引诱、驱避、抑制产卵、拒食、熏蒸毒性和毒杀作用的植物、植物提取物、植物精油和化合物,并讨论了植物次生代谢物质在蓟马防控中的应用潜能。对蓟马具有引诱作用的主要包括27科54种植物的挥发物或精油、29种苯环类、17种吡啶类和13萜烯类化合物,可开发为诱集植物和引诱剂;具有驱避作用的主要包括16科40种植物的挥发物或精油、20种萜烯类和6种苯环类化合物,可开发为驱避植物和驱避剂;具有抑制产卵、拒食、熏蒸毒性和毒杀作用的主要有20科42种植物的提取物或精油、6种生物碱类、15种萜烯类和5种苯环类化合物,可开发为植物源农药和熏蒸剂。本文最后讨论了应用植物次生代谢物质防控蓟马存在的作用效果不稳定、田间应用技术缺乏、作用机制不明确等问题,并展望了未来的研究方向,对基于植物次生代谢物质的蓟马绿色防控具有重要意义。  相似文献

Abstract  An overview is presented on recent (1989–19911 investigations on insecticidal plants in China, specially in South China. The main emphasis was laid on studies of Meliaceae including Azadirachta indica, Melia azedarach and M. toosendan , as well as on Rhododendron molle, Derris elliptica, Tephrosia voglii, Ajuga nipponensis, Plumbago idea and Celastrus anplatus . Research work on the bioactivities and application of essential oils from plants for the control of stored-grain insects is also discussed. The results of these investigations reveal a great potential of the active ingredients of a number of Chinese plants for integrated pest management, as well as for using these natural product models as guides for the synthesis of a novel class of insecticides.  相似文献

It is generally accepted that Oryza rufipogon is the progenitor of Asian cultivated rice (O. sativa). However, how the two subspecies of O. sativa (indica and japonica) were domesticated has long been debated. To investigate the genetic differentiation in O. rufipogon in relation to the domestication of O. sativa, we developed 57 subspecies-specific intron length polymorphism (SSILP) markers by comparison between 10 indica cultivars and 10 japonica cultivars and defined a standard indica rice and a standard japonica rice based on these SSILP markers. Using these SSILP markers to genotype 73 O. rufipogon accessions, we found that the indica alleles and japonica alleles of the SSILP markers were predominant in the O. rufipogon accessions, suggesting that SSILPs were highly conserved during the evolution of O. sativa. Cluster analysis based on these markers yielded a dendrogram consisting of two distinct groups: one group (Group I) comprises all the O. rufipogon accesions from tropical (South and Southeast) Asia as well as the standard indica rice; the other group (Group II) comprises all the O. rufipogon accessions from Southern China as well as the standard japonica rice. Further analysis showed that the two groups have significantly higher frequencies of indica alleles and japonica alleles, respectively. These results support the hypothesis that indica rice and japonica rice were domesticated from the O. rufipogon of tropical Asia and from that of Southern China, respectively, and suggest that the indica-japonica differentiation should have formed in O. rufipogon long before the beginning of domestication. Furthermore, with an O. glaberrima accession as an outgroup, it is suggested that the indica-japonica differentiation in O. ruffpogon might occur after its speciation from other AA-genome species.  相似文献

特有性是植物区系研究中的重要指标,中国植物区系中的中国特有属对于中国大陆腹地的类群而言是相对稳定的,但对于分布于云南的类群则需要具体分析。巴豆藤(Craspeddobium schochii)分布区发生变化的例子说明对周边国家的植物区系调查仍然不够深入、彻底,在这样的情况下,某些类群的特有概念会有时效的限制,同样,其他一些类似属的分析也支持这样的判断。如何更好地分析此类情况,需要加强同周边国家的科技合作,加大植物区系调查的力度。  相似文献

Here, we provide comprehensive, highly efficient protocols for Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation of a wide range of rice genotypes. Methods that use either immature embryos (japonica and indica rice) or calli (japonica cultivars and the indica cultivar, Kasalath) as a starting material for inoculation with Agrobacterium are described. Immature embryos are pretreated with heat and centrifugal force, which significantly enhances the efficiency of gene transfer, and then infected with Agrobacterium. Callus is induced from mature seeds and infected. Transformed cells proliferated from these tissues are selected on the basis of hygromycin resistance, and transgenic plants are eventually regenerated. A single immature japonica or Kasalath embryo will produce between 10 and 18 independent transgenic plants; for other non-Kasalath indica varieties, the number of transgenic plants expected will be between 5 and 13. For japonica and Kasalath, transformants should be obtained from between 50 and 90% of calli. From inoculation with Agrobacterium to transplanting to soil will take 55 d for japonica and Kasalath, and 74 d for indica other than Kasalath using the immature embryo method, and 50 d for japonica and Kasalath using the callus method.  相似文献

Previous studies demonstrated that ammonium nutrition results in higher water uptake rate than does nitrate nutrition under water stress, and thus enhances the tolerance of rice plants to water stress. However, the process by which water uptake is related to nitrogen form under water stress remains unknown. A hydroponic experiment with simulated water stress induced by polyethylene glycol (PEG6000) was conducted in a greenhouse to study the relationship between root aerenchyma formation and water uptake rate, such as xylem sap flow rate and hydraulic conductance, in two different rice cultivars (cv. 'Shanyou 63' hybrid indica and cv. 'Yangdao 6' indica, China). The results showed that root aerenchyma tissue increased in water-stressed plants of both cultivars fed by nitrate. No significant difference was found in root hydraulic conductivity and/or xylem sap flow rate between the two rice cultivars fed by ammonium regardless of water status, whereas these parameters decreased significantly in water-stressed plants fed by nitrate. It was concluded that aerenchyma that formed in the root cortex impeded the radial transport of water in the root cylinder and decreased water uptake in water-stressed rice plants fed by nitrate. Water transport occurred mainly through Hg-sensitive water channels in rice roots supplied with ammonium.  相似文献

美人蕉(Canna indica)是我国城区普遍栽植兼具绿化、观赏和净化环境等重要价值的地被植物。为研究美人蕉对Cd的胁迫反应及积累特性, 使用盆栽方法对美人蕉进行不同含量水平Cd处理, 测定其生长过程中部分形态、生态、生理指标的变化和收获后体内Cd含量。结果表明, Cd含量小于1 mg·kg-1时对美人蕉生长影响不大, 大于5 mg·kg-1时抑制美人蕉生长。Cd含量小于5 mg·kg-1时延长了美人蕉的花期。随着Cd含量的增大, 美人蕉根系活力、叶绿素含量和含水量逐渐降低, 可溶性糖含量先升高后降低, 游离脯氨酸含量和细胞膜透性逐渐升高。Cd在美人蕉体内的分布为根系>地上部分, 随着Cd含量的增大, 美人蕉根系和地上部分Cd含量逐渐升高、富集系数和转运系数逐渐降低; Cd含量为20 mg·kg-1时美人蕉对Cd的积累量最大, 为5.89 mg·株-1。综合分析美人蕉的生长、生理生态变化及富集Cd的能力, 美人蕉适于土壤Cd含量小于1 mg·kg-1条件下的园林应用。  相似文献

Different plants have physiological responses under A1 stress,but there is no systematic study to examine physiological responses of herbaceous plants under Al stress.The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of Al on physiological characteristics of four herbaceous plants,which distributed in red soil area in South China,and to analyze the differences in physiological responses to Al stress between the four herbaceous plants.Four herbaceous plants(Pharbitis nil,Cassia occidentlis,Echinochloa colonum and Aeschynomene indica)were used,and the seed germination percentage,the contents of chlorophyll,proline,and malondialdehyde(MDA),membrane permeability(MP),soluble sugar,and activities of peroxides(POD)and cata lase(CAT)in leaves under five Al3+ treatments(0,80,400,2000,and 10000 mg/L)were assayed with the sand culture method.The results showed remarkable effects of Al3+ on physiological characteristics of these four herbaceous plants.The seeds of all the four species could not germinate at 10000 mg/L.and the growth of all plants were retarded under the 2000 mg/LAr3+ treatment.Compared with the control,2000 mg/L Al3+ significantly(P<0.05)reduced the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll a+b,and increased the contents of MDA and MP.The content of proline in creased very significantly(P<0.01)and activities of POD and CAT were depressed.The contents of MDA and MP in leaves of P.nil and A.indica decreased,and the activities of POD and CAT in leaves of the two plants increased under 80mg/L and 400 mg/L.However,the changes in C.occidentlis leaves were opposite to those of the above two plants.The changes in leaves of E.colonum were similar to those of P.nil and A.indica at 80 mg/L.but were opposite to those at 400mg/LAr3+.It is suggested that plants with higher activities of POD and CAT,more contents of chlorophyll and proline,and lower contents of MDA and MP consequently improve the tolerance to Al stress under low and middle Al treatments.  相似文献

The mutualistic basidiomycete Piriformospora indica colonizes roots of mono- and dicotyledonous plants, and thereby improves plant health and yield. Given the capability of P. indica to colonize a broad range of hosts, it must be anticipated that the fungus has evolved efficient strategies to overcome plant immunity and to establish a proper environment for nutrient acquisition and reproduction. Global gene expression studies in barley identified various ethylene synthesis and signaling components that were differentially regulated in P. indica-colonized roots. Based on these findings we examined the impact of ethylene in the symbiotic association. The data presented here suggest that P. indica induces ethylene synthesis in barley and Arabidopsis roots during colonization. Moreover, impaired ethylene signaling resulted in reduced root colonization, Arabidopsis mutants exhibiting constitutive ethylene signaling, -synthesis or ethylene-related defense were hyper-susceptible to P. indica. Our data suggest that ethylene signaling is required for symbiotic root colonization by P. indica.  相似文献
