In this contribution, the synthesis and characterisation of a series of complexes of the type [Ru(L-L′)(CO)2Cl2] are reported, where L-L′ are the chelating ligands L1-L8, 2-(4H-[1,2,4]triazol-3′-yl)-pyridine (L1); 2-(4H-[1,2,4]triazol-3′-yl)-pyrazine; (L2); 2-(1-methyl-4H-[1,2,4]-triazol-3-yl)pyridine (L3); 2-(5-pyridin-2-yl-4H-[1,2,4]-triazole-3-yl)phenol (L4); 3-(5-methylphenyl)-pyridin-2-yl-1,2,4-triazole (L5); 3-(4-methylphenyl)-pyridin-2-yl-1,2,4-triazole (L6); 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-pyridin-2-yl-1,2,4-triazole (L7); 3,6-bis[(4-methoxyphenyl)iminomethyl]pyridazine (L8). L1-L7 are triazole-based ligands, which provide two distinct bidentate coordinate modes (via N2 or N4 of the triazole) whereas L8 is pyridazine-based and contains two identical bidentate binding pockets. The products obtained are analysed using infrared and NMR spectroscopy. The X-ray and molecular structures of the complexes with the ligands L2, L6, L7 and L8 are reported. These structures are the first to be reported for triazole based ruthenium chloro and ruthenium pyridazine imine complexes. The data show that the triazole ring in L2, L6 and L7 is coordinated via the N2 atom, and that the pyridazine-based ligand L8 uses only one binding pocket hence accommodating only one ruthenium(II) centre. For all compounds the cis(CO)transCl conformation is obtained. The results obtained are compared with those obtained for other similar compounds.  相似文献

The photophysical properties of [Re(CO)(3)(dppz)(py)](+) (dppz = dipyrido-[3,2-a:2',3'-c] phenazine) and its 11,12 substituted derivatives [Re(CO)(3)(dppzMe(2))(py)](+) and [Re(CO)(3)(dppzF(2))(py)](+) have been examined in organic and aqueous environments using phosphorescence and picosecond transient visible and infrared absorption spectroscopic methods. The roles of the intraligand IL(pi-pi*) and metal-to-ligand charge transfer MLCT(phz) excited states are evaluated and used to explain the major effect of difluoro-substitution, which is particularly remarkable in water, where the excited state of [Re(CO)(3)(dppzF(2))(py)](+) is strongly quenched.  相似文献

The binuclear complexes [Cl(OC)3ReI(bipym)ReI(CO)3Cl] (bipym=2,2′-bipyrimidine), [(bipy)2RuII(bipym)ReI(CO)3Cl](PF6)2 (bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) and their mononuclear component [Re(bipym)(CO)3Cl] were prepared. The electronic absorption spectra of these complexes display low-energy Re(I) →π*(bipym) and Ru(II)→π*(bipym) charge transfer (CT) bands. While [Re(bipym)(CO)3Cl] shows a strong emission from its lowest CT state, the dimer [Cl(OC)3Re(bipym)Re(CO)3Cl] is not luminescent. The cation [(bipy)2Ru(bipym)Re(CO)3Cl]2+ emits from the lowest-energy Ru→bipym CT state. The emission behavior of the binuclear complexes is described in terms of intramolecular excited state electron or energy transfer.  相似文献

The spectroscopic characterisation of a series of [Ru(LL)(CN)(4)](2-) complexes, where LL = 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and its methyl- and phenyl-substituted derivatives and several deuteriated isotopologues are reported. The optical and vibrational properties of these complexes are compared with that of the series of 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) derivatives and analogous [Ru(LL)(3)](2+) complexes. It has been demonstrated that substitution at the 4,4' positions of bipy and 4,7-positions of phen by electron donating (CH(3)) and withdrawing (C(6)H(5), COO(-)) groups induces a pronounced blue and red shift, respectively, in the lowest energy (1)MLCT absorption band of [Ru(LL)(CN)(4)](2-). The energy of the emission originating from the (3)MLCT excited state is found to be dependant on the nature of the vibrational modes of the aromatic rings and the electron donating and/or withdrawing properties of the substituents. Single-mode Franck-Condon analysis indicates that methyl substitution leads to a significant increase in the Huang-Rhys factor (S(M)), while phenyl substitution results in a decrease in S(M) for both series (bipy and phen) of complexes. The rate of non-radiative (k(nr)) and radiative decay (k(ph)) to the ground state and the parameters of thermally activated deactivation pathways (A(4th), DeltaE(4th) and A(dd), DeltaE(dd)) were estimated from the temperature dependence of luminescence quantum yields and lifetimes. It has been demonstrated that the non-radiative decay rate and the temperature dependent decay processes are more efficient for bipy complexes than for phen derivatives due to the rigidity of the latter ligand.  相似文献

Two haptens of the insecticide triazophos (O,O-diethyl O-[1-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl] phosphorothioate) were synthesized by introducing appropriate spacers in the O-ethyl site of the analyte molecular structure. First, thiophosphoryl chloride (PSCl(3)) reacts with methanol at low temperature to give O-ethyl dichlorothiophosphate. After reacting with 1-phenyl-3H-1,2,4-triazol, the O-ethyl dichlorothiophosphate was transformed into the intermediate O-ethyl O-(1-phenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl) chlorothiophosphate. Then the intermediate reacts with 4-aminobutyric acid and 6-aminobutyric acid to produce hapten I and hapten II, respectively. The molecule structures of the two haptens were identified by (1)H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and mass spectrum. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) based on monoclonal antibody was also developed to evaluate the two haptens. Results showed that the monoclonal antibodies with high titers were obtained after immunizing with protein conjugates of these haptens and that the immunoassay has high affinity and specificity to triazophos. These results suggested that the haptens were synthesized successfully and could be used for immunoassay for the rapid screening and sensitive determination of this insecticide.  相似文献

New copper(I) complexes have been synthesised from the reaction of CuCl with 4-(diphenylphosphane)benzoic acid and lithium tris(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methanesulfonate, Li(SO(3))C(pz)(3), sodium hydrotris(3-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)borate, NaHB[3-(CF(3))pz](3), potassium dihydrobis(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)borate, KH(2)B(tz)(2), hydrotris(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)borate, KHB(tz)(3), sodium hydrotris(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)borate, NaHB(pz)(3), potassium hydrotris(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)borate KHB(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(3) or potassium hydrotris(4-bromo-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)borate KHB(4-Brpz)(3). The complexes obtained have been characterized by elemental analyses and FT-IR in the solid state, and by NMR (1H and 31P[(1)H]) spectroscopy and conductivity measurements in solution. The solution data are consistent with partial dissociation of the sterically hindered complexes by way of breaking of Cu-P and Cu-N bonds. Electrospray mass spectrometry has been used to investigate the relative properties of the 4-(diphenylphosphane)benzoic acid and of the "scorpionate" ligands towards copper(I) ions. Chemiluminescence technique was used to evaluate the superoxide scavenging activity of these new copper complexes.  相似文献

The characterization of a polyclonal antibody produced via immunization with an [Os(bpy)(2)dcbpy] hapten is described. Bpy is 2,2'-bipyridine and dcbpy is 2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid. The cross-reactivity of the antibody for the Ru(II) analogue of the hapten was also investigated. Large increases in the emission and luminescent lifetime of a series of Os and Ru complexes were observed on binding of the antibody. Association equilibrium constants were derived from luminescence titration data and were found to be 5.6 x 10(8) and 5.0 x 10(8)M(-1) for [Os(bpy)(2)dcbpy] and [Ru(bpy)(2)dcbpy], respectively. Spectroscopic changes were likely due to the exclusion of H(2)O from the complex/antibody binding cleft and blocking of vibrational relaxation pathways of the Os/Ru excited state. D(2)O/H(2)O experiments confirmed that the antibody protected approx. 82% of [Os(bpy)(2)dcbpy] and 80% of [Ru(bpy)(2)dcbpy] from excited state deactivation by the aqueous solvent.  相似文献

To investigate the basis of the 'light-switch' effect, the solvent dependence of the Kerr-gated picosecond-time resolved resonance Raman (TR(3)) spectra of [Ru(bpy)(2)dppz](2+), [Ru(phen)(2)dppz](2+), and the modified complex [Ru(phen)(2)cpdppzOMe](2+) and a dimer [mu-C4(cpdppz)(2)-(phen)(4)Ru(2)](4+) were studied. The investigation focussed on comparing the behaviour of [Ru(phen)(2)dppz](2+) in acetonitrile, ethanol, H(2)O, D(2)O, and DNA. The data are consistent with a model wherein excitation induces metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) to any of the ligands (termed the 'precursor' state) which, by interligand electron transfer (ILET), produces an excited state localised on the dppz ligand, MLCT(1). In water this state relaxes with a characteristic time of approximately 6 ps to a non-emissive state (MLCT(2)). The TR(3) spectra in water, acetonitrile and DNA are all distinctly different. However, the early (4 ps) water spectrum resembles the spectrum in DNA. This interesting observation suggests that the DNA-bound excited state of the complex can be thought of as a model for the initial, poorly solvated state in water.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the electron spin-lattice relaxation time T1 was measured for the S0 state of the oxygen-evolving complex (OEC) in photosystem II and for two dinuclear manganese model complexes by pulse EPR using the inversion-recovery method. For [Mn(III)Mn(IV)(mu-O)2 bipy4]ClO4, the Raman relaxation process dominates at temperatures below 50 K. In contrast, Orbach type relaxation was found for [Mn(II)Mn(III)(mu-OH)(mu-piv)2(Me3 tacn)2](ClO4)2 between 4.3 and 9 K. For the latter complex, an energy separation of 24.7-28.0 cm(-1) between the ground and the first excited electronic state was determined. In the S0 state of photosystem II, the T1 relaxation times were measured in the range of 4.3-6.5 K. A comparison with the relaxation data (rate and pre-exponential factor) of the two model complexes and of the S2 state of photosystem II indicates that the Orbach relaxation process is dominant for the S0 state and that its first excited state lies 21.7 +/- 0.4 cm(-1) above its ground state. The results are discussed with respect to the structure of the OEC in photosystem II.  相似文献

In an effort to find a potent xanthine oxidoreductase (XO) inhibitor, we discovered the best compound 2-[2-(2-methoxy-ethoxy)-ethoxy]-5-[5-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-1H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-yl]-benzonitrile 28. Here, we describe the following: (1) the design, synthesis, and structure–activity relationship of a series of 3-phenyl-5-pyridyl-1,2,4-triazole derivatives by in vitro studies of XO inhibitory activity in bovine milk and in vivo studies of serum uric acid (UA) reductive activity in rats, (2) a drug interaction study by a cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) assay, and (3) a pharmacokinetic (PK) study. Compound 28 exhibits potent XO inhibitory activity, serum UA-lowering activity in rats, weak CYP3A4 inhibitory activity, and moderate PK profile.  相似文献

The present study describes the synthesis and pharmacological profile of three novel heterocyclic compounds originally designed, on the basis of bioisosterism, as dopamine D2 receptor ligands: 1-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-ylmethyl]-4-phenyl-piperazine (LASSBio-579), 1-phenyl-4-(1-phenyl-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-ylmethyl)-piperazine (LASSBio-580) and 1-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-ylmethyl]-4-phenyl-piperazine (LASSBio-581). Binding studies performed on brain homogenate indicated that all three compounds bind selectively to D2 receptors. In addition, electrophysiological studies carried out in cultured hippocampal neurons suggested that LASSBio-579 and 581 act as D2 agonists, whereas LASSBio-580 acts as a D2 antagonist.  相似文献

In this paper, we report four phosphorescent Cu(I) complexes of [Cu(OP)(PPh3)2]BF4, [Cu(Me-OP)(PPh3)2]BF4, [Cu(OP)(POP)]BF4, and [Cu(Me-OP)(POP)]BF4 with oxadiazole-derived diimine ligands, where OP = 2-(5-phenyl-[1,3,4]oxadiazol-2-yl)-pyridine, Me-OP = 2-(5-p-tolyl-[1,3,4]oxadiazol-2-yl)-pyridine, POP = bis(2-(diphenylphosphanyl)phenyl) ether, and PPh3 = triphenylphosphane, including their synthesis, crystal structures, photophysical properties, and electronic nature. The Cu(I) center has a distorted tetrahedral geometry within the Cu(I) complexes. Theoretical calculation reveals that all emissions originate from triplet metal-to-ligand-charge-transfer excited state. It is found that the inter-molecular sandwich structure triggered by inter- and intra-molecular pi-stacking within solid state Cu(I) complexes is highly effective on restricting the geometric relaxation that occurs in excited states, and thus greatly enhances the photoluminescence (PL) performances, including PL quantum yield improvement, PL decay lifetime increase, and emission blue shift.  相似文献

The seco C-nucleosides 3-(1,2,3,4,5-penta-O-acetyl-D-gluco- and D-galacto-pentitol-1-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazoles (8 and 9) were obtained in a one pot by deamination and dethiolation of 4-amino-3-(D-gluco- and D-galacto-pentitol-1-yl)-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles (1 and 2), respectively, using sodium nitrite in orthophosphoric acid and subsequent acetylation. Condensation of 1, 2, and 4-amino-3-(D-glycero-D-gulo-hexitol-1-yl)-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole (12) with phenacylbromide (11) afforded the corresponding 3-(D-gluco-, D-galactopentitol-1-yl) and 3-(D-glycero-D-gulo-hexitol-1-yl)-6-phenyl-7H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazines (15, 16, and 17). Acetylation of 15-17 gave the penta- and hexa-O-acetyl derivatives 18-20, respectively. The structures were confirmed by using 1H, 13C, and 2D NMR spectra, DQFCOSY, HMQC, and HMBC experiments. The favored conformational structures were deduced from the vicinal coupling constants of the protons.  相似文献

Reaction of [Ru(2,2′-bipyridine)(2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine)Cl]PF6 (abbreviated to [Ru(bipy)(terpy)Cl]PF6) with 0.5 equiv of the bidentate ligand L produces the dinuclear complexes [{Ru(bipy)(terpy)}2(μ-L)](PF6)4 (L = 4,4′-bipyridine 1, 1,4-diisocyanobenzene 2 and pyrazine 3) in moderate yields. Treating [Ru(bipy)(terpy)Cl]PF6 with equal molar of 1,4-diisocyanobenzene affords [Ru(bipy)(terpy)(CNC6H4NC)](PF6)2 (2a). These new complexes have been characterized by mass, NMR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, and the structures of 1-3 determined by an X-ray diffraction study. Cyclic voltammetric studies suggest that metal communication between the two ruthenium ions increases from 1 to 2 to 3.  相似文献

The binding site of Delta- and Lambda-[Ru(phenanthroline)2L]2+ (L being phenanthroline (phen), dipyrido[3,2-a:2'3'-c]phenazine (DPPZ), and benzodipyrido[3,2-a:2'3'-c]phenazine (benzoDPPZ)), bound to poly[d(A-T)2] in the presence and absence of 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) was investigated by circular dichroism and fluorescence techniques. DAPI binds at the minor groove of poly[d(A-T)2] and blocks the groove. The circular dichroism spectrum of all Ru(II) complexes are essentially unaffected whether the minor groove of poly[d(A-T)2] is blocked by DAPI or not, indicating that the Ru(II) complexes are intercalated from the major groove. When DAPI and Ru(II) complexes simultaneously bound to poly[d(A-T)2], the fluorescence intensity of DAPI decreases upon increasing Ru(II) complex concentrations. The energy of DAPI at excited state transfers to Ru(II) complexes across the DNA via the F?rster type resonance energy transfer. The efficiency of the energy transfer is similar for both [Ru(phen)2DPPZ]2+ and [Ru(phen)2benzoDPPZ]2+ complexes, whereas that of [Ru(phen)3]2+ is significantly lower. The distance between DAPI and [Ru(phen)3]2+ is estimated as 0.38 and 0.64 F?rster distance, respectively, for the Delta- and Lambda-isomer.  相似文献

Surface enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS) is shown to be a satisfying method to study the interaction between DNA and ruthenium complexes [Ru(bpy)(2)(Hcmbpy)][PF(6)](2), where Hcmbpy = 4-carboxy-4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridine. Such metallic complexes are known for their fluorescence properties. To validate this spectroscopic approach we have checked that i) at a given lambda(ex), silver colloidal SERRS spectra of Ru complexes closely resemble resonance Raman spectra in aqueous solutions, intensity excepted, and ii) the DNA fragments are not altered when they are adsorbed on the Ag nanoparticles surface. This investigation shows that the intensity of the Ru complexes SERRS spectra is reduced in the presence of DNA, in particular for the specific bands assigned to the Hcmbpy ligand. This collapse demonstrates that the Ru complexes bind DNA through the Hcmbpy moiety, and intercalation is suggested as the binding mode. The DNA binding by the enantiopure Ru complexes (Delta or Lambda) is more efficient than by the racemic complexes.  相似文献

Two mixed ligand complexes [Ru(bpy)(2)(DMHBT)]Cl(2)(1) and [Ru(phen)(2)(DMHBT)]Cl(2) (2) (where DMHBT is 11,13-dimethyl-13H-4,5,9,11,14-hexaaza-benzo[b]triphenylene-10,12-dione) have been synthesized and characterized by electrospray ionization (ESI) mass, (1)H-(1)H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), electronic spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. Spectroscopic titration and viscosity changes of calf thymus (CT)-DNA in the presence of incremental amount of complexes 1 and 2 clearly demonstrate that both these complexes bind intercalatively to DNA, with binding constant 2.87+/-0.20 x 10(4)M(-1) and 1.01+/-0.20 x 10(5)M(-1) for complexes 1 and 2, respectively. All the experimental evidences suggest that the ancillary ligand 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) influences the intercalative binding of these complexes to DNA.  相似文献

The substituted tris(bipyridine)ruthenium(II) complexes {[Ru(bpy)(2)(4,4'-bbob)](2+) and [Ru(bpy)(2)(5,5'-bbob)](2+) [where bpy=2,2'-bipyridine and bbob=bis(benzoxazol-2-yl)-2,2'-bipyridine] have been prepared and compared to the previously studied complex [Ru(bpy)(2)(4,4'-bbtb)](2+) [where bbtb=bis(benzothiazol-2-yl)-2,2'-bipyridine]. From the UV/VIS titration studies, Delta-[Ru(bpy)(2)(4,4'-bbob)](2+) displays a stronger association than the Lambda-isomer with calf-thymus DNA (ct-DNA). For [Ru(bpy)(2)(5,5'-bbob)](2+), there appears to be minimal interaction with ct-DNA. The results of fluorescence titration studies suggest that [Ru(bpy)(2)(4,4'-bbob)](2+) gives an increase in emission intensity with increasing ct-DNA concentrations, with an enantiopreference for the Delta isomer, confirmed by membrane dialysis studies. The fluorescent intercalation displacement studies revealed that [Ru(bpy)(2)(4,4'-bbob)](2+) and [Ru(bpy)(2)(5,5'-bbob)](2+) display a preference for more open DNA structures such as bulge and hairpin sequences. While Lambda-[Ru(bpy)(2)(4,4'-bbtb)](2+) has shown the most significant affinity for all the oligonucleotides sequences screened in previous studies, it is the Delta isomer of the comparable benzoxazole ruthenium(II) complex (Delta-[Ru(bpy)(2)(4,4'-bbob)](2+)) that preferentially binds to DNA.  相似文献

Absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and viscosity measurements have been used to characterize the DNA binding of [Ru(tpy)(dppt)](2+) (tpy=2,2':6',2"-terpyridine, dppt=3-(1,10-phenanthrolin-2-yl)-5,6-diphenyl-as-triazine), [Ru(tpy)(pta)](2+) (pta=3-(1,10-phenanthrolin-2-yl)-as-triazino[5,6-f]acenaphthylene) and [Ru(tpy)(ptp)](2+) (ptp=3-(1,10-phenanthrolin-2-yl)-as-triazino[5,6-f]-phenanthrene). The results indicate that [Ru(tpy)(pta)](2+) and [Ru(tpy)(ptp)](2+) bind with CT-DNA in an intercalative mode, while [Ru(tpy)(dppt)](2+) binds with DNA by partial intercalation. The ligand planarity of the complex has a significant effect on DNA binding affinity increases in the order [Ru(tpy)(dppt)](2+)<[Ru(tpy)(pta)](2+)<[Ru(tpy)(ptp)](2+).  相似文献

NO-donating ability of nitrosyl [Fe-S] complexes, namely, mononuclear dinitrosyl complexes of anionic type [Fe(S2O3)2(NO)2]-(I) and neutral [Fe2(SL1)2(NO)2] with L1=1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-yl (II); tetranitrosyl binuclear neutral complexes [Fe2(SL2)2(NO)4] with L2=5-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-yl (III); 1-methyl-1H-tetrazole-5-yl (IV); imidazole-2-yl (V) and 1-methyl-imidazole-2-yl (VI) has been studied. In addition, Roussin's "red salt" Na2[Fe2S2(NO)4] x 8H2O (VII) and Na2[Fe(CN)5NO] x H2O (VIII) have been investigated. The method for research has been based on the formation of Hb-NO adduct upon the interaction of hemoglobin with NO generated by complexes I-VIII in aqueous solutions. Kinetics of NO formation was studied by registration of absorption spectra of the reaction systems containing Hb and the complex under study. For determination of HbNO concentration, the experimental absorption spectra were processed during the reaction using standard program MATHCAD to determine the contribution of individual Hb and HbNO spectra in each spectrum. The reaction rate constants were obtained by analyzing kinetic dependence of Hb interaction with NO donors under study. All kinetic dependences for complexes I-VI were shown to be described well in the frame of formalism of pseudo first-order reactions. The effective first-order rate constants for the studied reactions have been determined. As follows from the values of rate constants, the rate of interaction of sulfur-nitrosyl iron complexes (I-VI) with Hb is limited by the stage of NO release in the solution.  相似文献
