前期研究结果表明,二化螟和稻纵卷叶螟幼虫为害所诱导的水稻挥发物能对二化螟绒茧蜂Apanteles chilonis Munakata、二化螟Chilo suppressalis(Walker)和稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocis medinalis(Guene)雌成虫的行为产生影响,并且两者的影响效应存在明显差异,但至今仍不清楚2种害虫危害后水稻挥发物的变化情况。利用动态吸附法对健康水稻苗、二化螟或稻纵卷叶螟幼虫为害苗的挥发物进行捕集与鉴定。在3种处理水稻苗中,共捕集到28种挥发物组分,包括萜类化合物、烷烃类化合物、酮类、醇类、水杨酸甲酯和一些未知化合物。二化螟和稻纵卷叶螟为害均能导致水稻挥发物总量和大多挥发物组分释放量的上升;同时,二化螟幼虫危害能诱导水稻新释放2-heptanonol,(E)-linalooloxide和2种未知挥发物组分,稻纵卷叶螟为害则可诱导水稻产生2-heptanonol,(E)-linalooloxide,MeSA和β-caryophyllene4种新化合物。2种虫害稻株间的比较表明,β-caryophyllene和MeSA是稻纵卷叶螟危害水稻后诱导产生的特有挥发物组分,并且linalool,α-copaene,(+)-cedrol,n-heptadecane和n-nonadecane在二化螟为害苗与稻纵卷叶螟为害苗之间差异显著。这一结果也许可以解释2种害虫诱导水稻挥发物对天敌和害虫行为影响不同的原因。  相似文献

In this study, we evaluated the responses of Triatoma dimidiata Latreille (Hemiptera: Reduviidae) to volatiles emitted by conspecific females, males, mating pairs and metasternal gland (MG) extracts with a Y‐tube olfactometer. The volatile compounds released by mating pairs and MGs of T. dimidiata were identified using solid‐phase microextraction and coupled gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC‐MS). Females were not attracted to volatiles emitted by males or MG extracts; however, they preferred clean air to their own volatiles or those from mating pairs. Males were attracted to volatiles emitted by males, females, mating pairs, pairs in which the male had the MG orifices occluded or MG extracts of both sexes. However, males were not attracted to volatiles emitted by pairs in which the female had the MG orifices occluded. The chemical analyses showed that 14 and 15 compounds were detected in the headspace of mating pairs and MG, respectively. Most of the compounds identified from MG except for isobutyric acid were also detected in the headspace of mating pairs. Both females and males were attracted to octanal and 6‐methyl‐5‐hepten‐2‐one, and males were attracted to 3,5‐dimethyl‐2‐hexanol. Males but not females were attracted to a seven‐compound blend, formulated from compounds identified in attractive MG extracts.  相似文献

Headspace volatiles from eight strains of Aspergillus flavus (four aflatoxigenic strains and four nonaflatoxigenic strains), grown for 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, and 10 days in submerged cultures, were collected in Tenax GC traps. The traps were desorbed onto a 50-m gas-liquid chromatography capillary column by heat and gas purge from an external direct injector device. The column was interfaced with a mass spectrometer data acquisition system. Peaks were identified by comparing retention times and mass spectra with those obtained from authentic compounds and by using a computer-assisted mass spectral data base. Aflatoxigenic strains of A. flavus produced several C(15)H(24) compounds (e.g., alpha-gurjunene, trans-caryophyllene, and cadinene) which peaked in 3-day cultures and were not present in earlier (1- and 2-day) or later (8- and 10-day) cultures. None of these volatiles were detected in nonaflatoxigenic strains of A. flavus. There was an apparent correlation between the release of C(15)H(24) volatile compounds and the initiation of aflatoxin biosynthesis, and a correlation between decline of aflatoxin synthesis and the disappearance of the C(15)H(24) compounds unique to aflatoxigenic A. flavus also existed.  相似文献

Volatile compounds produced by 31 strains of pseudomonads and by reference strains of Pseudomonas fragi and Ps. fluorescens biotype 1 during growth on beef stored at 6 degrees C in air were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry of headspace gases. Compounds of major sensory significance were ethyl and methyl esters of C2-C8 fatty acids and sulphur-containing compounds which included methane- and isopropanethiols and their related sulphides and thioesters but not hydrogen sulphide. Ester production was mainly associated with growth of some, but not all, Ps. fragi and related meat strains but sulphur-containing compounds were produced by all but a single meat strain. A minority of other meat strains produced greater amounts of methyl ketones, secondary alcohols and unsaturated hydrocarbons believed to be of lipid origin.  相似文献

Alamethicin (ALA), a voltage-gated, ion channel-forming peptide mixture from Trichoderma viride, is a potent elicitor of the biosynthesis of volatile compounds in lima bean (Phaseolus lunatus). Unlike elicitation with jasmonic acid or herbivore damage, the blend of substances emitted comprises only the two homoterpenes, 4,11-dimethylnona-1,3,7-triene and 4,8,12-trimethyltrideca-1,3,7,11-tetraene, and methyl salicylate. Inhibition of octadecanoid signaling by aristolochic acid and phenidone as well as mass spectrometric analysis of endogenous jasmonate demonstrate that ALA induces the biosynthesis of volatile compounds principally via the octadecanoid-signaling pathway (20-fold increase of jasmonic acid). ALA also up-regulates salicylate biosynthesis, and the time course of the production of endogenous salicylate correlates well with the appearance of the methyl ester in the gas phase. The massive up-regulation of the SA-pathway (90-fold) interferes with steps in the biosynthetic pathway downstream of 12-oxophytodienoic acid and thereby reduces the pattern of emitted volatiles to compounds previously shown to be induced by early octadecanoids. ALA also induces tendril coiling in various species like Pisum, Lathyrus, and Bryonia, but the response appears to be independent from octadecanoid biosynthesis, because inhibitors of lipoxygenase and phospholipase A(2) do not prevent the coiling reaction.  相似文献

Examples of the biological occurrence of methyl ketones are reviewed. The lack of significant accumulations of these compounds in the biosphere indicates that a recycling of these organic molecules is occurring. Evidence for biodegradation of acetone by mammals and longer methyl ketones by microorganisms via terminal methyl-group oxidation is discussed. A new mechanism for the subterminal oxidation of methyl ketones by microorganisms is proposed whereby the first intermediate produced is an acetate ester which subsequently is cleaved to acetate and a primary alcohol two carbons shorter than the original ketone substrate. Methyl ketones can be produced by mammals and fungi by decarboxylation of beta-keto acids. Some bacteria are able to form methyl ketones via the oxidation of aliphatic hydrocarbons at the methylene carbon alpha to the methyl group. Speculations on the biosynthesis of methyl ketones by insects and plants and a discussion of the possible biological roles of methyl ketones in diverse biological systems are presented.  相似文献

Summary Several strains of filamentous and unicellular cyanobacteria are capable of converting aldehydes and ketones into their corresponding alcohols during the active growth phase. Efficient conversions have been observed with aliphatic aldehydes, methyl and ethyl ketones. Cyanobacteria proved to be potent reducters of nor-carotenoids, acyclic monoterpene aldehydes and ketopantolactone. Neither bicyclic monoterpene ketones nor aromatic aldehydes have been reduced by any cyanobacterial strain so far tested.  相似文献

【目的】明确MeJA对茶树挥发物的诱导作用。【方法】采用顶空活体取样法对不同浓度MeJA处理后的茶苗挥发物进行抽提,并利用GC-MS对挥发物进行鉴定。【结果】不同剂量MeJA显著地影响茶树挥发物的种类组成和释放量,50μL MeJA处理可显著诱导茶树释放香叶烯、萜品油烯、罗勒烯等10种单萜类化合物,法呢烯、橙花叔醇和红没药烯等7种倍半萜类化合物,苯甲醇、苯乙腈和吲哚等5种氨基酸衍生物,以及3种未知化合物;而100μL MeJA处理仅能诱导茶树释放7种化合物。不同挥发物对MeJA处理的响应时间不同,但其释放量都具有昼高夜低的趋势。并且,释放量的大小明显受到光照强度的影响。【结论】外用MeJA喷雾处理可诱导茶树挥发物的产生和释放。  相似文献

Summary Caprolactam, butan-2-one, butan-2-ol, and butan-1, 3-diol were found to have a stimulating effect on the biosynthesis of cephalosporin C by a mutant strain ofCephalosporium. Volatiles emitted from the leaves of Lycopersicon esculentum at the two-, ten-leaf and anthesis periods were collected by a gas absorbing method and analyzed by gas chromatography (GC)-mass spectrometry. In total, 33 compounds of volaUles emitted from three developmental stage plants were separated and identified, and quantitatively analyzed by the internal standard addition method. All of the samples of volatile were found to be rich in monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes.β-phellandrene and caryophyllene predominated in the volatiles of the leaves of plants at the two- and ten-leaf stages. Furthermore, (E)-2-hexenal were the dominant components in the volatiles emitted from anthesis plants. The results of volatiles analyzed show that the compositions varied depending on the developmental stages. The volatiles emitted from crushed tomato leaves of plants at the anthesis stage had the most strongly inhibitory activity against the spore germination and hyphal growth of Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum, followed by ten- and two-leaf plants. However, the activity of volatiles, emitted from the leaves of plants at the two-leaf stage, in inhibiting F. oxysporum was greater than B. cinerea.  相似文献

Xylosandrus compactus is a polyphagus pest that cultivates a symbiotic fungus Fusarium solani in tunnels of host plants for food and is a major threat to coffee production in East Africa. We hypothesized that the female X. compactus, which is the only sex capable of flying to attack its hosts, is attracted to volatiles from F. solani. We investigated responses of females to volatiles released by fungal cultures and bioactive components identified in the fungal volatiles. In Y-tube olfactometer assays, ~68% of females were attracted to volatiles emitted from F. solani over clean air. Bioactive compounds were identified in the fungal volatiles by coupled gas chromatography (GC)/electroantennographic detection (EAD) and GC/mass spectrometric analyses as methyl isovalerate and 2,3-butanediol. We also identified ethanol, a known attractant of X. compactus, using solid phase microextraction captured fungal volatiles analyzed by GC/MS. In field trapping trials, we compared captures of females in plastic bottle traps baited with a range of doses of methyl isovalerate, 2,3-butanediol, and blends of the two compounds, with similar traps baited with solvent only and ethanol. Females were caught by all the baited traps at all the concentrations tested except traps baited with solvent only. Trap captures were however 14–37-fold lower in traps baited with single components and the blends than those baited with ethanol. The possible use of these components as a tool for kairomonal monitoring of populations of X. compactus is discussed.  相似文献

采用Tenax GC动态吸附法对茶树-茶尺蠖Ectropis obliqua (Prout)-单白绵绒茧蜂Apanteles sp.三重营养关系中茶树的新梢挥发性化合物进行了捕集,经GC、GC-MS鉴定结果表明,不同来源的挥发物的组成和数量是不同的,完整茶树新梢(IS)的挥发物有11种组份;机械损伤新梢(MDS)的挥发物有13种组份;茶树-茶尺蠖取食复合体(PHC)的挥发物有15种组份,而用经典的SDE法获得的新梢精油有13种组份,4种挥发物数量的大小顺序为SDE>MDS>PHC>IS。生物测定结果表明,无气味经历的雌单白绵绒茧蜂对IS和MDS的气味的选择作用无统计上的显著性,对机械损伤新梢+幼虫口腔分泌物(MDS+Reg), 幼虫取食损伤(LDS)和PHC的气味有较强的偏好选择性。  相似文献

Graft unions of nursery stock of grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) collected in Japan yielded non‐pathogenic strains of Agrobacterium. On the basis of classic diagnostic tests, a sequence analysis and a previously reported multiplex PCR method, the non‐pathogenic strains ARK‐1, ARK‐2 and ARK‐3 were identified as Agrobacterium vitis. Stems of grapevine seedlings were inoculated with both a cell suspension of seven mixed strains of A. vitis (Ti) as a pathogen and one of a new strain or A. vitis strain VAR03‐1, one of the biological control agents against crown gall previously reported, as competitors to assay the suppression of tumour formation caused by the pathogen. In a test with a 1:1 cell ratio of pathogen/nonpathogen, strains ARK‐1, ARK‐2 and ARK‐3 reduced the tumour incidence.. In particular, strain ARK‐1 was strongest at inhibiting tumour formation in this study. Strain ARK‐1 established populations on roots of grapevine tree rootstock and persisted on roots for a year. ARK‐1, ARK‐2 and ARK‐3 did not produce a halo of inhibition against A. vitis (Ti) strain on YMA medium. Moreover, strain ARK‐1 did not reduce tumour incidence on the stems of grapevine when ARK‐1 was dead or only culture filtrate was used. This result indicates the possibility that these new strains inhibit grapevine crown gall in planta by a different mechanism other than VAR03‐1. In particular, one of the new strains, named ARK‐1, was most effective in inhibiting tumour formation on grapevine and appears to be a promising new agent to control grapevine crown gall.  相似文献

Microflora species and volatiles emitted from artificial diets were examined from the larvae of three homozygous alcohol dehydrogenase (Adh) strains of the olive fruit fly, Bactrocera (Dacus) oleae (Gmelin), reared under identical conditions. Differences in volatile composition were detected when Adh-I homozygous larvae developed in a diet lacking the preservative p-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester (nipagin). Larval development of the Adh-I strain in the preservative-free diet was reduced by 50%, whereas pupal emergence was completely inhibited. The larval development and pupal emergence of Adh-F and Adh-S strains were not affected. Unique microorganisms with characteristic volatile profiles were isolated from the preservative-free diet of the Adh-I strain that were different from those, isolated from Adh-S, Adh-F, laboratory colony, and wild insect populations. Our results indicated that the variations in volatile composition of the artificial diets, and the inhibition of larval development and pupal emergence in Adh-I strain were related to changes in the microflora that developed in the diets of the Adh-I strain.  相似文献

Experiments were carried out to study the production of aroma compounds from coffee husk by a fungal culture of C. fimbriata in solid state fermentation. Hot water treated coffee husk seemed to be useful substrate for aroma production in comparison to whole coffee husk or its water extract. Raw data were integrated in order to calculate the total volatiles (TV) accumulated during the fermentation using the Gompertz model. Glucose addition between 20-35% increased significantly the yields of aroma compounds. Supplementation of leucine further improved the TV production significantly (about 58%), specially the esters. When soybean oil was added, TV production was similar to the control, showing that the fungus was not able to use soybean oil for its primary metabolism, nor it acted as precursor for the synthesis of methyl ketones as reported for other fungi. Addition of saline solution drastically decreased the volatile production. Under optimized conditions, a total of 13 compounds were produced which included alcohols (2), aldehyde (1), ketones (2) and esters (8). Ethyl acetate was the prominent compound, followed by ethanol.  相似文献

Bruchid pests such as Callosobruchus chinensis (Linnaeus) endanger stored legume seeds throughout the tropical belt. The chemical composition of the headspace volatiles from healthy and fourth instar larvae-infested cowpea seeds were identified, characterized, and compared using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Y-tube olfactometer bioassays were performed to evaluate the effect of these chemicals on the orientation of conspecific adult females. Analysis of volatiles released from healthy and infested seeds revealed qualitative differences for three out of the 17 compounds identified. Dimethyl disulphide, isobutenyl methyl ketone and methyl trisulphide were found only in the blend emitted from infested but not from healthy seeds. Quantitative differences were apparent for tridecane which was released in larger amounts from infested seeds. While volatiles collected from healthy seeds were attractive to female bruchids, volatiles collected from infested seeds were repellent. To test the hypothesis that the qualitative differences in the chemical composition found may be due to insect-derived components, the volatiles from frass and fourth instar larvae combined were analysed. These volatiles contained both of the sulphides emitted from infested seed but not from healthy seeds. Although a limited induction of volatiles from cowpea seeds cannot be excluded, it is postulated that behavioural differences of the female weevils are largely due to insect-derived semiochemicals. The potential use of such semiochemicals as part of an integrated pest management strategy is discussed.  相似文献
