全球变暖影响物种多样性和生产力及其关系。关于全球和区域的物种多样性与生产力关系已有许多研究,但气候变暖背景下西藏高寒草地物种多样性与生产力的关系及其环境驱动机制研究仍然很少。基于西藏高寒草地实测的35个样点调查数据,利用回归分析、Pearson相关性分析、方差分解和结构方程模型等方法,探究了物种多样性和生产力的关系及其影响机制。研究发现:(1)高寒草地的物种丰富度指数和香农-威纳指数与地上植被净初级生产力(ANPP)呈显著正相关关系,且ANPP对物种丰富度指数的变化更为敏感;(2)物种丰富度指数与经度、土壤有效氮、土壤有效磷、年降水量呈显著正相关;Shannon-Wiener指数与海拔和纬度呈显著负相关,与年均温度呈显著正相关;ANPP与经度、土壤有效氮、年降水量和年均温度呈显著正相关,与海拔、纬度和土壤有效钾呈显著负相关;(3)地理因子、土壤养分和气候因子的交互作用对物种丰富度指数和ANPP的贡献率最大,分别为10.99%和32.91%,地理因子和气候因子的交互作用对Shannon-Wiener指数的贡献率最大,为13.61%;(4)地理因子通过调控土壤养分和气候因子间接影响物种多样性和ANPP,土壤养分和气候因子均直接影响物种多样性和ANPP。研究结果揭示了环境因子对物种多样性和生产力的综合调控机制,为西藏高寒草地生态系统科学应对气候变化提供了依据。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the phylogenetic relationships of nematodes of the family Acuariidae using partial large subunit nuclear ribosomal DNA (28S) sequences of 15 genera represented by 18 species. The results confirmed the monophyly of the family Acuariidae and supported its close relationship with nematodes of the family Cystidicolidae. Two major clades were revealed within Acuariidae, one represented by nematodes of the subfamily Schistorophinae and another composed of members of the subfamilies Acuariinae and Seuratiinae. The collarette was shown to be a structure that arose several times within the clade Acuariinae–Seuratiinae. As a result, we suggest the suppression of the subfamily Seuratiinae and inclusion of its genera within the subfamily Acuariinae. Morphological characters, host ranges and life cycles of the taxa included in the analyses are discussed as well as the possible relationships of remaining acuariid genera within the revealed subclades. Additionally, we propose an amended generic diagnosis of Syncuaria Gilbert, 1927 to accommodate Syncuaria sagittata (Rudolphi, 1809) n. comb. and Syncuaria longevaginata (Molin, 1860) Skrjabin, Sobolev, & Ivashkin, 1965. The tribe Trigonoderini (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) contains six genera (Gastracanthus Westwood, Janssoniella Kerrich, Miscogasteriella Girault, Platygerrhus Thomson, Plutothrix Förster and Trigonoderus Westwood). This tribe is recorded from South Korea for the first time. Two new species, Janssoniella albiclava Tselikh & Lee sp. nov. from South Korea and J. magna Tselikh & Lee sp. nov. from South Korea and the South Far East of Russia, are described. Eight species (Gastracanthus acutus (Kamijo), G. nigrescens Kamijo, Janssoniella intermedia Hedqvist, Miscogasteriella sulcate (Kamijo), Plutothrix scrobicula Kamijo, P. trifasciata (Thomson), Trigonoderus fraxini Yang and T. nigrocephalus Kamijo) are recorded from South Korea for the first time. The keys for identification of the Eastern–Palearctic species of Janssoniella and Gastracanthus are given and photos of diagnostic characters of the new species are provided.  相似文献

Three species ofDaphnia are recorded from natural lakes and reservoirs in Brazil:Daphnia gessneri, Herbst, 1967,Daphnia ambigua, Scourfield, 1947 andDaphnia laevis, Birge, 1878. An annotated list of species of the Folsomia heterocellata group recorded in China is given. Folsomia cephalota n. sp., F. dorsomediaseta n. sp., F. longiseta n. sp., F. manubriopilosa n. sp., F. longdeica n. sp., and F. plenosensilla n. sp. are characterized by having a simple maxillary palp, four prelabral setae and no eyes. They differentiate mainly by characteristics of the furca. We report other species of the group which are recorded for the first time in China: Folsomia tianshanica Martynova, 1969, F. pseudovtorovi Potapov & Gulgenova, 2013, and F. pseudodecemoculata Stebaeva, 1971. This excludes F. wanxianensis Ji, Ding & Chen, 2007, for which we provide morphological remarks based on the type material. The group is mainly distributed in the central part of China (Chongqing, Gansu, southern part of Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Shaanxi provinces). A key to all blind species with a simple maxillary palp is given.  相似文献

Two new species are described from Bahia (Brazil): Coleoxestia beckeri (Cerambycini), and Oncioderes obliqua (Onciderini). Nine species are recorded for the first time for Bahia (Brazil). Abstract One new species, four newly recorded genera, and two newly recorded species of diatoms are described from China. They are Sellaphora fuxianensis sp. nov. Li, Sellaphora Mereschkowsky, Karayevia Round & Bukhtiyarova, Placoneis Mereschkowsky, Fallacia Stickle & Mann, Placoneis prespanensis Levkov, Krstic & Nakov, and Fallacia lucinensis (Hustedt) D. G. Mann. All taxa were collected from Lake Fuxian in Yunnan Province, China. These species were observed with light and scanning electron microscopes, and their taxonomic characters are discussed.  相似文献

记录海南蕨类植物新分布15种,这15种植物是毛叶粉背蕨(Aleuritopteris squamosa)、光脚短肠蕨(Allantodia deoderleinii)、淡绿短肠蕨(Allantodia virescens)、台湾车前蕨(Antrophyum formosanum)、岭南铁角蕨(Asplenium sampsonii)、薄叶阴地蕨(Botrychium daucifolium)、黑足鳞毛蕨(Dryopteris fuscipes)、太平鳞毛蕨(Dryopteris pacifica)、爪哇鳞始蕨(Lindsaeajavanensis)、黑鳞剑蕨(Loxogramme assimilis)、网脉海金沙(Lygodium subareolatum)、三轴凤尾蕨(Pteris longipes)、翠绿凤尾蕨(Pteris longipinnula)、布郎卷柏(Selaginella braunii)和高雄卷柏(Selaginella repanda)。海南现有蕨类植物已达到约450种(包括变种)。  相似文献

报道了陕西分布新记录的11种蕨类植物,即峨眉盾蕨(Neolepisorus emeiensis)、边缘鳞盖蕨(Microlepia marginata)、肾羽铁角蕨(Asplenium humistratum)、城口铁角蕨(A. chengkouense)、蚀盖耳蕨(Polystichum erosum)、伴藓耳蕨(P. muscicola)、尾叶耳蕨(P. thomsonii)、尖齿耳蕨(P. acutidens)、康定耳蕨(P. kangdingense)、石韦(Pyrrosia lingua)和绒紫萁(Osmunda claytoniana),凭证标本均保存于西北农林科技大学植物标本馆(原西北植物研究所标本馆)(WUK)。至此,陕西现有蕨类植物已有258种(不包括变种和变型)。  相似文献

Identifying which introduced species have the greatest potential for establishment, spread and impact is critical for prioritizing pre‐ and post‐border control. Using species distribution modelling and existing species locations we assessed the establishment risk based on the climatic suitability areas of 25 plant species listed as eradication targets under South African regulations. To improve confidence, three bioclimatic models were used to predict the potential distribution of each species. This information was combined with the number of localities and the “eradication feasibility syndromes” in a scoring‐categorical system to rank the species. Three management groups were identified. Group “A” includes species with medium‐high establishment risk and higher likelihood to be eradicated, these species should be a priority for eradication. Group “B” includes species with a medium‐low establishment risk but given the low number of known population and the species characteristics, eradication is likely to be feasible. Finally species in group “C” scored a medium‐high establishment risk but the eradication would be difficult due to the high number of known localities. This ranking provides a rapid method to prioritize the management towards the eradication of new potential invasive plant species in the country combining the establishment risk, known number of localities and the inferred eradication success.  相似文献

珊瑚螺科Coralliophilidae属腹足纲、新腹足目、骨螺总科.本科动物主要分布于热带和亚热带暖水区,通常栖息于珊瑚礁间和较深的海域.在国内对本科动物除一些零星报道外,尚未做系统研究,作者根据中国科学院海洋研究所历年来收集的标本资料,经整理研究,共鉴定出23种,隶属于6属,其中有1个新种和中国4新纪录.  相似文献

Summary  Corticioid fungi from the Kimberley Region of Western Australia are reviewed. 31 species are reported, of which five, Aleurodiscus kimberleyanus, Athelopsis vesicularis, Dendrothele cornivesiculosa, Hyphoderma tubulicystidium, and Phanerochaete subcrassispora are described as new. Grandinia glauca is given the new combination Grammothele glauca, and Hydnum investiens the new combination Phanerochaete investiens. A further eight species are recorded which have not previously been reported from Australia.  相似文献
