Dog alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor (alpha 1-PI) was found to be an effective inhibitor of bovine chymotrypsin and also of porcine pancreatic elastase as in the case of human inhibitor. The dog inhibitor inactivated both proteinases at a molar ratio of 1:1. However, compared to the human inhibitor, dog alpha 1-PI was a relatively poor inhibitor of bovine trypsin. The association rate constants (kass) of the interactions of dog alpha 1-PI with bovine chymotrypsin and with porcine elastase were determined to be 6.9 +/- 0.3 X 10(6) M-1 s-1 and 6.4 +/- 0.1 X 10(5) M-1 s-1, respectively. These values are 1.3- and 2.7-fold higher than the corresponding values for the human inhibitor. On the other hand, kass for the dog inhibitor with bovine trypsin (2.6 +/- 0.3 X 10(4)M-1 s-1) was found to be about 5 times smaller than that of the human inhibitor.  相似文献

Rat cytochrome P-450(M-1) cDNA was expressed in Saccharomyces cerevisiae TD1 cells by using a yeast-Escherichia coli shuttle vector consisting of P-450(M-1) cDNA, yeast alcohol dehydrogenase promoter and yeast cytochrome c terminator. The yeast cells synthesized up to 2 X 10(5) molecules of P-450(M-1) per cell. The microsomal fraction prepared from the transformed cells contained 0.1 nmol of cytochrome P-450 per mg of protein. The expressed cytochrome P-450 catalyzed 16 alpha- and 2 alpha-hydroxylations of testosterone in accordance with the catalytic activity of P-450(M-1), but did not hydroxylate vitamin D3 or 1 alpha-hydroxycholecalciferol at the 25 position. The expressed cytochrome P-450 also catalyzed the oxidation of several drugs and did not show 25-hydroxylation activity toward 5 beta-cholestane-3 alpha, 7 alpha, 12 alpha-triol. However, it cross-reacted with the polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies elicited against purified P-450cc25 which catalyzed the 25-hydroxylation of vitamin D3. These results indicated that P-450(M-1) cDNA coded the 2 alpha- and 16 alpha-hydroxylase of testosterone, and that these two positions of testosterone are hydroxylated by a single form of cytochrome P-450. Vitamin D3 25-hydroxylase and testosterone 16 alpha- and 2 alpha-hydroxylase are different gene products, although these two hydroxylase activities are immunochemically indistinguishable.  相似文献

We have investigated the inhibition of human leukocyte elastase and cathepsin G by recombinant Eglin c under near physiological conditions. The association rate constants k on of Eglin c for elastase and cathepsin G were 1.3 X 10(7) M-1 s-1 and 2 X 10(6) M-1 s-1, respectively. Under identical conditions, the k on for the association of human plasma alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor with the two leukocproteinases were 2.4 X 10(7) M-1 s-1 and 10(6) M-1 s-1, respectively. The consistency of these data could be verified using a set of competition experiments. The elastase-Eglin c interaction was studied in greater detail. The dissociation rate constant k off was determined by trapping of free elastase from an equilibrium mixture of elastase and Eglin c with alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor or alpha 2-macroglobulin. The rate of dissociation was very low (k off = 3.5 X 10(-5) s-1). The calculated equilibrium dissociation constant of the complex, Ki(calc) = k off/k on, was found to be 2.7 X 10(-12) M. Ki was also measured by adding elastase to mixtures of Eglin c and substrate and determining the steady-state rates of substrate hydrolysis. The Ki determined from these experiments (7.5 X 10(-11) M) was significantly higher than Ki(calc). This discrepancy might be explained by assuming that the interaction of Eglin c with elastase involves two steps: a fast binding reaction followed by a slow isomerization step. From the above kinetic constants it may be inferred that at a therapeutic concentration of 5 X 10(-7) M, Eglin c will inhibit leukocyte elastase in one second and will bind this enzyme in a "pseudo-irreversible" manner.  相似文献

The inactivation of human coagulation factor Xa by the plasma proteinase inhibitors alpha 1-antitrypsin, antithrombin III and alpha 2-macroglobulin in purified systems was found to be accelerated by the divalent cations Ca2+, Mn2+ and Mg2+. The rate constant for the inhibition of factor Xa by antithrombin III rose from 2.62 X 10(4) M-1 X min-1 in the absence of divalent cations to a maximum of 6.40 X 10(4) M-1 X min-1 at 5 mM Ca2+, 8.10 X 10(4) M-1 X min-1 at 5 mM Mn2+, with a slight decrease in rate at higher cation concentrations. Mg2+ caused a gradual rise in rate constant to 5.65 X 10(4) M-1 X min-1 at 20 mM. The rate constant for the inhibition of factor Xa by alpha 1-antitrypsin in the absence of divalent cations was 5.80 X 10(3) M-1 X min-1. Ca2+ increased the rate to 1.50 X 10(4) M-1 X min-1 at 5 mM and Mn2+ to 2.40 X 10(4) M-1 X min-1 at 6 mM. The rate constant for these cations again decreased at higher concentrations. Mg2+ caused a gradual rise in rate constant to 1.08 X 10(4) M-1 X min-1 at 10 mM. The rate constant for the factor Xa-alpha 2-macroglobulin reaction was raised from 6.70 X 10(3) M-1 X min-1 in the absence of divalent cations to a maximum of 4.15 X 10(4) M-1 X min-1 at 4 mM Ca2+, with a decrease to 3.05 X 10(4) M-1 at 10 mM. These increases in reaction rate were correlated to the binding of divalent cations to factor Xa by studying changes in the intrinsic fluorescence and dimerization of factor Xa. The changes in fluorescence suggested a conformational change in factor Xa which may be responsible for the increased rate of reaction, whilst the decrease in rate constant at higher concentrations of Ca2+ and Mn2+ may be due to factor Xa dimerization.  相似文献

Association constants of dextrans (Ka) and oligosaccharides (Kia) from NZB myeloma antidextrans (PC3858 and PC3936) were studied by affinity electrophoresis. With linear dextrans or with those with a low degree of branching, Ka ranged from 2.7 X 10(3) to 5.4 X 10(4) ml/g for PC3858 and from 1.3 X 10(4) to 2.6 X 10(5) ml/g for PC3936. Completely linear alpha-(1 leads to 6)-linked dextrans, LD7 and D3, showed relatively high affinities for the two NZB antidextrans. With oligosaccharides, the Kia value increased as the number oa alpha-(1 leads to 6)-linked glycosyl residues increased. Isomaltoheptaose (IM7) showed the highest Kia (1.9 X 10(4) M-1 for PC3858 and 1.63 X 10(4) M-1 for PC3936), whereas isomaltose (IM2) had the lowest Kia (2.36 X 10(2)M-1 for PC3858 and 1.32 X 10(2)M-1 for PC3936). Pullulan and glycogen showed very weak affinity for PC3936, but they did not react at all with PC3858. These findings indicate that NZB myeloma antidextrans, PC3858 and PC3936, are specific for internal chains of alpha-(1 leads to 6)-linked dextrans. Data on the precision with which Ka and Kia can be determined are presented.  相似文献

Streptokinase reacts very rapidly with human plasmin (rate constant 5.4 S 10(7) M-1 s-1) forming a 1:1 stoichiometric complex which has a dissociation constant of 5 X 10(-11) M. This plasmin-streptokinase complex is 10(5) times less reactive towards alpha 2-antiplasmin than plasmin, the inhibition rate constant being 1.4 X 10(2) M-1 s-1. The loss of reactivity of the streptokinase-plasmin complex towards alpha 2-antiplasmin is independent of the lysine binding sites in plasmin since low-Mr plasmin, which lacks these sites, and plasmin in which the sites have been blocked by 6-aminohexanoic acid, are both equally unreactive towards alpha 2-antiplasmin on reaction with streptokinase. The plasmin-streptokinase complex binds to Sepharose-lysine and Sepharose-fibrin monomer in the same fashion as free plasmin, showing that the lysine binding sites are fully exposed in the complex. Bovine plasmin is rapidly inhibited by human alpha 2-antiplasmin (k1 = 1.6 X 10(6) M-1 s-1) and similarly loses reactivity towards the inhibitor on complex formation with streptokinase (50% binding at 0.4 microM streptokinase).  相似文献

A single cysteine residue present in human plasma alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor was labeled with a fluorescent sulfhydryl reagent, N-iodoacetyl-N'-(5-sulfo-1-naphthyl)ethylenediamine. The resulting fluorescent inhibitor retained nearly full inhibitory activity and formed complexes with bovine chymotrypsin, porcine pancreatic elastase, and bovine trypsin as revealed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Association rate constants for the interactions of the labeled inhibitor with the proteinases were determined to be 1.5 (+/- 0.4) X 10(6), 3.3 (+/- 0.3) X 10(5), and 1.4 (+/- 0.3) X 10(5) M-1 X s-1 for chymotrypsin, elastase, and trypsin, respectively. These values were found to be only slightly lower than those of the unlabeled inhibitor. Fluorescence emission spectra of the labeled inhibitor in the absence and presence of each proteinase were also examined, and little difference was observed between them.  相似文献

Bronchial leukocyte proteinase inhibitor (BLPI) is an 11.7 kDa, acid-stable protein found in mucous secretions, which inhibits neutrophil elastase. The Stoke's radius of BLPI calculated from sedimentation equilibrium and sedimentation velocity centrifugation data was in good agreement with the value determined by gel filtration. These data indicate that BLPI exists in a compact globular conformation at both neutral and acidic pH. BLPI, due to its small compact size, can inhibit neutrophil elastase after the enzyme has been complexed with alpha 2-macroglobulin (A-2-M) but alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor failed to inactivate A-2-M-bound elastase. The apparent association rates of BLPI and Eglin C with A-2-M-bound elastase were found to be 6.3 X 10(2) M-1s-1 and 1.1 X 10(3) M-1s-1, respectively. These apparent association rates decreased 168-fold for BLPI and 909-fold for Eglin C, relative to the association rates of these inhibitors with free elastase. These changes probably result from a combination of effects, such as inhibitor accessibility to the enzyme and/or reaction rate, but regardless of the mechanism these data suggest that BLPI may function to control both free and A-2-M-bound elastase.  相似文献

This paper describes a non-oxidative impairment of the biological function of alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor by cigarette smoke. Aqueous solutions of cigarette smoke are able to decrease the rate constant kass for the inhibition of porcine pancreatic elastase by human plasma alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor. The value of kass decreases linearly with the concentration of smoke (from 2.2 X 10(5) M-1 s-1 to 0.6 X 10(5) M-1 s-1). This effect is not due to an oxidation of the inhibitor. When pancreatic elastase is reacted with elastin in the presence of alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor and cigarette smoke solution, elastolysis occurs at a rate nearly identical to that observed in the absence of inhibitor. This effect is due to a smoke-induced decrease in kass. These observations may serve as a model of biological regulation of proteolysis via a change in the rate constant for a proteinase-proteinase inhibitor association. The influence of cigarette smoke on the inhibition of human neutrophil elastase by alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor could not be studied in detail because the enzyme precipitates in the presence of concentrated smoke solution.  相似文献

Carbohydrate binding specificity of a lectin, allo A, isolated from a beetle (Allomyrina dichotoma), was investigated by means of lectin affinity chromatography. Sialylated complex-type and hybrid-type oligosaccharides/glycopeptides, and sialyllactose were retained by the column, whereas desialylated ones were retarded but not retained by the column. The association constants of allo A for biantennary oligosaccharides from human serum transferrin, determined by frontal analysis, were 8.0 X 10(5) M-1, 4.5 X 10(5) M-1, and 2.5 X 10(5) M-1 for disialo-, monosialo-, and asialo-oligosaccharides, respectively. Removal of the beta-galactose residues markedly reduced the association constant to 3.5 X 10(3) M-1. Furthermore, allo A was found to have no affinity for mucin-type glycopeptides carrying the sialylated Gal beta 1----3 GalNAc sugar sequence (Ka: 3.5 X 10(3) M-1). The results of this study indicated that allo A strongly binds to the trisaccharide structure, NeuAc alpha 2-3(6)Gal-beta 1-4GlcNAc, and that its binding potency is affected by the inner core structures of oligosaccharides and glycopeptides, because the presence of a bisecting N-acetyl-glucosamine residue and an alpha-fucose residue linked to the innermost N-acetylglucosamine residue reduced the association constants for oligosaccharides and glycopeptides.  相似文献

EF-Tu from B. stearothermophilus binds divalent metal ions even in the absence of guanine nucleotides. The association constants necessary for characterizing the multiple equilibria between EF-Tu, GDP and the divalent ions magnesium and manganese were determined by equilibrium dialysis. The constants are 4.6 X 10(4) M-1 and 5.4 X 10(5) M-1 for the binding of Mg2 and 1.0 X 10(5) M-1 and 1.1 X 10(6) M-1 for the binding of Mn2 to EF-Tu and EF-Tu . GDP, respectively. In the absence of divalent ions EF-Tu binds GMP, GDP and GTP with association constants of 3 x 10(3) M-1, 1.7 x 10(7) M-1 and 1.3 x 10(6) M-1, respectively. The binding of GDP in the presence of metal ions is an order of magnitude stronger than in the absence of metal ions.  相似文献

Radiolabelled anhydrotrypsin was bound by alpha 2M (alpha 2-macroglobulin) sufficiently tightly to resist separation during gel electrophoresis; 2 mol of anhydrotrypsin were bound/mol of alpha 2M, but the interaction differed in important respects from that between active proteinases and alpha 2M. Anhydrotrypsin was bound by the electrophoretically 'fast' form of alpha 2M, although much less effectively than by the 'slow' form. The inactive enzyme was displaced from alpha 2M by trypsin inhibitor, the order of effectiveness being aprotinin > soya-bean trypsin inhibitor > benzamidine. Saturation of alpha 2M with anhydrotrypsin did not prevent subsequent binding and inhibition of active trypsin by the alpha 2M, and the anhydrotrypsin was not displaced during this reaction. Anhydrotrypsin bound by alpha 2M retained its ability to react with antibodies against trypsin, whereas bound trypsin did not.  相似文献

Horse blood leucocyte cytosol exhibits a broad inhibitory activity against serine proteinases. The purified inhibitor was exposed to investigated enzymes (trypsin, chymotrypsin, elastases and serine proteinase from S. aureus) for variable time and the products were analyzed by gradient polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate. The molar ratio I:E, association rate constants k on and inhibition constants Ki for the enzymes and inhibitor were determined. The examined elastases form stable, stoichiometric complexes with the inhibitor (Ki less than 10(-10) M), and do not undergo proteolytic degradation during 30 min incubation at 20 degrees C even at the 2-fold molar excess of the proteinases. The reactions with elastases are extremely rapid (k on greater than 10(7) M-1 s-1) and are completed within one second whereas similar reactions with chymotrypsin and trypsin are much slower (k on = 3 X 10(5) M-1 s-5 and 5 X 10(2) M-1 s-1, respectively). Serine proteinase from S. aureus neither react nor inactivates the investigated inhibitor. The complexes of the inhibitor with trypsin and chymotrypsin are digested even at a molar ratio I:E = 2:1. All these observations point out that the inhibitor from horse leucocyte cytosol is a specific and effective inhibitor of elastases.  相似文献

The ability of a purified rat liver microsomal uridine-5'-diphosphoglucuronosyltransferase to catalyze the glucuronidation of stereoisomeric trans- and cis-9, 10-dihydroxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrenes and 4, 5-dihydroxy-4,5-dihydrobenzo[alpha]pyrenes is examined. The enzyme shows the ability to discriminate kinetically between the antipodes of trans-9, 10-dihydroxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene with turnover numbers of 0.070 and 1.4 s-1 and kc/Kmapp values of 4.4 X 10(3) and 1.1 X 10(3) M-1 s-1 for the 9R, 10R and 9S, 10S stereoisomers. Glucuronidation of the nondissymmetric cis-9, 10-dihydroxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene proceeds with a turnover number of 0.037 s-1 and kc/Kmapp of 18 X 10(3) M-1 s-1 to give a 60/40 mixture of the two possible diastereomeric products. Three of the four stereoisomers of 4,5-dihydroxy-4,5-dihydrobenzo[alpha] pyrene are regioselectively glucuronidated by the enzyme with a high degree of kinetic discrimination. Turnover numbers for the 4S,5S, 4R,5R, and 4S,5R stereoisomers are 4.1, 0.37, and 0.23 s-1 with kc/Kmapp values of 23.8 X 10(3), 0.23 X 10(3), and 3.15 X 10(3) M-1 s-1, respectively. The 4R,5S cis isomer is not a substrate. Enzyme-catalyzed reactions of the 4S,5S and 4S,5R isomers give exclusively (greater than or equal to 95%) the 4-glucuronide with the 4R,5R isomer giving the 5-glucuronide. The kinetic and regiochemical results indicate that the enzyme recognizes hydroxyl groups on the beta-face or bottom face of the 4,5-dihydroxy-4,5-dihydrobenzo[alpha]pyrenes.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Two novel peptide analogs, N alpha-[(S)-1-carboxy-3-phenylpropyl]L-alanyl-L-proline and the corresponding L-lysyl-L-proline derivative, have been demonstrated to be potent competitive inhibitors of purified rabbit lung angiotensin-converting enzyme: Ki = 2 and 1 X 10(-10) M, respectively, at pH 7.5, 25 degrees C, and 0.3 M chloride ion. Second-order rate constants for addition of these inhibitors to enzyme under the same conditions are in the range 1-2 X 10(6) M-1 s-1; first-order rate constants for dissociation of the EI complexes are in the range 1-4 X 10(-4) s-1. The association rate constants are similar to those measured for D-3-mercapto-2-methylpropanoyl-L-proline, captopril, but the dissociation rate constants are severalfold slower and account for the higher affinity of these inhibitors for the enzyme. The dissociation constant for the EI complex containing N alpha-[(S)-1-carboxy-3-phenylpropyl]L-alanyl-L-proline is pH-dependent, and reaches a minimum at approximately pH 6: Ki = 4 +/- 1 X 10(-11) M. The pH dependence is consistent either with a model for which the protonation state of the secondary nitrogen atom in the inhibitor determines binding affinity, or one for which ionizations on the enzyme alone influence affinity for these inhibitors. The affinity of this inhibitor for the zinc-free apoenzyme is 2 X 10(4) times less than for the zinc-free apoenzyme is 2 X 10(4) times less than that for the holoenzyme. If considered as a "collected product" inhibitor, N alpha-[(S)-1-carboxy-3-phenylpropyl]L-alanyl-L-proline appears to derive an additional factor of 375 M in its affinity for the enzyme compared to that of the two products of its hypothetical hydrolysis, a consequence of favorable entropy effects.  相似文献

Human alpha 2-antiplasmin (alpha 2AP) has been expressed in Chinese hamster ovary cells and purified from conditioned media. The recombinant protein (r alpha 2AP) is immunologically identical with natural alpha 2AP and indistinguishable with respect to plasmin(ogen) binding properties. Second-order rate constants (k1) for the interaction of alpha 2AP and r alpha 2AP with plasmin are both (1-2) X 10(7) M-1 s-1. In order to examine the effects of alterations within the reactive site of alpha 2AP, deletions of the P1 residue Arg-364 (r alpha 2AP-delta Arg364) or the P'1 residue Met-365 (r alpha 2AP-delta Met365) were introduced by in vitro site-directed mutagenesis. r alpha 2AP-delta Met365 completely retains its ability to inhibit both plasmin and trypsin, indicating that alpha 2AP has no absolute requirement for Met in the P'1 position. Unexpectedly, no increase in antithrombin activity was observed. r alpha 2AP-delta Arg364 has lost the ability to inhibit plasmin, trypsin, and thrombin, but unlike the wild-type protein, this variant is an effective elastase inhibitor (k1 = 1.5 X 10(5) M-1 s-1).  相似文献

The kinetic of plasmin, Va1442-plasmin, Lys530-plasmin inhibition reaction by alpha 2-antiplasmin as well as interaction of the inhibitor with different derivatives of the plasminogen and its fragments were studied. It was shown that plasmin, mini- and micro-plasmin activity decreased by 97, 88 and 85%, respectively, for equimolar ratio 1:1 of the inhibitor. The value of the inhibition reached its maximum in 1-2, 5-10 and 10-15 min, respectively. The constants of the complex formation rate were 1.4 x 10(6); 1.7 x 10(5) and 6.2 x 10(4) M-1s-1 for the plasmin, mini- and micro-plasmin with alpha 2-antiplasmin, respectively. Both 10(-2) M 6-aminohexanoic acid and 10(-1) M arginine reduced the complex formation rate between plasmin, mini-plasmin and alpha 2-antiplasmin to the value of the rate reaction between micro-plasmin and inhibitor. alpha 2-Antiplasmin bound with all investigated derivatives and fragments of plasminogen. The amount of inhibitor decreased in the series: plasmin, kringle 1-3, kringle 4, mini-plasminogen, micro-plasminogen. The kringle 1-4 and kringle 5 were determined to control the rate of reaction between enzyme and inhibitor, being not necessary for the inhibition. The comparison of the inhibitor interaction with DPP-plasmin, mini-plasminogen and micro-plasminogen displayed the possibility of the additional region existence in catalytic domain. This region participated in the complex with alpha 2-antiplasmin formation. It is supposed that the multisite interaction between plasmin and alpha 2-antiplasmin provides for the specificity and efficiency the inhibitor action.  相似文献

A novel serine protease, which we have called IRCM-serine protease 1, was purified from both porcine neurointermediate and anterior pituitary lobes. The enzyme was inhibited by soybean trypsin inhibitor, pancreatic trypsin inhibitor, benzamidine, phenylmethyl-sulfonyl fluoride, and thiol reagents including HgCl2, p-chloromercuribenzoate, and 5,5'-dithiobis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid) and was resistant to lima bean trypsin inhibitor, alpha 2-macroglobulin, alpha 1-antitrypsin, and C1-esterase inhibitor. IRCM-serine protease 1 displayed "trypsin-like" specificity toward a number of tripeptide coumarin-containing substrates, with kcat/km values ranging from 10(4) to 10(6) M-1 S-1. The best substrate was benzyloxycarbonyl-L-Ala-L-Lys-L-Arg-4-methylcoumarin-7-amide with a kcat/Km value of 2.27 X 10(6) M-1 S-1. IRCM-serine protease 1, Mr = 169,000-190,000 determined by gradient gel electrophoresis and gel filtration, respectively, appears to be a homologous dimer. The monomeric subunits of the enzyme are composed of an Mr = 38,000 polypeptide chain which is modifiable by 125I-D-Tyr-Glu-Phe-Lys-Arg-CH2Cl, disulfide-linked to another polypeptide resulting in a subunit molecular weight of 88,000.  相似文献

At pH 8.0 and 25 degrees C alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor and alpha 2-macroglobulin bind human pancreatic elastase with rate constants of 4.7.10(5) M-1.s-1 and 6.4.10(6) M-1.s-1, respectively. The corresponding delay times of elastase inhibition in plasma are 0.4 s and 0.2 s, respectively, indicating that both inhibitors may act as physiological antielastases. Elastin impairs the elastase inhibitory capacity of alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor and alpha 2-macroglobulin. In presence of human elastin, the former behaves like a slow-binding elastase inhibitor, with a rate constant of about 260 M-1.s-1. In contrast, alpha 2-macroglobulin is a fast-binding inhibitor of elastin-bound elastase, but only one of its two sites is functioning in presence of elastin.  相似文献

Specific in vitro binding of [3H]testosterone (T), 5ALPHA[3H]dihydrotestosterone (DHT), and [3H[estradiol (E2) was demonstrated in the 30 000 X g supernatant (cytosol) of thigh muscles (TM) and of the levator ani - bulbocavernosus muscle complex (LA-BC) by gel filtration through Sephadex G-25 columns. In TM cytosol, T and E2 [are bound with high affinity (Ka = 1.1 X 10(9) M-1, and 2.3 X 10(9) M-1 respectively) whereas DHT binding is of lower affinity (Ka = 5.0 X 10(7) M-1).] In LA-BC cytosol, T, E2, and DHT are bound with high affinity (Ka = 1.9 X 10(9) M-1, 0.3 X 10(9) M-1, and 0.5 X 10(9) M-1, respectively). Competition experiments suggest that the binding of the three hormones (T, E2, and DHT) is due to different proteins. In addition to TM and LA-BC, T and E2 binding was found in other muscles of male and female rats, including gastrocnemius, the pectoralis, diaphragm, and heart.  相似文献
