255 species and 59 subspecies of fleas from 55 genera of 7 families are known from Russia, which is 30% of the Palaearctic fauna. Additionally, over 187 species of 47 genera from 7 families are known from the neighboring territories of Central and Southern Europe, Transcaucasia, Kazakhstan, Middle Asia, Mongolia, Northeast China, and Japan. 13 species of 12 genera are known only from Russia. Noteworthy is the low percent of endemic species (not more than 4%) and genera (one genus) in the Russian fauna. The principal centers of taxonomic diversity in the Palaearctic, including many endemic species and genera, lie in the Eastern Asian, Central Asian, and Turano-Iranian Subregions, outside Russia and the Euro-Siberian Subregion. The bulk of the Russian fauna is formed by the species and genera of the three largest flea families: Hystrichopsyllidae, Ceratophyllidae, and Leptopsyllidae. The family Ceratophyllidae has the greatest number of genera in the Russian fauna, and Hystrichopsyllidae, the greatest number of species. Western (Western and Western-Central Palaearctic; 84 species from 41 genera of 7 families) and Eastern (Central-Eastern and Eastern Palaearctic; 78 species from 42 genera of 6 families) species are nearly equally represented in the Russian fauna.  相似文献

中国喀喇昆仑山地区离瓣花类植物有24科114属310种及11变种。分布种数大于60种的科有十字花科(66种)和豆科(63种),20~39种的有3科,10~19种的有4科,这9个科占该地区离瓣花类植物总属数的78.95%和总种数的88.39%,在本植物区系中占较大优势。单种属与寡种属有103属,在属级水平占绝对优势,但多种属与寡种属共含245种,在种级水平优势明显。对其地理成分分析包括8个分布区类型和14个变型,其中,温带或含温带分布的有67属194种,占该区总属数、种数的66.34%和79.18%,区系温带性质明显,且与地中海、西亚、中亚交流相对较多,而与东亚交流很少,缺乏热带分布型及中国特有分布型。与邻近区域相比,本区系与中国帕米尔高原的关系最为密切,相似系数最高,科级、属级与种级水平上,分别达82.14%、63.69%及33.86%;其次,在属级水平与阿富汗、东喜马拉雅及青藏高原相似性也分别达到17.92%、15.36%、16.26%,但种级相似性系数较低,仅为1.76%~5.69%,有一定联系。  相似文献

The fecal viral flora of wild rodents   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The frequent interactions of rodents with humans make them a common source of zoonotic infections. To obtain an initial unbiased measure of the viral diversity in the enteric tract of wild rodents we sequenced partially purified, randomly amplified viral RNA and DNA in the feces of 105 wild rodents (mouse, vole, and rat) collected in California and Virginia. We identified in decreasing frequency sequences related to the mammalian viruses families Circoviridae, Picobirnaviridae, Picornaviridae, Astroviridae, Parvoviridae, Papillomaviridae, Adenoviridae, and Coronaviridae. Seventeen small circular DNA genomes containing one or two replicase genes distantly related to the Circoviridae representing several potentially new viral families were characterized. In the Picornaviridae family two new candidate genera as well as a close genetic relative of the human pathogen Aichi virus were characterized. Fragments of the first mouse sapelovirus and picobirnaviruses were identified and the first murine astrovirus genome was characterized. A mouse papillomavirus genome and fragments of a novel adenovirus and adenovirus-associated virus were also sequenced. The next largest fraction of the rodent fecal virome was related to insect viruses of the Densoviridae, Iridoviridae, Polydnaviridae, Dicistroviriade, Bromoviridae, and Virgaviridae families followed by plant virus-related sequences in the Nanoviridae, Geminiviridae, Phycodnaviridae, Secoviridae, Partitiviridae, Tymoviridae, Alphaflexiviridae, and Tombusviridae families reflecting the largely insect and plant rodent diet. Phylogenetic analyses of full and partial viral genomes therefore revealed many previously unreported viral species, genera, and families. The close genetic similarities noted between some rodent and human viruses might reflect past zoonoses. This study increases our understanding of the viral diversity in wild rodents and highlights the large number of still uncharacterized viruses in mammals.  相似文献

A review of the coleopteran families Scydmaenidae (18 species) and Pselaphidae (23 species) of the Chuvash Republic is presented based on examination of the material collected in 1975?C2011. 18 species and 7 genera of Scydmaenidae and 21 species of 13 genera of Pselaphidae are recorded from this territory for the first time. The Palaearctic flea fauna includes 921 species and 479 subspecies from 96 genera of 10 families. Of them, 858 species (94%) from 43 genera are endemic to the Palaearctic; they comprise 40% of the Palaearctic Hystrichopsyllidae, 24% of Ceratophyllidae, and 20% of Leptopsyllidae. Ranges of 581 species (63% of the Palaearctic fauna) are situated within one province or subregion of the Palaearctic. Species with ranges including a part of Asia (592) comprise 87% of the total fauna; 72% of the species (517) are endemic to the Palaearctic. The largest centers of taxonomic diversity of Palaearctic fleas are situated in the East Asian, Central Asian, and Turano-Iranian Subregions: 320 species of fleas (214 of them endemic) from 59 genera (8 endemic) are known from the East Asian Subregion; 270 species (over 120 endemic) from 54 genera (5 endemic) are distributed in the Central Asian Subregion. The Turano-Iranian fauna comprises 213 species (103 endemic) from 47 genera (3 endemic); about 160 species occur in the Turanian Subprovince closest to the Russian borders, one-third of them (52 species, or 33%) are endemic; 69 species more are endemic to the entire Asian part of the Palaearctic. Extra-Asian and extra-Siberian ranges are known in 190 flea species. In the western Palaearctic, 76 species are endemic to the European Province, and 57 species, to the Mediterranean Province; 36 species have Euro-Mediterranean distribution. The fauna of the Saharo-Arabian Subregion comprises 30 species (12 endemic), 6 species have ranges of the Mediterranean-Saharo-Arabian type. Scenarios of the origin of the Siphonaptera at the Triassic-Jurassic boundary are hypothesized. Formation of the Palaearctic flea fauna was mostly supported by the Asian-Indo-Malayan and East Asian-Western American palaeofaunal centers of taxonomic diversity. The long history of faunal exchange between the east Palaearctic and the west Nearctic is manifested by the distribution of the parasites of rodents and insectivores, fleas of the genera Stenoponia, Rhadinopsylla, Nearctopsylla, and Catallagia, belonging to several subfamilies of the Hystrichopsyllidae, as well as members of a number of other flea families. A great number of endemic species in the genera Palaeopsylla and Ctenophthalmus (Hystrichopsyllidae), both in the European and Asian parts of the Palaearctic, can be explained by the junction of the European and Asian continental platforms in the late Cretaceous and their subsequent isolation during the Paleocene. A considerable contribution to the flea fauna in the Russian territory was made by the East Asian-Nearctic center of taxonomic diversity, with a smaller role of the European palaeofauna. Immigration of species of the family Pulicidae from the Afrotropical Region is restricted to the southern territories of Russia.  相似文献

翼手目(Chiroptera)动物已被确认是人畜共患病毒的重要自然宿主。贵州省翼手目物种多样性资源丰富,包括了2亚目7科19属65种,但在其携带病毒方面的研究仍然不全面。本文基于病毒宏基因组学和s RNA病毒检测,对贵州省广泛分布的大蹄蝠(Hipposideriderosarmiger)、三叶蹄蝠(Aselliscus wheeleri)、贵州菊头蝠(Rhinolophus rex)和皮氏菊头蝠(R. pearsoni)携带的病毒进行注释及鉴定。通过分析得到所携带病毒的种类;并比较了贵州省与云南省和广西省3个地区翼手目携带病毒在种类上的差异。结果显示,在4种蝙蝠中检测出脊椎动物病毒、昆虫病毒、植物病毒、细菌病毒4大类,共计53科111属170余种病毒,其中具有公共卫生学意义病毒9科10属46种,如:人疱疹病毒1型病毒(Human herpesvirus 1)、戊型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis E virus)、人乳头瘤病毒16型(Human papillomavirustype16)等相关的病毒。贵州省与云南省和广西省3个地区的蝙蝠所携带病毒种类比较发现,只有腺病毒科(Adenovir...  相似文献

The presumptive data on results of the investigation of the Diptera Brachycera in the territory of Samarskaya Luka, the largest refuge in eastern European Russia, are given. Based on the published data and on examination of 18 000 specimens, a faunal list for the region is compiled, including 897 species of 395 genera of 62 families. The annotated list of Brachycera Orthorrhapha, Cyclorrhapha: Aschiza includes data on the flight periods, habitats, and number of examined specimens.  相似文献

Passerine birds from two late Pliocene localities, Shaamar in northern Mongolia and Beregovaya in Transbaikalia (East Russia), represent the first known Neogene fossil assemblages of perching birds from Asia. A total of 11 families and 15 taxa are recognized, including a new genus and species of bunting, Pliocalcarius orkhonensis, apparently related to the Longspurs, and new species within the genera Hirundo and Rhodospiza, which are described. The avifauna is composed of open land and bush dwellers; it contains a few arid species, representing the oldest finds of the corresponding genera or lineages. This may indicate that the living Asian arid avian complex originated in Central Asia in the Neogene. Several genera (Rhodospiza, Paradoxornis) are documented in this paper for the first time in pre-Pleistocene deposits. Report of Calcarius is the first pre-Holocene evidence of the occurrence of this genus in Asia, which together with the remains of Synaptomys lemmings at Shaamar, illustrates faunal interchanges between North America and Asia in the Pliocene.  相似文献

The limestone forest of Mt. Exianling on Hainan Island, China, was inventoried, and their floristic composition and biogeographical affinities discussed. Botanical surveys recorded 1121 vascular plant species belonging to 620 genera and 171 families; of which 81 represented significant records including 11 new species. Mt. Exianling is characterized by phanerophytes making up ca. 79% of the total flora, and those with mesophyllous leaves comprising ca. 64%. Ecological species groups were discerned from field observations: species exclusive to limestone habitats make up 2.4% of the total flora. Based on their distributions, 11 biogeographic elements at the generic level are recognized. Our work on Mt. Exianling revealed closer affinity to tropical Asian floras than to temperate elements of eastern Asian floras, with ca. 90% of the seed plant genera being tropical; this limestone forest is essentially tropical and is part of the tropical Asian flora at its northern margin. Unfortunately, Exianling has been subject to environmental threats from mining activities in the past two decades. Kadoorie Conservation China has heavily involved in the conservation of Exianling limestone forest and partially financed the above floristic studies. A nature reserve station was constructed in 2009, and now Exianling is being gazetted as a formal provincial nature reserve. Recently, activities in exploiting of the gold mining in Exianling has been stopped by the nature reserve.  相似文献

对乌江河岸带维管植物区系的研究结果表明,河岸带共有维管植物69科187属302种,其中蕨类植物9科10属16种,裸子植物1科1属1种,被子植物59科176属285种。生活型以草本为主,其次是灌木。科、属、种的分布区类型多样,在科级水平上有7个类型和4个变型,在属级水平上有13个类型和10个变型,在种级水平上有15个类型和13个变型。地理联系较为广泛,与北温带植物区系联系最为紧密,其次是泛热带植物区系和东亚植物区系。科、属的优势现象较为明显。该河岸带植物区系呈亚热带性质,与热带植物区系有较高的亲缘关系。  相似文献

元宝山冷杉群落3000m^2样方统计到107种,隶属52科,81属。种类组成中,单种科、少种属占的比例相当大,含单种的科有27科,占51.9%。单种的属有63属,占77.8%;含两种的属为12属,占14.8%,两者共占92.6%。乔木层种类除了南方铁杉外,其它优势种类都为稳定型种群。乔木层的优势区系成分相当稳定,表明该群落为一种顶极群落。71个种子植物属只有11个分布区类型和8个变型,仅占所有变型的26.7%,地理成分不复杂,其中热带分布27属,占39.7%,温带分布38属,占55.9%。热带分布以泛热带和热带亚洲为主,温带分布与东亚、东亚和北美洲间断分布密切相关。乔木层16个优势种中,属中亚热带地理分布类型的有13种,占81.3%,其中重要值排列前4位的种类均为中亚热带类型,所以元宝山冷杉群落为亚热带性质。元宝山冷杉不同群丛元宝山冷杉种群结构的差异反映了群落的演替过程。107种组成种类中,常绿成分占62.6%,落叶成分占37.4%,其中矮高位芽植物最多,占20.6%,叶级以小型叶为主,占57.9%,叶型以单叶比例最大,占81.6%。各样地的物种多样性水平均较高,表明元宝山冷杉群落是一个处于稳定地位的顶极群落。  相似文献

Ice crawlers (Insecta: Grylloblattodea) are rarely encountered insects that consist of five genera representing 26 species from North America and Asia. Asian grylloblattids are the most diverse, but North American ice crawlers (genus Grylloblatta) are known for their adaptation to cold conditions. Phylogenetic relationships among grylloblattid species and genera are not known. Six genes were sampled in 35 individuals for 18S rRNA, 28S rRNA, histone 3, 12S rRNA, 16S rRNA, and cytochrome oxidase II from 21 populations of Grylloblatta, three populations from Japan (genus Galloisiana), and three populations from Russia (genus Grylloblattina). Phylogenetic analysis of these data with two mantophasmid outgroups in POY supported monophyletic genera, with Grylloblatta as sister to Grylloblattina. Grylloblatta was shown to contain two major lineages: a clade in Northern California and Oregon and a clade in Washington and Oregon. One new species and six candidate species are proposed. IUCN Red List Conservation Criteria were implemented to designate conservation status for each lineage.  相似文献

It is established that in the territory of Russia the subfamily Tanypodinae (Diptera, Chironomidae) includes 80 species belonging to 10 subgenera of 8 genera and 5 tribes; 4 species are recorded for the first time in the Palaearctic Region, and 16 species, in Russia. In the present study, larvae, pupae, and male adults from different areas of Russia, belonging to 9 species of 2 subgenera, 2 genera, and 2 tribes, are examined. 中国高等植物多样性编目是“中国生物物种名录”项目中的重要组成部分, 旨在后植物志时代对中国高等植物的物种名录进行修订和年度更新。自2017年深圳国际植物学大会以来, 中国高等植物物种名录已进行了5次年度更新。名录参考最新的植物分类学研究进展, 对各大类群全面采用有分子证据的新分类系统, 收录5年来发表的中国植物新类群和新记录, 补充往年遗漏的部分类群, 并依据新的专科专属的修订结果对发生属间分类变动的类群进行了更新。目前的中国高等植物物种名录包含角苔类4科9属27种, 苔类62科170属1,081种94个种下等级, 藓类94科453属2,006种154个种下等级, 石松类3科12属165种4个种下等级, 蕨类38科177属2,215种228个种下等级, 裸子植物10科45属291种118个种下等级, 被子植物272科3,409属32,708种6,909个种下等级, 共计483科4,275属38,493种7,507个种下等级, 较5年前增加了19科270属2,334种。  相似文献

基于西双版纳地区季风常绿阔叶林的植被调查资料,统计西双版纳季风常绿阔叶林种子植物区系组成,记录有种子植物95科223属351种(包括变种和亚种)。种子植物科的分布区类型中以泛热带分布科最多,达41个,占总科数的43.16%。属的分布类型中,热带分布属共计187个,占总属数的83.86%。在热带分布属中,又以泛热带分布属最多,达61个,占总属数的27.35%;其次为热带亚洲分布属,计有47个,占总属数的21.08%。种的分布类型中,各类热带分布的种最多,占总种数的70.37%,其中又以热带亚洲成分占优势。分布区类型的分析表明西双版纳季风常绿阔叶林种子植物区系具热带亚洲植物区系的特点,属马来西亚植物区系的一部分。进一步分析表明此区系具热带北缘的性质,但同时也呈现出向亚热带植物区系的过渡。  相似文献

云南省思茅地区菜阳河自然保护区地处联系滇南热带与滇中亚热带的中间位置,在植被地理和生物地理上十分重要,其植物区系计有野生种子植物1 920种, 隶属于836属及178科。该植物区系以兰科( 69属/223种)、茜草科(37/100)、菊科(47/86)、蝶形花科(33/82)、唇形科(28/62)、大戟科(25/59)、荨麻科(13/52)、禾本科(34/47)、樟科(12/44)、桑科(6/44)、爵床科(26/36)等为优势科。属的分布区类型组成以热带亚洲分布型最多, 约占总属数的31%;其次是泛热带分布,占23.4%;热带分布合计占总属数的83.3%。种的分布区类型组成仍以热带亚洲分布最多, 占总种数的60.6%;其次是中国特有分布, 占21.6%;热带分布种合计占70.0%以上。这些特征均表明该植物区系热带性质显著,并具有印度—马来西亚植物区系特点,在植物区系分区上属于印度—马来西亚植物区系的一部分。由于菜阳河自然保护区在地理上位于热带亚洲植物区与东亚植物区的交汇地带,该植物区系中的许多热带植物均是在其分布的北界,植物区系又有明显的热带北缘性质。通过与滇南西双版纳和滇中无量山植物区系的比较,菜阳河自然保护区植物区系与西双版纳植物区系在区系组成及属的地理成分构成上很接近, 它们同为热带亚洲植物区系的北缘类型。在云南南部,从热带亚洲植物区系到东亚植物区系的过渡与转变,显然发生在思茅菜阳河地区以北。从热带亚洲植物区系过渡到东亚植物区系,在诸属的分布区类型中,热带亚洲分布型显著减少,北温带分布型和东亚分布型显著增加。  相似文献

The territory of Fennoscandia and northwestern European Russia was released from the glacier cover in the Upper Pleistocene and has been recolonized by bloodsucking insects during the last 11 thousand years. The sources of formation of the Northern Palaearctic fauna of such groups of bloodsucking insects as fleas (Siphonaptera), mosquitoes (Culicidae), and blackflies (Simuliidae) were different in the postglacial period. One of the sources was the fauna of the ancient Mediterranean and southern Europe, while others were the faunas of northeastern China and Primorye. In turn, the two latter sources are closely related to the ancient faunal centers of the East Asian Subregion of the Palaearctic and also of the Indomalayan Region. Besides, some species and genera have spread from the West American Subregion of the Nearctic through Beringia.  相似文献

在标本鉴定和文献汇总的基础上,对东北亚地区(包括朝鲜半岛、日本、俄罗斯远东地区、中国东北)的蜉蝣区系做了统计分析.结果显示,截至目前该地区已报道蜉蝣18科48属237种.其中俄罗斯远东地区的蜉蝣属种多样性最高,而从地区对比来看,朝鲜半岛和中国东北地区的蜉蝣区系最为相似(属种相似度分别为83%和64%).日本群岛蜉蝣区系相对独特,这可能是由于它长期与大陆分离而造成的.  相似文献
