对8种麻蜥外部形态进行主成分分析,可分为4个种组:1)丽斑麻蜥Eremias argus与山地麻蜥Eremiasbrenchleyi;2)快步麻蜥Eremias velox与虫纹麻蜥Eremias vermiculata;3)密点麻蜥Eremias multiocellata、荒漠麻蜥Eremias przewalskii与敏麻蜥Eremias arguta;4)网纹麻蜥Eremias grammica.研究表明丽斑麻蜥前额鳞数不稳定;密点麻蜥莎车亚种Eremias multiocelfata yarkandensis可能为独立物种;荒漠麻蜥物种有效性值得怀疑.  相似文献

A karyotype of Trifolium repens constructed from mitotic cells revealed 13 pairs of metacentric and 3 pairs of submetacentric chromosomes including a pair of satellites located at the end of the short arm of chromosome 16.C-bands were identified around the centromeric regions of 8 pairs of chromosomes.A 350 bp tandemly repeated DNAsequence from T.repens labelled with digoxygenin hybridized to the proximal centromeric regions of 12 chromosome pairs.Some correlation between the distribution of the repeat sequence and the distribution of C-banding was demonstrated.  相似文献

陆地棉的核型公式为2n=4x=52=30m+20sm(4SAT)+2st(2SAT); 染色体绝对长度平均3.40μm; 臂比值最大与最小的分别是4.02和1.14,平均1.77;随体3对,分别位于第12、19和26对同源染色体的短臂上;最长与最短染色体的比值为2.36;其核型属于Stebbin的2B类型。 Abstract:Karyotype formula of Gossypium hirsutum L.was 2n=4s=52=30m+20m (4SAT)+2st (2SAT); and its absolute lengths of chromosomes averaged 3.40μm; arm ratio differed from 1.24 to 4.02,with the mean value of 1.77; three pairs of satellite chromosomes; the ratio of the longest to the shortest chromosomes was 2.36; and the karyotype belonged to 2B in Stebbin’s classification.  相似文献

本文对家燕和金腰燕的核型、C带和Ag-NORs带进行了比较研究。结果表明,两者的核型基本一致。核型公式:2n=80=2M+4ST+zMwSM+2M+2ST+2SM+8 T+2M+56mT/D。但两者在染色体的相对长度、W染色体大小、G带带型、A g-NORs的数目和分布均存在着差异。文中在家燕No.1、7、W染色体和金腰燕No.1、 6、7染色体的形态划分,金腰燕W染色体的确定及其染色体数目等方面,均与卞小庄、李庆伟的结果不同。 Abstract:A comparative study on karyotype and C-band and Ag-NORs of house swallow and red-rumped swallow has been made.The result shows that the karyotype of them are similar,and their karyotypical formulae is 2n=80=2M+4ST+zMwSM+2M+2ST+8T+2M+56mT/D.But they are different in the relative length of chromosomes,the size of W chromosome,C-band patterns and the number and distribution of Ag-NORs.The chromosomes,the size of W chromosome,C-band patterns and the number and distribution of Ag-NORs.THE result in this paper is different from that of Mr.Bian and Mr.Li in the types of No.1,7,W chromosomes of house swallow and No.1,6,7 chromosomes of red-rumped swallow and the determination of W chromosome and diploid number of red-rumped swallow.  相似文献

By using genome in situ hybridization (GISH) on root somatic chromosomes of allotetraploid derived from the cross Gossypium arboreum × G. bickii with genomic DNA (gDNA) of G. bickii as a probe, two sets of chromosomes, consisting of 26 chromosomes each, were easily distinguished from each other by their distinctive hybridization signals. GISH analysis directly proved that the hybrid G.arboreum×G. bickii is an allotetraploid amphiploid. The karyotype formula of the species was 2n = 4x = 52 = 46m (4sat) + 6sm (4sat). We identified four pairs of satellites with two pairs in each sub-genome. FISH analysis using 45S rDNA as a probe showed that the cross G. arboreum×G. bickii contained 14 NORs. At least five pairs of chromosomes in the G sub-genome showed double hybridization (red and blue) in their long arms, which indicates that chromatin introgression from the A sub-genome had occurred.  相似文献

We acclimated adult males of three Eremias lizards from different latitudes to 28℃,33℃ or 38℃ to examine whether temperature acclimation affects their thermal preference and tolerance and whether thermal preference and tolerance of these lizards correspond with their latitudinal distributions.Overall,selected body temperature(Tsel)and viable temperature range(VTR)were both highest in E.brenchleyi and lowest in E.multiocellata,with E.argus in between;critical thermal minimum(CTMin)was highest in E.multiocellata and lowest in E.brenchleyi,with E.argus in between;critical thermal maximum(CTMax)was lower in E.multiocellata than in other two species.Lizards acclimated to 28℃ and 38℃ overall selected lower body temperatures than those acclimated to 33℃;lizards acclimated to high temperatures were less tolerant of low temperatures,and vice versa;lizards acclimated to 28℃ were less tolerant of high temperatures but had a wider VTR range than those acclimated to 33℃ and 38℃.Lizards of three species acclimated to the three temperatures always differed from each other in CTMin,but not in Tsel,CTMax and VTR.Our results show that:temperature acclimation plays an important role in influencing thermal preference and tolerance in the three Eremias lizards,although the degrees to which acclimation temperature affects thermal preference and tolerance differ among species;thermal preference rather than tolerance of the three Eremias lizards corresponds with their latitudinal distributions.  相似文献

采用常规骨髓细胞制片法,对采自甘肃省民勤县的荒漠麻蜥Eremias przewalskii染色体核型进行分析。荒漠麻蜥染色体核型为2n=38=36I+2m,具18对大型端部着丝粒型和1对微小染色体,属丽斑麻蜥型,与蜥蜴科和麻蜥属的染色体核型一致。系统整理已报道的麻蜥属核型资料,在此基础上探讨麻蜥属的染色体核型特征与演化。  相似文献

2013年6月,在新疆维吾尔族自治区精河县两栖爬行动物多样性调察中,采集到麻蜥属(Eremias)标本20余号,经鉴定其中4号为虫纹麻蜥(E.vermiculata),为该种在新疆维吾尔自治区天山以北地区的首次发现,增加了其在国内的分布点。此发现能为研究虫纹麻蜥的地理分布和生物地理格局提供基础资料。  相似文献

In order to precisely recognize and karyotype Brassica napus L. chromosomes, C0t-1 DNA was extracted from its genomic DNA, labeled with biotin-1 1-dUTP and in situ hybridized. The hybridized locations were detected by Cy3-conjugated streptavidin. Specific fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) signal bands were detected on all individual chromosome pairs. Each chromosome pair showed specific banding patterns. The B. napus karyotype has been constructed, for the first time, on the basis of both Cot-1 DNA FISH banding patterns and chromosome morphology.  相似文献

采用原代培养和传代培养法, 对1头毛冠鹿的胚肺组织细胞进行观察,发现一种新的核型,其二倍体染色体数目为2n=48,核型公式为2M+2ST+42T+XX,出现1对大的末端着丝粒染色体,C-带显示该染色体与已报道的相关染色体同源,首次提出毛冠鹿B染色体多态,对其传递机制进行了探讨。 Abstract: Primary culture and subculture were adopted using lung cells of a female Elaphodus cephalophus' embryo. A new karyotype and a pair of big telocentric chromosomes were found. The diploid has 48 chromosomes, and the karyotype formula is 2M+2ST+42T+XX. C-banding analysis shows that these chromosomes are homologous with those reported relevant chromosomes. This article is the first to report the polymorphism of Elophodus cephalophus B-chromosomes and studies it's transmitted mechanism.  相似文献

The karyotype of stream Dolly Varden inhabiting a tributary of the Belaya River (the basin of Naiba River, southern Sakhalin) was determined (2n = 82 and NF = 98 + 2). According to the main characteristics (chromosome number and arm number, the presence of a pair of marker submeta-subtelocentric chromosomes with nucleolus organizer regions (NORs), one pair of large acrocentric chromosomes, and one pair of subtelocentric chromosomes), this karyotype is identical to the karyotype of anadromous southern Dolly Varden from Salvelinus malma krasheninnikovi of Primorye and Japan. However, in most stream Dolly Varden individuals, additional active nucleolus organizer regions (NORs) located in telomeric and paracentric regions of two to three pairs of acrocentric chromosomes were revealed. It is suggested that the stream and anadromous southern forms of Dolly Varden are evolutionarily related NORs that are silent in the anadromous souther form are active in the stream form. Possible causes of these differences in NOR activity are discussed.  相似文献

The chromosomes of Echiichthys vipera (Trachinidae) and Uranoscopus scaber (Uranoscopidae) were analyzed by means of various banding methods and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) with telomeric and major rDNA probes, respectively. The karyotype of E. vipera was composed of 48 acrocentric chromosomes and NOR sites, as revealed by all detection methods, were situated pericentromerically on a single pair of middle-sized chromosomes. Blocks of constitutive heterochromatin were present in the pericentromeric regions of all pairs of chromosomes. The karyotype of U. scaber showed three karyomorphs: 2n = 30 (18 m + 12 a/st [m = metacentric, a = acrocentric and st = subtelocentric]), 2n = 28 (20 m + 8 a/st), 2n = 27 (21 m + 6 a/st). NORs, as revealed by FISH, were situated pericentromerically on a single pair of middle-sized chromosomes in spite of Ag-positive signals in the centromeres of all pairs of chromosomes. Robertsonian fusions were hypothesized for observed variation due to invariable number of chromosome arms FN = 48.  相似文献

We studied the karyotype of the frog sculpinMyoxocephalus stelleri Tilesius (Cottidae) from Peter the Great Bay: 2n=40; NF=46. In the series of two-armed chromosomes, there is a pair of large submetacentric ones, while there are two pairs of large subtelocentric chromosomes in the one-armed series. Ag-NOR staining revealed nucleolus organizer regions in the short arms of two pairs of subtelocentric chromosomes that differed in size. We found neither differences between male and female karyotypes nor variability of any type. The karyotype ofM. stelleri is compared with that of the short-spined sea scorpionM. scorpius.  相似文献

A karyotype analysis was carried out in nine specimens of the Sparid species Diplodus bellottii using conventional staining, as well as C-banding and Ag-NOR banding techniques, showing, respectively, 2n = 46 and fundamental number (FN) = 54, and scarce heterochromatic areas irregularly distributed and up to four NOR active regions that were C positive. When compared with the karyotypes of other related species, one centric fusion giving rise to a large metacentric pair and several pericentric inversions seem to have been involved in the karyotype evolution. An intra-individual polymorphism was detected in one specimen, resulting in two karyotypic forms in roughly identical proportion, owing to a larger C-band by the NOR regions, appearing either in a terminal position of the short arms of pair 2 or in telomeric position of pair 3. These findings suggest that the extra heterochromatic segment responsible for the heteromorphism apparently only involves associated heterochromatin and not the NORs themselves. This C-positive block seems to have eventually been transferred between heterologous NOR chromosomes by a somatic event, facilitated by the physical proximity of NOR pairs in the nucleolus.  相似文献

同一荒漠蜥蜴群落中,荒漠沙蜥(Phrynocephalusprzewalskii)和虫纹麻蜥(Eremiasvermiculata),密点麻蜥(Eremiasmultiocellata)占不有同的空间生态位,其间几乎不存在竞争。两个近缘种虽然占有相同空间生态位,但个体大的密点麻蜥食物种类特化,个体小的虫纹麻蜥偏重于利用较小的食物资源。占有相同空间生态位的近缘种,营养生态位向不同方向特化,利用不同的食物资源,从而在竞争中共存,保持群落结构的稳定性。  相似文献

Morphometric and karyotypic studies were made on two species of ricefishes collected from Yunnan, southwestern China.Oryzias latipes from Yunnan had the same morphological and karyological characteristics asO. latipes collected from eastern China. The Yunnan populations had 2n, 46 chromosomes consisting of 3 metacentric, 8 submetacentric, 2 subtelocentric, and 10 acrocentric pairs, the arm number (NF) being 68 (2n=46, NF=68, 3M+8SM+2ST+10A). The karyotype was characterized by having a “large” metacentric pair and nucleolus organizer regions (NORs) on the short arms of a submetacentric pair.Oryzias minutilius from Yunnan had the same morphological characteristics asO. minuiillus from Thailand and Burma, although the karyotype was different from that collected from Thailand. The Yunnan population had 2n, 42 chromosomes consisting of 21 acrocentric pairs, NF being 42 (2n=42, NF=42, 21A). The karyotype was characterized by having NORs at the telomeric regions of an acrocentric pair.Oryzias latipes occurs widely on the eastern Yunnan Plateau where the climate is temperate or subtropical, whereasO. minutilius is found in Xishiangbanna, the southern low mountain areas of Yunnan, where the climate is tropical.  相似文献

The karyotype of the snow sculpin Myoxocephalus brandti, 2n = 44, NF = 46, from Peter the Great Bay was studied. Two-armed chromosomes were presented by one pair of metacentric chromosomes of medium size; one-armed chromosomes included two pairs of large subtelocentric chromosomes and a pair of large acrocentric chromosomes. Ag-NOR-staining in the telomere vicinity revealed nucleolus-organizing regions in one metacentric chromosome and in one medium size acrocentric chromosome in one of the fishes, in two homological small acrocentric chromosomes in three fishes, and in one acrocentric chromosome of average size in six fishes. No difference between the male and female karyotypes and any type of variability was revealed. The karyotypes of the snow sculpin M. brandti and the frog sculpin M. stelleri were compared. The karyotypes of northern Dolly Varden and white char, sympathrically inhabiting the Kamchatka River basin, were studied. The karyotype of Dolly Varden was stable: 2n = 78 and NF = 98 + 2, while in white char, polymorphism and mosaicism for the chromosome number were revealed: 2n = 76-79, NF = 98 + 2. Using a routine chromosome staining technique, the karyotype of white char (2n = 78) was shown to be identical to that of Dolly Varden. In both karyotypes, similar sets of marker chromosomes were present: two pairs of submetacentric (SM), one pair of submeta-subtelocentric (SM-ST), one pair of large acrocentric (A), and one pair of large sub-telocentric (ST) chromosomes. However, the karyotypes of Dolly Varden and white char differed in the number and location of nucleolus organizer regions (NORs). In Dolly Varden, single NORs located in the telomeric regions of the marker SM-ST chromosomes were observed. In white char, NORs were multiple and located both in the telomeric regions of the marker SM-ST chromosomes and on the short and long arms of large ST chromosomes. The identical marker chromosomes indicate considerable phylogenetic relatedness between Dolly Varden and white char from the Kamchatka River basin. Variation in NORs provides evidence for the reproductive isolation of these chars and their species status.  相似文献
