稀有濒危植物翅果油树种群黄酮类化合物多样性研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
以稀有濒危植物翅果油树叶中黄酮类化合物为标记,探索翅果油树种群与其生境的相互关系。通过对濒危植物翅果油树的主要分布区,山西省的乡宁、翼城、平陆等三种群及环境的调查,并采集三个种群的24个样品。用水提法、甲醇提法,经聚酰胺薄层层析法分离,并将层析结果作1/0的二元数据化处理,用于聚类分析和PCA排序。结果表明:1)翅果油树叶中黄酮类化合物的种类比较稳定,可以作为研究种群分化的标记物;2)聚类分析表明乡宁、翼城、平陆三个种群间所含的黄酮类化合物已有分化,乡宁种群与翼城种群之间的相异性较小,在截取值为20时,乡宁与翼城种群首先聚为一支,当截取值为25时,平陆种群归并,表明平陆种群与其他种群的相异性较大;3)各种群内个体间的共享率有明显的差异4)PCA分析表明:不同种群内的黄酮类化合物的差异与其地理位置、温度、地形地貌及土壤养分等因子有关。  相似文献

应用排序(DCA)和回归分析方法对安西砾石戈壁荒漠植物群落及优势种的分布与环境的关系进行了研究。结果表明,该区群落的盖度(C)和密度(D)均与年降水量(R)有密切关系,而群落的种类丰富度(N)则与土壤含盐量(S)相关,其回归关系式为:C=0.051968163e0.040786821R(R=0.95,P<0.01),D=0.27147913e0.052741829R(R=0.96,P<0.01),N=13.7748-6.477303lg1000S(R=0.83,P<0.01)。即:年降水量是决定戈壁荒漠植物群落盖度和密度的主要因素,土壤含盐量则与群落种类丰富度的关系尤为突出。优势种的抗旱性顺序是:红砂(Reaumuriasongorica((Pal.)Maxim.)>泡泡刺(NitrariasphaerocarpaMaxim.)>黑柴(SympegmaregeliBge.)>珍珠(SalsolapaserinaBge.)>膜果麻黄(EphedraprzewalskiStapf.),而耐盐性顺序是:珍珠>红砂>黑柴>泡泡刺>膜果麻黄  相似文献

从大花哥纳香(GoniothalamusgrifithiHokf.etThoms)的茎枝分得12个化合物,经光谱(IR,MS,NMR,2DNMR)分析,鉴定其中7个为苯乙烯内酯:goniothalamin(1)、9deoxygoniopypyrone(2)、altholactone(3)、goniodiol(4)、goniotharvensin(5)、goniofufurone(6)和8acetylgoniotriol(7)。另5个化合物鉴定为番荔枝内酰胺(squamolone,8)、乔松素(pinocembrin,9)、琥珀酸(succinicacid,10)、β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,11)和豆甾醇(stigmasterol,12)。化合物1~3和5~10均为首次从该植物分得。  相似文献

新疆雪莲毛状根的诱导及其植株再生体系的建立   总被引:20,自引:0,他引:20  
利用发根农杆菌R1601、R1000、LBA9402感染新疆雪莲的叶片、叶柄和根段外植体,诱导产生毛状根。毛状根接种量为2.8 g/L(FW)时,20d生长量可达66.7 g/L,黄酮含量达到干重的10.23%。冠瘿碱的检测和rolB基因的PCR分析表明,Ri质粒中的T_DNA片段已经整合到毛状根细胞的基因组中。预培养时间、外植体类型以及发根农杆菌的菌株属性对毛状根诱导有着重要的影响。其中预培养2 d的新疆雪莲根段外植体,经过R1601感染后,毛状根的诱导率可达100%。诱导产生的毛状根在附加生长素的液体培养基中,有少量愈伤组织产生。由毛状根再生的植株与雪莲外植体再生的植株在形态上无明显区别,但前者的黄酮含量仅为后者的53%。  相似文献

Leaf flavonoids were isolated and identified from 54 populations representing all seven species of Robinsonia, a genus of dioecious rosette trees endemic to the Juan Fernandez Islands. Fourteen compounds were detected consisting of flavonols, flavones, flavanones and dihydroflavonols. The distribution of these compounds in Robinsonia largely corresponds to specific and sectional limits based on morphological data. The morphologically similar species, R. gayana and R. thurifera, have identical flavonol profiles (derivatives of quercetin). Likewise, the closely related R. evenia and R. masafuerae are unique in the genus by possessing flavones. The inclusion of Rhetinodendron (i.e., R. berteroi) in Robinsonia is supported by its strong flavonoid similarity with species in two other sections of the genus. The morphologically diverse section Eleutherolepis exhibits the greatest flavonoid variation of any section, and only here are found flavones, flavanones and dihydroflavonols. The direction of flavonoid evolution in Robinsonia is hypothesized to be from fewer to more classes of compounds. Biosynthetic considerations suggest that this gain in compounds is due both to a gain of an additional enzymatic step and to the sequestering of precursors. This interpretation of direction of flavonoid evolution is in agreement with several lines of evidence including the flavonoid chemistry of the hypothesized outgroup (i.e., species of Senecio on mainland Chile), the ages of the two islands, and morphological trends.  相似文献

濒危植物长叶红砂适应盐胁迫的生理生化机制研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以濒危盐生植物长叶红砂(Reaumuria trigyna)幼苗为材料,研究了不同浓度NaCl溶液(0、100、200、300和400mmol/L)处理30d对其生长和生理生化指标的影响,以分析长叶红砂的耐盐生理机制。结果表明:(1)100和200mmol/L NaCl处理时,长叶红砂鲜重和干重均显著增加,但随着盐浓度继续增加,长叶红砂幼苗生长受到抑制,且地上部受到的抑制大于根部,显示长叶红砂适宜生长的NaCl浓度是200mmol/L。(2)随NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,长叶红砂的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)呈下降趋势,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)呈上升趋势,说明光合速率的下降使利用CO2的能力下降,胞间积累了大量的CO2,且盐处理浓度越高量越大。(3)随NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,长叶红砂幼苗Na+、Cl-含量增加,可溶性糖、脯氨酸、游离氨基酸及可溶性蛋白等有机渗透调节物质的合成增加。研究认为,长叶红砂是通过调节叶片Na+、Cl-以及有机渗透调节物质含量来提高其耐盐能力。  相似文献

Introduction – Flavonoids are important plant compounds occurring in tissues mostly in the form of glycoconjugates. Most frequently the sugar moiety is comprised of mono‐ or oligosaccharides consisting of common sugars like glucose, rhamnose or galactose. In some plant species the glycosidic moiety contains glucuronic acid and may be acylated by phenylpropenoic acids. Methodology – Flavonoid glyconjugates were extracted from leaves of Medicago truncatula ecotype R108 and submitted to analysis using high‐performance liquid chromatography combined with high‐resolution tandem (quadrupole‐time of flight, QToF) mass spectrometry. Results – The studied leaf extracts contained 26 different flavonoid glycosides among which 22 compounds were flavone (apigenin, luteolin, chrysoeriol and tricin) glucuronides and 13 were acylated with aromatic acids (p‐coumaric, ferulic or sinapic). The fragmentation pathways observed in positive and negative ion mass spectra differed substantially between each other and from these of flavonoid glycosides which did not contain acidic sugars. The application of high‐resolution MS techniques allowed unequivocal differentiation between ions with the same nominal m/z values containing different substituents (e.g. ferulic acid or glucuronic acid). Eleven of the identified flavonoids have not been reported previously in this species. Perspectives – The presented unique fragmentation pathways of flavonoid glucuronates enable detection of these compounds in tissue extracts from different plant species. The ordination (DCA) and the regression analysis methods were used to study the relations between the Gobi desert plant communities as well as the distribution of the dominants and the environment in Anxi. The results indicated that the coverage(C) and density(D) of the plant communities have a close relation to the annual precipitation(R), but the species richness(N) of the plant communities has a relation to the salt content(S) in the soil. The methanolic extract of the aerial part of Hedyotis corymbosa (L.) Lam. (Rubiaceae) was screened for antioxidant activity using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydroxyl (DPPH) quenching assay, 2,2'-azinobis-3-ethylbenzothiozoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) cation decolorization test, ferric reducing power (FRP), scavenging capacity towards hydroxyl ion (OH*) radicals and nitric oxide (NO) radical inhibition activity using established assay procedures. Total phenolics and total flavonoid contents were, also determined. The plant yielded 210 mg gallic acid equivalent/100 g phenolic content and 55 mg quercetin equivalent/100 g flavonoid content. The extract exhibited high antiradical activity against DPPH, ABTS, nitric oxide and hydroxyl radicals with EC50 value of 82, 150, 130, and 170 microg/ml, respectively. The FRP increased with increasing concentration of the sample. The antioxidant activity of the extract was comparable with that of the standard butylated hydroxyl toluene (BHT). High correlation between total phenolic/flavonoid contents and scavenging potential of different reactive oxygen species (R2 = 0.785-0.998) indicated the polyphenols as the main antioxidants.  相似文献
