犬猫常见的药物过敏反应包括皮疹、荨麻疹、皮炎、发热、血管神经性水肿、哮喘、过敏性休克等,其中以荨麻疹最为常见,以过敏性休克最为严重。1992-1998上半年,我中心动物医院发生药物过敏性休克多例,其中青霉素致死1例,链霉素致死3例,洁霉素致死4例,庆大霉素致死3例,银黄注射液致死1例。引起犬猫过敏反应的药物有:青霉素、链霉素、庆大霉素、卡拉霉素、洁霉素、维生素B1、地塞米松、维丁胶性钙、柴胡、红花、银黄、板蓝根、维生素K、疫苗等。由于动物本身的生理特性,毛长、皮厚、肤色多样等特点,不适宜做皮肤过敏试验。所以在给动物注射各…  相似文献

猫、犬桡的尺骨、胫腓骨骨折在临床上很常见。据报道,桡骨、尺骨常同时骨折约占骨折发病率的31%,多发生在骨的中部或远端1/3处,以横骨折和斜骨折居多;胫骨与腓骨骨折也常同时发生,多为骨干骨折,占骨折发病率的28%。桡骨尺骨、胫骨腓骨远端完全错位性骨折采用外固定效果较差,亦难找到合适的钢板内固定。  相似文献

随着社会经济的发展、城市化进程的加速及人们生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的宠物走进了人们的家庭,在人类社会生活中发挥了积极作用。但同时,宠物也是人兽共患病的重要传染源和传播媒介。与人类关系最为密切的犬、猫在人兽共患病的防控中具有重要的意义。在已报道的200多种主要的人兽共患病中,与宠物犬、猫有直接或间接关系的有70余种。随着宠物犬猫数量的大幅攀升和宠物业的飞速发展,我国人与犬猫共患病可能会出现逐步高发的趋势,疫病防控工作面临着许多问题。为了完善宠物管理制度,建立有效的防疫监督体系,对人与犬猫共患病实行有效的防控,本文就完善法律法规、形成综合管理机制,加强卫生监督、强化无害化处理、培养专业人才以及广泛开展宣传教育等6个方面提出了相关建议。  相似文献

目的建立在猫肾F81细胞中犬细小病毒原位PCR的检测方法.方法在猫肾F81细胞上感染犬细小病毒,设计特异性引物,用直接原位PCR法在染毒12h,24h,48h细胞片上检测出犬细小病毒,并与常规免疫组化的方法进行了比较.结果在染毒48h的细胞片上,用阳性记分法将两种检测方法得到的阳性细胞进行统计比较,差异极显著(P<0.001),用原位PCR法所得出的阳性率高.结论原位PCR法检测犬细小病毒具有敏感性高和组织定位的优点.  相似文献

Several reports have described magnetic resonance (MR) findings in canine and feline lysosomal storage diseases such as gangliosidoses and neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis. Although most of those studies described the signal intensities of white matter in the cerebrum, findings of the corpus callosum were not described in detail. A retrospective study was conducted on MR findings of the corpus callosum as well as the rostral commissure and the fornix in 18 cases of canine and feline lysosomal storage diseases. This included 6 Shiba Inu dogs and 2 domestic shorthair cats with GM1 gangliosidosis; 2 domestic shorthair cats, 2 familial toy poodles, and a golden retriever with GM2 gangliosidosis; and 2 border collies and 3 chihuahuas with neuronal ceroid lipofuscinoses, to determine whether changes of the corpus callosum is an imaging indicator of those diseases. The corpus callosum and the rostral commissure were difficult to recognize in all cases of juvenile-onset gangliosidoses (GM1 gangliosidosis in Shiba Inu dogs and domestic shorthair cats and GM2 gangliosidosis in domestic shorthair cats) and GM2 gangliosidosis in toy poodles with late juvenile-onset. In contrast, the corpus callosum and the rostral commissure were confirmed in cases of GM2 gangliosidosis in a golden retriever and canine neuronal ceroid lipofuscinoses with late juvenile- to early adult-onset, but were extremely thin. Abnormal findings of the corpus callosum on midline sagittal images may be a useful imaging indicator for suspecting lysosomal storage diseases, especially hypoplasia (underdevelopment) of the corpus callosum in juvenile-onset gangliosidoses.  相似文献

传染病是一种由致病性微生物引起,能够影响人类身体健康甚至引发严重社会危机的传播性疾病。近年来,新冠、埃博拉等传染病的恶性暴发促使人们寻找更为高效便捷的防治手段以遏制疾病的进程。抗体在传染病防治中的应用引起了广泛关注,palivizumab是目前唯一被批准应用于呼吸道合胞病毒在免疫力低下人群的预防的单克隆抗体。纳米抗体(nano-antibody, Nb)是目前已知的能与抗原稳定结合的最小功能性单域抗体,具有稳定性高、亲水性强、易于表达和改造等优势。独特的分子特性使其在病毒、细菌、寄生虫等引发的传染病的预防、诊断和治疗中展现出良好的应用前景,相关研究显示纳米抗体对艾滋、流感、新型冠状病毒等都有很好的治疗效果。重点叙述纳米抗体的结构特点及其在传染性疾病中的研究进展。  相似文献

目的:探讨叶酸对心脑血管疾病二级预防的效果。方法:326例恢复期心脑血管疾病患者以自愿的原则分为实验组(n=201)和对照组(n=125),对照组针对病因应用常规药物,实验组在针对病因常规用药的基础上应用叶酸,随访三年,所有患者均在实验前和半年后测一次血清同型半胱氨酸含量,同时记录对比两组心脑血管不良事件的发生率。结果:323例纳入统计,实验组和对照组在入选时同型半胱氨酸含量无差异(P>0.05),半年后实验组血清同型半胱氨酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);心绞痛、心力衰竭、血栓形成等发生率差异均具有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),而在心肌梗死、脑梗死和病死率等方面差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:叶酸在心脑血管疾病二级预防中可以降低心绞痛发生率、心力衰竭、血栓形成的发生率,对心肌梗死、脑梗死和病死率没有明显的影响。  相似文献

In addition to the existence of several cryopreservation protocols, no systematic research has been carried out in order to confirm the suitable protocol for canine sperm. This study aims to assess the effect of adding 5% glycerol during cryopreservation at 37°C (one-step) and 5°C (two-steps), in addition of testing two thawing protocols (37°C for 30 seconds, and 70°C for 8 seconds). We used 12 sperm samples divided into four experimental groups: Single-Step - Slow Thawing Group; Two-Step - Slow Thawing Group; Single-Step - Fast Thawing Group; and Two-Step - Fast Thawing Group. Frozen-thawed samples were submitted to automated analysis of sperm motility, evaluation of plasmatic membrane integrity, acrosomal integrity, mitochondrial activity, sperm morphology, sperm susceptibility to oxidative stress, and sperm binding assay to perivitellinic membrane of chicken egg yolk. Considering the comparison between freezing protocols, no statistical differences were verified for any of the response variables. When comparison between thawing protocols was performed, slow thawing protocol presented higher sperm count bound to perivitelline membrane of chicken egg yolk, compared to fast thawing protocol. Regardless of the freezing process, the slow thawing protocol can be recommended for the large scale cryopreservation of canine semen, since it shows a consistent better functional result.  相似文献

目的:研究雌激素水平与围绝经期妇女心血管疾病的相关性。方法:回顾分析258例围绝经期患者的临床资料,研究心血管疾病发生情况。选取以合并心血管疾病患者为观察组,另选择无心血管疾病的患者为对照组,测定并比较两组患者的血清雌二醇(E2)水平。结果:258例患者中患有心血管疾病患者共50例(19.38%),观察组和对照组患者年龄差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),血清E2含量分别为12.35±2.56pmol/L和46.84±3.85μmol/L,观察组显著低于对照纽(P〈0.05)。结论:心血管疾病的发生与雌激素水平下降直接相关。  相似文献

人类非洲锥虫病是一种被忽视的热带寄生虫病,威胁着撒哈拉以南非洲人民的生命健康。目前临床使用的治疗药物有四种,这些药物副作用多,用药困难并产生了一定的耐药性,因此有必要开发安全有效且利于服用的药物。目前有三类候选药物相继进入临床实验阶段,在不久的将来可能会进入临床应用。另外,还有许多正在研究的治疗药物,包括天然产物、磷酸二酯酶抑制剂、蛋白酶抑制剂、拓扑异构酶抑制剂、亮氨酰t RNA合成酶抑制剂、微管蛋白抑制剂以及一些靶点尚不明确却有很好的锥虫抑制活性的化合物。其中,壳二孢呋喃酮选择性较好,喹啉-3-羧酸类衍生物毒性低,5-硝基-2-呋喃酰胺类化合物对硝呋莫司耐受的锥虫仍有活性。这些研究无疑都为新型抗锥虫药物的出现提供了可能,相信在不久的将来越来越多的药物会在临床使用。  相似文献

Although monocytes and macrophages are key mediators of the innate immune system, the focus has largely been on the role of the adaptive immune system in the context of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection. Thus more attention and research work regarding the innate immune system—especially the role of monocytes and macrophages during early HIV-1 infection—is required. Blood monocytes and tissue macrophages are both susceptible targets of HIV-1 infection,and the early host response can determine whether the nature of the infection becomes pathogenic or not. For example,monocytes and macrophages can contribute to the HIV reservoir and viral persistence, and influence the initiation/extension of immune activation and chronic inflammation. Here the expansion of monocyte subsets(classical, intermediate and non-classical) provide an increased understanding of the crucial role they play in terms of chronic inflammation and also by increasing the risk of coagulation during HIV-1 infection. This review discusses the role of monocytes and macrophages during HIV-1 pathogenesis, starting from the early response to late dysregulation that occurs as a result of persistent immune activation and chronic inflammation. Such changes are also linked to downstream targets such as increased coagulation and the onset of cardiovascular diseases.  相似文献

目的寻找某实验比格犬繁育基地群发性泌尿系统结石的病因及其有效的防治措施。方法采用临床诊断、病理诊断、结石成分分析、饲料成分分析、回顾性调查分析等手段以及综合的处理措施。结果经分析发现该群发性泌尿系统结石是由肉粉引起的尿酸盐结石,通过碱化尿液、降低血尿酸和去除病因等方法后,全群得到了有效的治疗。结论该肉粉是引起此次群发性泌尿系统结石的主要原因,由尿酸盐引起的、未发生器质性病变的尿路结石症可以治愈。  相似文献

Complete nucleotide sequences were determined by cDNA cloning of peplomer (S), integral membrane (M) and nucleocapsid (N) genes of feline infectious peritonitis virus (FIPV) type I strain KU-2, UCD1 and Black, and feline enteric coronavirus (FECV) type II strain 79–1683. Only M and N genes were analyzed in strain KU-2 and strain 79–1683, which still had unknown nucleotide sequences. Deduced amino acid sequences of S, M and N proteins were compared in a total of 7 strains of coronaviruses, which included FIPV type II strain 79–1146, canine coronavirus (CCV) strain Insavc-1 and transmissible gastroenteritis virus of swine (TGEV) strain Purdue. Comparison of deduced amino acid sequences of M and N proteins revealed that both M and N proteins had an identity of at least 90% between FIPV type I and type II. The phylogenetic tree of the M and N protein-deduced amino acid sequences showed that FIPV type I and type II form a group with FECV type II, and that these viruses were evolutionarily distant from CCV and TGEV. On the other hand, when the S protein-deduced amino acid sequences was compared, identity of only about 45% was found between FIPV type I and type II. The phylogenetic tree of the S protein-deduced amino acid sequences indicated that three strains of FIPV type I form a group, and that it is a very long distance from the FIPV type II, FECV type II, CCV and TGEV groups.  相似文献

通过对中毒性疾病临床发病情况的分析,阐述我国宠物中毒性疾病有群发率下降、毒源种类增多、误食性中毒减少、医源性中毒比例较大的发生特点,而且有品种和区域性差异。鉴于目前中毒病的快速诊断技术尚未普及,临床上确认毒物有一定难度,依据在寻问病史、类症鉴别的过程中掌握中毒的类型、毒物的接触方式及中毒途径,针对不同毒物的毒性损害、毒理变化及临床特征提出了应对措施和快速救治方法。  相似文献
